Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an oil-based foaming aerosol cosmetic that is discharged from an aerosol container and becomes foamy, and particularly to an oil-based foaming aerosol cosmetic that has the feel of using a balm-like cosmetic during use after being discharged from the aerosol.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, the demand for waterproof type makeup cosmetics such as mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick that are resistant to sweat and sebum has been increasing, and makeup cosmetics that are even more difficult to come off compared to conventional ones have been developed. In order to wash such cosmetics, it is necessary to use an oil-based cleansing agent containing a large amount of oily components in order to dissolve the waterproof components, and thus the demand for oil-based cleansing agents is also increasing.
[0003] Regarding the aerosolization of oily cosmetics such as oil-based cleansing agents, for example, Patent Document 1 proposes an oil-based foaming aerosol composition containing dextrin fatty acid ester as a foaming aid and an oily component. However, conventional oil-based foaming aerosol compositions have problems that the foaming and foam retention are not sufficient in non-aqueous systems, and the cleansing power decreases in water-containing systems.
[0004] On the other hand, in the cosmetics industry, various cosmetics such as balm-like external skin preparations that are solid or semi-solid at normal temperature have been proposed. As balm-like cosmetics, those having a unique feel of melting on the skin by body temperature after being applied to the skin have received favorable reviews.

[0013] According to the present invention, it has excellent foaming and foam retention power during ejection from the aerosol, and while the stock solution is a flowing liquid that can be filled into the aerosol, it can produce the feeling of using a balm-like cosmetic during use, showing a remarkable effect.
Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0014] The embodiments of the present invention will be described below, but these are shown by way of example, and it goes without saying that various modifications are possible without departing from the technical idea of the present invention.
[0015] The cosmetic for an oily foaming aerosol of the present invention is a cosmetic for an oily foaming aerosol containing a stock solution and a propellant, wherein the stock solution (A) dextrin fatty acid ester, (B) a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, and (C) a self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, is included, as the said propellant, (D) LPG, and (E) carbon dioxide, is included. The cosmetic for an oily foaming aerosol of the present invention, by blending the components (A) to (E), maintains the foaming and foam retention power during discharge from the aerosol, and while the stock solution is a fluid liquid that can be filled into the aerosol, it is semi-solid at room temperature (15°C) during discharge from the aerosol, and can produce a unique balm-like feeling of use of the cosmetic that melts on the skin due to body temperature after contact with the skin.
[0016] (A) As the dextrin fatty acid ester, esters of known fatty acids and dextrin can be widely used. The fatty acid is not particularly limited, but the number of carbon atoms of the fatty acid is preferably 16 to 20, more preferably 16 to 18. As the (A) dextrin fatty acid ester, for example, dextrin palmitate, (palmitic acid / hexyl decanoic acid) dextrin, dextrin myristate, etc. are preferably used. In the present invention, the (A) dextrin fatty acid ester acts as a thickener, and the blending amount of the (A) dextrin fatty acid ester in the stock solution is preferably 2% by mass or more, more preferably 3% by mass or more, and preferably 6% by mass or less, more preferably 5% by mass or less. The dextrin fatty acid ester may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0017] As the (B) polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, known polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactants can be widely used, and there is no particular limitation, but polyhydric alcohol fatty acid esters with an HLB of 4 to 7 are preferred, and polyglycerol fatty acid esters with an HLB of 4 to 7 such as polyglyceryl oleate and polyglyceryl monostearate are more preferred. In the present invention, the (B) polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant acts as a foaming agent. The blending amount of the (B) polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant in the stock solution is preferably 0.5% by mass or more, more preferably 1% by mass or more, and preferably 5% by mass or less, more preferably 3% by mass or less, and even more preferably 2% by mass or less. The polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
[0018] As the (C) self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, known self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactants can be widely used without particular limitation. However, self-emulsifying glycerin fatty acid esters with an HLB of 2 to 6 are preferred, and glyceryl stearate (SE) and the like are more preferred. In the present invention, the (C) self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant acts as a foaming agent. The blending amount of the (C) self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant in the stock solution is preferably 1% by mass or more, more preferably 2% by mass or more, and preferably 5% by mass or less, more preferably 4% by mass or less. The self-emulsifying polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
[0019] In addition to the above components (A) to (C), the stock solution may be blended with components commonly used in ordinary cosmetics, such as oily bases, oil-soluble polymers, oil-soluble film-forming agents, polyhydric alcohols, water, surfactants other than components (B) and (C), cleansing agents, thickeners, oils, anti-inflammatory agents, moisturizing agents, emulsification aids, alcohols, powders, preservatives, antioxidants, pigments, pH adjusters, ultraviolet absorbers, whitening agents, antibacterial agents, chelating agents, fragrances, blood circulation promoters, and the like.
[0020] The stock solution may or may not contain water, but a non-aqueous system is preferred. In particular, in order to fully exhibit the feel of balm, it is preferable that the water content in the stock solution is 5% or less, and it is more preferable that it contains no water other than trace amounts of water contained in added ingredients such as fragrances. The oil-based foaming aerosol cosmetic of the present invention can form good foam during ejection even when using a water-free (water content 5% by mass or less) stock solution, and is also excellent in rinsing property and cleansing power.
[0021] Examples of the oil-based base include ester oils such as ethylhexyl palmitate, dicaprylyl carbonate, glyceryl tri(caprylate / caprate), and PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, hydrocarbon oils, ether oils, light liquid isoparaffin, liquid paraffin, squalane, and the like.
[0022] The oil-based foaming aerosol cosmetic of the present invention can produce a unique balm-like cosmetic feel in which the stock solution is a fluid liquid that can be filled into an aerosol and melts on the skin due to body temperature after contact with the skin. It is preferable that the viscosity of the stock solution at 15°C is significantly higher than the viscosity of the stock solution at 35°C. Specifically, the viscosity of the stock solution preferably decreases by 1,000 mPa·s or more with a temperature change from 15°C to 35°C, and more preferably decreases by 2,500 mPa·s or more. In addition, in order to produce a balm-like feel, it is preferable that the viscosity of the stock solution at 15°C is 5,000 mPa·s or more.
[0023] The oil-based foaming aerosol cosmetic of the present invention uses (D) LPG and (E) carbon dioxide gas as the propellants in combination. The content of (D) LPG is preferably 8% to 20%, and more preferably 8% to 15% based on the total of the stock solution and the propellant. The content of (E) carbon dioxide gas is preferably 0.5% to 3.5%, and more preferably 1.5% to 3.0% based on the total of the stock solution and the propellant. As the LPG, LPG having a pressure of 0.30 MPa or more is preferable, and LPG having a pressure of 0.39 MPa or more is more preferable.
[0024] The internal pressure of the aerosol at 25°C is preferably 0.40 MPa to 0.90 MPa, and more preferably 0.50 MPa to 0.80 MPa. The above range is effective for foam formation.
[0025] The cosmetic for oily foaming aerosol of the present invention contains a stock solution containing the above-mentioned components (A) to (C), and LPG and carbon dioxide gas as propellants, and is produced by filling the stock solution and the propellant into an aerosol container (pressure-resistant container). The cosmetic for oily foaming aerosol filled in the aerosol container is preferably used as a skin cleansing cosmetic that is discharged in a foamy state during use such as a cleansing agent, a facial wash foam, a shampoo, a body foam, etc., and is particularly suitable as a cleansing agent.
