Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a beverage container for storing beverages therein.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a beverage container with a lid for storing beverages therein is known. The beverage container has a bottomed cylindrical container body and a lid that covers the opening at the upper part of the container body. Some of this type of beverage container is of a type that is housed in a protective member made of cloth or the like called a pouch when being carried. By housing the beverage container in such a pouch, the beverage container can be protected from impacts such as dropping or collision.
[0003] For example, the portable pouch for a beverage container of Patent Document 1 has a cylindrical beverage container storage part main body made of a cloth member, a bottom member made of a synthetic resin material arranged at the lower end part of the beverage container storage part main body, and a handle-shaped strap. Also, there is known a pouch of this kind that has a long belt for hanging the beverage container on the shoulder instead of the handle-shaped strap.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] When a belt is attached to the pouch, both the shoulder-hanging belt and the gripping belt can be attached. On the other hand, in a beverage container without an attached pouch, for example, there is known a type in which a belt attachment part is provided on a plug body or a lid body that is a resin member. In such a type, since the belt cannot be directly attached to the container body formed of metal or the like, the shoulder-hanging belt can be attached, but it was difficult to attach the gripping belt.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a beverage container to which a belt for carrying the beverage container in a plurality of variations can be attached even if a pouch is omitted.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The beverage container of the present invention is a beverage container for storing a beverage therein, and includes a bottomed cylindrical container body, a lid for covering an opening at an upper portion of the container body, a resin member to which the container body is fixed, three or more belt attachment portions, and a belt selectively attachable to the belt attachment portions.
[0008] According to the present invention, even if a pouch is omitted, a belt for carrying the beverage container in a plurality of variations can be attached.
[0009] Further, it is preferable that the belt is a three-pronged belt in which three ends can be respectively attached to the belt attachment portions. Furthermore, the belt includes a short belt and a long belt longer than the short belt, and one end of the long belt can be attached to the belt attachment portion, and the other end of the long belt is preferably movably attached to the short belt. Thereby, the belt can be attached to the first protector in various variations.
[0010] Further, the belt further has a connecting member movably attached to the short belt, and the other end of the long belt is preferably attached to the connecting member. Thereby, loosening of either belt due to the connection between the short belt and the long belt is suppressed.
[0011] Further, it is preferable that an end portion of the belt attachable to the belt attachment portion has a hook shape. Thereby, the end portion of the belt can rotate with respect to the belt attachment portion. Therefore, the end portion of the belt can be used at an angle suitable for each variation.
[0012] Further, it is preferable that the resin member has the belt attachment portion. Thereby, the degree of freedom in arranging the belt attachment portion is increased.
[0013] Further, the resin member covers the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the container body, has a screw portion that engages with the lid body, and a first protector that extends downward from the lower end portion of the screw portion and covers at least a part of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the container body. It is preferable that at least one of the belt attachment portions is attached to the first protector. Thereby, since a part of the surface of the container body is covered by the first protector, the container body can be protected without a pouch from impacts such as dropping and collision.
Advantages of the Invention
[0014] According to the present invention, even if the pouch is omitted, belts for carrying the beverage container in a plurality of variations can be attached.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following, the vertical direction is described with the lid body 40 side being the upper side with respect to the bottom portion 11 of the container body 10. Also, the left-right direction is described based on the direction seen from the front side with the operation portion 45 side being the front. However, these directions may be different from the posture of the beverage container 1 during use.
[0017] <1. Configuration of Beverage Container> FIG. 1 is a side view of a beverage container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the beverage container 1 (sectional view taken along line A - A in FIG. 1). This beverage container 1 is a so-called water bottle that can store beverages (liquids) such as tea and mineral water inside. Since the beverage container 1 is a direct-drinking type water bottle, it has a drinking mouth 423. A user of the beverage container 1 can carry the beverage container 1 in which the beverage is stored, and if necessary, open an opening / closing member 43 (described later) of the beverage container 1 and drink the beverage inside. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the beverage container 1 includes a container body 10, a resin member 20 having a first protector 22, a second protector 30, a lid body 40, and a belt 50.
[0018] The container body 10 is a main body component that stores the beverage inside. For example, stainless steel is used as the material of the container body 10. The container body 10 has a bottle-shaped outer shape. That is, the container body 10 has a disk-shaped bottom portion 11, a cylindrical side wall portion 12 extending upward from the edge of the bottom portion 11, a shoulder portion 13 whose diameter decreases upward from the upper end of the side wall portion 12, and a neck portion 14 disposed at the upper end of the container body 10. The container body 10 has a double structure and has a vacuum layer between the inner surface and the outer surface. Thereby, the beverage stored inside the container body 10 can be kept warm or cold.
[0019] The inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion 12 is cylindrical. The inner peripheral surface of the shoulder portion 13 is frustoconical, which tapers upward from the upper end of the side wall portion 12. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 14 has a frustoconical first inner peripheral surface 141 that expands in diameter from the upper end portion of the shoulder portion 13, and a cylindrical second inner peripheral surface 142 that extends upward from the upper end portion of the first inner peripheral surface 141. The inner peripheral surfaces of the bottom portion 11, the side wall portion 12, the shoulder portion 13, and the neck portion 14 are connected by smooth curved surfaces. Thereby, when the user tilts the beverage container 1 to drink the beverage stored inside the container body 10, the beverage flows smoothly along the inner peripheral surface of the container body 10.
[0020] The outer peripheral surface of the side wall portion 12 is a substantially cylindrical tubular outer peripheral surface 120. The tubular outer peripheral surface 120 successively has a first outer peripheral surface 121, a first concavo-convex portion 122, a second outer peripheral surface 123, and a second concavo-convex portion 124 downward from the lower end portion of the shoulder portion 13. The first outer peripheral surface 121 is substantially cylindrical. In the first concavo-convex portion 122, annular convex portions and concave portions are alternately provided. This first concavo-convex portion 122 is provided at a substantially central portion of the side wall portion 12. The second outer peripheral surface 123 is substantially cylindrical. In the second concavo-convex portion 124, annular convex portions and concave portions are alternately provided. A first packing 19 is attached to the upper end portion of the neck portion 14.
[0021] FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are perspective views of the resin member 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the resin member 20 has a screw portion 21 and a first protector 22. The resin member 20 is formed of a resin such as polypropylene, for example. The screw portion 21 covers the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the container body 10 and is screwed with the lid body 40. The first protector 22 extends downward from the lower end portion of the screw portion 21 and covers a part of the outer peripheral surface of the container body 10.
[0022] The threaded portion 21 has an outer peripheral portion 211 that covers the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 14 of the container body 10, a top portion 212 that covers the upper part of the neck portion 14, and an inner peripheral portion 213 that covers the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 14. The outer peripheral portion 211 is provided with a male threaded portion 214 that protrudes outward. The outer peripheral portion 211, the top portion 212, and the inner peripheral portion 213 form an annular groove 210 that is recessed upward. And the neck portion 14 of the container body 10 is inserted into the groove 210 via the first packing 19. The first packing 19 suppresses the beverage accommodated inside the container body 10 from leaking to the outside through the space between the container body 10 and the resin member 20 near the neck portion 14.
[0023] The first protector 22 is a cylindrical part that covers a part of the side wall portion 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the shoulder portion 13 of the container body 10.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, the first protector 22 has a third uneven portion 221 on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end portion that engages with the first uneven portion 122 of the container body 10. When attaching the resin member 20 to the container body 10, the first packing 19 is arranged on the neck portion 14 of the container body 10, the resin member 20 is brought closer from above the container body 10 and the first packing 19, and the neck portion 14 and the first packing 19 are press-fitted into the groove 210 of the threaded portion 21. Thereby, the neck portion 14 of the container body 10 and the threaded portion 21 of the resin member 20 are fixed. At the same time, when the third uneven portion 221 engages with the first uneven portion 122 of the container body 10, the first uneven portion 122 and the third uneven portion 221 are fixed. Thereby, the resin member 20 is fixed to the container body 10.
[0025] The second protector 30 has a disk-shaped bottom plate portion 31 and a substantially cylindrical tube portion 32 that extends upward from the bottom plate portion 31. The second protector 30 is formed of a resin such as polypropylene, for example. The bottom plate portion 31 covers the lower surface of the bottom portion 11 of the container body 10. The tube portion 32 covers a part of the lower end portion of the side wall portion 12 of the container body 10.
[0026] The cylindrical portion 32 has a fourth concavo-convex portion 321 that engages with the second concavo-convex portion 124 of the container body 10 on the inner peripheral surface near the upper end portion. When attaching the second protector 30 to the container body 10, the second protector 30 is brought closer from below the container body 10, and the bottom 11 side of the container body 10 is inserted into the cup-shaped recess formed by the bottom plate portion 31 and the cylindrical portion 32. Then, when the fourth concavo-convex portion 321 engages with the second concavo-convex portion 124 of the container body 10, the second concavo-convex portion 124 and the fourth concavo-convex portion 321 are fixed. Thereby, the second protector 30 is fixed to the container body 10.
[0027] The first protector 22 and the second protector 30 cover a part of the outer peripheral surface of the container body 10 that was conventionally exposed. Specifically, the first protector 22 covers a part including the upper end portion of the side wall portion 12 of the container body 10 and the outer peripheral surface of the shoulder portion 13. Also, the second protector 30 covers a part of the outer peripheral surface including the lower end portion of the side wall portion 12 of the container body 10 and the lower surface of the bottom 11. In this way, the first protector 22 and the second protector 30 cover the portions that are likely to be impacted when the beverage container 1 drops or collides. Thereby, the container body 10 can be protected from impacts such as dropping and collision without separately preparing a protective member such as a pouch.
[0028] More specifically, the first protector 22 covers only a part including the upper end of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120. That is, a part including the upper end of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 is covered by the first protector 22, and the portion below the first protector 22 is exposed from the first protector 22.
[0029] Also, the second protector 30 covers only a part including the lower end of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 of the container body 10 and the bottom 11 of the container body 10. For this reason, the portion above the second protector 30 of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 is exposed from the second protector 30.
[0030] That is, among the scenarios where the impact resistance of the beverage container is required, when the beverage container falls, the main parts that receive the impact as the beverage container are the upper end of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 and the bottom 11 of the container body 10. In this beverage container 1, the upper end of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 can be protected by the first protector 22, and the bottom 11 of the container body 10 can be protected by the second protector 30.
[0031] Also, by having a structure that exposes the part below the first protector 22 and above the second protector 30 of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120, it is possible to reduce the increase in the weight of the product by reducing the materials used, and it is possible to reduce costs such as material costs and processing costs, as well as reduce the increase in the weight of the product.
[0032] Regarding the container body 10, the larger the area covered by the first protector 22 and the second protector 30, the higher the protection ability, while the weight of the beverage container 1 increases. Therefore, it is desirable to appropriately design the vertical lengths of the first protector 22 and the second protector 30 according to the usage and the nature of the material. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, in the vertical direction, let the total length of the side wall portion 12 and the shoulder portion 13 be L1, the length of the side wall portion 12 be L2, and the length of the portion of the container body 10 exposed from the first protector 22 and the second protector 30 be L3.
[0033] In this embodiment, the length L3 of the exposed portion is 50% or less of the length L1. That is, more than half of the length of the exposed portion of the container body 10 that was exposed when the pouch was not attached in the conventional beverage container is covered by the first protector 22 and the second protector 30. On the other hand, the length L3 of the exposed portion is 60% or less of the length L2. That is, the portion of the side wall portion 12 that is vulnerable to impact is appropriately covered by the first protector 22 and the second protector 30. Thereby, the container body 10 can be efficiently protected from impact without attaching the pouch.
[0034] Also, as described above, the container body 10 has a double structure and has a vacuum layer between the inner surface and the outer surface. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the container body 10, when sucking gas from the space between the inner surface and the outer surface, it is necessary to ensure the rigidity of the side wall portion 12 so that no dents occur in the substantially cylindrical side wall portion 12.
[0035] In the present embodiment, for fixing to the first protector 22 and the second protector 30, the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 120 of the side wall portion 12 has a first uneven portion 122 and a second uneven portion 124. Thus, by having the first uneven portion 122 and the second uneven portion 124 in which the side wall portion 12 has an uneven shape, while the engagement force with the resin member is improved, the rigidity of the side wall portion 12 is improved. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the container body 10, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of dents in the side wall portion 12.
[0036] The lid 40 is a component that covers the opening at the upper part of the container body 10. The lid 40 is detachable with respect to the upper part of the container body 10 to which the resin member 20 is attached. The user carries the beverage container 1 with the lid 40 attached to the container body 10. Also, when the user replenishes the beverage or washes the beverage container 1, the user removes the lid 40 from the container body 10.
[0037] The lid 40 of the present embodiment has a lower member 41, an upper member 42, an opening / closing member 43, a lid packing 44, and an operation portion 45. The lower member 41, the upper member 42, the opening / closing member 43, and the operation portion 45 are each formed of a synthetic resin that is difficult to elastically deform.
[0038] The lower member 41 is a substantially cylindrical member that constitutes the lower part of the lid 40. An internal thread portion 411 that can be screwed with the external thread portion 214 of the resin member 20 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the lower member 41. The lid 40 is attached to the container body 10 by screwing the internal thread portion 411 with the external thread portion 214 of the resin member 20 fixed to the container body 10.
[0039] The upper member 42 is a member that is fixed to the lower member 41 and has a drinking opening 423. The upper member 42 has a fixing portion 421 that is attached inside the lower member 41, a top plate portion 422 that covers the upper end of the fixing portion 421, and a cylindrical drinking opening 423 that extends upward from the top plate portion 422. The drinking opening 423 extends upward from a through-hole that vertically penetrates the top plate portion 422. Thereby, the user can drink the beverage stored inside the container body 10 through the drinking opening 423.
[0040] The opening / closing member 43 is a member for opening and closing the drinking opening 423 of the upper member 42. The opening / closing member 43 rotates about a hinge 412 provided on the lower member 41 between a closed position (shown by a solid line in Fig. 2) that covers the drinking opening 423 and an open position (shown by a broken line in Fig. 2) that opens the drinking opening 423. Further, the opening / closing member 43 is biased from the closed position toward the open position by a spring provided on the hinge 412.
[0041] The lid packing 44 is attached to the lower surface of the opening / closing member 43. When the opening / closing member 43 is disposed at the closed position, the lid packing 44 contacts the upper end portion of the drinking opening 423 and a part of it is pushed into the inside of the drinking opening 423. Thereby, in a state where the opening / closing member 43 is disposed at the closed position, leakage of the beverage from the drinking opening 423 to the outside is suppressed.
[0042] The operation portion 45 is a member for holding the opening / closing member 43 at the closed position. The opening / closing member 43 is maintained at the closed position by engaging with the operation portion 45. Further, when the user presses the operation button 451 of the operation portion 45, the engagement between the operation portion 45 and the opening / closing member 43 is disengaged, and the opening / closing member 43 can be rotated from the closed position to the open position.
[0043] <2. Regarding the belt> Next, the belt 50 will be described. The belt 50 is used for the user to carry the beverage container 1 by hanging it on the shoulder or arm, or by holding it through the palm. As a conventional belt for a beverage container, for example, one attached to a pouch for storing the beverage container is known. When a belt is attached to the pouch, both a shoulder strap and a gripping belt can be attached. On the other hand, in a beverage container without an attached pouch, for example, a belt attachment portion is provided at a portion corresponding to the screw portion 21 of the resin member 20. In such a type, since the belt cannot be directly attached to the metal container body 10, a shoulder strap can be attached, but it was difficult to attach a gripping belt.
[0044] In the present embodiment, the resin member 20 further has three belt attachment portions 231, 232, and 233 attached to the first protector 22. The first belt attachment portion 231 is disposed near the upper left end of the first protector 22. The second belt attachment portion 232 is disposed near the upper right end of the first protector 22. The third belt attachment portion 233 is disposed on the right side of the first protector 22, spaced below the second belt attachment portion 232. In the present embodiment, the third belt attachment portion 233 is disposed near the lower end of the first protector 22.
[0045] Also, the belt 50 includes a short belt 51 and a long belt 52. The short belt 51 has a short belt body 510, a first buckle 511, a second buckle 512, and a plate 513. The short belt body 510 is a belt-like member. The short belt body 510 is made of, for example, cloth. The first buckle 511, the second buckle 512, and the plate 513 are made of, for example, resin, metal, or both resin and metal.
[0046] The first buckle 511 and the second buckle 512 each have a connection part 61 through which the belt is passed and a hook 62 fixed to the connection part 61. The short belt body 510 has a small annular part passed through the connection part 61 of the first buckle 511. Also, the short belt body 510 has a large annular part through which the connection part 61 of the second buckle 512 is passed. With such a structure, the first buckle 511 hardly moves with respect to the short belt body 510, and the second buckle 512 is movably attached to the short belt body 510.
[0047] The plate 513 has two through-holes. Through one of the through-holes, parts on both sides of the large annular part of the short belt 510 body sandwiching the second buckle 512 are respectively passed. Through the other through-hole, the long belt 52 can be passed. Thereby, the plate 513 can connect the short belt 51 and the long belt 52. Note that there may be one through-hole provided in the plate 513. In that case, it is sufficient if both the short belt 51 and the long belt 52 can be passed through the one through-hole.
[0048] The long belt 52 has a long belt body 520, a third buckle 521, and an adjustment buckle 522. The long belt body 520 is a belt-like member. The long belt body 520 is, for example, made of cloth. The third buckle 521 and the adjustment buckle 522 are made of, for example, resin, metal, or both resin and metal.
[0049] The third buckle 521 has the same structure as the first buckle 511 and the second buckle 512. That is, the third buckle 521 has a connection part 61 through which the belt is passed and a hook 62 fixed to the connection part 61. One end of the long belt body 520 is rotatably attached to the third buckle 521. The adjustment buckle 522 is attached at an arbitrary position in the middle of the long belt body 520 and can fix an arbitrary position on the other end side of the long belt body 520.
[0050] When attaching the other end side of the long belt body 520 to the short belt 51, hook the other end of the long belt body 520 into the through hole of the plate 513 of the short belt 51, and then fix it in the middle of the long belt body 520 with the adjustment buckle 522. As a result, the end of the long belt 52 without the hook 62 is attached to the short belt 51 movably. As a result, the short belt 51 and the long belt 52 each have hooks 62 provided at three ends, and become a three-pronged belt with the plate 513 as the branch point.
[0051] The hooks 62 of the first buckle 511, the second buckle 512, and the third buckle 521 are each detachable from the belt attachment portions 231, 232, 233. The hook 62 has a J-shaped bent portion, and the belt attachment portions 231, 232, 233 have a shaft (not shown) for fitting the bent portion of the hook 62. The hook 62 is rotatable around the shaft when attached to the belt attachment portions 231, 232, 233.
[0052] Since the first protector 22 fixed to the container body 10 has three belt attachment portions 231, 232, 233, and the belt 50 is composed of such a short belt 51 and a long belt 52, the belt 50 can be attached to the container body 10 in various variations.
[0053] Figs. 5 to 7 are schematic views showing variations of the attachment method of the belt 50. In Figs. 5 to 7, the illustration of each belt attachment portion 231, 232, 233 is omitted.
[0054] As shown in Fig. 5(a), similar to Fig. 1, it shows an attachment method that can perform both gripping with the short belt 51 and carrying on the shoulder with the long belt 52. In Fig. 5(a), the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is attached to the third belt attachment part 233, the second buckle 512 is attached to the second belt attachment part 232, and the third buckle 521 of the long belt 52 is attached to the first belt attachment part 231, and the opposite end is fixed with the adjustment buckle 522 through the plate 513 of the short belt 51. By attaching the belt 50 in this way, the user can insert the palm of the right hand between the short belt 51 and the outer surface of the first protector 22 and drink the beverage in the beverage container 1 while gripping the outer surface of the first protector 22. Also, when carrying the beverage container 1, the long belt 52 can be carried on the shoulder.
[0055] Fig. 5(b) shows an attachment method for carrying on the shoulder with the short belt 51 and the long belt 52. In Fig. 5(b), the second buckle 512 of the short belt 51 is attached to the second belt attachment part 232, and the third buckle 521 of the long belt 52 is attached to the first belt attachment part 231, and the opposite end is fixed with the adjustment buckle 522 through the plate 513 of the short belt 51. As a result, when the vicinity of the center of the long belt 52 is pulled upward, the side of the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is pulled upward by the plate 513. As a result, the short belt 51 and the long belt 52 can be used like a single long belt. Therefore, in Fig. 5(b), compared with Fig. 5(a), the length of the belt for carrying on the shoulder can be increased by the length of the short belt 51. Note that Fig. 5(a) and Fig. 5(b) can be easily switched by attaching and detaching the first buckle 511 to and from the third belt attachment part 233.
[0056] Fig. 6(c) shows an attachment method for carrying (especially diagonally) using the short belt 51 and the long belt 52. In (c), the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is attached to the third belt attachment part 233, and the third buckle 521 of the long belt 52 is attached to the first belt attachment part 231, and the opposite end is fixed with an adjustment buckle 522 through the plate 513 of the short belt 51. Thus, when the vicinity of the center of the long belt 52 is pulled upward, the second buckle 512 side of the short belt 51 is pulled upward by the plate 513. As a result, the short belt 51 and the long belt 52 can be used as if they were a single long belt. In (c), compared with (b), since the height at which the end of the belt 50 is fixed is different, it is suitable for diagonal hanging of the belt on the user's neck and shoulders. Note that (a) and (c) can be easily switched by attaching and detaching the second buckle 512 to and from the second belt attachment part 232.
[0057] Fig. 6(d) shows an attachment method for carrying horizontally using the short belt 51 and the long belt 52. In (d), the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is attached to the third belt attachment part 233, and the third buckle 521 of the long belt 52 is attached to the second belt attachment part 232, and the opposite end is fixed with an adjustment buckle 522 through the plate 513 of the short belt 51. Thus, when the vicinity of the center of the long belt 52 is pulled upward, the second buckle 512 side of the short belt 51 is pulled upward by the plate 513. As a result, the short belt 51 and the long belt 52 can be used as if they were a single long belt. In (d), since the belt 50 is fixed only to the right side of the container body 10, the beverage container 1 can be carried horizontally in a horizontal carrying posture.
[0058] Fig. 7(e) shows an attachment method for performing only gripping using the short belt 51. In (e), the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is attached to the third belt attachment part 233, and the second buckle 512 is attached to the second belt attachment part 232. In (e), since only the short belt 51 can be attached without using the long belt 52, the long belt 52 does not get in the way for a user who does not need to carry.
[0059] In addition, in FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b), FIGS. 6(c) and 6(d), and FIG. 7(e), the first buckle 511 and the second buckle 512 may be attached in the reverse manner.
[0060] FIG. 7(f) shows an attachment method for making the short belt 51 into a loop-shaped gripping portion. In (f), the first buckle 511 of the short belt 51 is attached to the second belt attachment portion 232, and the short belt 51 is opened into a loop shape. In this way, the loop-shaped short belt 51 can be gripped, passed through the wrist, or hung on a hook or the like for storage. Note that the first buckle 511 may be attached to the first belt attachment portion 231 or the third belt attachment portion 233.
[0061] FIG. 7(g) shows an example of using the beverage container 1 without attaching the belt 50. As described above, in this beverage container 1, various attachment methods of the belt 50 can be adopted according to the usage purpose. Therefore, it can be used in various scenes.
[0062] <3. Modification Example> Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0063] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing beverage containers 1A to 1D according to a modification example. In FIG. 8, the belts attached to each of the beverage containers 1A to 1D are not shown. In the following description, the same components as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and components different from those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by alphabets A to D at the end of the reference numerals.
[0064] In the beverage container 1A of (h) in Fig. 8, the first protector 22A has a fourth belt attachment portion 234A in addition to the three belt attachment portions 231, 232, and 233 similar to those in the above-described embodiment. Further, the fourth belt attachment portion 234A is disposed at a distance below the first belt attachment portion 231A on the left side of the first protector 22A. In this example, the fourth belt attachment portion 234A is disposed near the lower end portion on the left side of the first protector 22A.
[0065] In this example, due to the presence of the fourth belt attachment portion 234A, in addition to the belt attachment variations of the above-described embodiment, its symmetrical variations can be implemented. Therefore, depending on the way the belt 50 is attached, in addition to the right-hand gripping portion that connects between the second belt attachment portion 232 and the third belt attachment portion 233 with the short belt 51, a left-hand gripping portion that connects between the first belt attachment portion 231 and the fourth belt attachment portion 234A with the short belt 51 can be provided. Thus, the number of belt attachment portions of the beverage container is not limited to three. The number of belt attachment portions may be two, or may be four or more.
[0066] In the beverage container 1B of (i) in Fig. 8, the first protector 22 has three belt attachment portions 231, 232, and 233 in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment. On the other hand, the second protector 30 has a fifth belt attachment portion 33B on its right side. In this example, cross-shoulder carrying as in the above variation (d) can be performed using the second belt attachment portion 232 and the fifth belt attachment portion 33B. In this way, the beverage container 1B can be transported more stably.
[0067] Note that when the length of the beverage container 1B is relatively short and the distance between the second belt attachment portion 232 and the fifth belt attachment portion 33B is an appropriate length for gripping, the second belt attachment portion 232 and the fifth belt attachment portion 33B may be connected with the short belt 51. In that case, the third belt attachment portion 233 may be omitted. Thus, the belt attachment portion may be provided not only on the first protector but also on the second protector.
[0068] In the beverage container 1C of FIG. 8(j), the first protector 22C is longer than the first protector 22 of the above-described embodiment and extends downward. In such a case, the third belt attachment portion 233 does not necessarily have to be disposed at the lower end portion of the first protector 22C. In order to make the distance between the second belt attachment portion 232 and the third belt attachment portion 233 an appropriate length for gripping, the vertical position of the third belt attachment portion 233 on the first protector 22C can be set as appropriate.
[0069] In the beverage container 1D of FIG. 8(k), the resin member 20D covers the entire surface of the container body and serves as both the first protector and the second protector. Thus, the resin member 20D may cover the entire surface of the container body. By eliminating the exposed portion of the container body, damage to the container body can be further suppressed.
[0070] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the first uneven portion 122 is provided at the central portion of the side wall portion 12 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The first uneven portion is preferably provided on the central portion side by about 10 mm from at least the upper end portion of the side wall portion and about 10 mm from the lower end portion. Thereby, the impact resistance of the container body can be improved.
[0071] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the container body 10 and the vicinity of the lower end portion of the first protector 22 are fixed by engaging the first uneven portion 122 of the container body 10 and the third uneven portion 221 of the first protector 22. However, the fixing method of the lower end portion of the container body 10 and the first protector 22 is not limited to this. For fixing the lower end portion of the container body 10 and the first protector 22, an engaging mechanism different from the above-described embodiment or other fixing methods such as adhesion may be used.
[0072] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the container body 10 and the second protector 30 were fixed by engaging the second concavo-convex portion 124 of the container body 10 and the fourth concavo-convex portion 321 of the second protector 30. However, the fixing method of the container body 10 and the second protector 30 is not limited to this. For fixing the container body 10 and the second protector 30, an engaging mechanism different from that of the above-described embodiment or other fixing methods such as adhesion may be used.
[0073] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the belt 50 included a short belt 51 and a long belt 52 and was arranged in a fork shape where the branch point was movable by a connecting member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a fork belt with a fixed branch point and a short belt may be selected and attached. Also, buckles may be attached to both ends of the long belt so that it can be used only with the long belt.
[0074] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the buckles 511, 512, 521 for attaching the belt 50 to the belt attachment portions 231, 232, 233 had a hook shape. However, the structure for attaching the belt to the first protector or the second protector is not limited to this.
[0075] Also, the detailed shape of the beverage container may be different from each figure of the present application. Also, the respective elements appearing in the above-described embodiment and modification examples may be appropriately combined within a range where no contradiction occurs.
