Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to fishing tackle such as fishing rods, and particularly to the configuration of the outer surface of fishing tackle.
Background Art
[0002] A reel seat attached to a fishing rod is provided with, for example, a trigger for hanging a finger. Further, the grip of the fishing rod has a diameter that changes along the axial direction or a non-circular cross-sectional shape. Among the outer surface of the reel, for example, a concave portion may be provided at a location touched by a finger. Regarding lures, for example, plugs and egi often have a three-dimensional curved surface.
[0003] Thus, the outer surface of fishing tackle is often not a flat surface or an outer peripheral surface with a substantially constant diameter, and often has a shape rich in undulations. On the other hand, regarding surface treatment such as decoration of the outer surface, there is little variation, and diversity in expression is required.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] An object of the present invention is to achieve diversity in the shape of the outer surface.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The fishing tackle according to the present invention includes a fishing tackle body and a convex portion. The fishing tackle body has undulating portions on its outer surface. The convex portion is provided on the undulating portion. The convex portion contains an ultraviolet curable resin.
[0007] According to this configuration, although the fishing tool body has undulating portions, convex portions containing an ultraviolet curable resin are provided on the undulating portions. Since the convex portions contain an ultraviolet curable resin, the convex portions can be easily formed even on the undulating portions. For example, the convex portions can be formed by an inkjet molding machine. By providing the convex portions on the undulating portions in this way, the unevenness change due to the convex portions is added to the unevenness change of the outer surface due to the undulating portions, and the appearance of the outer surface of the fishing tool body becomes rich. Further, when touching the undulating portions with a hand or the like, the unevenness due to the undulating portions and the unevenness due to the convex portions are combined, and the adhesion and the fitting feeling of the hand or the like can be easily improved.
[0008] In the fishing tool of the second aspect according to the first aspect of the present invention, the fishing tool body is a grip of a fishing rod. The undulating portion has a first grip portion, a second grip portion, and a first connecting portion. The first grip portion has a first diameter. The second grip portion is provided away from the first grip portion toward the butt end side of the rod. The second grip portion has a second diameter. The second diameter is larger than the first diameter. The first connecting portion expands in diameter from the first diameter to the second diameter toward the butt end side. The first connecting portion connects the first grip portion and the second grip portion in the axial direction of the fishing rod. The convex portion has a first convex portion, a second convex portion, and a first intermediate convex portion. The first convex portion is provided on the first grip portion. The second convex portion is provided on the second grip portion. The first intermediate convex portion is provided on the first connecting portion. According to this configuration, since the first convex portion is provided on the first grip portion, the second convex portion is provided on the second grip portion, and the first intermediate convex portion is provided on the first connecting portion, in combination with the diameter difference between the first grip portion and the second grip portion, the shape of the outer surface from the first grip portion to the second grip portion can be made rich in variation.
[0009] In the fishing tool of the third aspect according to the second aspect of the present invention, the first convex portion is made of a first ultraviolet curable resin. The second convex portion is made of a second ultraviolet curable resin. The first intermediate convex portion is made of a third ultraviolet curable resin. According to this configuration, the convex portions can be easily formed corresponding to the individual shapes of the first grip portion, the first connecting portion, and the second grip portion.
[0010] In the fishing tackle of the fourth side according to the second or third side of the present invention, the second convex portion is softer than the first convex portion. According to this configuration, when mainly gripping the second grip portion by hand, the fitting feeling of the hand is improved. Also, it becomes difficult for the hand to slip.
[0011] In the fishing tackle of the fifth side according to any one of the second to fourth sides of the present invention, at least a part of the first convex portion, the second convex portion, and the first intermediate convex portion includes a lattice pattern. According to this configuration, the grip of the fishing rod can be easily made conspicuous by the convex portion of the lattice pattern. Also, when gripping the grip of the fishing rod by hand, the slippage of the hand can be easily suppressed.
[0012] In the fishing tackle of the sixth side according to any one of the second to fourth sides of the present invention, at least a part of the first convex portion, the second convex portion, and the first intermediate convex portion includes a spiral pattern. According to this configuration, the grip of the fishing rod can be easily made conspicuous by the convex portion of the spiral pattern. Also, when gripping the grip of the fishing rod by hand, the slippage of the hand can be easily suppressed.
[0013] In the fishing tackle of the seventh side according to any one of the second to sixth sides of the present invention, the first intermediate convex portion includes a main molding portion and an anti-slip molding portion. The anti-slip molding portion suppresses the migration of the droplet of the main molding portion toward the tip of the rod. According to this configuration, in the first intermediate convex portion, the anti-slip molding portion can effectively suppress the migration of the droplet of the main molding portion toward the tip of the rod. Therefore, even if the first connecting portion has a shape that expands in diameter toward the butt side of the rod, the contour of the main molding portion in the first connecting portion can be formed sharply, and the main molding portion can be accurately formed in the first connecting portion.
[0014] In the fishing tackle according to any one of the second to seventh aspects of the present invention, the undulating portion further has a third grip portion and a second connecting portion. The third grip portion is provided away from the first grip portion on the tip side of the fishing rod. The third grip portion has a third diameter. The third diameter is larger than the first diameter. The second connecting portion tapers from the third diameter to the first diameter toward the butt end side of the fishing rod. The second connecting portion connects the third grip portion and the first grip portion in the axial direction of the fishing rod. The convex portion further has a third convex portion and a second intermediate convex portion. The third convex portion is provided on the third grip portion. The second intermediate convex portion is provided on the second connecting portion. According to this configuration, since the third convex portion is provided on the third grip portion and the second intermediate convex portion is provided on the second connecting portion, in combination with the change in diameter from the third grip portion to the second grip portion, the shape of the outer surface can be made even more rich from the third grip portion to the second grip portion.
[0015] In the fishing tackle according to the ninth aspect of the present invention in accordance with the first aspect of the present invention, the fishing tackle body is a reel seat. The reel seat is attached to the fishing rod. According to this configuration, by providing a convex portion containing an ultraviolet curable resin on the undulating portion of the reel seat, the outer surface of the reel seat can be made even more complex. For example, when the hand touches the undulating portion of the reel seat, the convex portion provided on the undulating portion can easily suppress the slipping of the hand. As an example of the undulating portion, there is a trigger protruding from the lower surface of the reel seat.
[0016] In the fishing tackle according to the tenth aspect of the present invention in accordance with any one of the first to ninth aspects of the present invention, the undulation amount of the undulating portion is 1 mm or more. According to this configuration, the shape change of the outer surface becomes complex due to the undulating portion and the convex portion.
Advantages of the Invention
[0017] As described above, due to the synergistic effect of the undulating portion and the convex portion, the shape of the outer surface of the fishing tackle can be made rich in changes, and the appearance of the fishing tackle can be improved.

The reinforcing fiber of the rod body 12 is carbon fiber or the like. The rod body 12 may be hollow or solid. The rod body 12 extends from the reel seat 11 toward the tip side. The grip 10 may be integral with the rod body 12, that is, the rod body 12 and the grip 10 may be one member, or may be separate from the rod body 12, that is, the rod body 12 and the grip 10 may be separate members. In this embodiment, the grip 10 is configured separately from the rod body 12, is hollow, and the inner peripheral surface of the grip 10 is adhesively fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the rod body 12. The rod body 12 passes through the reel seat 11 and extends toward the butt side of the reel seat 11. The grip 10 is located between the reel seat 11 and the butt plug 13.
[0021] The grip 10 has undulations 4 on its outer peripheral surface (outer surface). Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10 undulates along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1, and the outer diameter of the grip 10 varies greatly along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1. The undulations 4 of the grip 10 have a first grip portion 21, a second grip portion 22, a third grip portion 23, a first connecting portion 31, and a second connecting portion 32. They are provided in the order of the third grip portion 23, the second connecting portion 32, the first grip portion 21, the first connecting portion 31, and the second grip portion 22 from the tip side of the rod. The third grip portion 23 is adjacent to the butt side of the reel seat 11. The third grip portion 23 is provided over a predetermined length from the tip side end of the grip 10 to the butt side. The second connecting portion 32 is adjacent to the butt side of the third grip portion 23, and the first grip portion 21 is adjacent to the butt side of the second connecting portion 32. The second connecting portion 32 connects the third grip portion 23 and the first grip portion 21 in the axial direction of the fishing rod 1. The first connecting portion 31 is adjacent to the butt side of the first grip portion 21, and the second grip portion 22 is adjacent to the butt side of the first connecting portion 31. The first connecting portion 31 connects the first grip portion 21 and the second grip portion 22 in the axial direction of the fishing rod 1. The second grip portion 22 extends to the butt side end of the grip 10 and is adjacent to the tip side of the butt plug 13. The tip side end of the butt plug 13 is inserted inside the second grip portion 22 in the radial direction.
[0022] The first grip portion 21 is located at the intermediate portion in the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 in the grip 10. The first grip portion 21 is the portion with the smallest diameter in the grip 10 and has a first diameter 21a. The first diameter 21a is the outer diameter of the first grip portion 21. The second grip portion 22 has a second diameter 22a that is larger than the first diameter 21a. The second diameter 22a is the outer diameter of the second grip portion 22. The second grip portion 22 has a second diameter 22a that is larger than the first diameter 21a. The second diameter 22a is the outer diameter of the second grip portion 22. The third grip portion 23 has a third diameter 23a that is larger than the first diameter 21a. The third diameter 23a is equal to the second diameter 22a in this embodiment. The second grip portion 22 and the third grip portion 23 are also the portions with the largest diameter in the grip 10. However, the third diameter 23a may be larger than the second diameter 22a or, conversely, smaller than the second diameter 22a. In this embodiment, the first grip portion 21, the second grip portion 22, and the third grip portion 23 each have a straight shape with a constant diameter. The diameter difference between the first diameter 21a, the second diameter 22a, and the third diameter 23a is 2 mm or more. That is, the undulation amount of the undulation portion 4 is 1 mm or more on one side. The undulation amount is preferably 3 mm or more, and in that case, the diameter difference is 6 mm or more. Further, the undulation amount is more preferably 5 mm or more, and in that case, the diameter difference is 10 mm or more.
[0023] The first connecting portion 31 has a tapered shape that expands in diameter from the first diameter 21a to the second diameter 22a toward the butt end side of the rod. The second connecting portion 32 has an inverse tapered shape that contracts in diameter from the third diameter 23a to the first diameter 21a toward the butt end side of the rod. Incidentally, for example, at least a part of the second grip 10 may expand in diameter toward the butt end side, or at least a part of the third grip portion 23 may contract in diameter toward the butt end side. Also, the grip 10 is hollow in this embodiment, but may be solid such as a cylindrical shape. Also, in this embodiment, the grip 10 is made of a fiber-reinforced resin.
[0024] A convex portion 40 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10. The convex portion 40 is formed separately from the grip 10 and is formed to protrude radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10 in the radial direction of the fishing rod 1. The material of the convex portion 40 is different from that of the grip 10 and includes an ultraviolet curable resin. The convex portion 40 is preferably provided on at least one of the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32. When the convex portion 40 is provided on the first connecting portion 31, it is preferable that the convex portion 40 is provided from the first grip portion 21 to the first connecting portion 31, or that the convex portion 40 is provided from the first connecting portion 31 to the second grip portion 22. It is also preferable that the convex portion 40 is provided from the first grip portion 21 through the first connecting portion 31 to the second grip portion 22. Further, when the convex portion 40 is provided on the second connecting portion 32, it is preferable that the convex portion 40 is provided from the third grip portion 23 to the second connecting portion 32, or that the convex portion 40 is provided from the second connecting portion 32 to the first grip portion 21. It is also preferable that the convex portion 40 is provided from the third grip portion 23 through the second connecting portion 32 to the first grip portion 21. Furthermore, it is also preferable that the convex portion 40 is provided in the range from the third grip portion 23 to the second grip portion 22.
[0025] In the present embodiment, the convex portion 40 is provided over the entire length of the grip 10. The shape, size, arrangement, pattern, etc. of the convex portion 40 may be various. In the present embodiment, the convex portion 40 has a lattice pattern. The convex portion 40 having a lattice pattern only needs to be provided on at least a part of the entire length of the grip 10, but in the present embodiment, it is provided over the entire length of the grip 10. The convex portion 40 is formed in a lattice shape from a plurality of axial protrusions 41 extending along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 and a plurality of circumferential protrusions 42 extending along the circumferential direction of the fishing rod 1. The axial protrusions 41 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the fishing rod 1. The circumferential protrusions 42 are formed over the entire circumference of the grip 10, and the circumferential protrusions 42 are annular. The circumferential protrusions 42 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the fishing rod 1.
[0026] More specifically, the convex portion 40 includes a first convex portion 43 provided on the first grip portion 21, a second convex portion 44 provided on the second grip portion 22, a third convex portion 45 provided on the third grip portion 23, a first intermediate convex portion 46 provided on the first connecting portion 31, and a second intermediate convex portion 47 provided on the second connecting portion 32. The first convex portion 43 is made of a first ultraviolet curable resin, the second convex portion 44 is made of a second ultraviolet curable resin, the third convex portion 45 is made of a fourth ultraviolet curable resin, the first intermediate convex portion 46 is made of a third ultraviolet curable resin, and the second intermediate convex portion 47 is made of a fifth ultraviolet curable resin. The first to fifth ultraviolet curable resins are different from each other in material, but they may be the same. For example, the first ultraviolet curable resin and the fourth ultraviolet curable resin may be the same material as each other, and the third ultraviolet curable resin and the fifth ultraviolet curable resin may be the same material as each other.
[0027] The second convex portion 44 is preferably softer than the first convex portion 43, has an excellent touch feeling when gripping the second convex portion 44, and also has an excellent hand fit feeling. On the other hand, if the first convex portion 43 is harder than the second convex portion 44, the catching feeling of the hand on the first convex portion 43 is improved. Similarly, the third convex portion 45 is preferably softer than the first convex portion 43. Incidentally, the hardnesses of the second convex portion 44 and the third convex portion 45 may be the same as each other or different from each other.
[0028] Figs. 3 and 4 show the main parts of the fishing rod 1 in the second embodiment. The convex portion 40 in this embodiment is a honeycomb pattern in which hexagons are continuous in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the fishing rod 1. Figs. 5 and 6 show the main parts of the fishing rod 1 in the third embodiment. The convex portion 40 in this embodiment is a spiral pattern. Thus, the pattern of the convex portion 40 may be various.
[0029] The convex portion 40 can be formed, for example, using an inkjet molding machine. The inkjet molding machine includes a head 100 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) that applies ink paint supplied from a tank storing the ink paint to an object. The basic colors are cyan-based, magenta-based, yellow-based, and black-based. However, white, silver, etc. may be used if necessary. The head 100 is provided with a plurality of discharge nozzles that supply these inks as droplets corresponding to the cyan-based, magenta-based, yellow-based, and black-based inks. A large number of ejection holes are provided in each discharge nozzle. Further, the inkjet molding machine is provided with a heating medium. The heating medium receives operation information from the control means, rapidly heats the ink to promote droplet formation, and ejects it by bubbles. This method is called the thermal jet method. However, the piezo method may be adopted. Furthermore, the inkjet molding machine is provided with an ultraviolet irradiation device. The painting mode can be a multi-pass mode. In the multi-pass mode, the head 100 does not perform painting in one pass, but moves to the same location multiple times to perform painting. The number of passes is arbitrary.
[0030] Droplets of UV ink are ejected from the discharge nozzle, and the ink is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet irradiation device and fixed on the surface of the grip 10. By adjusting various conditions such as the viscosity of this UV ink, the time until ultraviolet irradiation after the ejected ink droplets adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10, and the amount of ultraviolet light, the thickness, height, spread, shape, etc. of the convex portion 40 can be arbitrarily adjusted.
[0031] The UV ink may be of the photopolymerization type and contains a resin that cures by ultraviolet rays. The ultraviolet curable resin may be various radical polymerization resins and may be various oligomers and monomers. Examples of the oligomer include epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate, and polyester acrylate. The photoinitiator may also be of various types, and examples thereof include benzophenone-based, benzoin-based, acetophenone-based, thioxanthone-based, acylphosphine oxide-based, etc. Incidentally, the UV ink contains an antifoaming agent and the like in addition to these photopolymerizable oligomers and the photoinitiator.
[0032] Since the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10 is undulated, in accordance with the uneven shape of the undulation, the head 100 is moved in the radial direction of the grip 10 with respect to the grip 10, and the angle of the head 100 with respect to the center line of the grip 10 is adjusted to form convex portions 40 in each part of the grip 10. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the head 100 is moved in accordance with the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the grip 10. Preferably, while rotating the grip 10 around the center line of the grip 10, the head 100 is reciprocally moved.
[0033] That is, as shown in Fig. 7(a), when forming the third convex portion 45 on the third grip portion 23, the head 100 is installed parallel to the third grip portion 23 and opposed to the third grip portion 23 with a predetermined interval therebetween, and the head 100 is reciprocally moved along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1, that is, parallel to the axial direction of the fishing rod 1, along the outer peripheral surface of the third grip portion 23. As shown in Fig. 7(b), when forming the second intermediate convex portion 47 on the second connecting portion 32, the head 100 is moved along the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting portion 32. The head 100 is reciprocally moved along a direction inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 so as to follow the inclination of the reverse taper shape of the second connecting portion 32. As shown in Fig. 7(c), when forming the first convex portion 43 on the first grip portion 21, the head 100 is reciprocally moved along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 along the outer peripheral surface of the first grip portion 21. The head 100 is moved more radially inward than in the case of the third grip portion 23 to approach the outer peripheral surface of the first grip 10. As shown in Fig. 8(a), when forming the first intermediate convex portion 46 on the first connecting portion 31, the head 100 is moved along the outer peripheral surface of the first connecting portion 31. The head 100 is reciprocally moved along a direction inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 so as to follow the inclination of the taper shape of the first connecting portion 31. As shown in Fig. 8(b), when forming the second convex portion 44 on the second grip portion 22, the head 100 is reciprocally moved along the axial direction of the fishing rod 1 along the outer peripheral surface of the second grip portion 22. The head 100 is moved more radially outward than in the case of the first grip portion 21 to approach the outer peripheral surface of the second grip 10.
[0034] Also, as shown in FIG. 9(a), it is preferable that the first intermediate convex portion 46 has a main molding portion 50 and an anti-slip molding portion 51 that suppresses the transfer of the droplets of the main molding portion 50 to the first grip portion 21 side. The first connecting portion 31 is inclined so as to have a reduced diameter toward the first grip portion 21 side. Therefore, first, as shown in FIG. 9(b), an ultraviolet curable resin is applied to the portion that becomes the contour of the first intermediate convex portion 46 by an inkjet molding machine to form the anti-slip molding portion 51. The anti-slip molding portion 51 is formed in a frame shape and is formed so as to protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the first connecting portion 31. After curing the anti-slip molding portion 51, the main molding portion 50 is formed. The main molding portion 50 is formed within the frame of the anti-slip molding portion 51. The region within the frame of the anti-slip molding portion 51 is filled with the main molding portion 50. The main molding portion 50 is also made of an ultraviolet curable resin and can be formed by an inkjet molding machine. In this way, the first intermediate convex portion 46 is formed in two steps in the order of the frame-shaped anti-slip molding portion 51 that forms the contour and the main molding portion 50 within the frame. In this way, by providing the anti-slip molding portion 51 first, it becomes difficult for the main molding portion 50 to drop toward the first grip portion 21 side, and the first intermediate convex portion 46 can be formed sharply. The same applies to the second intermediate convex portion 47, and as shown in FIG. 9(c), it can have a configuration of a frame-shaped anti-slip molding portion 51 and a main molding portion 50 within the frame.
[0035] In addition, the third grip portion 23 and the second connecting portion 32 may be omitted, or conversely, the second grip portion 22 and the first connecting portion 31 may be omitted. Further, since the outer surfaces such as the movable hood 14 of the reel sheet 11 and the trigger 15 provided on the lower surface of the reel sheet 11 have the uneven portions 4, convex portions 40 may be provided on them.
[0036] Figure 10 shows the main part of the fishing rod 1 in the fourth embodiment. A fishing reel is mounted on the reel seat 11 of this embodiment. As the fishing reel, a double-bearing reel is suitable. The reel seat 11 corresponds to a right-hand reel in this embodiment and is for a right handle. The reel seat 11 is provided with a perming grip portion 60 that supports the palm of the left hand on the side opposite to the right hand that operates the handle during perming. The perming grip portion 60 supports the palm of the left hand when perming while gripping the reel and the reel seat 11 with the left hand. The perming grip portion 60 bulges out to the left side and also bulges out downward. The outer surface of the perming grip portion 60 is a three-dimensional curved surface that undulates in both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the fishing rod 1. Further, the perming grip portion 60 has a support wall portion 61 that protrudes upward on the immediate rod butt side of the reel. The support wall portion 61 supports particularly the vicinity of the thenar of the palm.
[0037] In this embodiment, the outer surface of the perming grip portion 60 of the reel seat 11 is the undulating portion 4. And a convex portion 40 is provided on the outer surface of the perming grip portion 60. The shape of the convex portion 40 may be various, but in this embodiment, it is island-shaped and a number of them are provided. The convex portion 40 protrudes in a hemispherical shape. By forming the convex portion 40 on the perming grip portion 60 in this way, the palm is less likely to slip during perming, and the fitting feeling of the palm during perming is enhanced.
[0038] Incidentally, the convex portion 40 may be provided as a male screw portion on the outer peripheral surface of the reel seat 11, and the movable hood 14 may be screwed onto the male screw portion.
[0039] Figure 11 shows the fishing reel 2 as a fishing tackle in the fifth embodiment. The fishing reel 2 of this embodiment is a double-bearing reel 2, and as an example, a double-bearing reel 2 with a right-hand specification is exemplified.
[0040] The double-bearing reel 2 includes a reel body 70, a spool 71, and a handle 72. When perming as shown in Fig. 11, the left hand is indicated by a two-dot chain line. When perming, the index finger of the left hand is placed against the front surface of the reel body 70. The reel body 70 has a thumb rest 73 that covers the upper part of the frame. Fig. 12 shows the thumb rest 73 in a single state. The thumb rest 73 has a finger placement recess 74, which is a raised portion 4, at the front of the upper surface. The thumb of the left hand is placed on the finger placement recess 74 from above during perming. The finger placement recess 74 has a concave shape on the lower side, and the thumb can be placed so as to engage with the finger placement recess 74. In this embodiment, a convex portion 40 is provided in the finger placement recess 74. The convex portion 40 is, for example, a hemispherical convex shape and is provided in a large number in an island shape. By providing the convex portion 40 in the finger placement recess 74 in this way, the thumb is less likely to slip, and the hold feeling of the reel 2 during perming is enhanced.
[0041] Also, a convex portion 40 is provided on the handle grip 75 of the handle 72 of the double-bearing reel 2. When operating the handle 72, for example, grasp the handle grip 75 with the fingertips of the right hand. A grip recess 76 is formed on the outer surface of the handle grip 75 so that the fingertips engage. A convex portion 40 is formed in the grip recess 76. This convex portion 40 is also, for example, hemispherical and is provided in a plurality, similar to the thumb rest 73. By providing the convex portion 40 on the handle grip 75 in this way, the fingertips are less likely to slip when operating the handle 72, and the handle grip 75 can be grasped with a light force to operate the handle 72.
[0042] Fig. 13 shows a lure 3 as a fishing tackle in the sixth embodiment. The lure 3 of this embodiment is a jig.
