Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] In the cultivation of plants such as cucumbers, after pinching the main branch, several lateral branches that grow after pinching are continuously attracted laterally one after another without pinching, and a cultivation method called vine-lowering cultivation in which repeated harvesting is performed is carried out. The present invention relates to a vine attractor used for this vine-lowering cultivation.
Background Art
[0002] In the vine-lowering cultivation of plants such as cucumbers, an attractor described in Patent Document 1 is known as an attractor that attracts the tip of the vine upward without damaging the vine. This attractor has a lowered vine holding portion and a main body fixing portion integrally formed therewith. The lowered vine holding portion has a V-shaped holding portion that opens from the base portion on one end side toward the other end side in the same plane. The main body fixing portion is bent downward from the base portion side of the lowered vine holding portion with respect to the plane including the V-shaped holding portion of the lowered vine holding portion.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] The conventional attractant 201 is shown in Fig. 7. This attractant 201 is formed by bending a single wire and includes a main body fixing part 202 and a hanging vine holding part 203. Generally, the attractant 201 is used by engaging the main body fixing part 202 in the ant-groove-shaped inner space 105 in the longitudinal direction of a long metal support frame 101 horizontally installed at a predetermined height position along the ridge. On the other hand, the work of hanging the vines of the plant is carried out on the back side, which is the side where the hanging vine holding part 203 extends, with respect to the support frame 101. The work of attaching the attractant 201 to the support frame 101 is carried out in parallel with the work of hanging the vines of the plant. For this reason, the work of attaching the attractant 201 to the support frame 101 becomes an inefficient work from a position where the inner space 105 of the support frame 101 cannot be seen. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an attractant for vine-down cultivation that can be efficiently attached to the support frame 101 from the front side where the inner space 105 of the support frame 101 can be visually observed.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0005] In the following description, reference is made to the reference numerals in the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. To solve the above problems, the attractor 1 of the present invention is formed by bending a single metal wire. It includes a base rod portion 2, a pair of extending rod portions 3 and 4 continuing from both ends thereof, a pair of curved portions 5 and 6 at their tips, a pair of spring rod portions 7 and 8 following these, and a vine clamping space 10 with the intersection portion 9 as the focusing point, and an engaging end portion 11 formed at the tip of one of the spring rod portions 7. The base rod portion 2 extends linearly along the base of the lower edge plate portion 104 within the inner space 105 of the support frame 101. The pair of extending rod portions 3 and 4 are continuously bent approximately 90 degrees at both ends of the base rod portion 2 and extend linearly in parallel to each other within the same plane so as to extend obliquely upward in front from the inner space 105. The spring rod portions 7 and 8 are folded back inward through the curved portions 5 and 6 at the tips of the extending rod portions 3 and 4, and extend linearly into the inner space 105 toward the base end side of the extending rod portions 3 and 4 within a plane having an opening angle that generates a predetermined spring property with respect to the extending plane of the extending rod portions 3 and 4, and intersect each other at the tip portions. With the intersection portion 9 as the focusing point, a vine clamping space 10 is formed between the two spring rod portions 7 and 8 so as to open in a V shape obliquely upward in front. The engaging end portion 11 is bent and erected from the tip of one of the spring rod portions 7 within the inner space 105 and is provided so as to abut against the inside of the back of the protruding edge 103 of the upper edge plate portion 103. The engaging end portion 11 and the base rod portion 2 stretch inside the upper and lower edge plate portions, whereby the attractor 1 is held by the support frame 101.
Effects of the Invention
[0006] According to the present invention, the operation of attaching to the support frame 101 can be easily performed from the open side of the inner space 105 of the support frame 101, that is, from the front side which is the side of the operator for hanging the vine.

Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention
[0008] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The vine attracting tool 1 according to the present invention is an attracting tool that is used by being attached to a support frame 101 horizontally installed at a predetermined height position along the ridges of a farm field, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
[0009] The support frame 101 is formed by bending a long metal strip, and includes a main plate portion 102 in the shape of a vertical flat plate that extends horizontally in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of upper and lower edge plate portions 103 and 104 that incline inward from the upper and lower edges of the main plate portion 102 and stand upright forward. An ant groove-shaped inner space 105 that opens forward is formed inside the upper and lower edge plate portions 103 and 104 and the main plate portion 102. The front edge portions of the upper and lower edge plate portions 103 and 104 are provided with protruding edge portions 103a and 104a formed by folding back the edges.
[0010] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the attracting tool 1 is formed by bending an entire single metal wire, and includes a base rod portion 2, a pair of extending rod portions 3 and 4 that follow both ends thereof, a pair of curved portions 5 and 6 at the tips thereof, a pair of spring rod portions 7 and 8 that follow these, a vine clamping space 10 with the intersection portion 9 as the focusing point, and an engaging end portion 11 formed at the tip of one of the spring rod portions 7.
[0011] In the state of being attached to the support frame 101 (FIGS. 4 to 6), the base rod portion 2 extends linearly along the inner base portion of the lower edge plate portion 104 within the inner space 105.
[0012] The pair of extending rod portions 3 and 4 are continuously bent at both ends of the base rod portion 2 by approximately 90 degrees and extend linearly and parallel to each other in the same plane so as to extend obliquely upward in the front direction from the inner space 105.
[0013] The spring rod portions 7 and 8 are folded back inward through the curved portions 5 and 6 at the tips of the extending rod portions 3 and 4, and extend linearly toward the base end side of the extending rod portions 3 and 4 within the inner space 105 in a plane having an opening angle that generates a predetermined spring property with respect to the extending plane of the extending rod portions 3 and 4, and intersect with each other at the tip portions. Using the intersection portion 9 as a convergence point, a vine clamping space 10 is formed between the two spring rod portions 7 and 8 so as to open in a V shape obliquely upward in the front direction. The side branches of the cultivated plant P are clamped within the vine clamping space 10.
[0014] The engaging end portion 11 is bent and erected from the tip of one of the spring rod portions 7 within the inner space 105 and is provided so as to abut against the inside of the protruding edge 103 of the upper edge plate portion 103. The engaging end portion 11 and the base rod portion 2 are stretched inside the upper and lower edge plate portions, whereby the attracting tool 1 is held by the support frame 101.
[0015] When attaching the attracting tool 1 to the support frame 101, with the base rod portion 2 side protruding forward, hold the attracting tool 1 with one hand, and as shown in Fig. 4(a), insert the base rod portion 2 into the inner space 105 of the support frame 101. Next, along the inner base portion of the lower edge plate portion 104 of the base rod portion 2, while pressing down the spring rod portions 7 and 8 with a finger against the spring force, rotate the tip side of the extending rod portions 3 and 4 so as to slightly push it up around the base rod portion 2. When the engaging end portion 11 enters the inner space 105, release the finger that has been pressing down the spring rod portions 7 and 8, and the spring rod portions 7 and 8 will be restored by the spring force, and the engaging end portion 11 will be pressed against the inner edge portion of the upper edge plate portion 103. In this state, the extending rod portions 3 and 4 extend obliquely upward from the open side of the inner space 105. As described above, the operation of attaching the attracting tool 1 to the support frame 101 can be performed on the open side of the inner space 105 of the support frame 101.
[0016] In the vine-lowering cultivation, for the vine-attracting operation, after pinching the main branch, the sub-vines (side branches) are not pinched but lowered and clamped in the vine-clamping space 10 of the attractor 1 installed on the side so that the tips face upward. This operation is sequentially and continuously performed on each of the numerous cultivated plants arranged in the ridges.
