Abstract

To create a scenario to guide training at low cost.SOLUTION: A training support device 1 includes: a scenario creation part 13 that references design data for a structure to form a work site and work result data associating past work history conducted at the work site with a skill map of its workers and creates a training scenario matching a skill map of a trainee receiving training for work performed at the work site. The work result data further associates a success evaluation or failure evaluation as assessment information from past work history. The scenario creation part 13 includes the work content from past work history corresponding to the failure evaluation in the training scenario to be created.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
