Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a wiring hole cap that is attached to a housing plate so as to close a wiring hole for leading out wiring formed in the housing plate of a device.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a cap for a cord insertion hole described in Patent Document 1 is known. This cord insertion hole cap includes a holding case that is fitted and held in the cord insertion hole, and a cap body that is detachably fitted to the holding case so as to close the cord insertion hole. A locking step portion is formed on the inner peripheral wall of the holding case, and a leg portion that snap-engages with the locking step portion is provided on the cap body. The cap body consists of a separable main cap and a sub-cap. On the lower surface of the main cap, there is a support portion for the sub-cap, and on the sub-cap, there is an insertion piece that slides and engages with the support portion of the main cap. When the cord is not inserted through the cord insertion hole, the appearance is not impaired as it is closed by the cap body. The cap body can be easily removed from the holding case when necessary. Depending on the size of the necessary cord insertion portion, only the sub-cap can be separated from the main cap and removed from the holding case, or the entire cap body including both caps can be removed from the holding case.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the conventional wiring hole caps described above, the engagement force between the legs and the locking step is set to be relatively weak so that the cap body can be easily removed from the retaining case. For this reason, when used as a wiring hole cap for, for example, an electrical equipment housing, the cap is likely to fall out of the wiring hole of the housing due to impact during transportation of the equipment. Also, when a sub-cap is separated from the main cap to form a wiring opening, the cap is likely to fall out of the wiring hole due to contact with the edge of the opening during wiring movement operations after the wiring has been routed out. In either case, there is a problem in that it is difficult to find the fallen cap. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a wiring hole cap that is attached to a housing plate of equipment so as to close a wiring hole formed in the housing plate for wiring outlet, which does not easily come off the wiring hole due to impact or the like, but is easy to attach and detach and open and close, and can hold the wiring hole open without removing the cap during wiring outlet operations. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The following description refers to reference numerals in the attached drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. To solve the above problems, the wiring hole cap 1 of the present invention comprises a synthetic resin frame 2 fixed to a wiring hole 101 formed in a housing plate 100 of equipment, and a synthetic resin slide plate 3 detachably fitted to the frame 2. The frame 2 comprises first to fourth frame portions 21, 22, 23, 24 and a roughly rectangular opening 25 surrounded by them. Guide protrusions 26 are provided on the lower part of the inner edges of the frame portions 21, 22. The guide protrusions 26 have an upward-sloping surface portion 26c on the upper surface 26a side of the frame portions 23, 24 at the closest position. The slide plate 3 includes a roughly rectangular main plate portion 31 that fits into the opening 25, and engaging claws 32 formed in the center of the sides 311, 312 of the main plate portion 31. Sliding inclined surfaces 313a and 314a are formed on the edges of sides 313 and 314 of the main plate portion 31, facing the push-up inclined surface portion 26c. The engaging claw 32 comprises a leg portion 321 extending downward from the main plate portion and a jaw portion 322 that snap-engages with the lower surface 26b of the guide projection 26. The jaw portion 322 is slidable along the guide projection. When the main plate portion 31 is pushed from the fitting position along the frame portions 21 and 22 to one side of sides 313 and 314, the sliding plate 3 is pushed up to the upper surface of either the frame portion 23 or 24 by the push-up inclined surface portion 26c, and the jaw portion 322 of the engaging claw 32 is pressed against the lower surface 26c of the guide projection 26, thereby holding it in a predetermined open position with a part of the opening 25 open. [Effects of the Invention]
[0006] According to the present invention, the sliding plate 3 can be pushed into the opening 25 of the frame 2 in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface, and the engaging claw 32 can be snap-engaged with the guide projection 26 to easily attach the wiring hole cap 1 to the wiring hole 101. When opening the opening 25 during wiring work, the sliding plate 3 can be moved to the open position and opened without removing the sliding plate 3 from the frame 2, and the jaw portion 322 of the engaging claw 32 can be pressed against the lower surface 26b of the guide projection 26 to maintain the open state. Since the sliding plate 3 does not need to be removed from the frame 2, the engagement between the engaging claw 32 and the guide projection 26 can be strengthened, preventing the sliding plate 3 from unintentionally falling out of the frame 2. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0008] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In Figure 1, the wiring hole cap 1 comprises a synthetic resin frame 2 fixed to a wiring hole 101 formed in the housing plate 100 of the equipment, and a synthetic resin slide plate 3 that is detachably fitted to the frame 2.
[0009] The frame 2 comprises first and second frame sections 21 and 22 that are parallel to each other, third and fourth frame sections 23 and 24 that connect the ends of the frame sections 21 and 22 in a perpendicular direction, and a roughly rectangular opening 25 surrounded by these four frame sections 21, 22, 23, and 24. The frame 2 is fixed to the housing plate 100 with the lower surface of the flange in close contact with the upper surface of the peripheral edge of the wiring hole 101.
[0010] Guide protrusions 26 are provided along the inner edges of the lower part of the inner edges of the opposing frame portions 21 and 22.
[0011] On the upper surface 26a of the guide projection 26, an upward-sloping inclined portion 26c is formed, which is in the immediate vicinity of the frame portions 23 and 24 and slopes upward toward the frame portions 23 and 24, respectively. On the lower surface 26b of the guide projection 26, an engaging step portion 26e is formed, which bulges downward in the center, and a tightening inclined portion 26d (Figure 2(D) Figure 3(A)) is formed, which is in the vicinity of the frame portions 23 and 24 and slopes downward toward the frame portions 23 and 24, respectively.
[0012] The slide plate 3 comprises a roughly rectangular main plate portion 31 that fits into the opening 25, and a pair of engaging claws 32 that snap into place with the guide protrusions 26 of the frame 2 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the main plate portion 31.
[0013] The main plate portion 31 has first to fourth sides 311, 312, 313, and 314 corresponding to the first to fourth frame portions 21, 22, 23, and 24 of the frame body 2, respectively, and has a plurality of cut-off portions 315 that can be partially cut off to form an opening for wiring outlet on the sides 313 and 314. Sliding inclined surfaces 313a and 314a are formed on the edges of sides 313 and 314 of the main plate portion 31 that face the push-up inclined surface portion 26c when fitted into the opening 25.
[0014] The engaging claw 32 comprises leg portions 321 extending downward from the central portions of the sides 311 and 312 of the main plate portion 31, and jaw portions 322 that snap into place with the engaging step portion 26e on the lower surface 26b of the guide projection 26.
[0015] The slide plate 3 is fixed to the frame 2 by snapping the jaw portion 322 of the engaging claw 32 to the engaging step portion 26e at the position where the main plate portion 31 fits into the opening 25, and pressing the lower surface of the main plate portion 31 against the upper surface of the guide protrusion 26. The engagement force between the jaw portion 322 and the engaging step portion 26e in the direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the slide plate 3 is set to be large so that it does not unintentionally fall off the housing plate 100 due to vibrations and shocks during equipment transport or external forces applied during wiring routing operations.
[0016] The slide plate 3 can be pushed along one of the sides 313, 314 along the frame parts 21, 22 from the fitting position by hanging a finger on the finger-hanging recess 316. At this time, as clearly shown in FIG. 5(C), one of the sides 313, 314 of the main board part 31 is pushed up by the pushing-up slope part 26c of the guide ridge 26 onto the upper surface of the frame parts 23, 24, and at a predetermined open position, the jaw part 322 of the engaging claw 32 is pressed against the tightening slope 26d of the guide ridge 26. Thereby, the slide plate 3 is held in an inclined state with a part of the opening 25 opened. In this state, the planned cutting part 315 can be cut as needed, or access can be made from the open part into the housing 100 to perform the wiring leading-out operation. During this period, since there is no need to remove the slide plate 3 from the housing plate 100, there is no risk of losing the slide plate 3.
[0017] When the slide plate 3 is pushed and the jaw part 322 of the engaging claw 32 disengages from the engaging step part 26e, a separation G (FIG. 3(B)) is formed between the lower surface 26b of the guide ridge 26 and the jaw part 322 until reaching the tightening slope part 26d. Therefore, in this state, the slide plate 3 can be pulled upward with respect to the frame body 2 by the amount corresponding to the separation G, and the lower surface of the main board part 31 can be lifted from the upper surface of the frame body 2. Further, in this lifted state, as shown in FIG. 6, when the slide plate 3 is rotated about 30° along the plate surface, the jaw part 322 of the engaging claw 32 disengages from the guide ridge 26, so the slide plate 3 can be removed from the frame body 2 in the direction perpendicular to the plate surface. The removal of the slide plate 3 can also be performed by inserting a tool such as a minus driver into the recess 317 to bend the engaging claw 32 inward, but according to the above operation, the use of a tool is unnecessary.
