Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description will not be repeated.
[0010] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, the combine 1 according to the embodiment will be described. The combine 1 is an example of a work vehicle. FIG. 1 is a left side view of the combine 1 according to the embodiment. In this specification, for ease of understanding, the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and up-down direction may be described. Here, the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and up-down direction are the directions as seen from the driver seated on the driver's seat 2b (see FIG. 3) arranged in the internal space 2a of the driver's cab 2. However, the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and up-down direction are defined only for convenience of explanation, and there is no intention to limit the orientation of the combine 1 of the present invention during use by these definitions.
[0011] The combine harvester 1 includes an operator's cab 2, a traveling body 101, a traveling device 102, a cutting device 200, a threshing device 300, and a grain tank 400.
[0012] The traveling body 101 includes an engine (not shown). The engine is, for example, a diesel engine. The engine converts the net energy obtained by burning fuel into kinetic energy (power).
[0013] The traveling device 102 is disposed below the traveling body 101 and supports the traveling body 101. The traveling device 102 moves the combine harvester 1. Specifically, the traveling device 102 travels based on the power generated by the engine. The traveling device 102 includes, for example, a pair of left and right traveling crawler devices. The pair of left and right traveling crawler devices move the combine harvester 1 in the front-rear direction. Also, the pair of left and right traveling crawler devices turn the combine harvester 1 in the left-right direction.
[0014] The cutting device 200 is disposed in front of the traveling body 101. The cutting device 200 is driven based on the power generated by the engine. The cutting device 200 cuts uncut cereal straws in the field. In the present embodiment, the cutting device 200 includes a cutting frame 201 and a straw conveying device 204.
[0015] The cutting frame 201 is mounted on the front part of the traveling body 101 so as to be vertically movable. A cutting blade is disposed below the cutting frame 201. The cutting device 200 reciprocates the cutting blade in order to cut uncut cereal straws in the field.
[0016] The straw conveying device 204 conveys the cut cereal straws cut by the cutting blade to the threshing device 300.
[0017] The combine harvester 1 can continuously cut uncut cereal straws in the field by driving the cutting device 200 while driving the traveling device 102 to move within the field.
[0018] The threshing device 300 is arranged at the upper left of the traveling body 101. The threshing device 300 is driven based on the power generated by the engine. The threshing device 300 threshes the tip side of the harvested cereal straws conveyed to the traveling body 101 by the cereal straw conveying device 204, and performs swing sorting (specific gravity sorting) on the threshed tip side (threshed grains). In the present embodiment, the threshing device 300 includes a winnowing fan 303 and a dust exhaust fan 305.
[0019] The winnowing fan 303 supplies sorting air toward the harvested cereal straws after threshing. As a result, chaff and impurities in the grains (threshed grains) are removed. The grains from which chaff and impurities have been removed are transported to the grain tank 400 and stored therein.
[0020] The dust exhaust fan 305 discharges dust such as chaff and impurities to the outside of the machine.
[0021] The grain tank 400 is arranged at the upper right of the traveling body 101. The grain tank 400 stores the grains threshed by the threshing device 300.
[0022] The traveling body 101 further includes an operator's cab 2. In the present embodiment, the operator's cab 2 is arranged above the traveling body 101 and in front of the grain tank 400.
[0023] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the operator's cab 2. FIG. 3 is a front view of the operator's cab 2. FIG. 4 is a view of the upper part inside the operator's cab 2 as seen from the rear.
[0024] The operator's cab 2 includes a main body part 21 through which the driver can enter and exit, and a hollow roof box 22. The operator's cab 2 has a shape that covers the driver's seat 2b. Inside the box-shaped main body part 21, an internal space 2a is formed for the driver to sit on the driver's seat 2b and drive the combine 1. In the internal space 2a, in addition to the driver's seat 2b, there are provided an operating handle 2c, an engine key (not shown), a shift lever, and operating tools for operating the combine 1 such as a working clutch lever.
[0025] The front part of the main body 21 is composed of a windshield 21a. The windshield 21a is disposed in front of the driver's seat 2b. A wiper 30 and a display device 40 are arranged on the upper part of the windshield 21a. A metal ceiling frame 21b is fixed to the upper part of the main body 21. The ceiling frame 21b is one of the frames constituting the main body 21 of the driver's cab 2. A roof box 22 is mounted on the ceiling frame 21b. A plurality of work lights for irradiating light in front of the combine 1 are arranged on the front side of the roof box 22. The roof box 22 includes an inner roof 23 and an outer roof 24.
[0026] The box-shaped inner roof 23 is fitted inside the ceiling frame 21b. The lower surface of the inner roof 23 constitutes the ceiling of the internal space 2a. That is, the internal space 2a of the driver's cab 2 is a space surrounded by the main body 21 and the inner roof 23. The space outside the internal space 2a is referred to as the external space. The external space includes a first external space 25 and a second external space 27 (see FIG. 6) described later.
[0027] A drawer part 23a and an opening 23b are provided at a substantially central portion in the front part of the inner roof 23. An opening 23d is provided at the left side portion in the front part of the inner roof 23. In addition, two air outlets 23c are provided on the left and right of the front part of the inner roof 23. Note that the positions, numbers, shapes, etc. of the drawer part 23a, the opening 23b, 23d, and the air outlet 23c are not limited to the illustrated examples.
[0028] The lid-shaped outer roof 24 is fitted outside the ceiling frame 21b. A first external space 25 is formed between the inner roof 23 and the outer roof 24. An air conditioner or the like is arranged in the first external space 25. The air conditioner arranged in the first external space 25 supplies cold air or warm air to the internal space 2a of the driver's cab 2 through the air outlet 23c of the inner roof 23. A second external space 27 (see FIG. 6) is formed between the inner roof 23 and the ceiling frame 21b at the front part of the inner roof 23.
[0029] The wiper 30 includes a wiper drive mechanism 31, an arm portion 32, and a wire harness 33. The wiper drive mechanism 31 is disposed on the outer surface side of the front glass 21a, and the arm portion 32 is disposed on the outer surface side of the front glass 21a. In the present embodiment, the wiper drive mechanism 31 is attached to the inner surface of the front glass 21a. The arm portion 32 is rotatably attached to the wiper drive mechanism 31 through a through hole opened in the front glass 21a. The wire harness 33 is a wiper wire harness. The wire harness 33 is used for supplying power to the wiper drive mechanism 31 and communicating control signals, etc.
[0030] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the position of the wiper drive mechanism 31 is above and to the left of the driver's head 50 and does not obstruct the driver's field of view. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the stop position of the arm portion 32 is above the driver's head 50 and above the driver's line of sight. When the arm portion 32 is driven by the wiper drive mechanism 31, the arm portion 32 removes water droplets and the like on the front glass 21a.
[0031] The display device 40 includes a mounting member 41, a display screen 42, and a wire harness 43. The display device 40 is disposed on the inner surface side of the front glass 21a. The wire harness 43 is a display device wire harness. The wire harness 43 is used for supplying power to the display device 40 and communicating control signals, etc.
[0032] The display screen 42 is arranged facing the driver's side. On the display screen 42, an image captured by a camera (not shown) provided on the combine 1 is displayed. For example, the camera provided on the combine 1 captures the rear of the threshing device 300. The display screen 42 displays the rear image of the threshing device 300 captured by the camera. The driver can check the dust discharge situation at the rear of the threshing device 300 while sitting on the driver's seat 2b. Note that the camera may be provided at the tip of the discharge auger 401 and capture the direction of the grain throwing port 402. The installation position, shooting part, and number of the cameras are arbitrary.
[0033] In addition, cameras may be provided at each of a plurality of parts of the combine 1. The driver can switch the camera image displayed on the display screen 42 by operating the display device 40. For example, when a first camera that captures the rear of the threshing device 300 and a second camera that captures the direction of the grain throwing port 402 are provided, the driver can switch the camera image displayed on the display screen 42 between the image of the first camera and the image of the second camera by operating the display device 40.
[0034] The display device 40 is attached to the ceiling frame 21b that constitutes the operator's cab 2. By attaching the display device 40 to the ceiling frame 21b made of metal and having high strength, the display device 40 is firmly supported. In the present embodiment, the display device 40 is attached to the ceiling frame 21b by the attachment member 41. Details of the attachment member 41 will be described later.
[0035] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the position of the display device 40 is above the head 50 of the driver and does not obstruct the driver's view. In addition, the display device 40 is arranged at a position shifted in the front-rear direction from the wiper drive mechanism 31 and at least partially overlaps in the left-right direction. By shifting the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 in the front-rear direction, it is possible for the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 to overlap in the left-right direction.
[0036] In the left - right direction, when the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 overlap, the area that obstructs the driver's field of view decreases compared to the case where they do not overlap. Thus, the combine 1 that does not obstruct the driver's field of view can be provided. Note that the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 may be arranged so as to completely overlap in the left - right direction. The more the area where the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 overlap increases, the more it is possible to prevent obstructing the driver's field of view.
[0037] Note that in the inner roof 23, an air outlet 23c of the air - conditioning device is opened. In order to prevent a decrease in heating and cooling efficiency, it is preferable that the display device 40 and the wiper drive mechanism 31 be arranged avoiding directly below the air outlet 23c.
[0038] Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the wiring of the wire harnesses 33 and 43 will be described. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the upper part inside the operator's cab 2 as seen from the left rear. FIG. 6 is a cross - sectional view of the operator's cab 2 taken along line VI - VI in FIG. 3.
[0039] At the front end of the inner roof 23, at a portion facing the ceiling frame 21b, a convex - upward drawer portion 23a is formed. The drawer portion 23a allows the internal space 2a and the second external space 27 to communicate. The drawer portion 23a is used to draw out the wire harness 33 that supplies power to the wiper drive mechanism 31 and the wire harness 43 that supplies power to the display device 40 from the internal space 2a of the operator's cab 2 to the second external space 27.
[0040] Since the inner roof 23 has the drawer portion 23a for drawing out the wire harnesses 33 and 43 from the internal space 2a of the operator's cab 2 to the second external space 27, it is not necessary to route the wire harnesses 33 and 43 within the internal space 2a of the operator's cab 2. Therefore, the wire harnesses 33 and 43 can be simply wired. Thus, it is possible to prevent the wire harnesses 33 and 43 from obstructing the driver's field of view.
[0041] One end of a wire harness 33 that supplies power to the wiper drive mechanism 31 is connected to the wiper drive mechanism 31. The other end of the wire harness 33 is drawn out from the internal space 2a to the second external space 27 through the lead-out portion 23a. The other end of the wire harness 33 drawn out to the second external space 27 is drawn out from the second external space 27 to the first external space 25 through an opening 23b formed at the center of the front portion of the inner roof 23. For example, a power supply box (not shown) is arranged in the first external space 25, and the other end of the wire harness 33 is connected to the power supply box. In the present embodiment, a harness holder 26 for holding the wire harness 33 is attached to the opening 23b.
[0042] One end of a wire harness 43 that supplies power to the display device 40 is connected to the display device 40. The other end of the wire harness 43 is drawn out from the internal space 2a to the second external space 27 through the lead-out portion 23a. The other end of the wire harness 43 drawn out to the second external space 27 is drawn out from the second external space 27 to the first external space 25 through an opening 23d (see FIG. 2) formed on the left side of the front portion of the inner roof 23. The other end of the wire harness 43 is connected to, for example, a power supply box (not shown) arranged in the first external space 25.
[0043] In the present embodiment, the wire harnesses 33 and 43 are collectively drawn out from the lead-out portion 23a provided at the center of the front portion of the inner roof 23 to the second external space 27. The wire harness 33 drawn out to the second external space 27 is directly drawn out from the second external space 27 to the first external space 25 through the opening 23b provided at the center of the front portion of the inner roof 23. On the other hand, the wire harness 43 drawn out to the second external space 27 is wired to the left along the ceiling frame 21b and drawn out to the first external space 25 through the left opening 23d. In this way, by wiring the wire harness 33 and the wire harness 43 separately, it is possible to prevent noise generated by the wiper drive mechanism 31 from affecting the display device 40 via the wire harnesses 33 and 43. Note that the wiring method of the wire harnesses 33 and 43 is not limited to the above example.
[0044] Next, referring to FIG. 7, the mounting member 41 of the display device 40 will be described. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view showing the mounting structure of the display device 40. In FIG. 7, the display device 40 and the mounting member 41 as viewed from the right side are shown.
[0045] The mounting member 41 attaches the display device 40 to the ceiling frame 21b and holds the orientation of the display device 40 so that it can be adjusted. The mounting member 41 is, for example, a two-axis torque hinge and holds the orientation of the display device 40 so that it can be adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions. The mounting member 41 includes a hinge 41a, arms 41b and 41c, a bracket 41d, and a bolt 41e.
[0046] The arm 41b is connected to the hinge 41a so as to be operable in the vertical direction. The arm 41b is fixed to the hinge 41a and the back surface of the display device 40. The back surface of the display device 40 is the surface of the outer surface of the display device 40 that is opposite to the display screen 42.
[0047] The arm 41c is connected to the hinge 41a so as to be operable in the horizontal direction. The arm 41c is fixed to the hinge 41a and the bracket 41d. In this embodiment, the arm 41c and the bolt 41e are fixed by the bolt 41e, but they may be fixed by other fixing methods. The bracket 41d is fixed to the ceiling frame 21b. With the above configuration, the mounting member 41 holds the orientation of the display device 40 so that it can be adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions with respect to the ceiling frame 21b.
[0048] Note that the mounting member 41 is not limited to a two-axis torque hinge. For example, the mounting member 41 may be a torque hinge that can adjust the orientation of the display device 40 in either the vertical or horizontal direction. Further, the mounting member 41 may be a ball joint that can adjust the orientation of the display device 40 in the vertical, horizontal, and rotational directions.
[0049] The above embodiment has been described with reference to the drawings (Figs. 1 to 7). However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist thereof. The above embodiment is applicable not only to the combine 1 but also to work vehicles such as tractors. Also, for ease of understanding, the drawings schematically show each component mainly. Therefore, the thickness, shape, length, etc. of each illustrated component may be different from the actual ones for convenience in drawing preparation.
Industrial Applicability
[0050] The present invention can be applied to self-threshing and ordinary combines, as well as work vehicles such as tractors.
