Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a solar roof device that can be easily installed while reliably ensuring waterproofing of the roof portion in a structure in which solar panels are installed on a roof whose upper surface is formed by a sheet that can be heat-sealed to the surface. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, an increasing number of buildings are being fitted with solar panels on their roofs. Patent Document 1 is an example of a typical roof that has solar panels fitted. The contents of Patent Document 1 disclose that the roof on which the solar panels are fitted is made of corrugated metal sheets or the like, and mounting brackets are used for the panels.
[0003] Also, roofs with waterproof and airtight properties are often constructed on rooftops and the like using construction materials made of sheet materials. In particular, sheet materials are mainly composed of synthetic resins to which components made of fibers or wire mesh are added. Such sheet materials are laid on insulating base materials and board materials such as wood to form one construction material, and a plurality of such construction materials are provided, which are arranged side by side on structural materials, and the ends of the sheet materials of adjacent construction materials are thermally fused together to construct a roof. Such roofs with sheet materials on the surface side have a surface with excellent waterproof and airtight properties over the entire roof due to the connection between the sheet materials by the thermal fusion. When installing solar panels on such sheet roofs, it is common to first install a mounting on the sheet roof and then attach the solar panels to the mounting. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-163144 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In this case, when the mounting base for the solar panels is installed on the sheet roof, fasteners such as screws are used to fix the mounting base to the sheet roof, and holes are formed in the sheet roof for the fasteners, which creates the risk that the waterproofing and airtightness of the sheet roof will be compromised by the installation of the solar panel mounting base.
[0006] For this reason, conventionally, fasteners such as screws are used to install the mounting base, as well as parts such as sealing materials and rubber waterproof washers. However, locations where solar panels are installed are constantly exposed to strong sunlight, and the irradiated areas become very hot, causing the above-mentioned sealing materials and waterproof washers to deteriorate in a short period of time, reducing their waterproof and airtight performance and no longer fulfilling their waterproof and airtight functions.
[0007] In addition, processing may be performed to waterproof the installation location of the solar panel mount on the sheet roof. In this case, a relatively large through hole for mounting the mount is first formed at a predetermined position on the sheet roof, the mount parts are attached to the hole, and then a new sheet material is attached around the hole by heat fusion or the like, and the mount is then installed. However, such processing has a major problem in that it takes a long time to install and the installation costs increase accordingly. The object of the present invention is to provide a solar roof device that allows solar panels to be installed on the sheet roof without compromising the excellent waterproofness and airtightness of the sheet roof. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] Therefore, the inventors have conducted intensive research to solve the above problems, and as a result, have determined that the invention of claim 1 is a sheet-like roof consisting of a thermal insulation base material, a deck plate arranged on the underside of the thermal insulation base material, and a heat-sealable sheet layer arranged on the upper side of the thermal insulation base material, a frame body having inclined sides extending downward from both sides of the top in the width direction and seat plate parts formed on both sides in the width direction from the lower ends of both inclined sides, and having a covering sheet part on the surface side that is heat-sealed, and The above problem has been solved by providing a solar roof device comprising a solar frame consisting of a connecting sheet portion extending outward, and a panel stand and a solar panel arranged and fixed to the top of the solar frame, wherein the solar frame is arranged on the sheet roof, the seat plate portion is fixed to the sheet roof via a fastener, the connecting sheet portion is heat-fused to the sheet layer portion of the sheet roof, and the solar panel is arranged on the top of the solar frame via the panel stand.
[0009] The above problem was solved by the invention of claim 2, which is a solar roof device according to claim 1, characterized in that an end closing sheet portion is arranged to close the longitudinal end of the solar frame, and the longitudinal end of the solar frame and the sheet-like roof are covered by the sheet layer portion by thermal fusion. The above problem was solved by the invention of claim 3, which is a solar roof device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the frame body of the solar frame forms a trapezoid by the top and both of the inclined side portions.
[0010] The above problem is solved by the invention of claim 4, which is a solar roof device in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that double-sided tape is affixed to the undersides of both of the seat plate parts of the solar frame. The above problem is solved by the invention of claim 5, which is a solar roof device in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that double-sided tape is affixed to the upper sides of both of the seat plate parts of the solar frame, and the upper surfaces of the seat plate parts and the connecting sheet parts are affixed to each other via the double-sided tape. The above problem is solved by the invention of claim 6, which is a solar roof device in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that an end door that closes an opening is fixed to the longitudinal end of the solar frame, and the end door is covered by the end closing sheet part.
[0011] The above problem is solved by the invention of claim 7, which is a solar roof device characterized in that, in claim 1 or 2, when the solar frames are arranged in series in the longitudinal direction, a band-shaped connecting sheet portion is provided, and the opposing ends of both the solar frames are covered by the band-shaped connecting sheet portion by heat fusion to both the tops, both the inclined side portions and both the seat plate portions, and both longitudinal ends of the band-shaped connecting sheet portion are covered by heat fusion to the sheet layer portion of the sheet-like roof. Effect of the Invention
[0012] In the invention of claim 1, a solar roof device can be provided in which a solar panel is installed on a sheet roof while maintaining the waterproofness and airtightness of the sheet roof. The solar panel can be provided. To explain the above effect in detail, the solar frame has a frame body and a connecting sheet part, the frame body is composed of inclined side parts extending downward from both sides of the top in the width direction and seat plate parts formed on both sides in the width direction from the lower ends of both inclined side parts, and the covering sheet part that is heat-sealed is provided on the surface side of the frame body.
[0013] The frame body is provided with a connecting sheet portion that is heat-sealed to the upper positions of both of the inclined side portions and extends from the inclined side portions outward beyond the outer ends of the seat plate portions. The connecting sheet portion is heat-sealed only to the upper positions of the inclined step portions and is in a free state below the heat-sealed positions. The sheet roof is composed of a thermal insulation base material, a deck plate placed on the underside of the thermal insulation base material, and a sheet layer portion that can be heat-sealed and is placed on the upper surface of the thermal insulation base material.
[0014] The solar frame is then placed on the sheet roof, the base plate portion is fixed to the sheet roof via fasteners, and the connecting sheet portion is heat-sealed to the sheet layer portion of the sheet roof. In particular, the connecting sheet portion is heat-sealed at the upper portion (including the vicinity of the middle portion) of the inclined step portion, and below the heat-sealed portion, the connecting sheet portion is in a free state. As a result, the lower portion of the connecting sheet portion becomes a free portion, and the connecting sheet portion can be rolled up by lifting the lower end of the connecting sheet portion upward.
[0015] As a result, when attempting to secure the solar frame to the sheet-like roof by screwing fasteners such as screws into the seat plate portion of the solar frame placed on the sheet-like roof, the rolled-up connecting sheet portion causes the seat plate portion to appear (be exposed), making it easier to screw fasteners such as screws into the seat plate portion and improving the efficiency of the work of installing and securing the solar frame on the sheet-like roof.
[0016] As a result of the above, the connecting sheet portion covers the areas where the frame body of the solar frame and the sheet-like roof are fixed with fasteners such as screws, and the connecting sheet portion and the sheet layer portion of the sheet-like roof are heat-fused together, covering the fastener areas and preventing the infiltration of rainwater, etc. through the fastener areas, thereby providing an installation structure in which the solar frame has extremely excellent waterproofing and airtightness when compared to the sheet-like roof.
[0017] This type of configuration is extremely simple, and the solar frame can be firmly fixed to the sheet roof using fasteners such as screws, and watertightness and airtightness can be reliably maintained. By arranging multiple solar frames side by side on the sheet roof at a predetermined interval, or by arranging the solar frames continuously in a straight line in the longitudinal direction, it is possible to create a structure that makes it easy to install panel stands and solar panels on a small or large scale, and the construction is simple and inexpensive, which is an excellent effect.
[0018] In addition, in the present invention, when constructing a solar roof device, a solar frame is placed on a sheet roof, and the free portion of the connecting sheet portion of the solar frame is heat-sealed to the sheet layer portion of the sheet roof along the longitudinal direction of the solar frame. When using a heat sealer, most of the heat sealing can be performed by moving the heat sealer in a substantially straight line, making the construction work extremely efficient. The present invention allows the solar frame to be installed by heat sealing without any processing of the sheet roof, and furthermore, fasteners such as screws for installing and fixing the solar frame to the sheet roof can be always performed from above the sheet roof, making the construction work extremely simple and quick.
[0019] In the invention of claim 2, an end blocking sheet portion is arranged to close the longitudinal end of the solar frame, and the longitudinal end of the solar frame and the sheet-like roof are covered by the sheet layer portion by thermal fusion, thereby making it possible to make the solar frame on the sheet-like roof have a structure with even better waterproofing and airtightness.
[0020] In the invention of claim 3, the frame body of the solar frame is formed into a trapezoid by the top and both of the inclined side parts, making the solar frame a strong structure, and by using it as a base, the cross section becomes flat, making it easier to install the panel stand. In the invention of claim 4, double-sided tape is attached to the underside of both of the seat plate parts of the solar frame, making it easier to position the solar frame when placing it in a specified position on the sheet roof and to fasten it with fasteners such as screws.
[0021] In the invention of claim 5, double-sided tape is attached to the upper surface sides of both of the seat plate parts of the solar frame, and the upper surfaces of the seat plate parts and the connecting sheet parts are attached to each other via the double-sided tape, thereby further improving the waterproofness and airtightness of the sheet roof and the solar frame. In the invention of claim 6, end surface doors that close the openings are fixed to the longitudinal ends of the solar frame, and the end surface doors are covered with the end closing sheet parts, thereby further strengthening the strength of the solar frame.
[0022] In the invention of claim 7, when the solar frames are arranged in series in the longitudinal direction, a strip-shaped connecting sheet portion is provided, and the opposing ends of both the solar frames are covered by the strip-shaped connecting sheet portion by heat fusion to both the tops, both the inclined side portions and both the seat plate portions, and both longitudinal ends of the strip-shaped connecting sheet portion are covered by heat fusion to the sheet layer portion of the sheet-like roof, making it possible to create a configuration suitable for the installation of large-area solar panels corresponding to large-scale sheet-like roofs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0024] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, the X-direction and the Y-direction are used as terms indicating directions in order to facilitate understanding of the description. In the present invention, the solar frame A is used as a reference, and its longitudinal direction is the X-direction, and its width direction is the Y-direction. In addition, when the solar frame A is installed on the sheet-like roof 5, the X-direction and the Y-direction of the sheet-like roof 5 are made to coincide with the X-direction and the Y-direction of the solar frame A. The longitudinal direction (X-direction) and the width direction (Y-direction) are described in the main parts of the drawings. In the components of the present invention described below, the reference directions are all based on the above-mentioned X-direction and Y-direction.
[0025] The solar roof device of the present invention mainly comprises a solar frame A, a sheet-like roof 5, a panel stand 6, a solar panel 7, and fasteners 8 (see Figs. 1 and 2). The solar frame A is also referred to as a through-base material. The present invention has a structure in which the solar frame A is fixed and installed on the sheet-like roof 5 with fasteners 8 such as screws, the fasteners 8 are covered by thermal fusion bonding between the connecting sheet portion 2 of the solar frame A and the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5, and the solar panel 7 is installed on the solar frame A via the panel stand 6.
[0026] Solar frame A is composed of a frame body 1 and a connecting sheet portion 2 (see Fig. 5). The frame body 1 is composed of a base portion 11 and a covering sheet portion 12, and the upper surface of the base portion 11 is resin-coated with the covering sheet portion 12 (see Figs. 5(B) and (C)). The resin coating of the covering sheet portion 12 on the surface of the base portion 11 is performed by heat fusion or adhesive. The base portion 11 is mainly made of a metal material, and the covering sheet portion 12 is made of a material that can be heat-fused, and is made of a material that is mainly composed of resin and further includes a mesh-like metal material and fiber material, etc., to reinforce its strength (see Figs. 5(B) and (C)).
[0027] The base portion 11 is the framework that shapes the frame body 1, and is also the core of the frame body 1. The frame body 1 has a top 1a, inclined side portions 1b, and a seat plate portion 1c, with inclined side portions 1b, 1b extending downward from both sides of the top 1a in the width direction (Y direction), and seat plate portions 1c, 1c being formed on both sides in the width direction (Y direction) from the lower ends of the inclined side portions 1b, 1b (see Figures 5(A) and (B)).
[0028] The top 1a and the two inclined side portions 1b, 1b form a generally trapezoidal shape. The upper surface of the generally trapezoidal frame body 1 is entirely made up of the covering sheet portion 12, and the lower surface is made up of the base portion 11. The two inclined side portions 1b, 1b have an inclination angle that slopes outward in the width direction (Y direction) from top to bottom, and there are various inclination angles ranging from gentle to old, which are determined according to the conditions under which the sheet roof 5 is constructed (see Figures 5(A) and (B)).
[0029] An example of the main dimensions of the solar frame A is a height of about 90 mm, a width direction (Y direction) dimension of the top part 1a of about 66 mm, and a width direction (Y direction) dimension including both seat plate parts 1c, 1c of about 250 mm. The shape of the solar frame A is approximately trapezoidal, but it may be approximately rectangular or rectangular. The frame body 1 is made of metal, specifically, hot-dip zinc-aluminum, magnesium alloy plated steel plate, etc., but is not limited to these materials and may be a general steel plate.
[0030] The top 1a is provided with a mount fixing bolt 63 which constitutes a panel mount 6, which will be described later. The mount fixing bolt 63 includes a bolt portion 63a, a washer portion 63b, a packing portion 63c, and a nut 63d. The mount fixing bolt 63 serves to fix the panel mount 6, which will be described later, when it is installed on the top 1a of the solar frame A. The bolt portion 63a of the mount fixing bolt 63 is attached to the top 1a of the solar frame A in a state in which it protrudes vertically upward from the upper surface of the top 1a, and the washer portion 63b and the packing portion 63c are arranged to sandwich the upper and lower surfaces of the top 1a (see FIG. 1(B)).
[0031] The lower support portion 61 and the upper pressing portion 62 of the panel mount 6 are attached to the top portion 1a of the solar frame A via the bolt portion 63a and the nut 63d of the fixing bolt 63. As described above, the panel mount 6 has the lower support portion 61, the upper pressing portion 62, and the mount fixing bolt 63 (see Figs. 1(B) and 2).
[0032] Two connecting sheet parts 2 are provided for the frame main body 1, and a part of each connecting sheet part 2 is joined by heat fusion from an upper position to an approximately middle position of both inclined side parts 1b, 1b of the frame main body 1 (see Figs. 5(A) and (B)). The connecting sheet part 2 is attached so as to extend from the inclined side part 1b to a position protruding further outward than the outer end of the seat plate part 1c (see Fig. 5).
[0033] In other words, when the connecting sheet portion 2 is arranged in close contact with the surfaces of the inclined side portion 1b and the seat plate portion 1c, the lower outer end of the connecting sheet portion 2 protrudes further outward than the outer end of the seat plate portion 1c (see Figs. 5(A) and (B)). Therefore, the total length of the connecting sheet portion 2 in the width direction (Y direction) is set to be larger than the combined dimensions of the inclined side portion 1b and the seat plate portion 1c in the width direction (Y direction) (see Fig. 5(B)).
[0034] The connecting sheet part 2 is made of the same material as the covering sheet part 12 of the frame main body 1, and the connecting sheet part 2 can be joined to the covering sheet part 12 by heat fusion. To join the connecting sheet part 2 to the inclined side part 1b of the frame main body 1 by heat fusion, first, double-sided tape is attached to the upper part of the inclined side part 1b, and the covering sheet part 12 and the connecting sheet part 2 are heat fused together while being aligned for joining the connecting sheet part 2 to the covering sheet part 12 of the inclined side part 1b.
[0035] There is also a method for heat-sealing the connecting sheet portion 2 when the frame main body 1 is in an unformed, flat plate state before it is formed into a trapezoidal shape, which will be described later. In either case, the connecting sheet portion 2 is heat-sealed and joined at an accurate position to the covering sheet portion 12 of the inclined side portion 1b by using double-sided tape in this manner. The connecting sheet portion 2 may be joined to the frame main body 1 with an adhesive.
[0036] The connecting sheet portion 2 is heat-sealed from the upper portion to the approximately middle portion in the height direction of the inclined side portion 1b of the frame main body 1. As a result, only the upper portion to the middle portion of the connecting sheet portion 2 is heat-sealed to the inclined side portion 1b, and the portion below the heat-sealed portion is freely movable (see FIG. 5(C)). This free portion of the connecting sheet portion 2 is referred to as the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2. The portion of the connecting sheet portion 2 that is heat-sealed to the covering sheet portion 12 of the frame main body 1 is referred to as the heat-sealed fixed portion 2b. In the Y direction (width direction) of the solar frame A, the self is formed longer than the heat-sealed fixed portion 2b.
[0037] In the state in which the connecting sheet portion 2 is left as it is, the free portion 2a hangs down by its own weight so as to substantially follow the inclined side portion 1b and the seat plate portion 1c. Also, by holding the lower end of the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 and lifting it upward, the connecting sheet portion 2 can be rolled up relative to the frame main body 1 (see Figs. 5(B) and 6(B)). This type of structure is extremely effective in the work of installing and fixing the solar frame A to the sheet roof 5, which will be described later. By rolling up the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2, the seat plate portion 1c of the frame main body 1 becomes exposed.
[0038] That is, as described above, the connecting sheet portion 2 is heat-sealed and joined from the upper part to the approximate middle part of the inclined side portion 1b of the frame main body 1 to form the heat-sealed fixed portion 2b, and this portion is integrated with the frame main body 1. The part below this heat-sealed fixed portion 2b is the free part 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2, and only the upper part of the connecting sheet portion 2 is joined to the inclined side portion 1b by heat sealing, with the part below this heat-sealed part being free (see FIG. 5(C)).
[0039] As mentioned previously, the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 hangs down along the inclined side portion 1b and the seat plate portion 1c under its own weight in its current state, and can be rolled up relative to the frame body 1 by holding the lower end of the connecting sheet portion 2 and lifting it upward. When fixing the solar frame A placed on the sheet roof 5, the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 is rolled up, so that the seat plate portion 1c located below the free portion 2a appears (is exposed), and it becomes easier to screw a fastener 8 such as a screw for fixing the solar frame A to the sheet roof 5 from above the seat plate portion 1c onto the sheet roof 5 (see FIG. 6(B)). It is preferable to use a screw (such as a chip-suppressing screw) that does not easily generate chips when drilling for the fastener 8.
[0040] Although not shown, such a solar frame A is manufactured as follows. In the frame body 1, rectangular connecting sheet portions 2 are arranged parallel to both sides in the width direction (Y direction) of the unformed rectangular flat metal plate material before the base portion 11 is formed into a trapezoid and on the covering sheet portion 12. At this time, if double-sided tape is attached to either the flat base portion 11 or the connecting sheet portion 2, the base portion 11 and the connecting sheet portion 2 can be temporarily fixed in position, making it easier to perform accurate heat fusion work. Then, a position near the center in the width direction (Y direction) of the base portion 11 and the connecting sheet portion 2 are heat fused and joined by a heat fusion machine to form the heat fused and fixed portion 2b.
[0041] At this time, the regions on both sides of the width direction (Y direction) of the flat base portion 11 and the connecting sheet portion 2 are not heat-sealed to form free portions 2a, and the free portions 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 are designed to be able to be rolled up on both sides of the width direction (Y direction) of the flat base portion 11. Then, with the connecting sheet portions 2, 2 heat-sealed to both sides of the width direction (Y direction) of the flat base portion 11, the unformed flat base portion 11 is formed into a substantially trapezoidal cross section by a bender or a mold, etc., to produce the solar frame A.
[0042] The solar frame A is usually transported to the site with the connecting sheet portion 2 heat-sealed to the frame body 1. Depending on the conditions of the construction site or the work situation, the solar frame A may be transported with the frame body 1 and the connecting sheet portion 2 separated, and the connecting sheet portion 2 may be heat-sealed to the frame body 1 during the work on site. The connecting sheet portion 2 serves to cover the fasteners 8 that fix the seat panel portion 1c of the solar frame A onto the sheet-like roof 5, and therefore the connecting sheet portion 2 may also be referred to as the connecting covering sheet portion 2.
[0043] The solar frame A has an end portion in the longitudinal direction (X direction) that is open as it is, and is provided with an end closing sheet portion 41 for closing this portion (see Figs. 2(A), 3(B), 9(A), etc.). The end closing sheet portion 41 is made of the same material as the covering sheet portion 12 and the connecting sheet portion 2 described above. The solar frame A has an end portion in the longitudinal direction (X direction) that is open as it is, and is provided with an end closing sheet portion 41 for closing this portion. The end closing sheet portion 41 is made of the same material as the covering sheet portion 12 and the connecting sheet portion 2 described above. An opening exists at the end portion in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the solar frame A, and an end panel door 3 for closing the opening is fixed to it (see Fig. 2(A)).
[0044] The end panel door 3 is made of metal and has a panel main plate 31 of the same shape as the opening, with fixing margins 32 perpendicular to the panel main plate 31 formed on the top side and both sides in the width direction (Y direction) of the panel main plate 31 (see Fig. 2(A)). The end panel door 3 is placed at the opening at the end in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the solar frame A, and the fixing margins 32 of the end panel door 3 and the inner surface of the base part 11 of the solar frame A are attached via adhesive fixing means.
[0045] Next, the attachment location of the end panel 3 of the solar frame A is covered by an end blocking sheet part 41 (see Figs. 2(A), 3(B), and 9(A)). The end blocking sheet part 41 is equivalent to the covering sheet part 12, connecting sheet part 2, etc. of the solar frame A. The end blocking sheet part 41 is a sheet-like material formed in a roughly "mountain" or "W" shape, and has a trapezoidal upper covering surface 41a and a U-shaped lower covering surface 41b (see Fig. 9(B)).
[0046] Then, the upper covering surface 41a covers the top 1a, both inclined side portions 1b, 1b, and the opening of the solar frame A, and the periphery of the upper covering surface 41a is joined by heat fusion to the top 1a and inclined side portions 1b of the solar frame A. At this time, if the end covering sheet portion 41 is folded in an eight-fold manner over the top 1a and inclined side portions 1b of the solar frame A, it will fit well (storage) [see FIG. 9(A)].
[0047] Also, the lower covering surface 41b is joined by heat fusion to the connecting sheet portion 2 covering the washer portion 63b of the solar frame A and to the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5. Furthermore, a circular support sheet portion 43 may be used, and by using this support sheet portion 43, the corner portion formed by the longitudinal direction (X direction) end portion of the solar frame A and the sheet-like roof 5 is sealed, thereby improving waterproofing. The support sheet portion 43 is made of the same material as the connecting sheet portion 2, and is joined by heat fusion [see FIG. 9(A)].
[0048] The sheet roof 5 is composed of a heat insulating base material 51, a deck plate 53 arranged on the underside of the heat insulating base material, and a heat fusion bondable sheet layer portion 52 arranged on the upper side of the heat insulating base material 51 (see FIG. 1(B)). The sheet layer portion 52 is made of the same material as the covering sheet portion 12, connecting sheet portion 2, etc. of the solar frame A. When the end blocking sheet portion 41 is heat fusion bonded to the longitudinal end portion (X direction) of the solar frame A, by first applying double-sided tape between the solar frame A and the sheet roof 5, the end blocking sheet portion 41 can be accurately positioned, and the end blocking sheet portion 41 does not become misaligned during the heat fusion work, allowing for highly accurate construction.
[0049] Next, in the case where multiple solar frames A are arranged in series and linearly along the longitudinal direction (X direction), a strip-shaped connecting sheet portion 42 may be provided at the opposing end portions of adjacent solar frames A, A in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the opposing portions of both adjacent solar frames A, A may be covered by the strip-shaped connecting sheet portion 42 (see Figs. 3(B), 4, and 9(C)). The strip-shaped connecting sheet portion 42 is made of the same material as the connecting sheet portion 2.
[0050] The belt-shaped connecting sheet portions 42 are disposed at the ends of the solar frames A, A facing each other in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the belt-shaped connecting sheet portions 42 cover and join the top portions 1a, the inclined side portions 1b, 1b, and the base plate portions 1c, 1c by thermal fusion. The belt-shaped connecting sheet portions 42 cover both sides in the width direction (Y direction) when viewed from the front of the solar frame A, and both longitudinal sides of the belt-shaped connecting sheet material 42 are joined to the sheet layer portions 52 of the sheet-like roof 5 by thermal fusion.
[0051] In addition, in the heat sealing operation of the belt-shaped connecting sheet portion 42, by previously attaching double-sided tape n to the tops 1a, both inclined side portions 1b, 1b and both seat plate portions 1c, 1c of the opposing portions of both solar frames A, A adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction (X direction) and to the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5, it is possible to heat seal the belt-shaped connecting sheet portion 42 at an accurate position and also to perform the heat sealing operation efficiently.
[0052] As described above, the panel stand 6 has a lower support portion 61 and an upper pressing portion 62 (see Figs. 1(B), 2, 3, and 4(B)). The lower support portion 61 is a member long in the longitudinal direction, and its cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is generally hat-shaped or convex-shaped (see Figs. 2 and 3). On the upper end surface of the lower support portion 61, a plurality of through holes through which the stand fixing bolts 63 pass are arranged in a row at predetermined and equal intervals. The upper pressing portion 62 is a member long in the longitudinal direction like the lower support portion 61, and a plurality of through holes through which the stand fixing bolts 63 pass are arranged in a row at predetermined and equal intervals (see Fig. 7).
[0053] Then, it is placed on the top 1a of the solar frame A so that the longitudinal direction of the lower support portion 61 and the upper holding portion 62 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the solar frame A, a plurality of which are arranged side by side on the sheet-like roof 5. The solar panel 7 is in the form of a rectangular or square plate, and is placed between adjacent panel stands 6, 6, with both opposing sides of the solar panel 7 being clamped in the vertical direction by the fitting lower support portion 61 and upper holding portion 62 of the panel stand 6, and fixed by the bolt portion 63a and nut 63d of the stand fixing bolt 63 (see FIG. 2).
[0054] The upper pressing portion 62 has a cross section of an approximately inverted L-shape or a flat plate shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A plurality of solar panels 7 are usually arranged in a predetermined position on the sheet-like roof 5. When a large solar group is formed by assembling a large number of solar panels 7, the upper pressing portion 62 of the panel stand 6 has a cross section of an approximately inverted L-shape at the end of the group (see Figs. 2(A) and 7(B)). In addition, between adjacent solar panels 7, 7, the upper pressing portion 62 of the panel stand 6 has a flat plate shape, and fixes both opposing sides of the adjacent solar panels 7, 7 (see Figs. 2(B) and 7(B)). Note that in Fig. 3(A), the illustration of the upper pressing portion 62 of the panel stand 6 is partially omitted.
[0055] In the present invention, the seat plate portion 1c of the solar frame A placed on the sheet roof 5 is fixed to the sheet roof 5 with fasteners 8 such as multiple screws, and the fasteners 8 are heat-sealed to the connecting sheet portion 2 of the solar frame A and the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet roof 5, thereby providing a completely waterproof structure around the fasteners 8. This makes it possible to prevent the inflow of moisture such as rainwater from the solar frame A installed on the sheet roof 5. Furthermore, by also heat-sealing the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 to the inclined side portion 1b of the frame main body 1 and the covering sheet portion 12 of the seat plate portion 1c, it is possible to improve the waterproofing around the fasteners 8 in the seat plate portion 1c.
[0056] Next, the construction of the solar roof device of the present invention will be described. First, the construction process will be outlined in sequence. A solar frame A is arranged on a sheet roof 5 having a sheet layer portion 52 that can be heat-sealed, the solar frame A is arranged on the top 1a of the solar frame A, the solar frame A is arranged on the top 1a of the solar frame A, and the solar frame A is arranged on the top 1a of the solar frame A. The ...
[0057] The above construction will be described in detail according to the steps. First, the solar frame A is placed on the sheet-like roof 5 on which a heat-sealable sheet layer 52 is laid on the surface of a heat-insulating base material 51 (see Figs. 6(A) and 8(B)). Here, it is preferable to arrange the solar frame A so that its longitudinal direction (X direction) is aligned with the flow direction of the sheet-like roof 5. Furthermore, at this time, double-sided tape n is attached to the undersides of both seat plate parts 1c, 1c of the solar frame A (see Figs. 1(B) and 6(A)).
[0058] As a result, the solar frame A is temporarily fixed to the sheet roof 5 for positioning, and the double-sided tape n enables the thermal fusion work to be performed without misalignment between the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 and the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet roof 5 (see FIG. 6(A)). In this case, the double-sided tape n is preferably a waterproof butyl tape.
[0059] Through holes 1d are pre-drilled in the base plate portions 1c, 1c, and fasteners 8 such as screws are inserted into the through holes 1d and screwed into the sheet-like roof 5, thereby fixing the solar frame A onto the sheet-like roof 5 (see Figs. 6(B) and 8(C)). The fasteners 8, such as screws, are screwed into the metal deck plate 53. This allows the solar frame A to be fixed extremely firmly to the sheet-like roof 5.
[0060] When fixing the solar frame A onto the sheet roof 5 with fasteners 8 such as screws, first, the lower ends of the free portions 2a of the connecting sheet portions 2 on both sides of the width direction (Y direction) of the solar frame A are lifted upward, and the free portions 2a are rolled up to expose the seat plate portion 1c, making it easier to insert fasteners such as screws into the through holes of the seat plate portion 1c (see FIG. 6(B)). Then, multiple solar frames A are arranged side by side on the sheet roof 5 at a predetermined interval. Furthermore, to install a large-scale solar system, multiple solar frames A, A, ... are arranged in a straight line in the longitudinal direction (X direction).
[0061] Then, the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 of the solar frame A is lowered downward as it is, the outer end portion of the connecting sheet portion 2 protruding from the seat plate portion 1c is placed on the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5, and the contact portion between the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 and the sheet layer portion 52 is heat-sealed (see Figs. 7(A) and 8(E)). Here, the heat-sealing operation between the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2 and the sheet layer portion 52 can be performed linearly along the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the solar frame A. Therefore, in the heat-sealing along the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the solar frame A, the work efficiency can be improved by using a self-propelled heat-sealing machine.
[0062] In this manner, fasteners 8 such as screws (particularly around the screw heads) that fasten the base plate portion 1c of the solar frame A to the sheet-like roof 5 are covered by the thermal fusion bonding between the connecting sheet portion 2 and the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5, ensuring waterproofing of the fasteners 8. Furthermore, thermal fusion bonding is also performed between the inclined side portion 1b of the frame body 1 of the solar frame A, the covering sheet portion 12 of the base plate portion 1c, and the free portion 2a of the connecting sheet portion 2, ensuring extremely high waterproofing.
[0063] Also, double-sided tape n may be attached to the upper surface of both seat plate parts 1c, 1c of the solar frame A, and the upper surface of the seat plate part 1c and the free part 2a of the connecting sheet part 2 may be attached to each other via the double-sided tape n (see FIG. 1(B)). As a result, the seat plate parts 1c, 1c and the free part 2a are not heat-sealed, but the free part 2a at the non-heat-sealed part can also be adhesively fixed to the seat plate part 1c and kept in a stable state.
[0064] Additionally, the longitudinal (X-direction) ends of the solar frames A are fitted with end panels 3 and are further finished with end closing sheet portions 4. Furthermore, strip-shaped connecting sheet portions 42 are provided at the connections between the solar frames A in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the solar frames A. In this manner, a plurality of solar frames A, A, ... are arranged side by side on the sheet layer portion 52 of the sheet-like roof 5. A panel stand 6 is installed on the tops 1a of these arranged solar frames A, and solar panels 7 are arranged on the panel stand (see Figs. 7(B) and 8(F)). [Explanation of symbols]
