DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, the drawings are schematic, and the relationship between thickness and planar dimensions, the thickness ratio of each layer, and the like differ from the actual ones. Therefore, the specific thickness and dimensions should be determined in light of the following description. In addition, it goes without saying that the drawings include parts with different dimensional relationships and ratios.
[0010] [First embodiment] Fig. 1 is a plan view showing a rectangular panel member having a top panel member, leg members and reinforcing members of a knockdown furniture according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a view showing the knockdown furniture according to the first embodiment of the present invention disassembled from a rectangular panel member into the top panel member, leg members and reinforcing members. The knock-down furniture according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured from a single rectangular panel member 100 including table top member 10, leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, and reinforcing members 30A, 30B, as shown in FIG.
[0011] The top plate member 10 has a top plate portion 12 and a pair of side walls 14A, 14B provided adjacent to both ends of the top plate portion 12, and the side walls 14A, 14B are arranged so as to be bendable toward the underside of the top plate portion 12. The side wall portion 14A is provided with reinforcing member cutouts 15AA, 15AB that open toward the underside of the top plate portion 12 when folded, and leg cutouts 16AA, 16AA, 16AC, 16AC. Similarly, the side wall portion 14B is provided with reinforcing member cutouts 15BA, 15BB and leg cutouts 16BB, 16BB, 16BD, 16BD.
[0012] 2, the reinforcing members 30A, 30B are a pair of members that can be separated from the respective ends of the side walls 14A, 14B of the top plate member 10 in one rectangular panel member 100. The reinforcing member 30A has side wall cutouts 31AA, 31AB at one end and leg member cutouts 32AA, 32AB at the other end. [0013] The leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D are four members that can be separated from the respective ends of the reinforcing members 30A and 30B. The leg member 20A has two folding lines 21A and can be folded into a U-shape. By folding the leg member 20A at the two folding lines 21A and 21A, three faces, faces 22AA, 22AB, and 22AC, are formed. Of the three faces, the faces 22AA and 22AC on both sides of the face 22AB have side wall cutouts 23AA and 23AA at one end. Furthermore, the face 22AB has a cutout 24AA for a reinforcing material at one end.

[0015] Furthermore, the leg member 20C has two folding lines 21C, 21C, and is folded at the two folding lines 21C, 21C to form three faces 22CA, 22CB, and 22CC. One end of the faces 22CA and 22CC has side wall cutouts 23CA, 23CA. One end of the face 22CB has a reinforcing material cutout 24CB.
[0016] Furthermore, leg member 20D has two folding lines 21D, 21D, and is folded at two folding lines 21D, 21D to form three faces 22DA, 22DB, and 22DC. One end of faces 22DA and 22DC has side wall cutouts 23DB, 23DB. One end of face 22DB has a reinforcing material cutout 24DB.
[0017] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the assembly-type furniture according to the first embodiment during assembly, and FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining a method of assembling the assembly-type furniture according to the first embodiment. When the knockdown furniture 1 of the first embodiment is used as furniture such as a table, chair, stand, or pillow, it can be used as the knockdown furniture 1 by assembling the tabletop member 10, reinforcing members 30A, 30B, and leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D as shown in FIG. 4.
[0018] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the reinforcing member 30A separated from the top plate member 10 is positioned so as to span a pair of side wall portions 14A, 14B that are bent toward the underside of the top plate member 10, and the top plate member 10 and the reinforcing member 30A can be assembled by inserting the reinforcing member cutout portion 15AA provided in the side wall portion 14A and the reinforcing member cutout portion 15BA provided in the side wall portion 14B into the side wall cutout portions 31AA, 31AB provided in the reinforcing member 30A while opposing them. Similarly, the reinforcing member 30B is positioned to span a pair of side wall portions 14A, 14B that are bent toward the underside of the top plate member 10, and the top plate member 10 and the reinforcing member 30B can be assembled by inserting the reinforcing member cutout portion 15AB provided in the side wall portion 14A and the reinforcing member cutout portion 15BB provided in the side wall portion 14B into the side wall cutout portions 31BA, 31BB provided in the reinforcing member 30B while opposing them.
[0019] Moreover, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D separated from the reinforcing members 30A and 30B are folded into a U-shape along the folding lines 21A, 21B, 21C, and 21D, respectively. The leg member 20A is inserted while aligning the two side wall cutouts 23AA, 23AA provided at one end with the two leg member cutouts 16AA, 16AA provided in the side wall portion 14A of the tabletop member 10, and the reinforcing member 30A is sandwiched between the tabletop member 10 and the leg member 20A. Furthermore, the tabletop member 10, the leg member 20A, and the reinforcing member 30A can be assembled by inserting the leg member cutout 32AA provided in the reinforcing member 30A with the reinforcing member cutout 24AA provided in the leg member 20A while aligning them with each other.
[0020] Similarly, the leg member 20B is inserted while aligning the two side wall cutouts 23BB, 23BB provided at one end with the two leg member cutouts 16BB, 16BB provided in the side wall portion 14B of the tabletop member 10, and the reinforcing member 30A is sandwiched between the tabletop member 10 and the leg member 20B. Furthermore, the tabletop member 10, the leg member 20B, and the reinforcing member 30A can be assembled by inserting the leg member cutouts 32AB provided in the reinforcing member 30A with the reinforcing member cutout 24BA provided in the leg member 20B while aligning them with each other.
[0021] Furthermore, the leg member 20C is inserted while aligning the two side wall cutouts 23CA, 23CA provided at one end with the two leg member cutouts 16AC, 16AC provided in the side wall portion 14A of the tabletop member 10, and the reinforcing member 30B is sandwiched between the tabletop member 10 and the leg member 20C. Furthermore, the tabletop member 10, the leg member 20C, and the reinforcing member 30B can be assembled by inserting the leg member cutout 32BC provided in the reinforcing member 30B with the reinforcing member cutout 24CB provided in the leg member 20C while aligning them with each other.
[0022] Furthermore, the leg member 20D is inserted while aligning the two side wall cutout portions 23DB, 23DB provided at one end portion with the two leg member cutout portions 16BD, 16BD provided in the side wall portion 14B of the top plate member 10, and the reinforcing member 30B is sandwiched between the top plate member 10 and the leg member 20D. Furthermore, the top plate member 10, the leg member 20D, and the reinforcing member 30B can be assembled by inserting the leg member cutout portion 32BD provided in the reinforcing member 30B with the reinforcing member cutout portion 24DB provided in the leg member 20D while aligning them with each other.
[0023] As described above, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D are folded into a U-shape by the folding lines 21A, 21B, 21C, and 21D, respectively. The folding lines 21A, 21B, 21C, and 21D are provided parallel to the direction of insertion into the leg member cutouts 16AA, 16AC, 16BB, and 16BD of the side walls 14A and 14B and into the leg member cutouts 32AA, 32AB, 32BC, and 32BD of the reinforcing members 30A and 30B. By providing the folding lines 21A, 21B, 21C, and 21D parallel to the insertion direction, the assembled knockdown furniture 1 can be stabilized.
[0024] The reinforcing member cutout 15AA of the side wall 14A and the side wall cutout 31AA of the reinforcing member 30A, the side wall cutout 23AA, 23AA of the leg member 20A, the leg member cutout 16AA, 16AA of the side wall member 14A, and the leg member cutout 32AA of the reinforcing member 30A and the leg member cutout 24AA of the leg member 20A are not limited to the shapes shown in the drawings as long as they can be inserted relative to each other. As long as the strength, load-bearing capacity, and workability during dismantling and storage of the knockdown furniture 1 are not impaired, the reinforcing member 30A and the leg member 20A may have a shape having a mechanism for preventing them from easily coming off, and may be fixed or reinforced using known means such as tape or adhesive as necessary.
[0025] In addition, if there is a large difference in thickness between the reinforcing member cutout 15AA and the side wall cutout 31AA, between the side wall cutout 23AA, 23AA and the leg member cutout 16AA, 16AA, and between the leg member cutout 32AA and the reinforcing member cutout 24AA, a sheet material such as paper or plastic may be inserted to fill the thickness difference or an adhesive such as hot melt may be applied to fill the gaps between the reinforcing member cutout 15AA and the side wall cutout 31AA, between the side wall cutout 23AA, 23AA and the leg member cutout 16AA, 16AA, and between the leg member cutout 32AA and the reinforcing member cutout 24AA. Although the above describes the case where the side wall portion 14A, the reinforcing member 30A, and the leg member 20A are assembled, it is also possible to carry out this procedure when assembling other members.
[0026] In addition, in order to more firmly secure the tabletop member 10, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B, the side wall portions 14A, 14B may be fixed or reinforced by pulling them with rubber bands or strings in a direction parallel to the installation direction of the reinforcing members 30A, 30B.
[0027] The length L1 between the side wall cutouts 31AA, 31AB of the reinforcing member 30A and the length L1 between the side wall cutouts 31BA, 31BB of the reinforcing member 30B are equal to the length L2 between the top plate portion 12 (bending lines 18A, 18H) of the top plate member 10. By making the length L1 of the reinforcing members 30A, 30B equal to the length L2 of the top plate portion 12, the reinforcing members 30A, 30B function as beams, improving the strength of the knockdown furniture 1 and making it excellent in load-bearing capacity.
[0028] When the knockdown furniture 1 is used as furniture, it is preferable that at least a part of the reinforcing members 30A, 30B arranged to bridge the pair of folded side wall portions 14A, 14B is arranged to be in contact with the underside of the top plate portion 12. By arranging at least a part of the reinforcing members 30A, 30B to be in contact with the underside of the top plate portion 12, the strength of the knockdown furniture 1 can be improved and the load-bearing capacity can be improved.
[0029] Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating the state in which the knockdown furniture 1 according to the first embodiment is folded from a single rectangular surface material. When the knockdown furniture 1 according to the first embodiment is transported and stored, the top board member 10, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B are used as a single rectangular surface material 100, as shown in Fig. 5(a).
[0030] The tabletop member 10, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B each have a convex portion and a concave portion that become a fitting portion for determining the position when restored to a single rectangular panel member 100. Specifically, the tabletop member 10 and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B are in contact with each other when restored, and the tabletop member 10 has a convex portion 17, and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B have concave portions 33A, 33A, 33B, 33B that fit with the convex portion 17. The pair of the convex portion 17 and the concave portion 33A (the convex portion 17 and the concave portion 33B) constitutes the fitting portion 40. In addition, the reinforcing members 30A and 30B come into contact with the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D to restore the structure, and the reinforcing members 30A and 30B have protrusions 34A, 34A, 34B, and the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D have recesses 25A, 25B, 25C, and 25D that fit with the protrusions 34A, 34A, 34B, and 34B. This pair of protrusions 34A and recesses 25A (protrusions 34A and recesses 25B, protrusions 34B and recesses 25C, and protrusions 34B and recesses 25D) constitutes a fitting portion 42. The protrusions and recesses of each fitting portion 40 and fitting portion 42 fit together to restore the rectangular panel material 100.
[0031] After being restored to a single rectangular panel material 100, as shown in Fig. 5(b), the rectangular panel material 100 is folded from the outside to the inside at folding lines 18A, 18H. Note that folding lines 18A, 18H are folding lines along which side walls 14A, 14B are folded downward when assembling knockdown furniture 1. By folding at folding lines 18A, 18H, the area of rectangular panel material 100 can be reduced to approximately half.
[0032] Next, as shown in FIG. 5(c), the leg members 20A and 20B are folded at the folding lines 21A and 21B and the top plate portion 10 is folded at the folding lines 18B and 18C, thereby further folding inward. The surface 19B between the folding lines 18B and 18C of the top plate portion 10 becomes the side surface when folded, and the length between them is equal to the thickness of the folded rectangular member. Similarly, the opposite side is folded at the folding lines 21C and 21D of the leg members 20C and 20D and the folding lines 18F and 18G of the top plate portion 10, thereby further folding inward. By folding inward from both sides, the area of the rectangular panel material 100 can be reduced to about 1 / 4.
[0033] Finally, as shown in Fig. 5(d), it is folded at folding lines 18E and 18D. Surface 19D between folding lines 18E and 18D of tabletop portion 10 becomes the side surface when folded, and the length between them is equal to the thickness of the folded rectangular member. By folding at folding lines 18E and 18D, the area of rectangular panel material 100 can be reduced to about 1 / 8, making it possible to transport and store it compactly.
[0034] In addition, the positions of the tabletop member 10, the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, and the reinforcing members 30A, 30B when restoring the tabletop member 10 to one rectangular panel member 100 are not limited to the positions shown in Fig. 5(a). For example, when the folding directions are fixed, such as when the folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D are formed by half-cutting, it is preferable to restore the rectangular panel member 100 so that the folding lines 21A, 21B of the leg members 20A, 20B and the folding lines 18B, 18C of the tabletop member 10 are bent in the same direction in Fig. 5(b). Similarly, it is preferable to restore the rectangular panel member 100 so that the folding lines 21C, 21D of the leg members 20C, 20D and the folding lines 18F, 18G of the tabletop member 10 are bent in the same direction. In this way, by appropriately positioning the tabletop member 10 and the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D according to the folding directions of the folding lines 18A-18H of the tabletop member 10 and the folding lines 21A-21D of the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D, storage can be easily performed.
[0035] The material used for the rectangular panel 100 is not particularly limited as long as it is in the form of a thick sheet, and can be appropriately selected according to the desired strength and use, such as paper materials such as cardboard or corrugated board, plastic plates, plastic corrugated board, wood boards, metals such as aluminum or iron, carbon fiber (carbon) materials, etc. In particular, from the viewpoint of reducing weight to improve transportability and facilitating recycling after use, paper is preferable, multi-layer paper such as laminated paper is more preferable, and corrugated board is even more preferable.
[0036] From the viewpoints of improving transportability and storage and of achieving excellent load-bearing capacity, the thickness of the rectangular panel material 100 is preferably 2 mm to 30 mm, more preferably 3 mm to 25 mm, and even more preferably 5 mm to 20 mm. In addition, in order to reliably fix the top plate member 10 to the leg members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D and the reinforcing members 30A and 30B, it is preferable that the width of each of the cutouts formed in each member is equal to or less than the thickness of the rectangular panel material 100.
[0037] When the rectangular panel material 100 is a material having a thickness such as multi-layered paper or cardboard, it is preferable to provide folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D at the folding positions to make the structure easy to fold, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D may be cuts along the folding positions on the surface side opposite to the folding direction, or may be recesses formed along the folding positions on the surface side in the folding direction, and the material may be cut and the surface side in the folding direction may be pasted and reinforced with an adhesive tape made of a known material such as paper, cloth, metal such as aluminum, vinyl, cellophane, etc. In addition, in the case of materials other than paper, the surface side in the folding direction may be joined using a folding means such as a hinge.
[0038] When rectangular panel material 100 is made of multi-layered paper, folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D can be provided by half-cutting the stacked paper layers from the side opposite to the folding direction. By forming folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D by half-cutting, the strength of rectangular panel material 100 can be maintained, and the load-bearing capacity of the knock-down furniture to be assembled can be improved.
[0039] When the rectangular panel material 100 is a double-sided corrugated cardboard or multi-sided corrugated cardboard configured with a core sandwiched between liners, it is preferable to provide folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D by cutting in the flow direction of the cardboard sheet (the direction in which the corrugated shape of the core is visible). By cutting the folding lines 18A-18H, 21A-21D in the flow direction of the cardboard sheet, the strength of the rectangular panel material 100 can be maintained and the load-bearing capacity of the knock-down furniture that is assembled can be improved.
[0040] The top surface of the tabletop member 10 preferably has a coating film. The coating film is preferably provided not only on the top surface of the tabletop member 10 but also on other surfaces. Specifically, it is preferable that the rectangular surface material 100 made of paper has a coating film. From the viewpoint of improving the durability of the knockdown furniture 1, the coating film should preferably have waterproof and water-repellent properties. The rectangular paper panel 100 has a coating film, which facilitates disposal of the ready-to-assemble furniture 1. Specifically, the rectangular paper panel 100 having a coating film can be dissolved into small pieces, and the coating film is easily peeled off from the paper, so that, for example, when waste paper is dissolved in a pulper, it has excellent disintegration properties when collected and is easy to recycle, compared to waterproofing with a laminate film.
[0041] The Cobb water absorption of the coated surface is preferably 50 g / m2 in 30 minutes. 2 More preferably, it is 40 g / m or less. 2 More preferably, it is 30 g / m or less. 2 When the Cobb water absorbency of the surface having the coating film is equal to or less than the above upper limit, the surface having the coating film has waterproof properties, and the durability of the knockdown furniture can be improved. The Cobb water absorbency can be measured according to the Cobb method specified in JIS P 8140:1998 by contacting the coating with 100 ml of distilled water and measuring the mass of water absorbed per unit area after a specified time.
[0042] (Paint film) The coating film of the present embodiment preferably contains a synthetic resin and a wax, and the synthetic resin is more preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of a styrene-based resin, an acrylic-based resin, and a polyolefin-based resin, and further preferably a styrene-based resin and / or an acrylic-based resin.
[0043] The styrene-based resin that can be contained in the coating film is preferably a resin in which the copolymerization ratio of a styrene-based monomer having a styrene skeleton in its structure is 50 mass % or more, and may be a resin consisting only of a polymer of a styrene-based monomer.
[0044] Examples of styrene monomers include styrene, o-methylstyrene, m-methylstyrene, p-methylstyrene, 2,4-dimethylstyrene, ethylstyrene, p-tert-butylstyrene, α-methylstyrene, α-methyl-p-methylstyrene, etc. The styrene resin may be a polymer of one or more monomers selected from these styrene monomers.
[0045] Examples of monomers copolymerizable with styrene monomers include alkyl methacrylates such as methyl methacrylate, cyclohexyl methacrylate, and methylphenyl methacrylate, alkyl acrylates such as methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, and cyclohexyl acrylate, unsaturated carboxylic acids such as methacrylic acid and acrylic acid, unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydrides such as maleic acid and itaconic acid, unsaturated nitriles such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, and conjugated dienes such as 1,3-butadiene and 2-methyl-1,3-butadiene. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0046] The acrylic resin that may be contained in the coating film is a resin in which the copolymerization ratio of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, and acrylic monomers that are derivatives of these is 50 mass % or more, and may be a resin consisting only of polymers of acrylic monomers.
[0047] Examples of the acrylic monomer include methacrylic acid esters such as cyclohexyl methacrylate, t-butylcyclohexyl methacrylate, and methyl methacrylate, and acrylic acid esters such as methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, and isopropyl acrylate. The acrylic resin may be a polymer of one or more monomers selected from these acrylic monomers.
[0048] Examples of monomers copolymerizable with acrylic monomers include aromatic vinyl compounds such as styrene, o-methylstyrene, p-methylstyrene, 2,4-dimethylstyrene, ethylstyrene, p-tert-butylstyrene, α-methylstyrene, and α-methyl-p-methylstyrene, unsaturated nitriles such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, maleimides such as N-phenylmaleimide and N-cyclohexylmaleimide, unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydrides such as maleic anhydride, and unsaturated carboxylic acids such as methacrylic acid and acrylic acid. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0049] Examples of waxes contained in the coating film include synthetic waxes such as polyethylene wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, oil-based synthetic waxes (fatty acid esters, fatty acid amides, ketones and amines), hydrogenated oil, and natural waxes such as beeswax, wood wax, paraffin wax, and microcrystalline wax. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In particular, hydrocarbon waxes containing paraffin are preferred.
[0050] In this embodiment, the coating film may contain a pigment to the extent that the waterproofing is not impaired. In this case, it is preferable to contain the pigment in an amount that increases the whiteness by 1% or more compared to the case where the coating film does not contain the pigment. Examples of such pigments include inorganic pigments such as calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, kaolin, clay, engineered kaolin, delaminated clay, talc, barium sulfate, zinc oxide, silicic acid, silicate salts, colloidal silica, satin white, mica, and montmorillonite. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these pigments, kaolin, calcium carbonate, and mica, which have flat particles, are particularly suitable because they do not easily impair waterproofing. It is preferable that such flat inorganic pigments have an aspect ratio of 10 or more. The content of the pigment in the coating film is preferably 5 to 40% by mass, more preferably 10 to 35% by mass. If the pigment content is 5% by mass or more, the effect of improving whiteness is sufficiently obtained, and if it is 40% by mass or less, the moisture-proof and waterproof functions of the coating film that are possessed by the synthetic resin component are not adversely affected.
[0051] The coating film may contain other additives such as binders, stabilizers, antifoaming agents, viscosity improvers, water retention agents, preservatives, and colorants.
[0052] The coating film can be formed by applying paint containing the above-mentioned components onto the rectangular panel 100 and drying it. When applying the paint, a solvent can be used for the purpose of adjusting the viscosity so that the paint can be applied more uniformly. There are no particular limitations on the solvent as long as the paint can be uniformly dispersed and dissolved in the solvent. The amount of paint applied is 4 to 20 g / m2 from the viewpoints of waterproofing of the panel and manufacturing costs. 2 It is preferable to set the thickness to 5 to 15 g / m 2 It is more preferable to set the thickness to 20 g / m 2 If the temperature exceeds this range, no further improvement in waterproofness can be expected, while the manufacturing cost may increase.
[0053] The average thickness of the coating film in this embodiment is preferably 5.5 μm to 20 μm, more preferably 6.0 μm to 17 μm, and even more preferably 6.5 μm to 15 μm, from the viewpoint of moisture resistance and waterproofing of the rectangular panel material 100. Here, the average thickness of the coating film is the average value of the thicknesses of the coating film measured by cutting a sample into strips and observing 10 random points on the cross section with an electron microscope.
[0054] The coating film can be formed by applying a coating material using a known coating method. For example, coating methods such as air knife coating, curtain coating, blade coating, gate roll coating, and die coating can be used. The coating film may be a single layer or multiple layers, and multiple coating films may be applied sequentially, or two or more layers may be applied simultaneously by curtain coating or the like. When multiple coating films are provided, at least one of the layers may be a waterproof coating film, and in that case, it is preferable that the outermost coating film is waterproof. The coating speed when applying the coating material can be appropriately set in consideration of the viscosity of the coating material, the target coating amount, and the like.
[0055] In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable to use a contour coating method such as the air knife coating or curtain coating. When the contour coating method is used, the amount of coating agent applied to the surface of the rectangular surface material 100 becomes uniform, so that the coating thickness becomes uniform. Therefore, the occurrence of blisters in the coating film can be suppressed in the subsequent drying process. In addition, the amount of paint used can be reduced compared to the contact coating method, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0056] When the coating film is formed by the coating method, it is preferable to provide the above-mentioned drying step. In this case, the drying step is preferably performed such that the coating film temperature at the outlet is less than 120°C, and more preferably 100°C or less. If the coating film temperature at the outlet is 120°C or more, the occurrence rate of blisters in the coating film may increase, and blocking may occur in the surface material forming the rectangular surface material 100 wound up after the coating film is formed. On the other hand, the coating film temperature at the outlet is preferably 60°C or more, more preferably 70°C or more, and can also be 80°C or more. If the coating film temperature at the outlet is less than 60°C, not only may blocking occur in the surface material forming the rectangular surface material 100 wound up after the coating film is formed, but the coating film may not be dried sufficiently to fully exhibit the waterproof function.
[0057] The temperature of the coating film at the exit of the drying process can be set appropriately taking into consideration the material and thickness of the rectangular surface material 100. For example, when the material of the rectangular surface material 100 on which the coating film is formed is a cardboard liner, blisters tend to easily occur on the surface of the coating film. Therefore, when blisters are likely to occur on the surface of the coating film, it is preferable to adjust the temperature of the coating film at the exit of the drying process to a lower temperature within a range in which drying is possible.
[0058] Here, the drying process outlet means the outlet of the drying zone when there is one drying zone in the drying process, and means the outlet of the drying zone on the most downstream side when there are multiple drying zones in the drying process.
[0059] The temperature of the coating film at the exit of the drying process can be adjusted by adjusting the drying time and the temperature of the drying zone. The drying time is determined by the feed speed of the paper substrate, the number and length of the drying zones, the equipment capacity of the drying zone (air volume, infrared output), etc. As the drying method, a known drying method can be used, such as a steam cylinder heating drying method, a hot air drying method, a gas-type infrared drying method, an electric infrared drying method, etc., and any one of these can be used alone, or two or more can be used in combination.

[0072] Further, the leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D are folded into an L shape along folding lines 221A, 221B, 221C, and 221D, respectively. The leg member 220A is inserted while the side wall cutout 222AA provided at one end and the leg member cutout 216AA provided in the side wall 214A of the tabletop member 210 face each other, and the groove 223AA provided in the leg member 220A is fitted around the reinforcing member 230A bent into a U-shape, so that the tabletop member 210 and the leg member 220A are sandwiched between them. Furthermore, the bottom of the groove 223AA has a protrusion 224AA, which is fitted into a through hole 234AA provided in the reinforcing member 230A. With this configuration, the leg member 220A is fixed to the side wall 214A of the tabletop member 210 and the reinforcing member 230A.
[0073] Similarly, the leg member 220B is inserted while the side wall cutout 222BB provided at one end and the leg member cutout 216BB provided in the side wall 214B of the top plate member 210 face each other, and the groove 223BA provided in the leg member 220B is fitted around the reinforcing member 230A bent into a U-shape, so that the leg member 220B is sandwiched between the top plate member 210 and the leg member 220B. Furthermore, the bottom of the groove 223BA has a protrusion 224BA, and the protrusion 224BA is fitted into the through hole 234AB provided in the reinforcing member 230A. With this configuration, the leg member 220B is fixed to the side wall 214B of the top plate member 210 and the reinforcing member 230A.
[0074] Furthermore, the leg member 220C is inserted while the side wall cutout 222CA provided at one end and the leg member cutout 216AC provided in the side wall 214A of the tabletop member 210 face each other, and the groove 223CB provided in the leg member 220C is fitted around the reinforcing member 230B bent into a U-shape, so that the tabletop member 210 and the leg member 220C are sandwiched between them. Furthermore, the bottom of the groove 223CB has a protrusion 224CB, and the protrusion 224CB is fitted into the through hole 234BC provided in the reinforcing member 230B. With this configuration, the leg member 220C is fixed to the side wall 214A of the tabletop member 210 and the reinforcing member 230B.
[0075] Furthermore, the leg member 220D is inserted while the side wall cutout 222DB provided at one end and the leg member cutout 216BD provided in the side wall 214B of the top plate member 210 face each other, and the groove 223DB provided in the leg member 220D is fitted around the reinforcing member 230B bent into a U-shape, so that the leg member 220D is sandwiched between the top plate member 210 and the leg member 220D. Furthermore, the bottom of the groove 223DB has a protrusion 224DB, which is fitted into the through hole 234BD provided in the reinforcing member 230B. With this configuration, the leg member 220D is fixed to the side wall 214B of the top plate member 210 and the reinforcing member 230B.
[0076] In addition, the positions where the leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D are fixed to the top plate portion 210 are preferably such that, in the direction of the bending line 218A (direction A shown in FIG. 8) that bends the top plate portion 212 and the side wall portion 214A of the top plate member 210, the distance L5 between the end point C of the leg member 220A opposite to the center of the top plate portion 212 and the end of the top plate member 210 is 0 mm or more and 50 mm or less, and preferably 25 mm or more and 35 mm or less. By setting the distance L5 in the above range, the strength of the knockdown furniture 201 can be increased. Similarly, for the leg members 220B, 220C, and 220D, the distance between the end point C of the leg members 220B, 220C, and 220D and the end of the top plate member 210 is preferably set in the above range. Furthermore, it is preferable that the distance L6 between the end point D of the leg member 220A on the center side of the top panel portion 212 and the end of the top panel member 210 is 30 mm or more and 160 mm or less, and more preferably 60 mm or more and 130 mm or less. By setting the distance L6 in the above range, it is possible to increase the strength of the knockdown furniture 201. Similarly, it is preferable that the distance between the end points D of the leg members 220B, 220C, 220D and the end of the top panel member 210 is within the above range for the leg members 220B, 220C, 220D.
[0077] The length L3 between the side wall cutouts 233AA, 231AB of the reinforcing member 230A and the length L3 between the side wall cutouts 233BA, 233BB of the reinforcing member 230B are equal to the length L4 between the top plate portion 212 (bending lines 218A, 218J) of the top plate member 210. By making the length L3 of the reinforcing members 230A, 230B equal to the length L4 of the top plate portion 212, the reinforcing members 230A, 230B function as beams, improving the strength of the knockdown furniture 201 and making it excellent in load-bearing capacity.
[0078] Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a folded state of the knockdown furniture 201 according to the second embodiment. When the knockdown furniture 201 according to the second embodiment is transported and stored, as shown in Fig. 10(a), leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D, and reinforcing members 230A and 230B are stacked on the top board member 210. In Fig. 10(a), the leg member 220A folded at the folding line 221A and the leg member 220B folded at the folding line 221B are shown on the surface 219C (see Fig. 6) of the top board member 210, but in reality, the reinforcing members 230A and 230B, and the leg members 220C and 220D are stacked between the top board member 210 and the leg members 220A and 220B.
[0079] Next, as shown in Fig. 10(a), the top plate member 210 is folded at the folding lines 218B and 218C, from the outside to the inside of the top plate member 210. The leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D and the reinforcing members 230A and 230B stacked on the surface 219C of the top plate member 210 are covered by the surface 219A and the side wall portion 214A of the leg members 220A and 220B, and the side surfaces thereof are covered by the surface 219B (see Fig. 10(b)).
[0080] 10(b) and (c), by rotating the leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D and the reinforcing members 230A and 230B while folding the top plate member 210 at the folding lines 218D-218G, the top plate member 210 can be wrapped around the leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D and the reinforcing members 230A and 230B. Finally, by folding the surface 219I and the side wall portions 214B of the top plate member from the side opposite to the direction of rotation of the leg members 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D and the reinforcing members 230A and 230B at the folding lines 218H and I, the top plate member can be stored compactly. FIG. 10(d) shows an area that is approximately 1 / 5 of the top plate member 210 and approximately 1 / 11 of the rectangular surface member 300, allowing for compact transportation and storage. [Industrial Applicability]
