Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition. [Background technology]

[0002] Plastic powders such as nylon powder, acrylic powder, and urethane powder may be blended into cosmetics to improve the feel and slipperiness during application. However, in recent years, interest in environmental load has increased, and there has been a movement to seek alternative products. For example, JP 2020-97552 A describes an unevenness correcting cosmetic that does not contain microplastic beads, containing (a) 6 to 10% by weight of fumed hydrophobic silica, (b) 5 to 20% by weight of octamethyltrisiloxane and / or decamethyltetrasiloxane, (c) batyl alcohol, and (d) 10 to 30% by weight of powder other than (a) that does not contain microplastic beads. In addition, JP 2020-50840 A describes a cosmetic that contains porous cellulose particles formed by the aggregation of specific crystalline cellulose. In addition, JP 2020-152851 A describes a cosmetic composition containing specific cellulose derivative particles. However, there remains a need for superior powder compositions to replace plastic powders such as nylon, acrylic, or urethane powders. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[7] The cosmetic composition according to [6] above, further comprising an organic powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0006] The cosmetic composition of the present invention includes a powder composition containing (A) acyl lysine and (B) rice flour.

[0007] The (A) acyl lysine has a volume-based distribution median diameter of 9 μm or less, and from the viewpoint of improving adhesion, it is preferably 6 μm or less, from the viewpoint of further improving adhesion and improving the feel, it is more preferably 5 μm or less, and from the viewpoint of improving adhesion and shortening the production time, it is even more preferably 4 μm or less. The median diameter of the number-based distribution of the (A) acyl lysine of the present invention is preferably 4 μm or less. The median diameter of acyl lysine can be determined by measuring the particle size distribution based on the number or volume using a laser diffraction / scattering type particle size distribution measuring device. The median diameter means the particle size at the point where the distribution curve of the cumulative percentage of passing through intersects with the horizontal axis at 50%. The "number-based distribution" refers to a particle size distribution in which the number of particles is counted and the calculation is based on the number when calculating the frequency of each particle size in the particle size distribution, and the "volume-based distribution" refers to a particle size distribution in which the volume of particles assumed to be spherical is counted and the calculation is based on the value when calculating the frequency of each particle size in the particle size distribution. The bulk density of the acyl lysine is preferably 0.38 g / mL or less. The bulk density is preferably 0.01 to 0.38 g / mL, more preferably 0.05 to 0.38 g / mL, and further preferably 0.1 to 0.36 g / mL. The bulk density of acyl lysine can be measured by the following method. The acyl lysine was mixed in a mixer for more than 2 minutes to disintegrate it, and the bulk density of the resulting crystals was measured using a powder flow analyzer (e.g., Powder Rheometer FT-4 (Freeman Technology)). TM Specifically, a certain amount of acyl lysine is weighed into a holder, and then conditioned according to the usage procedure, and the bulk density is measured from the volume after conditioning and the mass of the acyl lysine according to the following formula. Bulk density = mass after conditioning / volume after conditioning (g / mL)

[0008] (A) The method for producing acyl lysine having a median diameter of 9 μm or less in the volume distribution can be obtained by a method of dropping a basic solution of acyl lysine into a solution of hydrochloric acid or the like to crystallize it, or a pulverization method using a machine, etc. The acyl lysine having a median diameter of 9 μm or less in the volume distribution can be obtained, for example, by the method described in WO2020 / 262367.

[0009] The acyl group of (A) acyl lysine is a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid acyl having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, such as octanoyl, lauroyl, myristoyl, palmitoyl, stearoyl, octyldodecyl, oleyl, behenyl, coconut oil fatty acid acyl, palm kernel oil fatty acid acyl, beef tallow fatty acid acyl, etc., and is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of lauroyl and octanoyl in terms of general availability. That is, the acyl lysine is preferably a saturated fatty acid acyl having 8 to 12 carbon atoms, more preferably lauroyl lysine or octanoyl lysine, and even more preferably lauroyl lysine.

[0010] The rice flour used in the present invention is not limited to the raw materials described in the examples, and may be any rice-derived, cosmetically acceptable material, such as PhytMic Rice from Greenphyt and Microzest 25 Rice from Lessonia.

[0044] (Method of Producing Acyl Lysine) (Acyl Lysine of Preparation Example 1) Acyl lysine was prepared as follows according to WO22-145471. After dissolving 5.7 g of sodium hydroxide in a mixed solution of 97.4 g of methanol and 62.7 g of water at room temperature, the solution was heated to about 50°C, and then 36.4 g of commercially available Nε-lauroyl lysine crystals were added and dissolved at the same temperature to obtain a solution of Nε-lauroyl lysine. Then, the solution of Nε-lauroyl lysine was added dropwise over 75 minutes to a hydrochloric acid solution (600 mL) with a concentration of 0.1 mol / L that had been cooled to 30°C or less, while maintaining the pH at 0.7 to 1.3. After the completion of the dropwise addition, the pH was adjusted to 7.0 with sodium hydroxide, and the precipitated crystals were filtered and dried under reduced pressure to obtain 36.0 g of white crystals. The median diameter of the volume-based distribution of the obtained crystals was 9 μm. (Acyl lysine of Preparation Example 2) White crystals were obtained according to Production Example 4 of WO01 / 014317. Various measurements of the obtained crystals revealed that the median diameter of the volume-based distribution of the obtained Nε-lauroyl lysine was 14 μm.

[0045] (Method of measuring various particle sizes of acyl lysine) A laser diffraction / scattering type particle size distribution measuring device (HORIBA, Partica LA-950) was used to measure the particle size distribution using the volume cumulative value. The results obtained by the measurement were analyzed using the software attached to the device to determine various particle sizes of number-based distribution and volume-based distribution. 20 mg of acyl lysine was added to 5 g of isopropyl alcohol, and the mixture was dispersed by exposing to ultrasonic waves for 30 minutes while stirring using an ultrasonic device with an output of 300 Watts. An appropriate amount of this dispersion was added to 500 mL of isopropyl alcohol according to the procedure of the device, and a dispersion sample of an appropriate concentration was prepared while checking the transparency. The sample was circulated at a flow rate of 10 mL / min and exposed to ultrasonic waves for 30 minutes to disperse the primary particles, and after degassing, the particle size distribution and various particle sizes of acyl lysine in the sample were determined using a flow cell.
