The set of artificial lash extensions may include multiple lash fusion sections, each made up of multiple clusters of artificial eyelashes. Next, an applicator may be used to grasp the set of artificial lash extensions (step 902). The applicator may be designed to be able to grasp and remove the entire set of artificial lash extensions (i.e., all of the lash fusion sections) in one motion (e.g., from the surface to which the set of artificial lash extensions is attached).

[0054] In some embodiments, adhesive is applied to the top of each lash fusion portion in the set of artificial lash extensions (step 903), while in other embodiments, adhesive is applied to the top of each lash fusion portion in the set of artificial lash extensions during the fabrication process. The adhesive can be, for example, waterproof glue or mascara. The set of artificial lash extensions can then be positioned near the tie line below the individual's natural eyelashes (step 904) and attached to the underside of the individual's natural eyelashes, but not to the individual's eyelid above the lash line (step 905).

[0055] It is contemplated that the above steps may be performed in various orders and combinations consistent with physical possibilities. For example, adhesive may be applied to individual clusters before or after the clusters are formed into a lash fusion section. Other steps may also be included in some embodiments.

Claims

1. The Rush Fusion Club, A lash fusion section having multiple clusters of interconnected artificial eyelashes, each cluster of artificial eyelashes including at least 10 and no more than 20 hairs.

2. The artificial eyelashes further include an adhesive layer applied to the top side of at least some of the clusters of artificial eyelashes; 10. The Lash Fusion part of claim 1, wherein said adhesive layer enables said Lash Fusion part to be attached to the underside of an individual's natural eyelashes.

3. 10. The Lash Fusion unit of claim 1, wherein the multiple clusters of artificial eyelashes collectively comprise at least 20 and no more than 90 bristles.

4. 10. The lash fusion section of claim 1, wherein the multiple clusters of artificial eyelashes are fused together at one end during a heat sealing process to form straight artificial eyelashes.

5. 5. The lash fusion unit of claim 4, wherein each cluster of the multiple clusters of artificial eyelashes is connected to an adjacent cluster by crisscrossing the artificial eyelashes that are fused to each other at least 1.5 mm and not more than 2.5 mm from a base end that is to be attached under the individual's natural eyelashes.

6. The Lash Fusion unit of claim 1 , wherein the artificial eyelashes are constructed of synthetic materials.

7. 7. The lash fusion part of claim 6, wherein the synthetic material is acrylic, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), or polyester.

8. The Lash Fusion unit of claim 1 , wherein the artificial eyelashes are constructed from natural materials.

9. 9. The Lash Fusion section of claim 8, wherein the natural material is silk or mink hair.

10. 10. A method of making a lash fusion part according to claim 1, said method comprising: forming a plurality of clusters of artificial eyelashes; connecting the plurality of clusters to each other to form a lash fusion portion; applying a first adhesive to a top side of said Lash Fusion portion, thereby enabling said Lash Fusion portion to be attached to the underside of an individual's natural eyelashes.

11. Each cluster of the plurality of clusters of the artificial eyelashes comprises:

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the artificial eyelashes are formed by fusing a plurality of artificial eyelashes together along one end by exposing said end to a first heat source.

12. The step of connecting the plurality of clusters to each other to form the lash fusion portion comprises: overlapping each cluster with its neighboring clusters; 12. The method of claim 11, including the step of exposing the crisscrossing artificial eyelashes to a second heat source so that the crisscrossing artificial eyelashes are fused to one another at least 1.5 mm and no more than 2.5 mm from a base end to be attached to the underside of the individual's natural eyelashes.

13. The method of claim 10, wherein the artificial eyelashes are composed of natural materials.

14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the step of joining includes gluing the multiple clusters together with a second adhesive.

15. The method of claim 14 further comprising exposing the lash fusion portion to a curing assembly adapted to cure the second adhesive.

16. The method of claim 10 , wherein the artificial eyelashes are composed of a synthetic material.

17. 17. The method of claim 16, wherein the step of joining comprises heating the multiple clusters to a temperature sufficient to cause partial melting of at least some of the artificial eyelashes in each cluster.

18. The method of claim 10 , wherein the Lash fusion portion includes at least three and no more than ten clusters.

19. 1. A method of applying a set of lash extensions to a user, the method comprising: obtaining a set of lash extensions comprising a number of lash fusion sections, each lash fusion section comprising a number of clusters of artificial eyelashes; using an applicator to grasp each lash fusion portion of the plurality of lash fusion portions in the set of lash extensions; applying adhesive to a top side of each lash fusion section of the plurality of lash fusion sections; placing the set of lash extensions near a tight line of the user's eyelid; attaching the set of lash extensions to the underside of the user's natural eyelashes.

20. 20. The method of claim 19, wherein each cluster of artificial eyelashes includes at least 10 and no more than 20 hairs.

21. 21. The method of claim 20, wherein each lash fusion section of said multiple lash fusion sections includes at least 30 and no more than 90 bristles.

22. 22. The method of claim 21, wherein the set of lash extensions comprises at least 150 and no more than 360 hairs.

23. 20. The method of claim 19, wherein the artificial eyelashes are distributed along the length of the set of lash extensions at a substantially uniform density.

24. 20. The method of claim 19, wherein the adhesive comprises a cyanoacrylate.
