Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a restraint device for childcare equipment with a seat, and more particularly to a restraint device for childcare equipment with a seat for restraining the body of a child seated on a seat main body. [Background technology]
[0002] For example, childcare equipment with a seat, such as a stroller or a child seat, is provided with shoulder belts, waist belts, and crotch belts to restrain the body of a child seated in the seat body. The child can be fixed to the seat body by seating the child in the seat body and connecting these belts with buckles.
[0003] U.S. Patent No. 7,445,286 (Patent Document 1) discloses a configuration in which the shoulder belt is biased in the opening direction, and when the buckle is released, the shoulder belt is flipped up. Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 7-2007 (Patent Document 2) discloses that a cushioning material is attached to the back of the crotch belt and the buckle, so that the crotch belt is kept independent from the seat surface, and the position and posture of the buckle are maintained by the cushioning material. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] U.S. Patent No. 7,445,286 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 7-2007 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] When seating a child in the seat body of a childcare device with a seat, it is necessary to first seat the child on the shoulder belt, then pull the shoulder belt outward and connect it under the child, or move the shoulder belt to the side of the seat and then seat the child and connect it, which is a time-consuming process.
[0006] In the technology disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, when a child is seated in a child seat, the shoulder belt is kept in a flipped-up state, so the shoulder belt does not get in the way. However, because the shoulder belt is always biased in the release direction, the restraining force when the shoulder belt is engaged with the buckle is weak. In addition, in the technology disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the crotch belt is simply independent, but it does not make it easy to get the child in and out of the seat.
[0007] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a restraint device for childcare equipment with a seat that makes it easy to get a child in and out of the seat. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] For this purpose, a restraint device for a childcare equipment with a seat according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a seat body having a seat portion and a backrest portion, and a restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism which is arranged along the restraint belt, supported rotatably relative to the seat body, has a contemplation point at a mid-way position in the rotation range, and exerts a force which brings the child's body to a restraining position that restrains the child when located on one side of the contemplation point, and which brings the child's body to a non-restraining position that does not restrain the child when located on the other side of the contemplation point.
[0009] Preferably, the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism includes a restraint belt for restraining the body of a child seated in the seat body.
[0010] Preferably, the restraining belt is a crotch belt that restrains the crotch of a child seated on the seat body.
[0011] Preferably, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism includes a belt support member extending along the restraint belt and supported rotatably relative to the seat body, and a biasing mechanism having a biasing point at a midpoint of the rotation range, which brings the restraint position when located on one side of the biasing point and brings the restraint position when located on the other side of the biasing point.
[0012] Preferably, the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism further includes a fixed base fixed to the seat body, and the belt support member is supported rotatably relative to the fixed base.
[0013] Preferably, the belt support member has a plate that supports the restraining belt, and a sleeve that surrounds both the plate and the restraining belt.
[0014] Preferably, the biasing mechanism is a resilient member having one end connected to the plate and the other end connected to the fixed base.
[0015] Preferably, the consideration point is a position where the elastic member and the plate are in a linear relationship, and the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism is in a restraining position when the elastic member and the plate are positioned on one side away from the linear relationship, and in a non-restraining position when the elastic member and the plate are positioned on the other side away from the linear relationship.
[0016] Preferably, the consideration is when the restraint belt positioning mechanism is in a straight form, and when the restraint belt positioning mechanism is in a curved form to one side, it is in the restrained position, and when the restraint belt positioning mechanism is in a curved form to the other side, it is in the non-restrained position. Effect of the Invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are designated by the same reference characters and their description will not be repeated.
[0020] First, an example of a childcare equipment with a seat equipped with a restraining device for restraining a child's body will be described. The childcare equipment with a seat in which the restraining device is used may be any childcare equipment provided with a seat for a child to sit in, such as a baby carriage, a child car seat, or a bouncer, but in this embodiment, an example in which the restraining device is applied to a baby carriage 1 will be described.
[0021] <Baby Carriage Overview> An overview of a stroller 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the stroller, and Fig. 2 is a side view thereof. In the following description, the front-rear direction corresponds to the front-rear direction of the stroller, and the left-right direction corresponds to the left-right direction as seen from the front of the stroller, but for ease of understanding, the direction indicated by arrow A in Fig. 2 is the front, and the direction opposite to arrow A is the rear. Fig. 1 shows a state where the stroller is pushed from behind, and Fig. 2 shows a state where the stroller is pushed from the front.
[0022] The basic structure of the stroller 1 may be the same as that of a general stroller, and the stroller 1 comprises a body frame 10 and a seat main body 20. The body frame 10 comprises a pair of front legs 11, a pair of rear legs 13, a front guard 15, armrests 16, a seat support member 17, a backrest support member 18, and a push bar 19. The body frame 10 excluding the front guard 15, the seat support member 17, the backrest support member 18, and the push bar 19 is provided on the left and right, spaced apart in the width direction (vehicle width direction), forming a pair.
[0023] A front wheel 12 is provided at the lower end of each of a pair of front legs 11 extending in the vertical direction. A rear wheel 14 is provided at the lower end of each of rear legs 13 extending in the vertical direction rearward of each of the front legs 11. A basket body 23 capable of storing items such as luggage is provided at the lower ends of the pair of front legs 11 and the pair of rear legs 13. The basket body 23 is box-shaped with an upward opening, and its corners are fixed to the pair of front legs 11 and the pair of rear legs 13 at midpoints in the vertical direction.
[0024] The front guard 15 extends in the width direction at a position in front of the seat body 20, and is connected to the front of a pair of armrests 16 arranged on both the left and right sides of the seat body 20. The front guard 15 may be provided so as to be detachable from the armrests 16. The front end of the armrest 16 is connected to the upper end of the front leg 11, and the rear end is connected to the upper end of a handrail support member 27. The lower end of the handrail support member 27 abuts against the rear leg 13, and the handrail support member 27 and the rear leg 13 are locked together.
[0025] The push bar 19 is roughly U-shaped, and its lower end is rotatably attached to an inverting bracket 28 that is connected to the pair of rear legs 13. The push bar 19 is provided so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and can be switched between a rear-facing pushing position (FIG. 1) and a front-facing pushing position (FIG. 2).
[0026] As shown in Fig. 2, a hammock is hung over the seat support member 17 and the backrest support member 18, and a cushion is attached to the hammock. As a result, a seat body 20 that is a space for accommodating a child is formed above the seat support member 17 and the backrest support member 18. In other words, the seat support member 17 and the backrest support member 18 support the seat body 20 from below. As shown in Fig. 1, the seat body 20 includes, for example, a seat surface portion 21 that supports the child's buttocks, and a backrest portion 22 that supports the child's back.
[0027] As shown in Fig. 1, a pair of shoulder belts 30 for restraining both shoulders of a child, a pair of waist belts 31 for restraining the waist of the child by extending so as to cross the seat body 20 in the left-right direction, and a crotch belt 32 for extending between both thighs of a child seated on the seat body 20 are provided on the seat body 20. The other ends of these restraint belts 30, 31, 32 are detachably connected to each other near the abdomen of the child by a buckle 33 provided at the tip of the crotch belt 32. In this embodiment, a restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 (Fig. 1) for supporting the attitude of the crotch belt 32 is provided along the crotch belt 32. The restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 will be described later.
[0028] Further, a hood 29 is provided in the space above the seat main body 20 to cover the space above the seat main body 20. The hood 29 is provided so as to be openable and closable.
[0029] The stroller 1 according to this embodiment is a foldable stroller that can be in an unfolded state (back-pushing position) and a folded state (not shown). To change the stroller 1 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the handrail support member 27 and the pair of rear legs 13 are unlocked, the reversing bracket 28 is turned upside down, and the lower end of the push bar 19 that was in contact with the upper part of the pair of rear legs 13 is brought into contact with the lower part of the rear legs 13. Although not shown, when the stroller 1 is folded, the distance between the pair of front legs 11 and the pair of rear legs 13 in the front-rear direction becomes closer, and the seat part 21 and the backrest part 22 are V-shaped. To change from the folded state to the unfolded state, the reverse procedure is carried out.
[0030] <Embodiment 1> Next, the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 that supports the attitude of the crotch belt 32 will be described with reference to Figs. 3 to 5. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a change in position of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism, (A) showing a state in the restraint position, and (B) showing a state in the non-restraint position. Fig. 4(A) is a vertical cross-sectional view of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism, and (B) is a horizontal cross-sectional view taken along line IVb-IVb in Fig. 4(A). Fig. 5 is a side view showing a change in position of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism, (A) showing a state in the restraint position, (B) showing a state in the thinking position, and (C) showing a state in the non-restraint state.
[0031] The restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 of this embodiment brings the crotch belt 32 to a restraining position as shown in Fig. 3(A), and brings the crotch belt 32 to a non-restraining position as shown in Fig. 3(B). The restraint position is a position where the crotch belt 32 restrains the child's body, but does not need to be in contact with the child's body, and only needs to be tilted toward the child's body (rearward). The non-restraint position is a position where the child's body is not restrained, and is an open position where the crotch belt 32 is tilted away from the child's body (forward) to form an open space on the seat main body 20.
[0032] In this embodiment, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is provided along the crotch belt 32, is supported rotatably relative to the seat body 20, has a contemplation point at a midpoint of its rotation range, and when located on one side of the contemplation point, exerts a biasing force that brings the crotch belt 32 to a restraining position in which it restrains the child's body, and when located on the other side of the contemplation point, exerts a biasing force that brings the crotch belt 32 to a non-restraining position in which it does not restrain the child's body.
[0033] The configuration of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 will be described with reference to Figures 4(A) and 4(B). In summary, the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 includes a fixed base 40 fixed to the seat portion 21, a belt support member 43 that supports the crotch belt 32, and a biasing mechanism 47 that biases the belt support member 43. As shown in Figure 4(B), the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 is located on the rear side of the crotch belt 32.
[0034] The fixed base 40 is provided on the seating surface portion 21 and protrudes from the seating surface portion 21. The fixed base 40 has two holes 41, 42 provided at different positions. The first hole 41 is provided with a first shaft portion 46 that rotatably supports a plate 44 of a belt support member 43. The second hole 42 is provided with a second shaft portion 49 that supports a lower end of a biasing mechanism 47. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4(B), the first hole 41 is provided above and forward of the second hole portion 42 (in the direction of arrow A).
[0035] 4(A), the fixed base 40 has a first recess 40a that is wide at its central upper end, and a second recess 40b that is located below the first recess 40a and is narrower than the first recess 40a. The lower end of the belt support member 43 is disposed in the first recess 40a, and the lower end of the biasing mechanism 47 is disposed in the second recess 40b.
[0036] The belt support member 43 extends along the crotch belt 32 and is supported rotatably relative to the fixed base 40. The belt support member 43 has a plate 44 and a sleeve 45 (indicated by a broken line) that surrounds both the plate 44 and the crotch belt 32. Note that the plate 44 being provided along the crotch belt 32 does not necessarily have to be entirely along the crotch belt 32, and includes a portion of the plate 44 being closely spaced from the crotch belt 32.
[0037] 4(B), the plate 44 is provided with an opening 44a that opens upward from the lower end in a plan view. A hook 44b is provided at the upper end of the opening 44a, spanning the opening 44a from left to right. A biasing mechanism 47 is disposed along the vertical direction in which the opening 44a extends, and the hook 44b supports the upper end of the biasing mechanism 47.
[0038] A pair of first shafts 46 protruding in the left-right direction are provided on both ends located at the lower end of the opening 44a. The pair of first shafts 46 are inserted into the pair of first holes 41 of the fixed base 40 described above, respectively. The first shafts 46 function as a rotation shaft of the belt support member 43. This allows the belt support member 43 to be rotatable in the front-rear direction around the first shafts 46. The belt support member 43 in this embodiment is rotatable by 90° relative to the fixed base 40, but the rotation angle is not limited and may be, for example, 180°, or the rotation angle may be adjustable by providing a stopper.
[0039] The sleeve 45 may have any shape as long as it surrounds at least everything except the buckle 33. The sleeve 45 is made of, for example, a cushioned cloth and can also be used as a crotch belt cover. The sleeve 45 can be easily removed and washed when it gets dirty. The sleeve 45 covers both the plate 44 and the crotch belt 32, so that the movement of the plate 44 can be transmitted to the crotch belt 32. When the sleeve 45 is used as a crotch belt cover, it is preferable that the sleeve 45 is provided along the vertical length of the crotch belt 32, but it may also cover a part of the vertical direction.
[0040] The biasing mechanism 47 has one end connected to the plate 44 and the other end connected to the fixed base 40. The biasing mechanism 47 is an elastic member such as a rubber band, a tension spring, or a compression spring, and includes those having elasticity due to their material or shape. Specifically, the upper end of the biasing mechanism 47 is hooked to the hook portion 44b of the plate 44, and the lower end is hooked to the second shaft portion 49. The second shaft portion 49 is fixed to the second hole portion 42 of the fixed base 40 described above. The second shaft portion 49 functions as a rotation shaft of the biasing mechanism 47. As a result, the biasing mechanism 47 is provided so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction around the second shaft portion 49. In this way, the rotation shafts of the belt support member 43 and the biasing mechanism 47 are provided at different positions, so that a consideration point is provided when the belt support member 43 rotates around the second shaft portion 49.
[0041] Next, the operation of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0042] As shown in Fig. 5(A), when the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is in the restraint position, the biasing mechanism 47 and the plate 44 are positioned rearward, deviating from the linear relationship indicated by the dashed line. Note that, although Fig. 5(A) shows a state in which the belt support member 43 stands vertically relative to the seat surface 21, the belt support member 43 may be tilted rearward or may be tilted to a position along the child's crotch.
[0043] 5(B) shows the state where the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 is at the neutral point. The neutral point is a position where the biasing mechanism 47 and the plate 44 are in a linear relationship, specifically, a position shown by a dashed line. At this neutral point, the plate 44 is not held in position, but merely serves as a passing point for the plate 44.
[0044] As shown in Fig. 5(C), when the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is in the non-restraint position, the biasing mechanism 47 and the plate 44 are positioned forward, deviating from the linear relationship indicated by the dashed line. Note that, although Fig. 5(B) shows a state in which the belt support member 43 is in a horizontal positional relationship with the seat portion 21, the belt support member 43 may simply be tilted (inclined) forward.
[0045] A method of operating the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 will be described with reference to the same figure.
[0046] When placing a child on the seat body 20, the operator moves the buckle 33 or the crotch belt 32 (or the sleeve 45, not shown) forward while the buckle 33 is disengaged. At this time, the belt support member 43 of the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is moved forward beyond the bias point shown by the dashed line in Fig. 5(B). As a result, the belt support member 43 is displaced from a position (restraint position) where the biasing mechanism 47 is on the rear side relative to the belt support member 43 as shown in Fig. 5(A) to a position (unrestrained position) where the biasing mechanism 47 is on the front side relative to the belt support member 43 as shown in Fig. 5(C) via the bias point shown in Fig. 5(B).
[0047] Next, the child is placed on the seat body 20, and the belt support member 43 is tilted backward from the front. At this time, the belt support member 43 of the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is moved backward so as to pass the bias point shown by the dashed line in Fig. 5(B). As a result, the belt support member 43 is displaced from a position (unrestrained position) where the biasing mechanism 47 is in front of the belt support member 43 as shown in Fig. 5(C) to a position (restrained position) where the biasing mechanism 47 is in the rear of the belt support member 43 as shown in Fig. 5(C) via the bias point shown in Fig. 5(B). Finally, the buckle 33 is engaged.
[0048] When removing the child from the seat body 20, the operator first releases the engagement of the buckle 33. Next, the buckle 33 or the crotch belt 32 is moved rearward. 5(B).
[0049] As a result, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 according to the present embodiment can bring the child's body to a restraint position where it restrains the child's body when it is located forward of the contemplation point, and can bring the child's body to a non-restraint position where it does not restrain the child's body when it is located rearward of the contemplation point, so that the crotch belt 32 can be moved completely rearward and brought into contact with the child's crotch by simply pushing the crotch belt 32 backward. Furthermore, the crotch belt 32 can be moved completely forward and separated from the child's crotch by simply pushing the crotch belt 32 forward. As a result, the operator can displace the crotch belt 32 to the restraint position or non-restraint position with one touch without moving the crotch belt 32 to the final point of the restraint position or non-restraint position, so that the operator can easily get the child on and off the seat.
[0050] Furthermore, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4 is biased to the restraining state when in the restraining position, and biased to the non-restraining state when in the non-restraining position, and is not biased in the release direction when in the restraining position, so that the child's body can be securely held by the restraint belt, making it safe.
[0051] <Embodiment 2> Next, a restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4A according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to Figs. 6 to 8. Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of a restraint device for a childcare implement with a seat according to embodiment 2. Fig. 7 is a view showing the restraint device in a restraining position, and Fig. 8 is a view showing the restraint device in a non-restraining position. Only differences from the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 shown in embodiment 1 will be described in detail below. The restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4 of embodiment 1 has a biasing mechanism 47 which is an elastic member, whereas the biasing mechanism of embodiment 2 differs in terms of the material and shape.
[0052] 6, the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4A generally includes a fixed base 40A and an attitude maintaining member 50A supported by the fixed base 40A.
[0053] The fixed base 40A includes a flat portion 41A located on one side and a protruding portion 42A rising from the other end of the flat portion 41A. The flat portion 41A is a portion that is fixed to the seating surface portion 21. The protruding portion 42A fixes the posture maintaining member 50A to a step portion 43A that protrudes upward toward the rear end.
[0054] The position maintaining member 50A is formed of, for example, a flexible elastically deformable member. The position maintaining member 50A includes a belt support member 53A extending in the vertical direction and a pair of fixed base support parts 54A provided at the lower end of the belt support member 53A and fixed to the fixed base 40A.
[0055] The belt support member 53A is a flexible elastically deformable member, and has a biasing mechanism that displaces the belt support member 53A into a curved shape that protrudes forward or backward. The belt support member 53A has a central portion cut out from the bottom toward the top. The fixed base support portion 54A is a portion that is inclined so as to become wider from the top toward the bottom. The fixed base 40A has two through holes 51A, 52A at the top and bottom. The two through holes 51A, 52A are respectively inserted with screws 46A, 47A, and fixed to the two holes 44A, 45A of the fixed base 40A. At that time, the pair of fixed bases 40A are fixed in a stacked manner in the front and rear. Therefore, the posture maintaining member 50A has a curved shape that protrudes forward, as shown in FIG. 7(A) and FIG. 7(B).
[0056] Next, the operation of the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4A will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0057] As shown in Figures 7(A) and 7(B), when the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4A is in the restraining position, the posture maintaining member 50A is curved with its vertical center portion protruding forward. On the other hand, as shown in Figures 8(A) and 8(B), when the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4A is in the non-restraining position, the posture maintaining member 50A is curved with its vertical center portion protruding upward. Note that the non-restraining position may be in a state where at least the vertical center portion of the posture maintaining member 50A is curved with its vertical center portion protruding backward.
[0058] When the operator removes the child from the seat body 20, he / she first releases the engagement of the buckle 33. Next, the operator moves the buckle 33 located above the crotch belt 32 or the crotch belt 32 forward so as to pass the seating point.
[0059] A method of operating the restraint belt attitude maintaining mechanism 4A will be briefly described with reference to the same figure.
[0060] When placing a child on the seat body 20, the operator moves the buckle 33 or the crotch belt 32 forward with the buckle 33 disengaged. This causes the posture maintaining member 50A to rotate about the first shaft 46 as a fulcrum, and the posture maintaining member 50A assumes a curved state with its vertical center portion protruding upward as shown in Figs. 8(A) and 8(B). Next, the child is placed on the seat body 20, and the buckle 33 or the crotch belt 32 is tilted backward from the front. This causes the posture maintaining member 50A to rotate about the first shaft 46 as a fulcrum, and the posture maintaining member 50A assumes a curved state with its vertical center portion protruding forward as shown in Figs. 7(A) and 7(B).
[0061] When removing a child from the seat body 20, the operator first releases the engagement of the buckle 33. Next, the buckle 33 or the crotch belt 32 is moved rearward. As a result, the posture maintaining member 50A rotates about the first shaft portion 46 as a fulcrum, and the posture maintaining member 50A assumes a curved state in which the central portion in the up-down direction protrudes rearward, as shown in Figs. 8(A) and 8(B).
[0062] <Modification> In the first and second embodiments, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4, 4A is used to maintain the posture of the crotch belt 32, but it may also be used in belts for restraining a child's body, such as a shoulder belt 30 for restraining a child's shoulders or a waist belt 31 for restraining a child's waist.
[0063] In the first and second embodiments, the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4, 4A and the crotch belt 32 are described as being provided separately, but the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism 4, 4A and the crotch belt 32 may be provided integrally, or the child's body may be restrained by the restraint belt posture maintaining mechanism alone.
