[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In some of the drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other drawings are omitted. In the following embodiments, directions such as the vertical direction are described based on the state where the fitting device according to the embodiment is constructed.
[0011] FIGS. 1 to 5 are diagrams schematically showing an example and a modification example of a fitting device according to the present embodiment and an example and a modification example of an installation structure of the fitting device according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the fitting device 1 according to the present embodiment includes a sliding door 16, a leading vertical frame 6 and a trailing vertical frame 7 disposed on the leading end side and the trailing end side of the sliding door 16, respectively, and an upper frame 5 disposed between the vertical frames 6 and 7 on both sides. The fitting device 1 includes an upper rail 10 having substantially the same length as the upper frame 5 and attached to the attachment groove 5a (see FIG. 3) of the upper frame 5, and a sub-door 21 having substantially the same height as the sliding door 16 and rotatably held around a shaft (door shaft) 23a along the vertical direction on the leading vertical frame 6. The installation structure of the fitting device according to the present embodiment may be a structure using the fitting device 1 according to the present embodiment, or may be a configuration in which some members are arranged at a construction site or the like. In the installation structure, the upper frame 5 is disposed between the leading vertical frame 6 and the trailing vertical frame 7 disposed on the leading end side and the trailing end side of the sliding door 16, respectively, and the upper rail 10 having substantially the same length as the upper frame 5 is attached to the attachment groove 5a of the upper frame 5. In the installation structure, the sub-door 21 having substantially the same height as the sliding door 16 is rotatably held around the door shaft 23a along the vertical direction on the leading vertical frame 6, and the sliding door 16 is slidably installed between the sub-door 21 and the trailing vertical frame 7.
[0012] According to the fitting device 1 and the installation structure of the fitting device according to the present embodiment configured as described above, by setting both the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 to the open position, the effective opening width can be effectively increased. Thereby, while increasing the effective opening width, the door width dimension of the sliding door 16 can be reduced, the sliding door 16 is not difficult to handle, and it is possible to suppress the warping of the sliding door 16 from becoming large. Further, the upper rail 10 can be engaged and attached to the attachment groove 5a of the upper frame 5, and the workability can be improved. Further, even when viewed from the upper frame 5 side with both the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 in the open position, since the upper rail 10 exists over substantially the entire length of the upper frame 5, a sense of incongruity is hardly generated and the appearance can be improved. Further, even when the sliding door 16 is a hanging type, there is no concern that the runner 18 will be detached from the upper rail 10. That is, when the upper rail 10 terminates in front of the sub-door 21, there is a concern that the runner 18 will be detached from the upper rail 10 and it is necessary to provide a stopper to prevent the detachment, but it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which such a stopper is not provided.
[0013] The fitting device 1 includes a lock portion 26 that can move up and down at the upper end of the sub-door 21, an operation portion 25 that moves the lock portion 26 up and down, and a lock receiving portion 30 provided on the upper rail 10 for receiving the protruding lock portion 26. That is, the sub-door 21 is provided with a lock portion 26 that can move up and down at the upper end of the sub-door 21 and an operation portion 25 that moves the lock portion 26 up and down, and the upper rail 10 is provided with a lock receiving portion 30 for receiving the protruding lock portion 26. With such a configuration, the upper end side of the sub-door 21 can be stably maintained in the closed position.
[0014] The installation location of this fitting device 1 and the applicable locations of the installation structure are not limited to general houses such as detached houses, apartment houses, and temporary houses, but may also be various locations such as public facilities such as accommodation facilities, medical facilities, and welfare facilities, commercial facilities such as offices, and various stores. The fitting device 1 and the installation structure are particularly suitable for public facilities where the access to beds and the like tends to be frequent and it is desired to increase the effective opening width. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2(a) and (b), the fitting device 1 is installed in a one-way sleeve wall storage manner and includes a single sliding door 16 that opens and closes the entrance / exit 9. That is, the installation structure is a structure in which a single sliding door 16 is installed in a one-way sleeve wall storage manner. This sliding door 16 is installed on a door frame 4 including an upper frame 5 to which the upper rail 10 is attached so as to be slidable in the door width direction on one side in the wall thickness direction of the sleeve wall 3.
[0015] The door frame 4 includes, in addition to the upper frame 5 and the door front side vertical frame 6 and the door rear side vertical frame 7 joined to each end on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 5, an intermediate vertical frame (middle vertical) 8 installed at the entrance / exit 9 side end of the sleeve wall 3. The upper frame 5 may be fixed to an appropriate upper frame base that constitutes the ceiling surface of the opening provided in the wall body 2 of the building where the fitting device 1 is installed. A hanging wall that constitutes a partition wall may be provided above the upper frame 5, or the upper frame 5 may be provided on the ceiling in an attached or embedded manner without providing such a hanging wall. The upper frame 5 has a prospective dimension along the door thickness direction of the part (door tip side part) that partitions the upper side of the entrance 9 (9A) on the side of the vertical frame 6 at the door tip side, which is larger than the prospective dimension of the part (door butt side part) corresponding to the sleeve wall 3 on the side of the vertical frame 7 at the door butt side. The prospective dimension of the door tip side part of this upper frame 5 is larger than the wall thickness of the wall body 2. Further, a notch-shaped recess for receiving the upper end part of the intermediate vertical frame 8 may be provided at the part corresponding to the door tip side end of the sleeve wall 3, which is the intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of this upper frame 5.
[0016] On the lower surface side of the upper frame 5, as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), a mounting groove 5a for receiving at least the upper side part of the upper rail 10 is provided. This mounting groove 5a is formed as a substantially square groove opening downward. In the illustrated example, the mounting groove 5a is provided at a position offset to one side in the prospective direction of the upper frame 5. Also, in the illustrated example, this mounting groove 5a is configured to receive the substantially upper half part of the upper rail 10. This mounting groove 5a is provided so as to extend over substantially the entire length of the upper frame 5. This mounting groove 5a may be provided over 90% (9 / 10) or more of the length of the upper frame 5. The upper rail 10 is provided with a guide groove 11 for guiding the upper end side of the sliding door 16. This guide groove 11 is opened downward and provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction. This guide groove 11 is provided over substantially the entire length of the upper rail 10. This guide groove 11 may be provided over 90% or more of the length of the upper rail 10.
[0017] The upper rail 10 is configured to suspend and hold the sliding door 16 so as to be slidable in the door width direction. As shown in Fig. 4(a), this upper rail 10 includes a groove bottom plate portion 13 that partitions the bottom of the guide groove 11, and side wall portions 14, 14 that are provided so as to hang down from both sides in the groove width direction of the groove bottom plate portion 13 and partition both sides in the groove width direction of the guide groove 11. At the lower ends of these side wall portions 14, 14 on both sides, there are provided guide piece portions 15, 15 that protrude in directions facing each other and support and guide the rolling elements 19 (see Fig. 3(a)) of the runner 18 that constitutes the guided portion provided on the upper end side of the sliding door 16. The leading ends in the protruding directions of these guide piece portions 15, 15 partition both sides in the width direction of the groove opening 12 that opens downward on the lower side of the guide groove 11. The upper half of the upper rail 10 is housed in the mounting groove 5a of the upper frame 5 and fixed to the upper frame 5. In the illustrated example, the width dimension along the groove width direction of the upper half portion of the upper rail 10 that is housed in the mounting groove 5a of the upper frame 5 is smaller than the width dimension of the lower half portion thereof. Fasteners such as screws may be fixed to the upper frame 5 so as to penetrate the groove bottom plate portion 13 of the upper rail 10, and the upper rail 10 may be fixed to the upper frame 5. The length of the upper rail 10 may be the same as the length of the upper frame 5, or may be 90% or more of the length of the upper frame 5.
[0018] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2(a), the door tip side vertical frame 6 is elongated in the door height direction (vertical direction), and its upper end is joined to the door tip side end that is one end in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 5. This door tip side vertical frame 6 may be fixed to an appropriate vertical frame base that constitutes the inner surface on one side in the opening width direction of the opening. The expected dimension along the door thickness direction of the door tip side vertical frame 6 is larger than the wall thickness of the wall body 2. On the expected surface facing the door butt side of the door tip side vertical frame 6, there is provided a door contact portion 6a where the hanging end side end of the child door 21 in the closed position abuts or is close to. As shown in Fig. 3(b), this door contact portion 6a protrudes toward the entrance / exit 9 (9A) side in the middle part in the expected direction of the door tip side vertical frame 6, and is provided over substantially the entire length of the door tip side vertical frame 6 so as to extend in the door height direction. The door bottom side vertical frame 7 is elongated in the door height direction, and its upper end is joined to the door bottom side end that is the other end in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 5. This door bottom side vertical frame 7 may be fixed to an appropriate vertical frame base that constitutes the inner surface on the other side in the opening width direction of the opening. The expected dimension along the door thickness direction of this door bottom side vertical frame 7 is made smaller than the wall thickness of the wall body 2 according to the wall thickness of the sleeve wall 3. The expected surface of the door bottom side vertical frame 7 facing the door leading side abuts or is close to the door bottom side end of the sliding door 16 in the fully open position. A receiving groove (door groove) for receiving the door bottom side end of the sliding door 16 may be provided so as to extend in the door height direction on the expected surface of this door bottom side vertical frame 7.
[0019] The intermediate vertical frame 8 is elongated in the door height direction, and its upper end is joined to an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 5. The expected dimension along the door thickness direction of this intermediate vertical frame 8 is made larger than the wall thickness of the sleeve wall 3. This intermediate vertical frame 8 is arranged such that one end in the expected direction is close to and faces one side in the thickness direction of the sliding door 16. That is, the sliding door 16 is slidably arranged in the door width direction on one side in the expected direction of the sleeve wall 3 including this intermediate vertical frame 8. A gap shielding member (mohair member) that contacts and slides on one side in the thickness direction of the sliding door 16 may be provided at one end in the expected direction of this intermediate vertical frame 8. The lower ends of these door leading side vertical frames 6, door bottom side vertical frames 7, and intermediate vertical frames 8 may be fixed to an appropriate floor material, lower frame, etc. The door frame 4 may be formed from an appropriate wood-based material. Also, in the illustrated example, a so-called fixed frame-shaped door frame 4 is illustrated, but a casing frame-shaped door frame 4 provided with a frame member may also be used.
[0020] The sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 are installed on the above-described door frame 4 and open and close the entrances 9, 9A. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2(a), when the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 are in the closed position with the entrances 9, 9A closed, the leading side ends of each other are butted directly below the upper rail 10 and arranged side by side in the door width direction. Also, when they are in the closed position, the door bottom side end of the sliding door 16 overlaps the intermediate vertical frame 8 in the door thickness direction, and the hanging side end of the sub-door 21 is arranged to overlap the door stop portion 6a in the door thickness direction. As shown in Fig. 2(b), when the sub-door 21 is in the closed position and the sliding door 16 is in the fully open position, the first entrance / exit 9 corresponding to the door width of the sliding door 16 is in an open state. This first entrance / exit 9 is partitioned at the top side (upper side) by the upper frame 5 (upper rail 10), at the lower side by the floor material or the lower frame, at one side in the opening width direction by the leading end side of the sub-door 21, and at the other side in the opening width direction by the leading end side of the sliding door 16 or the intermediate vertical frame 8. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the other side in the opening width direction of the first entrance / exit 9 is partitioned by the leading end side of the sliding door 16 arranged so that a remainder is formed in the fully open position. That is, an example is shown in which the door width dimension of the sliding door 16 is larger than the wall width dimension of the sleeve wall 3 including the intermediate vertical frame 8, but a mode in which such a remainder is not formed may also be adopted.
[0021] As shown in Fig. 2(c), when the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 are in the fully open position, the second entrance / exit 9A corresponding to the door widths of the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 is in an open state. This second entrance / exit 9A is formed so as to expand the opening width toward the leading end side vertical frame 6 side compared to the first entrance / exit 9, and one side in the opening width direction is partitioned by the hanging end side of the sub-door 21 or the leading end side vertical frame 6. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the fully open position of the sub-door 21 is in a state where the thickness direction is orthogonal to the closed position, that is, a state where the sub-door 21 is opened until it becomes 90 degrees, but the example is not limited to this. The effective opening width of the first entrance / exit 9 may be about the same as that of a general entrance / exit. For example, it may be about 600 mm to 1000 mm, or may be 800 mm or more. The effective opening width of the second entrance / exit 9A may be about 1100 mm to 1800 mm, may be 1200 mm or more, or may be 1500 mm or more. The opening height of these entrances / exits 9, 9A depends on the presence or absence of a vertical wall, the ceiling height, etc., but for example, it may be about 1900 mm to 3000 mm.
[0022] The sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 are in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. The door height dimensions of these sliding door 16 and sub-door 21 are substantially the same as each other and are dimensioned according to the opening height of the entrances / exits 9, 9A. The door height dimensions of these sliding door 16 and sub-door 21 are not limited to being exactly the same, and there may be a dimension difference of about 20 mm or less. The door width dimension of the sliding door 16 is made larger than the door width dimension of the sub - door 21. These door width dimensions of the sliding door 16 and the sub - door 21 may be appropriate door width dimensions according to the effective opening widths of the first entrance 9 and the second entrance 9A described above. For example, the door width dimension of the sliding door 16 may be about 1.5 to 3 times the door width dimension of the sub - door 21. In the illustrated example, an example where it is about 2 times is shown. These door thickness dimensions of the sliding door 16 and the sub - door 21 may be substantially the same as each other or different from each other. For example, they may be about 20 mm to 40 mm. In the illustrated example, an example where the door thickness dimension of the sub - door 21 is made larger than the door thickness dimension of the sliding door 16 is shown. In this case, these sliding door 16 and sub - door 21 may be arranged in such a configuration that the centers in the door thickness direction of each other coincide in the door thickness direction at the closed position. The panel bodies constituting these sliding door 16 and sub - door 21 may be, for example, so - called flush panels in which a surface material is adhered to a panel core material having a four - sided frame.
[0023] Pull handles 17, 17 are provided on both sides in the door thickness direction at the door tip side end of the sliding door 16. In the illustrated example, these pull handles 17, 17 are supported at the upper and lower ends by support portions protruding on both sides in the door thickness direction and are bar - shaped handles that are long in the vertical direction. Runners 18, 18 that are suspended and held by the upper rail 10 are provided at both ends in the door width direction at the upper end of the sliding door 16. As shown in Fig. 3(a), rolling elements 19, 19 such as rollers that roll on the guide piece portions 15, 15 (see Fig. 4(a)) in the guide groove 11 of the upper rail 10 are provided on these runners 18, 18. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the rolling elements 19, 19 that roll on the guide piece portions 15, 15 on both sides in the door thickness direction are provided at a distance from each other in the door thickness direction on each runner 18, 18. An appropriate buffer mechanism (soft - close mechanism) or the like that decelerates the sliding door 16 arranged in the guide groove 11 of the upper rail 10 and moving to one or both of the closed position and the fully - open position may be provided at the upper end of this sliding door 16. At the lower end of the sliding door 16, there is provided a guide groove 16a for receiving the guide portion 20a of the lower guide member 20 provided on the floor side. This guide groove 16a is provided so as to open downward and extend in the door width direction. This guide groove 16a is provided over substantially the entire width direction of the sliding door 16.
[0024] The lower guide member 20 includes a pin-shaped guide portion 20a provided so as to protrude upward from a base portion fixed to the floor side. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which one lower guide member 20 is provided in the vicinity of the intermediate vertical frame 8 so as to be always positioned directly below the sliding door 16 that moves between the closed position and the fully open position. Instead of such a mode, a mode in which a lower guide member is further provided so as to be located on one side of the sleeve wall 3 may be adopted. Further, the lower guide member 20 is not limited to the so-called fixed pin shape as in the illustrated example, and may be a magnet guide having a magnet pin that can be retracted and protruded with respect to a casing embedded in the floor side. In this case, a configuration may be adopted in which a suction portion made of a ferromagnetic material such as an appropriate steel plate for attracting the magnet of the magnet pin is provided on the groove bottom side of the guide groove 16a of the sliding door 16.
[0025] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2(a) to (c), a connecting member 23 for rotatably connecting the sub-door 21 around the door shaft 23a to the door tip side vertical frame 6 is connected to the suspension side end of the sub-door 21. This sub-door 21 is connected to the door tip side vertical frame 6 so as to overlap with one side portion in the expected direction of the door tip side vertical frame 6 in the door width direction at the closed position. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a plurality (two in the illustrated example) of connecting members 23 are connected to the suspension side end of the sub-door 21 at intervals in the door height direction. The connecting member 23 is not limited to a hinge (flat hinge) in which a pair of blade plates are rotatably connected by a pin-shaped door shaft 23a as in the illustrated example, and may have various configurations such as a concealed hinge or a slide hinge. At the door tip side end of the sub-door 21, a summons portion 22 is provided so as to overlap with the door tip side end of the sliding door 16 in the closed position in the door thickness direction. This summons portion 22 is provided in an attached manner on one side in the door thickness direction on the front side in the opening direction of the sub-door 21, and is provided so as to protrude outward in the door width direction. As shown in FIG. 3(b), this summons portion 22 is provided so as to extend substantially over the entire height direction of the sub-door 21. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the summons portion 22 is not provided at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the sub-door 21, but the example is not limited to this.
[0026] At the upper end portion of the sub-door 21, an upper end lock member 24A including a lock portion 26 is provided. At the lower end portion of the sub-door 21, a lower end lock member 24B including a substantially similar lock portion 26 is also provided. Operation portions 25, 25 for operating the lock portions 26, 26 when moving them up and down are provided on each of these upper and lower lock members 24A, 24B. These upper and lower lock members 24A, 24B are configured to be vertically inverted with respect to each other and have the same configuration as each other. Therefore, hereinafter, when there is no need for distinction, one of them will be described as the lock member 24 by taking it as an example. The lock member 24 is a so-called French drop type, and is provided in an embedded manner at the door tip side end so as to be exposed on the door tip side end face of the sub-door 21. Further, the lock member 24 is provided so as to be exposed on the outer end face in the door height direction. That is, the upper end lock member 24A is provided so as to be exposed on the upper end face of the sub-door 21, and the lower end lock member 24B is provided so as to be exposed on the lower end face of the sub-door 21.
[0027] The operation portion 25 is provided so as to be operable on the door tip side end face of the sub-door 21. In the illustrated example, the operation portion 25 is in the form of a projecting piece portion that is slid up and down. If this operation portion 25 is in a state positioned on the center side in the door height direction (the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3(b)), it becomes an unlocked state in which the lock portion 26 is submerged. On the other hand, if this operation portion 25 is in a state positioned on the outer side in the door height direction (the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 3(b)), it becomes a locked state in which the lock portion 26 protrudes. The locking portion 26 is configured to be retractable with respect to the outer end surface (upper end surface or lower end surface) in the door height direction. In the illustrated example, the locking portion 26 is columnar (circular columnar). The protruding dimension of the locking portion 26 in the locked state may be set to an appropriate dimension so as to be engageable with the upper locking receiving portion 30 and the lower locking receiving portion 27 described later. Note that the operating portion 25 and the locking portion 26 of the locking member 24 are not limited to the configurations described above, and may be configured in various other ways.
[0028] The fitting device 1 includes a lower locking receiving portion 27 that receives the locking portion 26 in the protruding state of the lower end locking member 24B. As shown in FIGS. 2(a) to 2(c), the lower locking receiving portion 27 is arranged to be located directly below the locking portion 26 of the lower end locking member 24B of the sub-door 21 in the closed position. As shown in FIG. 3(b), the lower locking receiving portion 27 includes a box-shaped portion that opens upward and is provided in an embedded manner on the floor side, and a plate portion provided above the box-shaped portion and arranged such that the outer peripheral edge portion is along the floor, and a locking receiving hole 28 through which the locking portion 26 is inserted is provided. If the locking portion 26 of the lower end locking member 24B is inserted into the locking receiving hole 28 of the lower locking receiving portion 27 to be in a locked state, the movement of the lower end side of the leading end side of the sub-door 21 in the closed position in the door thickness direction is suppressed (locked).
[0029] The upper locking receiving portion 30 is arranged to be located directly above the locking portion 26 of the upper end locking member 24A of the sub-door 21 in the closed position (see FIGS. 4(a) and 4(c)). As shown in Fig. 4(a), the lock receiving portion 30 is provided with a lock receiving hole 31 through which a lock portion 26 that protrudes in a protruding state and has its tip side in the protruding direction arranged in the guide groove 11 of the upper rail 10 is inserted, and the lock receiving hole 31 penetrates in the vertical direction. With such a configuration, by inserting the lock portion 26 into the lock receiving hole 31 of the lock receiving portion 30, it is possible to suppress the movement of the upper end side of the door tip side end portion of the sub-door 21 in the door thickness direction. Further, since the tip side in the protruding direction of the lock portion 26 inserted into the lock receiving hole 31 of the lock receiving portion 30 is arranged in the guide groove 11, for example, compared with a configuration in which a lock receiving hole is provided in the groove bottom plate portion 13 (upper side) that partitions the bottom side (upper side) of the guide groove 11, there is no need to provide a recess or the like for receiving the lock portion 26 on the upper frame 5 side in a dug-out shape. That is to say, the guide groove 11 of the upper rail 10 can also function as a receiving portion for receiving the lock portion 26, and there is no need to separately provide a recess or an opening or the like that communicates with the lock receiving hole 31 of the lock receiving portion 30 on the upper rail 10, the upper frame 5, or the like. Further, it is also possible to make the lock receiving portion 30 function as a stopper against which the runner 18 of the sliding door 16 abuts. With such a configuration, it is possible to suppress the excessive movement of the sliding door 16 in the door tip side (door tip side vertical frame 6 side) when the sub-door 21 is in an open state.
[0030] As shown in Figs. 4(a) to 4(c), the lock receiving portion 30 is provided with contact portions 32, 32 that contact the lower surface side edge portions 15a, 15a on both sides in the width direction of the groove opening 12 of the guide groove 11, and an insertion hole 33 through which a fixing tool 29 for fixing the lock receiving portion 30 to the upper frame 5 is inserted. With such a configuration, by bringing the contact portions 32, 32 on both sides of the lock receiving portion 30 into contact with the lower surface side edge portions 15a, 15a on both sides in the width direction of the groove opening 12 of the guide groove 11 and fixing the fixing tool 29 to the upper frame 5 through the insertion hole 33, the lock receiving portion 30 can be fixed. Thereby, compared with a configuration in which it is necessary to fix the lock receiving portion arranged in the guide groove 11 within the guide groove 11, the workability can be improved. Further, thereby, since the lock receiving hole 31 of the lock receiving portion 30 is located on the groove opening 12 side of the guide groove 11, the vertical dimension of the protruding lock portion 26 can be effectively reduced. The lock receiving portion 30 is provided with a plurality of engaging pieces 34, 34 that engage with the groove opening 12 of the guide groove 11 at intervals in the groove longitudinal direction. With such a configuration, when fixing the lock receiving portion 30, by engaging the plurality of engaging pieces 34, 34 with the groove opening 12 of the guide groove 11, it is possible to suppress the lock receiving portion 30 from being displaced in the groove width direction or rotating about an axis along the vertical direction, and the workability can be improved.
[0031] Specifically, the lock receiving portion 30 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape arranged such that the thickness direction is the vertical direction. The lock receiving portion 30 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the groove longitudinal direction when viewed in the vertical direction. The lock receiving hole 31 is provided so as to penetrate substantially the center of the lock receiving portion 30 when viewed in the thickness direction (vertical direction). In the illustrated example, the lock receiving hole 31 has a substantially rectangular hole shape that is long in the groove longitudinal direction when viewed in the vertical direction. The hole width along the groove width direction (the groove width of the guide groove 11) on the short diameter side of the lock receiving hole 31 is smaller than the width dimension of the groove opening 12 of the guide groove 11. The hole width on the short diameter side of the lock receiving hole 31 may be an appropriate dimension so that the lock portion 26 can be received and rattling can be reduced, or may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lock portion 26. The contact portions 32, 32 on both sides are provided on both sides of the lock receiving hole 31 in the groove width direction. These contact portions 32, 32 are brought into contact along the lower surface side edges 15a, 15a which are the lower surfaces on the groove opening 12 side of the guide piece portions 15, 15 that partition the groove opening 12 of the upper rail 10.
[0032] The insertion holes 33 are provided on both sides of the lock receiving hole 31 in the groove longitudinal direction. That is, the insertion holes 33, 33 are provided at both longitudinal portions of the lock receiving portion 30. These insertion holes 33, 33 are provided at positions that overlap the groove opening 12 and the groove bottom piece portion 13 when viewed in the vertical direction. In the illustrated example, these insertion holes 33, 33 are formed in a dish hole shape for receiving the heads of the fixing tools 29, 29. The fixing tool 29 inserted into the insertion hole 33 on the sliding door 16 side among these insertion holes 33, 33 may function as a stopper against which the runner 18 of the sliding door 16 abuts. The engaging pieces 34, 34 are provided at both longitudinal ends of the lock receiving portion 30. These engaging pieces 34, 34 are provided so as to protrude from both longitudinal edge portions of the lock receiving portion 30 toward the groove bottom side (upper side) of the guide groove 11. The dimension along the groove width direction of these engaging pieces 34, 34 is set to a dimension corresponding to the width dimension of the groove opening 12. The dimension along the groove width direction of these engaging pieces 34, 34 may be slightly smaller than the width dimension of the groove opening 12. In the illustrated example, these engaging pieces 34, 34 are provided in a bent shape at both longitudinal ends of the lock receiving portion 30, and are formed in a protruding piece shape arranged such that the thickness direction is the groove longitudinal direction. The position and number of the engaging pieces 34, 34 are not limited to the illustrated example, and may be, for example, at an intermediate portion in the groove longitudinal direction of the lock receiving portion 30, etc., and various other modifications are possible.
[0033] The thickness dimension along the vertical direction of the portion of the lock receiving portion 30 excluding the engaging pieces 34, 34 may be an appropriate dimension from the viewpoints of strength and inconspicuousness, etc., and may be, for example, about 0.5 mm to 2 mm. The width dimension along the groove width direction of the lock receiving portion 30 may be an appropriate dimension so that the contact portions 32, 32 are formed on both sides in the groove width direction of the lock receiving hole 31, and from the viewpoint of inconspicuousness, etc. The width dimension along the groove width direction of the lock receiving portion 30 may be larger than the width dimension of the groove opening 12 and smaller than the width dimension of the upper rail 10. The length dimension along the groove longitudinal direction of the lock receiving portion 30 may be an appropriate dimension so that the insertion holes 33, 33 and the engaging pieces 34, 34 can be formed on both sides in the groove longitudinal direction of the lock receiving hole 31, and from the viewpoint of inconspicuousness, etc. When the lock receiving portion 30 functions as a stopper that the runner 18 of the sliding door 16 abuts against, the length dimension along the groove longitudinal direction of the lock receiving portion 30 may be an appropriate dimension so as to be able to abut against the runner 18 on the door tip side of the sliding door 16. In addition to or instead of the mode in which the lock receiving portion 30 functions as a stopper for the sliding door 16 in this way, a configuration may be adopted in which an appropriate stopper portion for suppressing excessive movement of the sliding door 16 toward the door tip side is provided on the upper rail 10. The lock receiving portion 30, the lower lock receiving portion 27, and the upper rail 10 may be formed from an appropriate metal-based material.
[0034] Next, a modified example of the fitting device and a modified example of the installation structure will be described with reference to FIG. 5. In the following modified examples, the differences from the previously described examples will be mainly described. For the same configurations, the same reference numerals will be given, and the description thereof will be omitted or briefly described. In the following modified examples, the description of the same operational effects as those of the previously described examples will also be omitted or briefly described.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 5, the fitting device 1A according to this modified example mainly differs in the configuration of the door frame 4A from the above-described example. Further, the fitting device 1A is installed in a single-slide pocketed manner and includes a single sliding door 16 that opens and closes the entrance / exit 9 (see FIG. 2(b)). That is, the installation structure of the fitting device according to this modified example is a structure in which a single sliding door 16 is installed in a single-slide pocketed manner. The door frame 4A is arranged along the entrance / exit side ends of the pocket walls 3A, 3A that partition both sides in the wall thickness direction of the pocket, and includes a pair of intermediate vertical frames (center uprights) 8A, 8A that partition the pocket opening. The door-rear side vertical frame 7A is arranged to be located on the back side of the pocket. A buffer body may be provided on the prospective surface of the door-rear side vertical frame 7A, against which the door-rear side end of the sliding door 16 abuts or elastically abuts. Similar to the above, a sub-door 21 is connected to the door-front side vertical frame 6A via a connecting member 23. In this modified example, the sub-door 21 is connected to the door-front side vertical frame 6A so as to overlap a substantially central portion in the prospective direction of the door-front side vertical frame 6A in the door width direction at the closed position. Similar to the above, a mounting groove 5a (see FIG. 3(b) etc.) is provided in the upper frame 5A, and an upper rail 10 and a lock receiving portion 30 are provided. In this modified example, the mounting groove 5a is provided at the central portion in the prospective direction of the upper frame 5A.
[0036] Also in this modified example, when the sub-door 21 is in the closed position and the sliding door 16 is in the fully open position, the first entrance / exit 9 (see FIG. 2(b)) is in an open state. When the sliding door 16 and the sub-door 21 are in the fully open position, the second entrance / exit 9A (see FIG. 2(c)) is in an open state. In each of the above examples, an example in which the engaging piece 34 is provided on the lock receiving part 30 is shown, but a configuration in which such an engaging piece 34 is not provided may also be used. In each of the above examples, an example in which the lock receiving part 30 is fixed along the lower surface side of the upper rail 10 is shown, but a mode in which the entire lock receiving part 30 is arranged and fixed in the guide groove 11 of the upper rail 10 may also be used. In this case, a configuration in which an appropriate contact part that contacts the groove bottom piece part 13 etc. of the upper rail 10 is provided on the lock receiving part 30 etc. may also be used.
[0037] In each of the above examples, an example in which the lock receiving part 30 is provided with a lock receiving hole 31 through which a lock part 26 whose tip side in the protruding direction is arranged in the guide groove 11 in a protruding state is inserted is shown, but it is not limited to such a mode. Also, an example in which the lock receiving part 30 is provided separately from the upper rail 10 is shown, but for example, a mode in which a lock receiving hole 31 constituting the lock receiving part 30 is provided in the groove bottom piece part 13 of the upper rail 10 etc. may also be used. As the lock receiving part 30 in each of the above examples, various other modifications are possible. In each of the above examples, an example in which the sliding door 16 is configured to be suspended and held by the upper rail 10 is shown, but a lower load type in which rolling elements such as door wheels and casters that run on the running object are provided on the lower end side of the sliding door 16 may also be used. The specific configurations of the fitting devices 1, 1A and the installation structure of the fitting device according to each of the above examples are not limited to the above configurations, and various other modifications are possible.
