Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 listed below discloses a seat state changing device capable of independently changing the positions of a seat back and a seat cushion in a vehicle seat. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2011-42295 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In a vehicle seat equipped with such a seat state changing device, for example, when a large person sits down, the seat cushion may be moved toward the front side of the seat while the seat back is held in an upright position. In such a state, it may be undesirable if an object falls between the rear end of the seat cushion and the lower end of the seat back, so a shielding sheet (also called a "sagging sheet") may be provided between the rear end side of the seat cushion and the lower end side of the seat back. In this case, for example, one end side of the shielding sheet may be attached to the rear end side of the seat cushion, and the other end side of the shielding sheet may be attached to an extension piece that extends from the rear side of the seat back to the seat lower side by using a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners. Here, the hook-and-loop fastener arranged on the extension piece side has its upper and lower ends sewn to the extension piece.

[0005] This configuration provides good assembly workability, but there is a problem in that if the extension piece is positioned in a state where its movement toward the front of the seat is restricted, the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners are likely to peel off when the seat cushion moves toward the front of the seat.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above facts, and aims to provide a vehicle seat in which the seat cushion can be moved in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat while maintaining the position of the seat back, in which the rear end side of the seat cushion and the lower end side of the seat back can be easily connected with a shielding sheet and the hook-and-loop fastener used to attach the shielding sheet can be made less likely to come off. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The vehicle seat of the first embodiment is a vehicle seat in which the seat cushion can be moved in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat while maintaining the position of the seat back, and has an extension piece extending from the rear side of the seat back to the seat lower side of the seat back and positioned in a state where movement toward the front side of the seat is restricted, a shielding sheet having one end attached to the rear end of the seat cushion and positioned on the seat rear side of the seat cushion, a first hook-and-loop fastener sewn to the other end side of the shielding sheet, and a second hook-and-loop fastener that is detachable from the first hook-and-loop fastener and only a portion within the upper half of the range is sewn to the front side of the extension piece.

[0008] In the vehicle seat of the first aspect, the seat cushion can be moved in the front-rear direction of the seat while the position of the seat back is maintained. An extension piece extends from the rear side of the seat back toward the seat lower side of the seat back, and this extension piece is arranged in a state in which movement toward the front side of the seat is restricted. In addition, a shielding sheet is arranged on the seat rear side of the seat cushion, one end side of the shielding sheet is attached to the rear end of the seat cushion, and a first hook-and-loop fastener is sewn to the other end side of the shielding sheet. Furthermore, the first hook-and-loop fastener and a detachable second hook-and-loop fastener are sewn to the front side of the extension piece. Therefore, the rear end side of the seat cushion and the lower end side of the seat back can be easily connected by the shielding sheet using the first hook-and-loop fastener and the second hook-and-loop fastener.

[0009] Here, only the upper half of the second hook-and-loop fastener is sewn to the front side of the extension piece. Therefore, when a force acts on the first hook-and-loop fastener to displace it toward the front side of the seat due to deformation of the shielding sheet when the seat cushion is in the forward position, at least the lower part of the second hook-and-loop fastener engaged with the first hook-and-loop fastener can be displaced toward the front side of the seat by separating it from the extension piece. This makes it possible to suppress the force in the direction of separating the first hook-and-loop fastener from the second hook-and-loop fastener, so that the first hook-and-loop fastener is less likely to separate from the second hook-and-loop fastener.

[0010] The vehicle seat of the second aspect is the same as the first aspect, in which only the upper end of the second hook-and-loop fastener is sewn to the front surface side of the extension piece.

[0011] In the vehicle seat of the second aspect, most of the second hook-and-loop fastener can be displaced away from the extension piece, and when a force acts on the first hook-and-loop fastener to displace it toward the front of the seat, the lower end of the second hook-and-loop fastener can be displaced toward the front of the seat over a wide range in response to the force. This makes it possible to effectively suppress the force in the direction of peeling the first hook-and-loop fastener from the second hook-and-loop fastener when a force acting on the shielding sheet to displace the first hook-and-loop fastener toward the front of the seat is large. Effect of the Invention

[0012] As described above, according to the present invention, in a vehicle seat in which the seat cushion can be moved in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat while maintaining the position of the seat back, it has the excellent effect of easily connecting the rear end side of the seat cushion and the lower end side of the seat back with a shielding sheet, and making it possible to make the hook-and-loop fastener used to attach the shielding sheet less likely to come off. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0013] [Figure 1] 1 is a simplified perspective view of a vehicle seat according to one embodiment, as viewed obliquely from the rear side of the seat; [Diagram 2] 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic cross-section taken along line 2-2 in FIG. 1. [Diagram 3] 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the seat cushion has been moved toward the front side of the seat from the state shown in FIG. 2; FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] Hereinafter, a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 3. In these figures, the arrow FR indicates the front side of the seat, the arrow UP indicates the upper side of the seat, and the arrow W indicates the seat width direction (seat left-right direction). In the following description, when the directions of front-rear, up-down, and left-right are simply used, they refer to front-rear in the front-rear direction of the seat, up-down in the up-down direction of the seat, and left-right in the left-right direction of the seat, unless otherwise specified. In addition, in each figure, some symbols may be omitted in order to make the drawings easier to read.

[0015] (Configuration of the embodiment) FIG. 1 shows a simplified perspective view of a vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment as viewed from an obliquely rearward side of the seat. The vehicle seat 10 can be applied to, for example, a front seat of a truck. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 10 has a seat cushion 12 that supports the thighs and buttocks of a seated occupant, a seat back 14 that supports the back of the seated occupant, and a headrest 16 that supports the head of the seated occupant. As an example, a suspension (not shown) is provided below the seat cushion 12. The vehicle seat 10 is configured so that the seat cushion 12 can slide in the front-rear direction of the seat while the position of the seat back 14 is maintained, and the position of the seat cushion 12 in the front-rear direction of the seat can be adjusted.

[0016] The seat cushion 12 has a seat cushion frame (not shown) that constitutes the framework of the seat cushion 12 covered with a seat cushion pad (not shown), and the surface of the seat cushion pad is covered with a seat cushion skin 12C. The seat back 14 has a seat back frame (not shown) that constitutes the framework of the seat cushion 12 covered with a seat back pad (not shown), and the surface of the seat back pad is covered with a seat back skin 14C.

[0017] Also, an extension piece 18 extends from the back surface 14B side of the seat back 14 toward the seat lower side of the seat back 14. The extension piece 18 is made of carpet material and has the same rigidity as carpet. As an example, the upper end of the extension piece 18 is sewn to the lower part of the back surface side skin part 14C1 constituting the seat back skin 14C on the back surface 14B side of the seat back 14 (the sewing part is not shown). The left and right ends of the extension piece 18 are arranged at the seat width direction positions corresponding to the left and right sides of the back surface side skin part 14C1. The lower end of the extension piece 18 is not fixed, but the part including the lower part of the extension piece 18 is adjacent to peripheral members (not shown) arranged in a predetermined region (e.g., both sides) on the front side of the seat, so that the extension piece 18 is arranged in a state in which the movement toward the front side of the seat is restricted by the peripheral members.

[0018] Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line 2-2 in Fig. 1. In order to make the drawing easier to understand, Fig. 2 shows only the outlines of the seat cushion 12 and the seat back 14, and omits the illustration of the internal cross-sectional shapes (the same applies to Fig. 3).

[0019] As shown in Fig. 2, one end 20A of the shielding sheet 20 is attached to the rear end 12B of the seat cushion 12, and this shielding sheet 20 is disposed on the seat rear side of the seat cushion 12. The shielding sheet 20 is also called a hanging or blind sheet. As an example, the shielding sheet 20 is made of the same material as the seat cushion cover 12C (see Fig. 1) and has a rectangular shape in the unfolded state, and one end 20A is sewn to the seat cushion cover 12C (see Fig. 1) at a sewing portion S1. The left and right ends of the shielding sheet 20 are disposed at positions in the seat width direction corresponding to the left and right sides of the rear end 12B of the seat cushion 12.

[0020] In this embodiment, a pair of first and second hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 26 are provided to attach the shielding sheet 20 to the extension piece 18. In the following description, when the pair of the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 26 is collectively referred to as a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22, they are appropriately referred to as a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22. The first and second hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 26 are illustrated in a schematic manner in the drawings, and each of them has a base fabric and a plurality of engaging elements provided on the surface (engagement surface side) of the base fabric. Note that since a known hook-and-loop fastener can be applied to the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22, a detailed description of the basic configuration of the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22 will be omitted.

[0021] The base fabric of the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 is sewn to the other end 20B side of the shielding sheet 20 at stitching portions S2 and S3. Stitching portion S2 is provided at the upper end position of the base fabric of the first hook-and-loop fastener 24, and stitching portion S3 is provided at the lower end position of the base fabric of the first hook-and-loop fastener 24. The first hook-and-loop fastener 24 has a plurality of engaging elements (as an example, a plurality of hook-shaped engaging elements) on the surface of the base fabric opposite the shielding sheet 20 side.

[0022] The second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is detachable from the first hook-and-loop fastener 24, and only a portion within the upper half of the base fabric of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A of the extension piece 18 at a sewing section S4. More specifically, the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 has a plurality of engaging elements (as an example, a plurality of loop-shaped engaging elements) that can engage with the plurality of engaging elements of the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 on the surface of the base fabric opposite the extension piece 18, and only the upper end portion 26A of the base fabric of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A of the extension piece 18 at a sewing section S4.

[0023] (Actions and Effects of the Embodiments) Next, the operation and effects of this embodiment will be described.

[0024] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in the vehicle seat 10 of this embodiment, the seat cushion 12 can be moved in the front-rear direction of the seat while the position of the seat back 14 is maintained. As shown in Fig. 2, an extension piece 18 extends from the back surface 14B side of the seat back 14 toward the seat lower side of the seat back 14, and the extension piece 18 is arranged in a state in which the movement toward the front side of the seat is restricted. In addition, a shielding sheet 20 is arranged on the seat rear side of the seat cushion 12, and one end 20A side of the shielding sheet 20 is attached to the rear end portion 12B of the seat cushion 12, and a first hook-and-loop fastener 24 is sewn to the other end 20B side of the shielding sheet 20. Furthermore, the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 and the detachable second hook-and-loop fastener 26 are sewn to the front surface 18A side of the extension piece 18. Therefore, the rear end side of the seat cushion 12 and the lower end side of the seat back 14 can be easily connected by the shielding sheet 20 using the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 26.

[0025] Furthermore, in the configuration of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, even when the seat cushion 12 is slid toward the front of the seat, the shielding sheet 20 can prevent the mechanism on the lower side of the seat cushion 12 (such as a suspension not shown) from being seen between the rear end side of the seat cushion 12 and the lower end side of the seat back 14, and the shielding sheet 20 can also prevent objects from falling between the rear end side of the seat cushion 12 and the lower end side of the seat back 14.

[0026] 2, only the upper half of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A of the extension piece 18. In this embodiment, when a force acts on the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 toward the front side of the seat due to deformation of the shielding sheet 20 in the forward position of the seat cushion 12 shown in FIG. 3, at least the lower part of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 engaged with the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 can be displaced toward the front side of the seat away from the extension piece 18. This makes it possible to suppress the force acting in the direction of peeling the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 26, so that the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 is less likely to peel off from the second hook-and-loop fastener 26.

[0027] More specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, only the upper end of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A side of the extension piece 18. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3, most of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 can be displaced away from the extension piece 18, and when a force acts on the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 to displace it toward the front side of the seat, the lower end of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 can be displaced toward the front side of the seat over a wide range in response to the force. This makes it possible to effectively suppress the force in the direction of peeling the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 from the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 when a force acting on the shielding sheet 20 to displace the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 toward the front side of the seat is large, for example, when an occupant tries to pick up an object that has fallen on the shielding sheet 20.

[0028] As described above, according to this embodiment, in a vehicle seat 10 in which the seat cushion 12 can be moved in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat while maintaining the position of the seat back 14, the rear end side of the seat cushion 12 and the lower end side of the seat back 14 can be easily connected with the shielding sheet 20, and a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22 used to attach the shielding sheet 20 can be made less likely to come off.

[0029] In addition, in this embodiment, when the shielding sheet 20 deforms in response to the movement of the seat cushion 12 in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat, the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 that engages with the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 displaces to follow the deformation of the shielding sheet 20 to which the first hook-and-loop fastener 24 is sewn, so that the excess length of the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22 can be set shorter by that amount.

[0030] Also, as shown in FIG. 2, only the upper end 26A of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A of the extension piece 18, so that the amount of sewing thread used can be reduced compared to, for example, a comparative example in which the upper end (26A) and the lower end of the second hook-and-loop fastener (26) are sewn to the front surface (18A) of the extension piece (18).

[0031] In addition, as a comparative example, for example, a configuration in which the shielding sheet is sewn to the rear end of the seat cushion and the extension piece, the middle part of the shielding sheet in the seat front-rear direction is divided, and the ends of the divided sides of the shielding sheet are connected to each other by a slide fastener is also conceivable, but such a comparative example is difficult to assemble and is expensive. In contrast, the present embodiment is easy to assemble and can reduce costs compared to the comparative example.

[0032] (Supplementary explanation of the embodiment) In the above embodiment, only the upper end 26A of the second hook-and-loop fastener 26 is sewn to the front surface 18A of the extension piece 18, and this configuration is preferred. However, as a variation of the above embodiment, the second hook-and-loop fastener (26) may be configured such that, for example, only a portion within the upper half of the second hook-and-loop fastener (26) other than the upper end portion (26A) is sewn to the front surface (18A) of the extension piece (18).

[0033] As another variation, the second hook-and-loop fastener (26) may be configured such that, for example, its upper end portion (26A) and a portion slightly above the vertical center position are sewn to the front surface (18A) of the extension piece (18), and the other portions are not sewn to the extension piece (18).

[0034] In the above embodiment, as an example, the first hook fastener 24 has a hook-shaped engaging element as an engaging element, and the second hook fastener 26 has a loop-shaped engaging element as an engaging element, but, for example, the first hook fastener may have a loop-shaped engaging element as an engaging element, and the second hook fastener may have a hook-shaped engaging element as an engaging element. Also, as another modified example, the first hook fastener may have a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element as an engaging element, and the second hook fastener may have a loop-shaped engaging element and a hook-shaped engaging element as an engaging element.

[0035] The above-described embodiment and the multiple modified examples can be implemented in appropriate combinations.

[0036] While one example of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various modified forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
