Abstract

To provide a resin composition for coating fertilizer, excellent in biodegradability subsequent to the elution of fertilizer, capable of controlling the release rate of fertilizer, and excellent in coating processability, and to provide slow-release fertilizer including the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for coating fertilizer including a first biodegradable polyester resin including a unit derived from a diol, a unit derived from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and a unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and having crystallinity of 10 to 60% measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).SELECTED DRAWING: None
