Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to functional clothing that has the functions of maintaining the wearer's posture, stabilizing the pelvis, and assisting the movement of standing up from a bent-over position. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, the aging of workers engaged in on-site work in industries such as construction, nursing care, and logistics has become a problem.

[0003] For example, construction sites involve a lot of work that places a lot of strain on the worker's body, such as long hours of work in a squatting or half-crouching position, or work that requires bending over and standing up when lifting materials. However, as mentioned above, in recent years, the construction industry has seen an aging population of workers engaged in on-site work, which has led to an increase in problems with reduced work efficiency and physical injuries such as back pain.

[0004] Conventionally, in order to solve such problems, for example, a work assistance suit shown in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter, referred to as the "conventional example") has been proposed.

[0005] As shown in FIG. 12, this conventional example is provided with a body side supporting elastic body 21 and a lumbar supporting elastic body 22, and is configured to support the movement of a worker by the action of these elastic bodies.

[0006] Specifically, the body side support elastic body 21 is provided along the body side from near the armpit to near the waist of the work clothing main body portion 20, and is configured to generate an elastic force as the wearer bends or twists the body side, and to use this elastic force to assist the wearer in returning to the original position from a bent or twisted body side.

[0007] The waist support elastic body 22 is provided vertically on the back of the waist of the work garment main body 20, and is configured to generate elastic force as the wearer bends his / her waist, and to use this elastic force to assist the wearer in returning to the original position from the bent position. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0008] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6671746 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0009] However, in the conventional examples, metal leaf springs or coil springs are used as the body side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22, and therefore the areas where the body side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 are provided act as interlinings, making them less flexible, which creates an uncomfortable feeling and makes the garment uncomfortable to wear.Furthermore, although the body side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 support the return movement, they act as a load when bending the side of the body or the waist, making it difficult to move.

[0010] Furthermore, as described above, the conventional examples are intended to assist in the recovery movement from a bent or twisted posture or a bent waist posture. Therefore, even if wearing the product reduces the load on the wearer's body, it does little to protect the wearer's body, for example the waist and torso, which are easily injured, and in some cases may cause injury to the waist or other parts of the body.

[0011] The present invention has been made in consideration of the problems associated with the conventional examples, and aims to provide functional clothing that is comfortable to wear, allows easy movement, protects the wearer's body, assists in the movement of getting up from a bent-over position, and prevents physical injuries such as lower back pain as much as possible. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] The gist of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0013] This functional garment has a vest-like garment body 1, the portion of which located at the wearer's abdomen is made of a first elastic fabric and is configured to stretch when worn and apply pressure to the wearer's abdomen. A belt-like waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the garment body 1, which covers the wearer's waist and can tighten the waist. Furthermore, an X-shaped back belt 5 is provided at the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1, and is composed of a first belt portion 5a having one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b having one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3 and intersecting with the first belt portion 5a. The first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b of the back belt 5 are each made of a second elastic fabric that generates an elastic force greater than that of the first elastic fabric.

[0014] In addition, in the functional garment described in claim 1, the garment body 1 relates to a functional garment characterized in that a left front body 2A and a right front body 2B are connected via a zipper 6 so as to be freely separable.

[0015] In addition, in the functional clothing described in claim 2, the clothing main body 1 has a hanging portion 7a provided at one connecting edge of the left front body 2A and the right front body 2B, and a receiving portion 7b that hooks onto the hanging portion 7a provided at the other connecting edge, and the hanging portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b are provided with gripping portions 8 for pulling the hanging portion 7a toward the receiving portion 7b and the receiving portion 7b toward the hanging portion 7a, respectively, and this gripping portion 8 is colored a different color from the clothing main body 1.

[0016] In addition, in the functional clothing described in any one of claims 1 to 3, the back belt 5 relates to a functional clothing characterized in that an insertion portion 9 is provided in either the first belt portion 5a or the second belt portion 5b, and the other is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be freely movable in the insertion direction.

[0017] The functional garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is characterized in that the waist belt 4 is made of the second stretchable fabric.

[0018] The functional garment described in claim 4 is characterized in that the waist belt 4 is made of the second stretchable fabric. Effect of the Invention

[0019] Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is an innovative functional garment that is comfortable to wear, easy to move in, protects the wearer's body, assists the wearer in getting up from a bent-over position, and prevents physical injuries such as lower back pain as much as possible, making it highly practical. [0021] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described below with reference to the drawings to illustrate the operation of the present invention.

[0022] In the present invention, the garment body 1 is configured in a vest shape, and further, the portion located in the position of the wearer's abdomen is made of a first stretchable fabric and is configured to stretch when worn and apply pressure to the wearer's abdomen. Therefore, no tightness is felt in the arms, allowing the arms to move easily, and pressure is applied to the wearer's abdomen, thereby stabilizing the body axis and improving physical mobility.

[0023] In addition, in the present invention, a waist belt 4 is provided at the bottom of the garment body 1, and this waist belt 4 is configured in a belt-like shape that covers the wearer's waist and can be tightened around the waist, thereby stabilizing the pelvis by tightening it and reducing the burden on the waist.

[0024] In addition, in the present invention, a back belt 5 is provided on the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1, and this back belt 5 is configured in an X shape consisting of a first belt portion 5a having one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b having one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3 and intersecting with the first belt portion 5a. Furthermore, the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are each configured from a second stretchable fabric that generates a larger elastic force than the elastic force of the first stretchable fabric that constitutes the garment body 1. Therefore, when worn, the back belt 5 stretches, and the elastic force generated by this stretching straightens the back muscles and maintains the correct posture of the wearer. Also, when the wearer bends forward, the back belt 5 stretches further, generating a larger elastic force, which supports the movement of getting up from a bending forward position and reduces the movement load of the wearer.

[0025] Furthermore, in the present invention, the waist belt 4 and back belt 5 do not use a metal elastic interlining as in the conventional examples, but instead utilize the elastic force of a second stretchable fabric that is highly stretchable (capable of generating large elastic force). Therefore, the absence of an interlining makes the garment comfortable to wear, and wearing it does not impede movement. EXAMPLES

[0026] A specific embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.

[0027] This embodiment is a functional garment having functions of supporting the wearer's body axis, stabilizing the pelvis, and assisting the motion of standing up from a bending forward position.

[0028] Specifically, this embodiment has a vest-like garment body 1 in which a portion located at the wearer's abdomen is made of a first elastic fabric and is stretched when worn to apply pressure to the wearer's abdomen. A belt-like waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the garment body 1 to cover the wearer's waist and tighten the waist. Furthermore, an X-shaped back belt 5 is provided at the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1, the back belt 5 consisting of a first belt portion 5a having one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b having one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3 and intersecting with the first belt portion 5a. The first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b of this back belt 5 are each made of a second elastic fabric that generates an elastic force larger than that of the first elastic fabric, and are configured to straighten the wearer's back muscles and assist in the movement of getting up from a bending forward position.

[0029] Each component of this embodiment will be described in detail below.

[0030] The garment body 1 of this embodiment is configured as a mesh-like vest using a first stretchable fabric made of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 87-89%, polyurethane yarn: 11-13%, preferably polyester yarn: 888%, polyurethane yarn: 12%). The mixture ratio (composition ratio) of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn is not limited to the specific example described above, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it produces the effects of this embodiment.

[0031] Specifically, the garment body 1 is configured as an open-front vest in which a left front body portion 2A and a right front body portion 2B of the front body portion 2 are separably connected via a zipper 6, as shown in FIGS.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 2, the back body 3 is configured to cover the torso (back) from the armpits downward, i.e., there is no upper part from the armpits upward. Furthermore, the back body 3 is configured in three parts: a central part 3a and side parts 3b arranged on both sides of this central part 3a, and each side part 3b is connected to the front body 2 by sewing.

[0033] In addition, the chest and waist dimensions of the garment body 1 are set smaller than those of regular clothing of the same size so that pressure is generated when the wearer wears clothing of the same size as their regular clothing.

[0034] Specifically, the chest and waist circumferences of the garment body 1 of this embodiment for each size S to O are set to the dimensions shown in Table 1, and these dimensions are set to approximately 89% to 91% of the chest circumference and approximately 83% to 84% of the waist circumference compared to the comparative example (a typical sleeveless undershirt manufactured and sold by the applicant (product name: Breathech PP)).

[0035] [Table 1]

[0036] Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the garment body 1 has a hook portion 7a provided at one connecting edge of the left front body 2A and the right front body 2B, and a receiving portion 7b that hooks onto the hook portion 7a provided at the other connecting edge (in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the receiving portion 7b is provided on the left front body 2A, and the hook portion 7a is provided on the right front body 2B).

[0037] That is, as described above, in this embodiment, the chest and waist dimensions are set smaller than those of general clothing of the same size so that the garment body 1 generates pressure when worn. Therefore, when wearing the garment body 1, with the arms passing through both sleeves and the garment body 1 put on, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower ends of the zipper 6 (the insert pin 6a side and the box 6b side) are too far apart, making it difficult to close the zipper 6. However, by engaging the hook portion 7a provided on the right front body 2B with the receiving portion 7b provided on the left front body 2A, the lower ends of the zipper 6 (the insert pin 6a side and the box 6b side) are brought closer to each other, as shown in FIG. 6, making it easier to close the zipper 6, as shown in FIG. 7.

[0038] Specifically, the hanging portion 7a is configured as a hook (hook-shaped portion), and the receiving portion 7b is configured as a ring-shaped portion, each of which is provided on the back side (the back side of the zipper 6) near the center of the height direction of the front body 2, and is configured to be concealed and stored inside the front body 2 by closing the zipper 6, as shown in Figure 8.

[0039] In addition, the hanging portion 7a is provided with a knob portion 8 for pulling and hooking the hanging portion 7a toward the receiving portion 7b, and the receiving portion 7b is provided with a knob portion 8 for pulling and hooking the receiving portion 7b toward the hanging portion 7a.

[0040] In addition, each gripping portion 8 is colored a different color from the clothing body 1, specifically, a color that stands out against the color of the clothing body 1 and can be easily distinguished from the clothing body 1 (in this embodiment, the clothing body 1 is black and the gripping portions 8 are red).

[0041] In other words, in this embodiment, when engaging the hook portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b, the positions of the hook portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b can be easily recognized by the knob portion 8, and further, by gripping each knob portion 8, the pulling operation becomes easy, so that the hook portion 7a and the receiving portion 7b can be easily pulled to be engaged with each other.

[0042] Additionally, on the inside (back side) of the hem of the garment body 1, a slip-up prevention portion 10 is provided along the edge of the hem.

[0043] Specifically, the slip-up prevention portion 10 is made of a silicone-printed fabric and is provided around the entire hem of the garment body 1 .

[0044] In other words, the garment body 1 of this embodiment is configured so that the anti-slip-up prevention portion 10 provided at the hem fits closely to the wearer's body when worn, thereby preventing the garment body 1 from slipping up as much as possible during work movements.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 9, a waist belt 4 provided at the lower part of the garment body 1 is configured to cover the waist of the wearer and to be able to tighten the waist.

[0046] Specifically, the waist belt 4 does not use bones, hard mesh, interlining, etc., and is made of a second stretchable fabric having stronger stretchability (high elasticity) than the first stretchable fabric constituting the flexible garment body 1, specifically, a fabric made of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), and is provided at the lower part (near the waist) of the back body 3 (central part 3a) of the garment body 1, and both ends are joined to the front body 2 side (the wearer's abdomen side). The mixture ratio (composition ratio) of polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn is not limited to the above-mentioned specific example, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it produces the effects of this embodiment.

[0047] More specifically, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the waist belt 4 has a hook portion 11a of a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the back side of one end and a loop portion 11b that engages (locks) with the hook portion 11a of the hook-and-loop fastener provided on the front side of the other end, and is configured so that the engagement (locking) of the hook portion 11a and the loop portion 11b allows both ends to be joined together on the front body 2 side (the wearer's abdomen side) with an appropriate tightening force.

[0048] Moreover, the waist belt 4 of this embodiment is configured so that the polyester thread (nanofiber) exposed on the back side exerts an anti-slip function, and thus prevents the belt from slipping out of the fastening position as much as possible.

[0049] In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the back belt 5 attached to the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1 is configured as an X-shaped belt consisting of a first belt portion 5a having one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a of the front body 2 (the shoulder portion of the left front body 2A) and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b having one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front body 2 (the shoulder portion of the right front body 2B) and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3 and intersecting with the first belt portion 5a.

[0050] Specifically, the back belt 5 has a first belt portion 5a and a second belt portion 5b each made of a second stretchable fabric that generates a greater elastic force than the elastic force of the first stretchable fabric that constitutes the garment body 1. As shown in FIG. 10, when worn, the back belt 5 is arranged across the wearer's back, and the elastic force generated by the stretching caused by wearing the garment straightens the wearer's spine. When the wearer bends forward, the back belt 5 stretches further, generating a greater elastic force. As shown in FIG. 11, this elastic force is configured to assist in the movement of getting up from a bending forward position.

[0051] More specifically, the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are made of a fabric made of the same polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn as the waist belt 4 (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 84-86%, polyurethane yarn: 14-16%, preferably polyester yarn: 85%, polyurethane yarn: 15%), and the first belt portion 5a has one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the connecting portion (boundary portion) between the center portion 3a and the right side portion 3b of the back body 3, and the second belt portion 5b has one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the connecting portion (boundary portion) between the center portion 3a and the left side portion 3b of the back body 3. The mixing ratio (composition ratio) of the polyester yarn and the polyurethane yarn is not limited to the above-mentioned specific example, and can be appropriately adopted as long as it produces the effects of this embodiment.

[0052] Further, the back belt 5 is configured such that the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are not sewn and fixed at the intersection, but are intersected so as to be movable relative to each other.

[0053] Specifically, an insertion portion 9 is provided in one of the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b, and the other is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be freely movable in the insertion direction. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the insertion portion 9 is formed by sewing both ends of a belt-shaped member to the second belt portion 5b, and the first belt portion 5a is inserted into this insertion portion 9 so as to be freely movable in the insertion direction.

[0054] The effects of the present embodiment configured as above will be described below.

[0055] In this embodiment, the garment body 1 is made of a first stretchable fabric made from polyester yarn and polyurethane yarn, so that the pressure generated when wearing the garment applies pressure to the wearer's abdomen, thereby stabilizing the body axis and improving physical mobility (see Figure 11).

[0056] In addition, in this embodiment, the garment body 1 is configured as a mesh-like open-front vest, so it is light, has excellent breathability, and is easy to wear. Moreover, since it has no sleeves, there is no tightness around the arms, and the arms can be moved easily.

[0057] In addition, in this embodiment, anti-slip-up section 10 is provided along the edge of the hem on the inside (back side) of the hem of the garment body 1, so that when worn, anti-slip-up section 10 provided on the hem fits closely to the wearer's body, preventing the garment body 1 from slipping up as much as possible during work movements, and therefore no deterioration in the functionality of the back belt 5 occurs. (In the conventional example, a slip-up prevention connector is provided near the hem of the work garment body part 20, and this slip-up prevention connector is prevented from slipping up by engaging with a button on the trousers, but when the work garment body part 20 is worn alone, the slip-up prevention connector cannot be engaged with the trousers, causing the trousers to slip up, which may cause the body side support elastic body 21 and the waist support elastic body 22 to shift position and prevent them from functioning properly.)

[0058] In addition, in this embodiment, a waist belt 4 is provided at the lower part of the garment body 1, which covers the wearer's waist and is configured to be able to tighten this waist. By tightening the waist with the waist belt 4, the wearer's pelvis can be stabilized (see FIG. 11).

[0059] Moreover, the waist belt 4 of this embodiment does not use bones, hard mesh, interlining, etc., but is composed of a flexible second stretchable fabric (in this embodiment, polyester thread: 84-86%, polyurethane thread: 14-16%, preferably polyester thread: 85%, polyurethane thread: 15%), so that the wearer's mobility (movement and workability) is prevented from being reduced as much as possible.

[0060] In this embodiment, an X-shaped back belt 5 is provided on the upper part of the back body 3 of the garment body 1. The first belt portion 5a has one end connected to the left shoulder portion 2a of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the right side of the back body 3, and a second belt portion 5b has one end connected to the right shoulder portion 2b of the front body 2 and the other end connected to the left side of the back body 3 and intersects with the first belt portion 5a. The back belt 5 is made of an elastic material (in this embodiment, polyester yarn: 87-89%, polyurethane yarn: 11-13%, preferably polyester yarn: 88%, polyurethane yarn: 12%) that constitutes the garment body 1. Since the garment is made of a second stretchable fabric (in this embodiment, 84-86% polyester yarn and 14-16% polyurethane yarn, preferably 85% polyester yarn and 15% polyurethane yarn) that generates a large elastic force compared to the pressure applied to the garment, it stretches when worn, generating an elastic force larger than the pressure applied to the garment body 1, and this elastic force straightens the back and maintains correct posture. When the wearer bends forward, the fabric stretches further, generating a larger elastic force, which assists the wearer in getting up from a bent-over position, reducing the movement load on the wearer (see FIG. 11).

[0061] Furthermore, as described above, the back belt 5 of this embodiment is made of a second stretchable fabric having the same flexibility as the waist belt 4, so that the presence of the back belt 5 does not feel strange (no rough feeling) when worn, unlike the conventional example, and comfort is not compromised.

[0062] That is, as described above, in this embodiment, both the waist belt 4 and the back belt 5 are made of a flexible second stretch fabric (in this embodiment, 84-86% polyester yarn, 14-16% polyurethane yarn, preferably 85% polyester yarn, 15% polyurethane yarn), so that, as described above, it is not only comfortable to wear, but can also be easily washed, just like ordinary clothing (in the conventional example, the body side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 are made of metal, so if they are washed as they are, there is a risk that the fabric of the body side support elastic body 21 and the lumbar support elastic body 22 may be damaged if they are washed as they are).

[0063] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the back belt 5 has the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b, each end of which is connected to the connecting portion (boundary portion) between the central portion 3a and the side portion 3b of the back body 3. This prevents the back belt 5 from being pulled toward the side of the body when bending forward, and the support force for the sitting up motion is not reduced, thereby providing an excellent support effect for the sitting up motion.

[0064] Moreover, in the back belt 5 of this embodiment, the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b are not sewn together at the intersection, but are configured to cross each other freely and move relative to each other. As a result, the hindrance of expansion and contraction caused by the sewn together does not occur, and good elasticity is exerted. In addition, the intersection position of the first belt portion 5a and the second belt portion 5b moves according to the wearer's body type, and the back belt 5 is positioned in the appropriate position, thereby exerting good support effect.

[0065] In this way, this embodiment is easy to put on, comfortable to wear, can be washed as is, and furthermore, wearing it does not impede mobility. It supports the movement of rising from a bending forward position, which is a heavy load during movement, and stabilizes the wearer's body axis and pelvis, making it an innovative functional garment with excellent practicality that prevents physical injuries such as lower back pain as much as possible.

[0066] It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and the specific configuration of each component can be designed as appropriate. [Explanation of symbols]
