Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cartridge for holding bullets loaded into a toy gun, and more particularly to a multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun that can reliably hold a plurality of bullets such as those of a shotgun and enables stable bullet ejection during firing.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, many cartridges for toy guns with various devices have been used, and cartridges with a wide variety of structures have been developed and used.

[0003] A cartridge for a toy gun has a configuration in which toy bullets are enclosed inside, or there are toy guns with various configurations. When bullets are enclosed in the cartridge, mainly lightweight BB bullets are used as the bullets.

[0004] A toy gun is configured to fire lightweight BB bullets as bullets, but if the firing power is strong, it may have the ability to injure people and is dangerous. Therefore, it is desirable to have a cartridge with a structure that ensures reliable firing.

[0005] As a technology related to such a cartridge for a toy gun, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-324962 exists. Here, it is a technology related to a gas gun for firing toy plastic bullets (BB bullets), and it is a gas-filled bullet in which a plurality of loading chambers provided in the bullet head are filled with a large number of bullets, and instantaneously pressurized gas is supplied to the bullets, and a technology for simultaneously firing a large number of bullets farther by gas pressure is disclosed.

[0006] According to this technology, it is certainly possible to simultaneously fire a large number of bullets farther, but for example, like a shotgun, there is a problem that it is difficult to eject a large number of bullets in a stable state at once.

[0007] In order to fire multiple projectiles at once, it is necessary to stably hold the projectiles and apply an equal pressing force before firing. To solve such problems, the development of a multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun that can reliably hold multiple projectiles and enable stable ejection of projectiles during firing has been desired.

Disclosure of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a cartridge for holding projectiles loaded into a toy gun, and in particular, a multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun that can reliably and stably hold a plurality of projectiles such as those of a shotgun and enable stable ejection of projectiles during firing.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0010] In order to achieve the above object, the multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun according to the present invention is a cylindrical multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun that can be mounted on a toy gun for firing a plurality of bullets, and the plurality of bullets can be fired simultaneously. The multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun includes a cylindrical housing, a gas passage portion provided on the rear side of the housing and having a gas inlet formed therethrough, a loading portion provided on the front side of the housing for enclosing a plurality of bullets, and a partition member serving as a partition between the gas passage portion and the loading portion. The multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun fires a plurality of bullets enclosed in the loading portion by the pressure of gas. The partition member is formed of a disc and has a plurality of gas flow holes formed in an annular shape. The loading portion is configured to hermetically seal a plurality of bullets with a rear disc installed on the partition member side and a front disc installed on the front side of the housing. When gas is press-fitted into the gas passage portion from the gas inlet, the gas instantaneously flows through the plurality of gas flow holes, strongly presses the rear disc, and discharges the plurality of bullets through the front disc and shoots them forward.

[0011] In addition, the multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun according to the present invention is a cylindrical multi-shot cartridge for a toy gun that is mounted on a toy gun for firing a plurality of bullets, and a plurality of bullets can be fired simultaneously. The multi-shot cartridge for the toy gun includes a cylindrical housing, a compressed gas chamber portion provided on the rear side of the housing, a loading portion for enclosing a plurality of bullets provided on the front side of the housing, and a partition member serving as a partition between the compressed gas chamber portion and the loading portion. The multi-shot cartridge for the toy gun fires a plurality of bullets enclosed in the loading portion by the pressure of gas. The compressed gas chamber portion includes a release valve that is installed so as to be movable back and forth inside the compressed gas chamber portion, and has a cylinder structure in which the space on the pressing side of the release valve is filled with gas. The partition member is made of a disc and has gas flow holes formed of a plurality of circular holes drilled therethrough. The loading portion is configured to hermetically seal a plurality of bullets with a rear disc installed on the partition member side and a front disc installed on the front side of the housing. By actuating and releasing the release valve of the compressed gas chamber portion, the gas instantaneously flows from the gas flow holes due to the thrust generated in the BB bullet direction, strongly presses the rear disc, and discharges the plurality of bullets through the front disc and shoots them forward.

Advantages of the Invention

[0012] Since the present invention has the configuration as described in detail above, it has the following effects. 1. Since a partition member that partitions the compressed gas chamber portion and the loading portion is provided, a plurality of bullets can be stored in the cartridge in a stable state. In addition, since the gas flow holes formed of a plurality of circular holes are drilled in an annular shape in the partition member, it is possible to stably shoot the bullets when firing. Furthermore, by separating the front disc and the rear disc, it is possible to reduce the resistance with the inside of the gun body after being fired from the cartridge. 2. Since the compressed gas chamber portion is configured to include a release valve, it is possible to stably shoot the bullets by releasing the release valve.
