Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a liquid skin cleansing composition.

Background Art

[0002] In recent years, liquid skin cleansing compositions such as body soaps have been required to have good foaming performance and good moisturizing performance after washing.

[0003] For example, for the purpose of obtaining good moisturizing performance after washing, a skin cleansing composition containing an anionic surfactant, a cationic polymer, and an oil agent in a specific ratio has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, in conventional skin cleansing compositions including Patent Document 1, there has been room for improvement in the texture of the foam discharged from the foamer container. In addition, when the blending ratio of fatty acids is increased to improve foam performance such as foam texture, the low-temperature stability may deteriorate, and there has also been a concern that the discharge property from the foamer container and the moisturizing performance after washing may decrease due to this.

[0004] Therefore, there is a demand for a liquid skin cleansing composition that is excellent in foam texture during washing, a moist feeling on the skin after washing, and low-temperature stability.

[0071] of JP-A-2002-128658, fragrance compositions A to E described in paragraphs

[0076] to

[0088] of JP-A-2003-73249, or compounded fragrance compositions 1 to 4 described in paragraphs

[0016] to

[0059] -pH- The pH of the liquid skin cleansing composition at 25°C is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. However, it is preferably 4.0 or more and 8.0 or less, and more preferably 4.5 or more and 6.5 or less. The pH can be measured, for example, using a glass electrode color hydrogen ion concentration indicator HM-30R (manufactured by Toa DK KK, electrode type GST-5721).

[0060] -Viscosity- The viscosity of the liquid skin cleansing composition at 25°C is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. However, it is preferably 4 mPa·s or more and 40 mPa·s or less, and more preferably 8 mPa·s or more and 30 mPa·s or less. The method for measuring the viscosity is not particularly limited. For example, there is a method of measuring the viscosity after 1 minute at a sample temperature of 25°C, a rotation speed of 60 rpm, and using a No. 1 rotor using a BM viscometer (manufactured by Tokyo Keiki Co., Ltd.).

[0061] -Former container- The liquid skin cleansing composition is filled in a former container, and a type that is ejected in a foamy state from the former container is preferable. The former container is not particularly limited as long as it can eject the liquid skin cleansing composition in a foamy state and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, a non-gas type foam ejection container, an aerosol container using a propellant and a pressure-resistant container, etc. can be mentioned. Among these, a non-gas type foam ejection container is preferable.

[0062] The non-gas type foam ejection container is not particularly limited as long as it can mix the liquid skin cleansing composition with air and eject it in a foamed state, and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, a squeeze former container that can eject foam by squeezing the bottle body by hand, a pump former container that can eject foam by pressing down the nozzle part, etc. can be mentioned. Such former containers can use, for example, those manufactured by Daiwa Can Co., Ltd., Yoshino Kogyosho Co., Ltd., etc. More specifically, as the former container, former containers described in JP-A-7-315463, JP-A-8-230961, JP-A-2005-193972, etc. can be used.

[0063] The non-gas type foam ejection container usually has a porous membrane body for forming foam, and foam is formed when the liquid skin cleansing composition passes through the porous membrane body. The material of the porous membrane body is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose, but plastic materials such as nylon, polyester, and polyolefin are preferred.

[0064] The mesh of the porous membrane body is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose, but 100 mesh or more is preferred, 100 mesh or more and 400 mesh or less is more preferred, and 200 mesh or more and 305 mesh or less is even more preferred. Also, the number of the porous membrane bodies is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. From the viewpoint of improving the foaming performance, 2 to 4 sheets are preferred. More specifically, the former containers described in JP-A-7-315463, JP-A-8-230961, and JP-A-2005-193972 can be preferably used. For example, when using one pump former container capable of discharging foam by pressing down the nozzle part and one porous membrane body of 305 mesh and 200 mesh respectively, the viscosity of the liquid skin cleansing agent composition under the temperature conditions of use is preferably 30 mPa·s or less, and more preferably 25 mPa·s or less.

[0065] - Manufacturing method - The manufacturing method of the liquid skin cleansing agent composition of the present invention is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose, and can be obtained by mixing the component (A) to the component (E), and if necessary, the other components, and purified water (formulated as the remaining amount so that the whole of the liquid skin cleansing agent composition is 100% by mass). Specifically, it can be manufactured as follows. After heating purified water and the component (D) to 70°C to 80°C in an amount of 95% by mass required for the finally obtained liquid skin cleansing agent composition, the component (A) and the component (B) are dissolved and cooled to 40°C or lower. Then, the component (C) and the component (E) are added. When the pH is less than the predetermined value, a pH adjuster, which is the other component, is added to adjust the pH to 6.0, and purified water is added so that the total amount becomes 100% by mass to obtain a liquid skin cleansing agent composition.

[0066] The liquid skin cleansing composition may be prepared using an apparatus. The apparatus is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, a stirring device equipped with stirring blades that have shear force and can mix the whole can be mentioned. The stirring blades are not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, a propeller, a turbine, a disperser, etc. can be mentioned.

[0067] -Use- The use site and method of use of the liquid skin cleansing composition are not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, it can be used on the whole body, face, hands, etc. in a normal method of use. The uses of the liquid skin cleansing composition are not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the purpose. For example, body shampoo, body soap, facial cleansing foam, hand soap, foaming hand soap, cleansing foam, makeup remover, etc. can be mentioned.

Examples

[0068] Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by giving examples and comparative examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples at all. The contents of each component described in the examples and comparative examples are shown in "mass%", the total amount is 100 mass%, and all are values converted to pure components.

[0069] (Examples 1 to 30 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5) The liquid skin cleansing compositions having the compositions and contents shown in Examples 1 to 30 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were prepared according to the following method. Specifically, an amount of purified water and component (D) corresponding to 95% by mass of the amount required for the finally obtained liquid skin cleansing composition was heated to 70°C to 80°C, and then component (A) and component (B) were dissolved and cooled to 40°C or lower. Thereafter, component (C) and component (E) were added. When the predetermined pH was not reached, sodium hydroxide, which is another component, was added to adjust the pH to 6.0, and purified water was added so that the total amount became 100% by mass to obtain each liquid skin cleansing composition. Also, for the mixing of each component, a propeller was used as the stirring blade, and stirring was carried out using a three-one motor (HEIDON BL1200, manufactured by Shinto Kagaku Co., Ltd.). The pH was measured at 25°C using a pH meter (HM-30R, manufactured by TOA DKK). Also, each of the obtained liquid skin cleansing agent compositions was filled into a container with a foamer pump dispenser [discharge volume 3 mL, manufactured by Yoshino Kogyosho Co., Ltd.].

[0070] For each liquid skin cleansing agent composition, the "low-temperature stability", "foam retention during washing", and "moist feeling on the skin after washing" were evaluated and judged as follows. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 6 below.

[0071] <Evaluation of low-temperature stability> Approximately 50 g of each liquid skin cleansing agent composition was placed in a cylindrical transparent glass bottle (diameter 4 cm, height 7.5 cm) and stored in a constant temperature bath at -5°C for 2 weeks. After storage, the liquid skin cleansing agent composition was visually observed, and the formation state of precipitates was judged based on the following judgment criteria. - Judgment criteria - ◎: No crystallization or solid precipitation 〇: Almost no crystallization or solid precipitation △: Crystals or solids are precipitating ×: A large amount of crystals or solids are precipitating

[0072] <Evaluation of foam retention during washing> Ten professional evaluators each took 3 pushes (about 9 g) of each liquid skin cleansing agent composition in their hands and evaluated the "foam retention" when washing the whole body based on the following evaluation criteria. The results were obtained by calculating the average score of the ten professional evaluators and judged based on the following judgment criteria for the average score. - Evaluation criteria - 4 points: Very good foam retention 3 points: Good foam retention 2 points: Slightly good foam retention 1 point: Poor foam retention - Judgment criteria - ◎: 3.5 points or more ○: 3.0 or more and less than 3.5 points △: 2.0 or more and less than 3.0 points ×: less than 2.0 points
