Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0023] In order to explain in detail the technical content, structural features, object and effect achieved by the present invention, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in this specification.
[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a vehicle child seat 100 including a seat body 20 and a seat belt clamping device 10. The seat belt clamping device 10 is configured to clamp or release a component to be clamped (not shown in the drawings). In the present embodiment, the object to be clamped is the seat belt in the vehicle, and the object to be clamped is configured to fix the seat body 20 of the vehicle child seat 100 to the vehicle. The seat belt clamping device 10 is disposed on the seating portion of the seat body 20. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the seat belt clamping device may be disposed on the back portion or other positions of the seat body 20. The seat belt clamping device 10 includes a clamping member 1 and a locking mechanism 2. A connecting portion 11 pivotally connected to the seat body 20 is provided on a side surface of the clamping member 1. By pivoting the clamping member 1, the object to be clamped is firmly clamped or released. For example, when the clamping member 1 pivots toward the seat body 20 around the connecting portion 11 in the direction indicated by arrow A in FIG. 2, and the object to be clamped is sandwiched between the clamping member 1 and the seat body 20, the seat body 20 is fixed to the vehicle. The clamping member 1 pivots in a direction away from the seat body 20 around the connecting portion 11, in a direction opposite to the direction indicated by arrow A in FIG. 2, to release the object to be clamped (not shown) and remove the seat body 20 from the vehicle. The locking mechanism 2 is installed on another side surface of the clamping member 1, that is, the connecting portion 11 and the locking mechanism 2 are disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the clamping member 1. In the present embodiment, the clamping member 1 is long and rod-shaped, and the connecting portion 11 and the locking mechanism 2 are disposed at two opposite ends of the clamping member 1. The locking mechanism 2 includes an operating member 21, a driving member 22, a locking member 23, and an elastic member (not shown). Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the locking member 23 is movably provided on a side portion of the clamping member 1, has a locking position shown in FIG. 4 and an unlocking position shown in FIG. 5, and is switchable to be movable between the locking position and the unlocking position.Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, the seat body 20 is provided with a locking engagement portion 201 corresponding to the locking member 23. When in the locked position, the locking member 23 engages with the locking engagement portion 201, thereby locking the pivoting of the clamp member 1 relative to the seat body 20, and the external piece clamped by the clamp member 1 is firmly clamped. When in the unlocked position, the locking member 23 is separated from the locking engagement portion 201, thereby releasing the pivoting of the clamp member 1 relative to the seat body 20, and the clamp member 1 releases the external piece to be clamped. The elastic member is provided on the side portion of the clamp member 1, enabling the locking member 23 to always tend to move from the unlocked position to the locked position, so that the locking member 23 is held by the locking member and the clamp member 1 firmly clamps the object to be clamped. In some embodiments, the elastic member is a torsion spring, but it is not limited thereto. The drive member 22 is movably disposed on the side portion of the clamp member 1. Driven by the drive member 22, the locking member 23 is switched between the locked position and the unlocked position. The operating member 21 is connected to the drive member 22, and upon receiving the operation of the operating member 21, the drive member 22 moves to drive the locking member 23 to be switched between the locked position and the unlocked position. The locking member 23 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member and is switched from the locked position to the unlocked position, and accordingly, the clamp member 1 releases the object to be clamped and releases the lock. Also, since the drive member 22 is provided between the operating member 21 and the locking member 23 and functions as a drive structure forming an extension portion, in the related art, the risk of unlocking being caused by a slight contact can be prevented, effectively preventing accidental unlocking due to a child's accidental contact, and ensuring high in-vehicle safety and high safety for infants. The drive member 22 may be integrated with the operating member 21 to form an integral structure, or the drive member 22 and the operating member may be a separated structure. It should be noted that they can also be assembled. The drive member 22 and the operating member 21 are two modules named according to their functions, but should not be limited thereto.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, more specifically, the driving member 22 is pivotally connected to the clamping member 1, and the locking member 23 is pivotally connected to the clamping member 1. The driving member 22 rotates in response to the operation of the operating member 21, and rotationally drives the locking member 23 to rotatably switch between the locked position and the unlocked position. Further, since the operating member 21, the driving member 22, and the locking member 23 are all rotatable, a smoother interlocking operation among the operating member 21, the driving member 22, and the locking member 23 is realized. In other embodiments, the driving member 22 may be slidably disposed with respect to the clamping member 1, and the locking member 23 may be slidably disposed on the side portion of the clamping member 1. The movement of the driving member 22 drives the locking member 23 to move, thereby realizing the switching between the locked position and the unlocked position of the locking member 23. Specifically, the driving member 22 extends toward the locking member 23 to form a contact portion 221, and the locking member 23 extends to form a pressing portion 231 corresponding to the contact portion 221. The pressing portion 231 rotates when pushed by the contact portion 221. Preferably, the contact portion 221 is a hook, and the pressing portion 231 is a protruding structure extending toward the inside of the hook formed by the locking member 23. When the locking member 23 is in the locked position, the contact portion 221 is separated from the pressing portion 231, that is, there is a distance between the contact portion 221 and the pressing portion 231. The contact portion 221 approaches the pressing portion 231 by the rotation of the driving member 22 and then presses the pressing portion 231. Also, when the locking member 23 is in the locked position, since the contact portion 221 is separated from the pressing portion 231, that is, there is a certain distance between the pressing portion 231 and the contact portion 221, before the contact portion 221 contacts and abuts against the pressing portion 231, the driving member 22 is forcibly moved a certain distance from the locked position, so that accidental unlocking caused by a child accidentally touching can be effectively avoided, the in-vehicle safety of infants can be ensured, and high safety can be realized. In other embodiments, the driving member 22 can be provided with a reset torsion spring. The reset torsion spring is configured to provide an elastic force that acts such that the contact portion 221 of the drive member 22 has a tendency to release contact with the abutting portion 231 of the lock member 23. It should be noted that the invention of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, it is also possible to select not to provide the reset torsion spring. The lock member 23 realizes stable connection or separation between the lock member 23 and the lock engagement portion 201 by engaging or disengaging with the lock engagement portion 201. Specifically, the lock member 23 includes a lock member main body 232 and a lock hook 233 formed by the lock member main body 232 and extending outward. The abutting portion 231 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the lock member main body 232, the lock hook 233 is disposed so as to be separated from the abutting portion 231, and the lock hook 233 is disposed adjacent to the abutting portion 231. Referring to FIG. 3, correspondingly, the lock engagement portion 201 is a lock pin, and the lock hook 233 realizes locking or unlocking by engaging or disengaging with the lock pin. Of course, the invention of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the manufacturer can adjust the above lock structure to other lock structures as needed.
[0026] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 5, the operation member 21 is provided with a connection opening 211, and the drive member 22 extends toward the connection opening 211 to form a connection lug 222. By inserting and connecting the connection lug 222 into the connection opening 211, the operation member 21 is fixed to the drive member 22, the operation member 21 can rotationally drive the drive member 22, and the stability of the movement of the drive member 22 is improved. It should be noted that the invention of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, in order to realize a stable connection between the operation member 21 and the drive member 22, the manufacturer can also select other connection methods. Specifically, the operation member 21 includes an operation member main body 212, and the operation member main body 212 extends outward to form a pulling portion 213. The connection opening 211 is disposed inside the operation member main body 212 of the operation member 21. The pulling portion 213 and the connection opening 211 are disposed on both side surfaces of the operation member 21. The pulling portion 213 has a plate-like structure, and the pulling portion 213 is provided with an anti-slip treatment. However, the invention of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0027] In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the longitudinal cross-section of the operation member 21 along the length direction of the clamp member 1 has a similar T-shaped configuration. One end of the upper portion of the operation member 21 having a similar T-shaped configuration is the operation member main body 212, and the other end is the pulling portion 213. The middle portion and the lower portion of the operation member 21 are the support portions 214. The support portion 214 is substantially perpendicular to the operation member main body 212 and the pulling portion 213. The connection opening 211 is disposed between the operation member main body 212 and the support portion 214 of the operation member 21.
[0028] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 2, the seat body 20 is provided with a clamp groove 202 corresponding to the clamp member 1, and a lock engaging portion 201 is disposed in the clamp groove 202. When the lock member 23 engages with the lock engaging portion 201, the clamp member 1 is disposed in the clamp groove 202. By the arrangement of the clamp groove 202, it is possible to effectively prevent the clamp member 1 from protruding from the seat body 20, and it is possible to effectively avoid the discomfort of the infant.
[0029] Combined with FIGS. 1 to 7, the mounting process of the vehicle child seat 100 will be described in detail below.
[0030] When the seat body 20 is to be mounted on the vehicle, pulling the operating member 21 causes the driving member 22 to rotate in the direction indicated by arrow B in FIG. 5 by the operation of the operating member 21. Driven by the rotation of the driving member 22, the contact portion 221 approaches the pressing portion 231 and presses the pressing portion 231. Then, receiving the biasing force of the contact portion 221, the locking member 23 rotates from the locked position to the unlocked position, overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member and disengaging the locking member 23 from the locking engagement portion 201. At this time, the clamp member 1 pivots about the connecting portion 11 and rotates in the pivoting direction opposite to the direction indicated by arrow A in FIG. 2, away from the seat body 20, so that an object to be clamped is disposed between the clamp groove 202 and the clamp member 1. The clamp member 1 pivots on the connecting portion 11 and rotates close to the seat body 20 in the pivoting direction indicated by arrow A in FIG. 2, and the object to be clamped is clamped between the clamp member 1 and the seat body 20. When the locking member 23 rotates from the unlocked position to the locked position by the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic member, and the driving member 22 and the operating member 21 are reset, the object to be clamped is firmly clamped and the seat body 20 is fixed to the vehicle. When the seat body 20 is to be removed from the vehicle, the above steps are repeated in the reverse order to remove the safety belt.
[0031] A locking mechanism 2 is provided. The locking mechanism 2 includes an operating member 21, a driving member 22, a locking member 23, and an elastic member. The locking member 23 is movably disposed on the side of the clamping member 1, has a locking position and an unlocking position, and is switchable to move between the locking position and the unlocking position. Thereby, the clamping member 1 can firmly clamp or unlock an external piece to be clamped. The elastic member is attached to the side of the clamping member 1, enabling the locking member 23 to always tend to move from the unlocking position to the locking position. Thereby, the locking member 23 is held at the locking position, and the clamping member 1 firmly clamps the part to be clamped. The driving member 22 is movably disposed beside the clamping member 1. The operating member 21 is connected to the driving member 22. By receiving the operation of the operating member 21, the driving member 22 moves to drive the locking member 23 to switch between the locking position and the unlocking position, driving the locking member 23 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member and switch from the locking position to the unlocking position, enabling the clamping member 1 to release the object to be clamped and achieve unlocking. The driving member 22 is provided between the operating member 21 and the locking member 23. The driving member 22 functions as a driving structure and forms an extension part, so that the risk of unlocking being triggered by slight contact in the related art can be avoided, the accidental unlocking caused by a child's inadvertent contact can be effectively avoided, the in-vehicle safety of children can be ensured, and high safety can be achieved.
[0032] What is disclosed above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be used to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, equivalent changes made based on the embodiments of the present application are within the scope covered by the present application.
