Abstract

To provide a production method of a structure allowing the structure to be easily produced using a mold as a buried mold constituting the structure through integration with installed structural material.SOLUTION: A production method of a structure comprises the steps of: making a mold by accumulating material of the mold on a surface of the accumulated aggregate material with a 3D printer; removing the other part of aggregate material by leaving a part of the aggregate in the mold; and installing material of the structure at a part of sides of the aggregate material, thereby producing the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a structure that can easily manufacture a structure using a formwork as an embedded formwork that forms the structure integrally with the placed material of the structure.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0005] One aspect of the present invention is as follows.

[0006] [1] A method for manufacturing a structure, comprising laminating a formwork material on the surface of deposited aggregates with a 3D printer to form the formwork, removing other parts of the aggregates leaving a part of the aggregates in the formwork, and placing a material of the structure beside the part of the aggregates to manufacture the structure.

Effects of the Invention

[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for manufacturing a structure that can easily manufacture a structure using a formwork as an embedded formwork that forms the structure integrally with the placed material of the structure.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be illustrated and described with reference to the drawings.

[0010] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a structure 1 includes laminating a material 4a of a formwork 4 on a surface 2a of deposited aggregates 2 by a 3D printer 3 (see FIG. 1) to form the formwork 4, leaving a part of the aggregates 2 in the formwork 4 and removing the other part of the aggregates 2 (see FIG. 2), and placing a material 1a of the structure 1 on a side of the part of the aggregates 2 to manufacture the structure 1 (see FIGS. 3 to 4).

[0011] According to the above configuration, the surface 2a (upper surface) of the aggregate 2 such as gravel that has been deposited is leveled into a shape that conforms to the shape of a desired formwork 4 such as a curved surface, and the material 4a such as mortar of the formwork 4 is laminated and solidified on the surface 2a of the aggregate 2 with a 3D printer 3 to form the formwork 4. By leaving a part of the aggregate 2 and removing the other part of the aggregate 2 in the formwork 4, when it is used as an embedded formwork for forming the structure 1 later, the uneven inner surface that enhances the adhesion performance to the material 1a such as concrete of the structure 1 can be easily formed by the aggregate 2 on the side of a part of the aggregate 2 of the formwork 4. Therefore, the structure 1 that uses the formwork 4 as an embedded formwork that is integrated with the material 1a of the placed structure 1 to form the structure 1 can be easily manufactured. The structure 1 may be, for example, a column, a wall, a floor, a ceiling, etc. Appropriate shaping and patterning by processing such as cutting and painting may be performed on the outer surface of the formwork 4.

[0012] The manufacturing method of the structure 1 may also be configured such that a reinforcing material (not shown) is arranged on the surface 2a of the aggregate 2, and the material 4a of the formwork 4 is laminated and solidified on the reinforcing material with a 3D printer 3 and integrated to form the formwork 4. According to the above configuration, the formwork 4 reinforced by a reinforcing material such as metal fibers made of steel or reinforcing bars bent into a curved surface shape or the like can be easily formed.

[0013] The manufacturing method of the structure 1 may also be configured such that the surrounded space S surrounded in the vertical direction is formed by a plurality of formworks 4 by aligning the spaces on the inner surface side of the plurality of formworks 4 (see FIG. 3), and the structure 1 is manufactured by placing the material 1a of the structure 1 in the surrounded space S (see FIG. 4). According to the above configuration, the structure 1 such as a column or a wall can be easily formed. The joining structure of the adjacent formworks 4 when assembling the plurality of formworks 4 is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, it may be composed of a convex portion 5 and a concave portion 6 that can be fitted, or as shown in FIG. 6, it may be composed of a pair of convex portions 5 provided alternately so as to be fitted. In the case of manufacturing a large structure 1 such as a pier, as shown in FIG. 4, reinforcing bars 1b, separators 1c, etc. may be installed in the surrounded space S as necessary. The formwork 4 may be formed at the construction site of the structure 1 or at a production facility such as a factory.

[0014] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the above-described embodiments can be variously modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.
