Description

Detailed Description of the Invention [Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a knee medical prosthesis having a single layer and a multi-layer structure for protecting a knee joint, such as a knee joint medical prosthesis. [Background technology]

[0002] Specifically, this relates to single-layer and multi-layer medical prostheses invented by the inventor to assist in "gaining a stable and independent knee joint position and stable walking ability" by improving the structure and composition of the human joints throughout the body and the regular coordination of the bones in the "bone physics / bone surface-interior boundary ridge". It was developed based on newly defined "joint structure principles" of the "knee joint," which is composed of the femur (including the patella) and the lower leg bone.

[0003] In bone science, the "206 bones in the entire body (68 joints)" themselves have a front and back surface, and by focusing on the ridges on the shape of the bones that distinguish them (the ridges that border the surface and back of the bones), the invention newly defines how the ridges that border the surface and back of the bones are configured to cross joints, thereby improving the connection structure between the bones and the regularity of their mobility (movement). This invention will explain an invention related to a medical knee prosthesis that is particularly suited to the bending and extension of the knee and the walking movements.

[0004] Many knee supports and the like have been proposed in relation to the knee medical prosthesis of the present invention. A typical example is a knee supporter as shown in Patent Document 1, which includes a knee pad part 1 with a knee pad hole 11 formed therein, and a knee pad pad made of an elastic material and arranged around the knee pad hole 11. The knee pad pad has a pad hole in the same direction as the knee pad hole 11. The pad hole is, for example, a regular hexagon with sides arranged in the horizontal direction, and the knee pad hole is formed, the patella is exposed, and the periphery of the knee part is fixed with a side or a belt.

[0005] However, simply fixing the entire area around the patella with a band-like edge or band ignores the movement of the knee bones, which not only makes it difficult to walk but can also cause knee pain. In other words, the inventors of the present application have discovered that the knee does not move around the articular nucleus (fulcrum) as the center, as shown in Figure 12.

[0006] That is, as shown in Fig. 11, when bending the knee, there are people whose femur bends backwards in relation to the tibia, and people whose tibia bends forward in relation to the femur, and it has been found that the femur and tibia bend while shifting back and forth. Furthermore, just as there are people whose right toes point outward and people whose right toes point forward, the fibula is located below the femur and runs along the tibia, and when bending the knee, it rotates around the tibia or bends while rotating around the fibula, so simply fixing the periphery of the knee with a supporter not only restricts the freedom of movement of the knee, but can also injure the knee.

[0007] Regarding the fact that different people have different athletic abilities and types, please refer to Patent Document 2, which has already been filed by the inventors of the present application, which will provide reference as to the existence of multiple movement types.

[0008] The inventor of the present application has observed and considered the bone movements of more than 600,000 patients for more than 50 years, and has come to the conclusion that it is necessary to provide a brace that can protect the area around the knee without restricting the freedom of movement of the knee, and can cover the femur and lower leg bones (the tibia and fibula around the knee) up to the middle. It has been found that it is possible to walk independently by fixing and reinforcing the femur and tibia so that the knee can bend while shifting back and forth when bending the knee, and can bend while rotating around the tibia or fibula. It has been found that an auxiliary brace based on this theory (bone science) is necessary. A technology called a rubber width curved transition supporter as shown in Patent Document 3 has already been disclosed as a support that can cover the middle of the femur, but it simply covers the entirety.

[0009] However, as mentioned above, although a supporter that can simply cover the knee from the center up to the middle of the femur and the middle point between the tibia and fibula is disclosed, it does not take into account the twisting that occurs when the knee is bent, and therefore does not provide protection or support in the twisting direction, and is not a satisfactory medical knee prosthesis. [0011] [Non-Patent Document 1] "Brain Note" by Soichi Hiroto, Nippon Bungeisha, October 2019, pp. 22-25, pp. 32-33 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0012] Thus, in terms of bone mechanics, conventional knee supports have only fixed bending points at the knee joint, as if they were hinged, and have only ignored the existence of twisting at the knee joint.

[0013] Furthermore, research results published by FP Kendall et al. in 1945 revealed that "standing posture, which differs from person to person, has a certain tendency." Kendall also stated that "everyone has an ideal posture (= ideal posture)." In terms of classification and characteristics of standing posture, people are classified into four types based on the characteristics of acquired spinal curvature: kypholordosis, flatback, lordosis, and swayback (see bottom of Figure 5).

[0014] In particular, as mentioned above, the present inventor has come to the realization that congenital traits are important with regard to the point that "people have motor abilities and types" shown in Patent Document 2 and Non-Patent Document 1, and that Kendall's classification is the result of this being directly manifested as an acquired tendency into four types. The present inventor has further divided these standing postures into "static" and "dynamic" and conducted a more specific analysis.

[0015] When humans stand and walk on two legs, the joints of the skull, skull base, rib cage, pelvis, and soles of the feet are all perpendicular to the ground, allowing the brain to obtain "stability" (static standing). This is the standing posture with "brain stability" that is shared by all humans.

[0016] Furthermore, the "dynamic standing position" refers to a state in which the two cranial stable planes, the "cross plane" and the "parallel plane," are set; in other words, a state in which the brain is stable and ready to move while stabilizing it; this is called the "4 stances of dynamic standing posture."

[0017] In other words, when classifying innate personalities into four types, the "plane" has an influence, and there are two types of "plane" that bring stability to the brain: the "cross plane" and the "parallel plane." Furthermore, when the brain obtains the conditions to move while remaining stable, it is classified into four dynamic standing postures. It was confirmed that all of them fit the conditions of Type A, Type B, Type 1, and Type 2. The classification is shown in the upper part of Figure 5, with A1, A2, B1, and B2 corresponding to Kendall's kypholordosis (kyphotic lordosis type), flatback (flat hunchback type), lordosis (lordosis type), and swayback (flat kyphotic type), respectively.

[0018] Next, we will explain the kinetic chain by focusing on the femur and tibia in the lower body. In this "kinetic chain," there is a descending chain that links downward from the pelvis, and an ascending chain that links upward from the sole of the foot, and it is medically recognized that the chaining methods can be divided into four types.

[0019] It can be seen that these four types correspond to the four types mentioned above. As shown in Figure 6, when talking about the descending chain of the femur and tibia, in type 1 the femur rotates internally and in type 2 it rotates externally. In type A, the tibia rotates in the opposite direction in response to the femur, and in type B it rotates in the same direction.

[0020] Thus, the lower leg bone has the tibia on the inside and the thin fibula on the outside. When the leg rotates internally and externally in the kinetic chain, it is generally thought that the tibia and fibula cross over each other at the lower leg bone, but in reality, they only "appear to cross" and do not actually cross over, and differences in movement are recognized depending on the type.

[0021] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and has as its development objective the provision of a single-layer or multi-layer medical prosthesis that is safe and does not injure the knee, and that supports even subtle movements of the fulcrum of flexion of the knee joint in accordance with the bone dynamics of the knee bone, and also supports subtle twisting between the femur at the top of the knee joint and the tibia and fibula at the lower leg bone, thereby conforming to the bone dynamics of the knee bone. [Means for solving the problem]

[0022] In order to solve the above problems, the single-layered knee medical prosthesis of the present invention is characterized by comprising an elastic mesh fabric that protects the leg, continuing at least on the front surface of the femur (including the patella) and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula, a roughly ladder-shaped front leg reinforcement band that is stronger than the mesh fabric and is placed on the front surface of the leg, peripheral reinforcement bands that surround the lower leg bone and the femur separately, and a roughly circular hole that abuts against the knee (patella portion) is provided in the front leg reinforcement band at least between the femur and the lower leg bone.

[0023] In addition, as claimed in claim 2, the peripheral reinforcing bands which surround the tibia and femur separately are made of a mesh fabric, and the upper and lower mesh fabric of the tibia other than the front of the leg where the leg front reinforcing band is located is separated from that of the tibia.

[0024] On the other hand, in claim 3, the peripheral reinforcing bands surrounding the tibia and femur separately are formed as bands continuing from the leg front reinforcing band. In this case, it is possible to configure the mesh fabric above and below the tibia and femur without separating them as in claim 2.

[0025] Claim 4 proposes a multi-layered medical knee prosthesis, characterized in that it comprises an elastic mesh fabric that protects the leg, which continues on at least the front surface of the femur and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula, a roughly ladder-shaped leg front reinforcement band that is stronger than the mesh fabric and is arranged on the front surface of the leg, peripheral reinforcement bands that surround the lower leg bone and the femur separately, a single-layered medical knee prosthesis layer in which the leg front reinforcement band has a roughly circular hole that abuts against the knee, at least between the femur and the lower leg bone, and a basic reinforcement layer that covers the femur and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula with an elastic mesh fabric, and has plate-shaped elastic members that reinforce the femur and the lower leg bone from both the left and right sides, and is arranged above and below the femur and the lower leg bone.

[0026] And, claim 5 specifies that in the multi-layered knee medical prosthesis, the single-layered knee medical prosthesis layer is positioned on the outer circumferential side of the basic reinforcing layer.

[0027] Furthermore, in the multi-layered knee medical brace of claim 6, the binding portion formed on the rear side of the leg is configured to stretch and bind the femur portion and the tibia portion other than the leg front reinforcement band separately with an elastic mesh fabric, and the binding portion is further characterized in that it is fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener.

[0028] In claim 7, this multi-layer structure knee medical prosthesis is characterized in that a second basic reinforcement layer is provided on the inside or outside of the basic reinforcement layer or the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer, the second basic reinforcement layer having an elastic mesh fabric that covers at least the top and bottom of the knee and has a plate-shaped elastic member that reinforces the back of the knee joint from top to bottom or bottom to top.

[0029] Finally, in claim 8, the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer is characterized in that the inner surface that is fastened with the hook-and-loop fastener is at least partially fixed with the hook-and-loop fastener to the inner surface layer adjacent to the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer.

[0030] The single-layer and multi-layer knee medical braces thus constructed can reinforce the knee by making it easier to bend as the femur and tibia shift back and forth, and can also provide supports and medical braces that can reinforce unstable knees.

[0031] In particular, by configuring the single-layered knee medical prosthesis and the single-layered knee medical prosthesis layers in an embodiment in which they are fastened on the back side with a hook-and-loop fastener, the fastening portion can be combined in four ways on the femur portion and the tibia portion, by either stretching one mesh fabric outward against the female receiving surface exposed on the outer side and overlapping the male binding surface exposed on the inner side on the back side to fasten, or by turning the other mesh fabric inward and stretching it to overlap the male binding surface to fasten.

[0032] For example, the A1 type is a type in which, in the femur part, one mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched against the female receiving surface that is exposed on the outer side, and the other mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched, then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and bind with the male binding surface, and in the lower leg part, one mesh fabric is turned outward and stretched against the female receiving surface that is exposed on the outer side, and the other mesh fabric is turned outward and stretched, then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and bind with the male binding surface.

[0033] For the A2 type, in the femur part, one mesh fabric is turned outward and stretched against the female receiving surface on the outer side, and the other mesh fabric is turned outward and stretched, then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male binding surfaces, and in the lower leg part, one mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched against the female receiving surface on the outer side, and then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male binding surfaces.

[0034] In the B1 type, in the femur part, one mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched against the female receiving surface exposed on the outer side, and the other mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched, then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male surface, and in the lower leg part, one mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched against the female receiving surface exposed on the outer side, and the other mesh fabric is turned inward and stretched, then turned and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male surface.

[0035] As for the B2 type, in the femur area, one mesh fabric is exposed on the outer side of the female receiving surface, while the other mesh fabric is rotated outward and stretched, then rotated and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male surface, and in the lower leg area, one mesh fabric is exposed on the outer side of the female receiving surface, while the other mesh fabric is also rotated outward and stretched, then rotated and stretched on the back side to overlap and staple the male surface, making it possible to use this type for four types of patients.

[0036] Furthermore, as claim 4, the multi-layer structure knee medical prosthesis is characterized in that a second basic reinforcement layer is provided on the inside or outside of the basic reinforcement layer or the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer, the second basic reinforcement layer having a second basic reinforcement band that covers at least the top and bottom of the knee with an elastic mesh fabric and reinforces the back of the knee joint with a plate-shaped elastic member from top to bottom or bottom to top.

[0037] In this way, it is possible to accommodate at least two types of patients, such as by providing a second basic reinforcement layer having a second basic reinforcement band that reinforces the back of the knee joint with a plate-shaped elastic member from top to bottom for at least type A patients, and by forming a second basic reinforcement layer having a second basic reinforcement band that reinforces the back of the knee joint with a plate-shaped elastic member from bottom to top for type B patients.

[0038] Furthermore, although not stated in the claims, when Type A is provided from top to bottom with a second basic reinforcement layer having a second basic reinforcement band that reinforces the back of the knee joint with a plate-shaped elastic member, it can be used as Type A1, where the back of the knee joint is reinforced by adding strength from above to the inside, or as Type A2, where the back of the knee joint is reinforced by adding strength from above to the outside. In addition, when Type B is provided from bottom to top with a second basic reinforcement layer having a second basic reinforcement band that reinforces the back of the knee joint with a plate-shaped elastic member, it can be used as Type B1, where the back of the knee joint is reinforced by adding strength from below to the inside, or as Type B2, where the back of the knee joint is reinforced by adding strength from below to the outside, four different types of patients can be treated.

[0039] In claim 5, the inner surface of the single-layered knee medical prosthesis layer, which is bound with a hook-and-loop fastener, is at least partially fixed with the hook-and-loop fastener to the inner layer adjacent to the knee support layer. That is, even if the male surface of the hook-and-loop fastener is stretched and the tension is bound to the other ends, if the fixed position is shifted, the tension cannot be maintained, so by binding at least a part of the hook-and-loop fastener to the layer further inner side of the receiving female hook-and-loop fastener, the tension can be maintained.

[0040] In this way, the multi-layered knee medical brace of the present invention is composed of a basic reinforcing layer, a single-layered knee medical brace layer, and in a further embodiment, a second basic reinforcing layer, and may further include a wrapping layer that can cover the entire structure with an elastic thin film sheet or net fabric. This provides a more complete knee medical brace. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0042] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 9. First, Figure 1 is a conceptual explanatory diagram of a single-layered medical knee prosthesis 1 according to the present invention. This single-layered knee medical brace 1 is made of elastic mesh fabrics 2a, 2b, 2c that protect the leg and continue to at least the front surface of the femur (including the patella) and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula, and has a strength greater than that of the mesh fabrics 2a, 2b, 2c.The brace is made of an approximately ladder-shaped leg front reinforcement band 3 arranged on the front surface of the leg, peripheral reinforcement bands 5a, 5b that surround the lower leg bone and femur separately, and a approximately circular hole 6 is provided in the leg front reinforcement band 3 at least between the femur and lower leg bone, which abuts against the knee (the part that contacts the patella).

[0043] This single-layered knee medical brace 1 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape and is configured to be worn by inserting the foot first, and the mesh fabrics 2b and 2c are woven in different ways to ensure a firm fit. In order to make the leg front reinforcing band 3 stronger than the mesh fabric 2a, the knitting may be made denser to increase strength, or rubber fibers may be printed with rubber ink or the like. Alternatively, rubber or urethane may be attached. In addition, the holes 6 are not limited as long as they are formed in the leg front reinforcing band 3, and do not have to be formed in the net fabric 2a either. The point is that it is sufficient that the garment does not slip easily when it comes into contact with the knee.

[0044] In addition, in an embodiment of claim 2, the peripheral reinforcing bands surrounding the cruciate tibial bone and the femur separately are made of a mesh fabric 2a, and a slit 8 may be provided in the support base material of the cruciate tibial bone and the femur other than the front of the leg where the leg front reinforcing band 3 is located, or a slit 34 may be formed in the knee support layer 23 in Figure 2 to separate the top and bottom.

[0045] Furthermore, in the embodiment of claim 3, the peripheral reinforcing bands surrounding the periphery of the lower leg bone and the periphery of the femur may be formed of bands 5a and 5b continuing from the leg front reinforcing band. If these bands 5a and 5b are formed, the slit 8 does not need to be provided. Also, in the figure, 9 is a reinforcing material that reinforces the medial condyle and lateral condyle on the back side of the knee joint (see the lower part of Figure 2 and Figure 10). The reinforcing material may be made to be removable, even if only one side is used, using hook-and-loop tape or adhesive, depending on the type of person.

[0046] Such a single-layered medical knee brace 1 can provide a safe knee brace that supports even the slightest twisting between the femur and the tibia and fibula of the lower leg bone, and does not injure the knee. For those with even more severe injuries, a multi-layered medical knee brace can be provided using the knee brace of the present application.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 2, the multi-layered knee medical brace 21 includes an elastic mesh fabric 25b that is continuous with at least the front surface of the femur (including the patella) and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula to protect the leg, a roughly ladder-shaped leg front reinforcing band 28 that is stronger than the mesh fabric 25b and is arranged on the front surface of the leg, and a peripheral reinforcing band formed of the mesh fabric 25b that surrounds the lower leg bone and the femur separately. The leg front reinforcing band 28 includes: The medical device for knee is provided with a single-layered structure medical device layer 23 having a substantially circular hole 36 between at least the femur and the tibia, which abuts against the knee, and a basic reinforcing layer 22 having an elastic mesh fabric 25a covering the periphery of the femur and the tibia, which consists of the tibia and the fibula, and having plate-shaped elastic members arranged above and below the femur and the tibia to reinforce each of the femur and the tibia from both sides (see dashed line in FIG. 2).

[0048] In an embodiment of the positional relationship between the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer 23 and the basic reinforcing layer 22, the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer 23 is desirably positioned on the outer periphery of the basic reinforcing layer 22 (see FIG. 3).

[0049] Furthermore, the single-layered knee medical prosthesis layer 23 is configured so that the thighbone portion and the lower leg portion other than the plate-shaped elastic member 28 can be stretched and bound separately from above and below with the elastic net fabric 25b by the binding parts 29a, 29b formed on the back side of the leg, and the binding parts are fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener (product name: Magic Tape (registered trademark)). The binding method will be explained later.

[0050] In addition, the multi-layer structure knee medical brace 21 of the present invention has a second basic reinforcement layer 24 that covers at least the top and bottom of the knee with elastic mesh fabric 25c and has a plate-shaped elastic member 27 that reinforces the back of the knee joint from top to bottom or bottom to top, and is provided on the inside or outside of the basic reinforcement layer 22 or the single-layer structure knee medical brace layer 23.

[0051] This second basic reinforcement layer 24 is shown in two types, Type A, in which at least a plate-shaped elastic member 27 is arranged from top to bottom with its tip facing toward the back of the knee joint, and Type B, in which it is arranged from bottom to top with its tip facing toward the back of the knee joint, as shown in Figure 2 (bottom row). To further enhance the effect, the plate-shaped elastic member 27 is oriented from top to bottom and a reinforcing material 27a of the same material as the plate-shaped elastic member is added to the medial condyle (see Figure 10) to increase the reinforcing strength and achieve an effect, as shown in the A1 type (see the left side of the second basic reinforcement layer 24 in Figure 2), in which the plate-shaped elastic member 27 is oriented from top to bottom and a reinforcing material 27a is added to the lateral condyle (see Figure 10) to increase the reinforcing strength and achieve an effect, as shown in the A2 type (not shown), in which the reinforcing material 27 is oriented from bottom to top and a plate-shaped elastic member 27a is added to the medial condyle (see Figure 10) to increase the reinforcing strength and achieve an effect, as shown in the B1 type, in which the reinforcing material 27 is oriented from bottom to top and a plate-shaped elastic member 27a is added to the medial condyle to increase the reinforcing strength and achieve an effect, and in which the plate-shaped elastic member 27a is oriented from bottom to top and a reinforcing material 27a is added to the lateral condyle to increase the reinforcing strength and achieve an effect, as shown in the B2 type.

[0052] As described above, the multi-layered medical prosthesis 21 of the present invention is composed of at least a basic reinforcing layer 22 and a single-layered medical prosthesis layer 23, and is composed of multiple layers with the single-layered medical prosthesis layer 23 provided outside the basic reinforcing layer 22. In the embodiment, the second basic reinforcing layer 24 that further reinforces the back side of the knee joint is provided, and although there is no restriction on the order, in the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the second basic reinforcing layer 24 is located on the innermost side around the cross section of the knee joint (the upper part is the patella), the basic reinforcing layer 22 is located outside of that, and the single-layered medical prosthesis layer 23 is located further outside.

[0053] As shown in the explanatory diagram in Figure 2, the single-layer structure knee medical prosthesis layer 23 is configured to cover the leg front reinforcement band 28, which is made of a roughly ladder-shaped plate-like elastic member arranged continuously around the femur portion and the tibia portion, with an elastic mesh fabric 25b between the plate-like elastic members of the basic reinforcement bands 26 on both sides from the front side of the leg portion, and a slit 34 is provided between the top and bottom so that the femur portion and the tibia portion other than the leg front reinforcement band 28 are covered separately, and the upper femur portion and the tibia portion can be closed separately by fastening portions 29a, 29b on the opposite side of the leg front reinforcement band 28 made of a plate-like elastic member.

[0054] The hook-and-loop fastener of the knee support layer 23 is a nylon hook-shaped male and annular female fastener that are fastened together. As shown in Fig. 2, the right side of the knee support layer 23 is composed of hook-shaped male fasteners 29a at both the upper and lower parts, and the left side is composed of annular female fasteners 29b at both the upper and lower parts. The fasteners are fastened together by placing the central circular part of the plate-shaped elastic member 28 against the knee, placing the female fastener 29b behind (the back side of the knee), and squeezing the other male fastener 29a and pressing it against the female fastener 29b.

[0055] In this way, by binding while squeezing the male binding part 29a, the side to which tension is applied can be selected depending on which position is male. In other words, the side with the male binding part 29a applies tension. However, the binding parts 29a and 29b are overlapped and bound, and even though the side with the binding part 29a applies tension, the binding positions are shifted after the binding parts 29a and 29b are overlapped and bound, so that the tension is not uniform due to the basic reinforcing layer 22 on the inner side of the female binding part 29b and further bound with hook-and-loop tape (not shown), so that the tension of the side with the male binding part 29a can be maintained. In addition, as long as it can substantially prevent the shifting, it is not limited to general hook-and-loop tape, and other methods such as adhesives and rubber materials may be used.

[0056] There are four types of binding methods: A1 type when the position of this binding portion 29a is on the inside and the bottom is on the outside; A2 type when the top is on the outside and the bottom is on the inside; B1 type when the top is on the inside and the bottom is also on the inside; and B2 type when the top is on the outside and the bottom is also on the outside.

[0057] 3 has gaps for the sake of convenience, but in reality, a multi-layered medical knee prosthesis 21 with a tightly fitted three-layer structure is provided. With this structure, even if a person is unable to walk due to an accident, illness, or temporary muscle dysfunction, etc., and even if there are differences in each person's habits or knee bending and stretching styles as shown in FIG. 11, a medical prosthesis can be provided that maintains the freedom of knee bending and stretching and is suited to each person's style.

[0058] In addition, based on the explanatory diagram shown in Figure 4, which shows the underside (rear) of the knee joint on the left side and the surface (front) of the knee joint on the right side, we will explain the length of the single-layer structure knee medical brace 1 and the multi-layer structure knee medical brace 21 of the present invention, i.e., how far from the femur to the lower leg bone they should cover.

[0059] In the femur, the length is required to reach the apex of the bone boundary ridge (see red marking) that is visible on the underside (posterior) of the knee joint (upper boundary line of the knee joint), and in the tibia, the length is required to reach the point where the open space between the fibula and tibia meet again (lower boundary line of the knee joint), which can be seen on the surface (front) of the knee joint.By covering the femur and tibia with this length, it also assists and reinforces three-dimensional movement.

[0060] In this way, the multi-layered structure knee medical brace 21, which is effective even for severely disabled people, can bring about dramatic effects, but even if the basic reinforcement layer 22 of the multi-layered structure knee medical brace 21 of the present invention, that is, the plate-shaped elastic member 26 that secures the building to the ground in the case of a building, is gradually removed through rehabilitation, once the person is able to walk, the single-layered structure knee medical brace 1 can still be sufficiently effective.

[0061] In the course of development of this single-layered knee medical prosthesis 1, for example, a cylindrical elastic net fabric 42 covering the femur and tibia in Fig. 9 is provided with a reinforcing band layer consisting of bands 43, 44 such as rubber net having stronger elasticity than the net fabric 42, which protect the upper front periphery of the knee, the rear periphery of the thigh, and the rear part of the tibia of the knee, and a cylindrical elastic net fabric 42 covering the femur and tibia in Fig. 8 is provided with an elastic member 46 that continues from the femur to the tibia on the front side of the knee, an elastic member 47 that separates and reinforces the upper and lower parts of the femur and tibia on the back side, and a reinforcing member 49 that stimulates the back of the knee.

[0062] Just to be clear, referring to Figure 8 which shows the front and back sides of the lower leg bone consisting of the femur, fibula and tibia, the aforementioned reinforcing material 49 stimulates the medial and lateral condyles on the back of the knee, and may be of a thickness that can be changed according to the type.

[0063] In the present invention, the elastic net fabrics 25a, 25b, and 25c are made of woven nylon or rubber fiber, etc. The plate-shaped elastic members 26, 27, and 28 are made of urethane, lightweight rubber, or other material with a certain degree of elasticity, but there is no limitation on the material.

[0064] 8 and 9, the prototype of the single-layered knee medical brace 1 proposed in the present invention is shown in FIG. 7. After using the multi-layered knee medical brace 21, the single-layered knee medical brace 1 can be effectively provided, which can be used in stages by the patient whose walking ability and bending and stretching ability have been improved.

[0065] The prototype of the single-layered knee medical brace 1 in Fig. 7 is made up of an elastic net fabric 52 that protects the leg by connecting at least the front of the femur (including the patella) and the lower leg bone consisting of the tibia and fibula, a roughly ladder-shaped leg front reinforcement band 53 that is stronger than the net fabric 52 and is placed on the front of the leg, peripheral reinforcement bands 56 and 57 that surround the lower leg bone and femur separately, and a roughly circular hole 57 that abuts against the knee (patella portion) between at least the femur and the lower leg bone in the leg front reinforcement band 53. Also, 59 stimulates the medial condyle and lateral condyle on the back of the knee, and of course the thickness may be changed according to the type.

[0066] Furthermore, these single-layer and multi-layered knee braces are generally used in daily life, but the materials that make them up can be selected according to the purpose, for example, to withstand use in swimming pools or in rainy weather, and the mesh fabric can be made of rubber, nylon, synthetic fibers, or other materials that maintain elasticity.

[0067] As described above, the single-layer and multi-layer structure medical knee prosthesis of the present invention can provide single-layer and multi-layer structure medical prosthesis to assist in "acquiring a stable independent position of the knee joint and the ability to walk steadily" by improving the structure and configuration of the human joint and the regular coordination of the bone bodies at the "bone physics / bone surface-inner boundary ridge" invented by the inventor, and can provide a product that can demonstrate the effects based on the "joint structure principle" of the "knee joint" composed of the femur and tibia, i.e., the connection configuration between the bone bodies and the mobility (movement) regularity, and can further provide a product that is extremely beneficial in terms of the living environment.
