Abstract

To solve the problem that sepsis is a disease with a high mortality rate, among these, those caused by gram-negative bacteria have a particularly poor prognosis, and it is necessary to diagnose them early and provide appropriate treatment, however, there is no other method for quickly diagnosing bacteremia, which is one of the causes of sepsis, other than detecting endotoxin.SOLUTION: In the present invention, the existence of gram-negative bacteria floating in LRP is investigated by obtaining a sample containing plasma and a white blood cell, i.e. LRP, under two conditions of 37°C and 0°C using a blood sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
