Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a blood circulation promoting device that promotes blood circulation by providing hand massage to the shoulders, lower back and calf areas of the body and also providing a sole roller massage, and more particularly to a massage machine that provides multiple stimuli. [Background technology]
[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a massager with kneading ball rollers, which is a chair-type massage machine equipped with an electric reclining mechanism, that applies kneading ball rollers to stiff areas of the muscles, and rotates the kneading ball rollers in small circles while applying localized pressure, allowing for eccentric rotational movement and linked control of width adjustment, front-back movement, and up-down movement.
[0003] However, in the conventional kneading ball roller system shown in the above Patent Document 1, there are restrictions on the size and power of the kneading balls, and according to the National Consumer Affairs Center, the risk rate is increasing, with over 30% of dangerous cases of muscle tension and damage. When considering the issues with massage using the kneading ball system, it is presumed that this is due to the fact that the conventional massage machines do not meet the basic requirement of massage, which is to not touch bones. Improvement of the kneading ball roller system was an urgent issue for massage machine manufacturers. Furthermore, this conventional kneading ball system does not have a sufficient function of stretching muscles during massage. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-178167 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The present invention provides a massage machine that can effectively promote blood circulation and prevent the occurrence of blood clots, etc. In the massage machine described in Patent Document 1, The effect of preventing the occurrence of thrombus and the like cannot be sufficiently achieved. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The massage machine of the present invention has two clamp-shaped massage hands arranged facing each other, each having a notch corresponding to the multi-finger joint, a massage hand motor connected to the shaft of each massage hand, and a massage hand section that performs a predetermined opening and closing movement by causing the massage hand motor to perform forward and reverse rotational motion at a predetermined position by a top dead point push switch and a bottom dead point push switch attached to the massage hand, and is characterized in that the massage hand section is fixed to a single-axis table drive mechanism, and the single-axis moving table and the massage hand section move up and down at a predetermined interval by causing the single-axis moving table drive motor to perform forward and reverse rotational motion at a predetermined position by a start point push switch and an end point push switch.
[0007] A rubber cushion is covered on the leaf spring of the multi-finger joint of the massage hand, and a pressure-sensitive switch is further attached. The pressure sensor is set so that the pressing force reaches a maximum pressure when the resistance value of the pressure-sensitive sensor is a predetermined value. When the pressure-sensitive switch is at the maximum pressure, the massage hand motor transitions from a closing operation b to an opening operation, thereby realizing the maintenance of a predetermined value of the load on the person being treated.
[0008] The massage machine is characterized in that the massage hands are positioned on any one or more or all of the shoulders, lower back and calves, has a control unit that controls the massage hand parts, and further has two rollers that massage the soles of the feet of the person being massaged, and has four protrusions at 90 degrees each in the radial direction of the rollers, massaging the soles of the feet. Effect of the Invention
[0009] The massage machine of the present invention is supported by a hand massage mechanism and a sole massage mechanism. This acts as a pump by pressing and contracting the muscles, improving blood flow. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0021] In FIG. 5, in the massage hand 380, two double-opening clamp-shaped massage hands having a crank shape with a notch corresponding to the multi-phalangeal joint are arranged opposite to each other, and each massage hand uses two gears, one above and one below, to provide an even pressure stimulation of 5 to 10 kg. The double-handed massage hand mechanism, which is made up of a total of four gear train mechanisms, is configured as a deceleration motor that can rotate forward and backward and switch between opening and closing by a top dead center push switch and a bottom dead center push switch, which will be described later. Here, the two massage hands 380 of the double-opening clamp-shaped massage hand are connected to two gears, one above and one below, to provide an even pressure stimulation of 5 to 10 kg. A magnified view of the hand b of the massage hand part 380 as viewed from the arrow A is shown. The pressure sensor 386 is attached to a pressure sensor sensing part 386 on a base film 385a. Furthermore, it is a perspective view configured to a pressure sensor meter part 388 and the like via a pressure sensor lead wire 387.
[0022] Fig. 6 shows characteristic values of resistance and pressure of pressure-sensitive sensor meter section 388. The resistance of pressure-sensitive sensor meter section 388 is 5 MΩ, and the resistance value decreases when pressure is applied. When the resistance is 0 MΩ, the maximum pressure is 10 kg, and massage hand motor 331 (see Fig. 7) transitions from a closed operation to an open operation. The cross-sectional view of pressure-sensitive sensor 388 in Fig. 5 is a pressure-sensitive sensor consisting of support film 383, conductive section 386, base film 389, and adhesive section 387.
[0023] 7 is a perspective view of the arrangement of the massage hand. The double-opening clamp-shaped massage hand part 380 is supported by a massage hand motor 331 and a massage hand motor support 381. Gear A is screwed to the support 381 of the double-opening clamp-shaped massage hand 380 via the support 381 of the massage hand 380. A gear train part housing 334 consisting of gears A, B, C, and D is configured in the massage hand drive body part housing 334 via the support 381 of the massage hand 380. This is a perspective view of the arrangement in which the pressure sensor sensing part 386 shown in FIG. 5 is supported on the hand b 386b of the double-opening clamp-shaped massage hand part 380.
[0024] FIG. 8 is a perspective layout diagram of the motor section that drives the uniaxial moving table 350 of the massage hand. The support box 396 supports the dovetail groove rack-and-pinion type uniaxial moving table 352, the uniaxial moving table drive motor 399, and the uniaxial moving table support section 396. The dovetail groove rack-and-pinion type uniaxial moving table 352 supports the support plate 354. The uniaxial moving table 350 allows the massage hand 308 fixed to the support plate 354 to slide at any stroke. The massage mounting plate section 354 supports the uniaxial moving table top dead center push switch support 376 and the uniaxial moving table bottom dead center push switch support. The uniaxial moving table 377 supports the uniaxial moving table top dead center push switch 397. Also, the uniaxial moving table end point push switch support 377 supports the uniaxial moving table bottom dead center push switch 398.
[0025] FIG. 9 is a block diagram showing the drive mechanism of the massage unit mechanism 380. The tip of 380 is equipped with a rubber material that has good affinity with the human body, as shown in the enlarged view. For example, a massage hand cover 380a made of hard rubber is preferable as the rubber material. A deceleration motor is used to enable forward and reverse rotation by the top dead center push switch 360 and the massage unit bottom dead center push switch 365. The push switch has the characteristic of not pressing the massage hand too hard until a specified pressure is reached during massage. This utilizes a massage hand mechanism that can be opened and closed. In the state where the reduction motor is used by the two pairs of clamp-shaped 380 massagers having notches corresponding to the interphalangeal joints, first, the massage unit top dead center push switch 360 is turned ON, and the motor hand 380 is rotated forward. The surface that comes into contact with the muscle is given a rubber shape equivalent to the touch of the fingers, and the massage unit rubber cushion mechanisms 380a and 385e, which have the same effect as the fingers, are in contact with the surface to give flexibility and resilience at the same time. Next, the hand massage unit top dead center push switch 397 is turned ON, and the motor hand 380 rotates in the reverse direction, and the shoulders, waist, and calves are massaged. The hand massage is characterized by the fact that the one-axis moving table 354 shown in FIG. 8 above slides at any stroke, that is, the massage work can be continued, and the blood flow can be distributed. The massage displacement (X) from the start of the massage to the end of the massage by the hand-massaging hand 380 was about 2 mm when a pressure stimulus of 5 kg was applied, as detected by a method using an eddy current type displacement sensor as shown in Fig. 16. A leaf spring 385a is built into the massage rubber cushion 380a. Here, the massage displacement (X) of the leaf spring 385a is expressed by the cantilever beam equation shown in the following formula 1. Can be calculated
[0026]
number
[0027] Here, P (N) is the pressing force, h (mm) is the leaf thickness, b (mm) is the leaf spring width, and l (mm) is the leaf spring length. E is the modulus of elasticity (N / mm 2 ) In the case of spring steel, E(N / mm 2 ) is 206 x 10 3 (N / mm 2 ).
[0028] In Fig. 9, a pressure sensor 386 is attached to the hand massage rubber cushion 380a. As shown in Fig. 6 above, when the pressure sensor 386 is 0MΩ, p reaches a maximum pressure of 10kg, and the hand massage motor 331 transitions from a closed operation to an open operation. This makes it possible to solve the problem of the conventional knead ball method of touching bones, and to realize a safe massage device. 10, this is an action of rubbing the back muscle M1 with the massage hand 380 of the massage mechanism 400. In this action, the up and down direction of rubbing the back muscle M1 is performed by the motor of the uniaxial moving table, and the up and down stroke range is the stroke amount (Y).
[0029] In FIG. 11, the shoulder massage unit 400 is supported by a frame 402a and a frame 402b. The shoulder massage hand 380 is fixed to the one-axis moving table by a support plate 354. It is further fixed to a massage mounting plate 355. The massage mounting plate 355 is supported by a support plate 405, both ends of which are fixed to the support parts 404b and 404b of the frame 402a and the frame 402b. The support plate 354 has a support box 396 for moving the one-axis moving table, and the support box 396 is fixed to the mounting plate 406 and can move up and down. The massage hand driving body unit 334 is fixed to both ends of the mounting plate 406 via the support box 396, and is configured to be able to stroke up and down. A pressure sensor sensing unit 386 is attached to the hand b 386b of the massage hand unit 380.
[0030] 12 shows the action of rubbing the lower back muscle M2 with the massage hand 380 attached to the lower back massage part 500. In this action, the upward and downward stroke of the lower back muscle M2 is performed by the motor of the uniaxial moving table, and the upward and downward stroke range is the stroke amount (Y).
[0031] FIG. 13 is a diagram showing the lumbar massage unit 500. The mounting plate 506 is supported by the frame 502a and the frame 502b, and is supported by the one-axis moving table by the support plate 354, and is further fixed to the massage mounting plate 355. The massage mounting plate 355 is composed of the mounting plate 505, both ends of which are fixed to the support parts 503a and 503b that fix the frame 502a and the frame 502b. The support plate 354 is supported by the one-axis moving table 396 for moving, and the support box 396 is fixed to the mounting plate 506, and the massage hands 380 are attached to both ends of the mounting plate 506 via the massage hand drive unit 334, so that it can move up and down, and can stroke up and down via the support box 396. Furthermore, the frame 502a is supported by the frame 501a, and the frame 501a is fixed to the seat part 200 (not shown) via the stopper 508a. The frame 502b is supported by a frame 501b, and the frame 501b is fixed to the seat 200 (not shown) via a fastener 508b. The lower back massage unit 500 is supported by a frame 502a and a frame 502b, and the frame 502b is further fixed to the seat 200 (not shown) via a fastener 508b. A pressure sensor sensing unit 386 is attached to the hand b 386b of the calf massage unit 380.
[0032] Fig. 14 is a diagram showing the drive mechanism of the massage unit 700. As shown in Fig. 14, the calf muscle M3 is massaged by the massage hand 380 of the calf massage unit 700. In this operation, the calf muscle M3 is massaged up and down by the motor of the uniaxial moving table, and the up and down stroke range is the stroke amount (Y).
[0033] 15 is a perspective view showing the calf massage mechanism. The calf massage unit 700 is supported by frames 801 and 801b, the frame 801a is supported by frame 703a, the frame 801b is further supported by frame 703b, and the frame 701a is fixed to the seat 200 (not shown) via a fastener 708a. A pressure sensor sensing unit 386 is attached to the hand 386b of the massage hand 380. The massage mounting plate 355 is composed of a mounting plate 706 that fixes both ends to the frame 702a and the supports 702a and 702b that fix the frame 702b.
[0034] 16 is an explanatory diagram showing a method for detecting the amount of massage displacement by the eddy current displacement sensor 911. The amount of displacement (Y) of the massage hand 390 from the start of the massage to the end of the massage was about 2 mm when a pressure stimulus of 5 kg was applied, according to the method for detecting the amount of massage displacement by the eddy current displacement sensor 911.
[0035] FIG. 17 is an explanatory diagram showing roller unit 391 of massage mechanism 800 for muscle M4 in the sole of the foot. Roller unit 391 has four protrusions 392, each of which is 90 degrees rotatable. Since the sole of the foot is far from the heart, it is desirable to promote the return of blood from the sole of the foot to the heart. To solve this problem, in order to promote the effect of returning blood from the sole of the foot to the heart, the required rotation speed of roller unit 391 is set to 15 to 18 rpm, which is equal to the rotation speed corresponding to the average heart rate.
[0036] FIG. 18 is a front perspective view showing the rotation mechanism of the roller part of the sole massage mechanism 800. The sole massager 800 is supported by frames 801a and 801b of the foot rest. The sole massager 800 has two rollers 391a and 391b for massaging the soles of the feet of the person to be massaged. The two rollers 391a and 391b are aligned in the left-right direction. The rollers 391a and 391b have four roller protrusions 392 at 90 degrees each in the radial direction. Taking into consideration metal allergies of the soles of the feet, non-metallic materials are used. The sole massage motor mechanism 390 (see FIG. 2) has a sole motor 396, a motor support 395, and a sole gear drive unit 394. The transmission unit is designed to transmit the rotational driving force of the sole motor 366 to the sole gear drive unit 394. The shaft 399 is supported on the left and right by bearings 395a and 395b. 393, 393a, and 393b are plates. Plates 393a and 393b have shafts 801a and 801b with supports 802a and 802b, respectively. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of calf frames 702a and 704a, and 702b and 704b as supports for the calf.
[0037] FIG. 19 is an explanatory diagram of the increase in venous blood flow measured by a blood flow meter before and after massage. This is an explanatory diagram of the increase in venous blood flow rate due to massage measured by a laser Doppler type ultrasonic bidirectional blood flow meter 950 (Hadeco-100V3). The subjects were three healthy men (20 years old). After using this massage device for three minutes, the blood flow rate was measured as shown in FIG. 19, and it increased by a maximum of 1.8 to 2.3 times compared to immediately after the massage was applied. The effect of promoting blood flow was experimentally confirmed, and an increase in blood flow was observed. In other words, as shown in FIG. 19, the increase in blood flow was experimentally demonstrated. From this result, it is presumed that the massage device promotes the effect of sending blood back to the heart. The displacement (Y) of the Shiatsu massage hand 390 from the start of the massage to the end of the massage was about 2 mm with a pressure stimulus of 5 kg, using a method for detecting the hand massage displacement using an eddy current type displacement sensor as shown in FIG. 15 described later.
