Abstract

We provide a job information system that facilitates the job-seeking process. [Solution] The system includes a server 3 to which multiple hair salons' first terminals 1 and job seekers' second terminals 2 are connected via the Internet 4. The server includes a database D in which the addresses or working conditions of hair salons are linked to images of hairstyles, a search condition input means 5 in which job seekers input images of their desired hairstyles and the addresses or working conditions of the hair salons they wish to work at when they access the database D from the second terminal 2, a match determination means 6 which determines whether the images of hairstyles and the addresses or working conditions of the hair salons entered by the search condition input means 5 match the images of hairstyles and the addresses or working conditions of the hair salons registered in the database, and a first display means 7 which, if a match is determined, displays only the images of hairstyles on the second terminal 2.

Claims

1. A job information provision system comprising: a server to which a first terminal installed in each of several hair salons and a second terminal of a job seeker applying to the hair salons are connected via the Internet, the server comprising: a database in which the address of each hair salon or working conditions presented by each hair salon are linked to an image of at least one hairstyle performed by a stylist at each hair salon; a search condition input means for the job seeker to input an image of at least one hairstyle they desire and the address or working conditions of the hair salon they desire when the job seeker accesses the database from the second terminal of the job seeker; a match determination means for determining whether the image of the hairstyle and the address or working conditions of the hair salon entered by the search condition input means match the image of the hairstyle and the address or working conditions of the hair salon registered in the database; and a first display means for displaying only the hairstyle on the job seeker's second terminal when the match determination means determines that there is a match.

2. When multiple images of hairstyles are displayed on the first display means, the system further includes an additional search field display means that displays an additional search field on the second terminal for the job seeker to perform an additional search in order to narrow down the images of hairstyles. The job information provision system according to claim 1, wherein the server includes a second display means that, when the job seeker enters information in the additional search field, displays only the images of the narrowed-down hairstyles on the second terminal.

The job information provision system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the database further stores the names of stylists belonging to each hair salon, images of hairstyles performed by the stylists, and points to note when performing the hairstyles, and the server is equipped with a third display means that displays the image of the hairstyle, the name of the stylist who performed the hairstyle, and the points to note when the image of the hairstyle displayed by the first display means or the second display means is tapped.

The job information provision system according to claim 3, wherein the database stores images of multiple hairstyles that each stylist at a hair salon can perform, and the server is equipped with a fourth display means capable of displaying images of hairstyles other than those displayed by the third display means.

The job information provision system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the search condition input means further comprises a writing unit on which the job seeker can write down skills, the server comprises a salary condition storage means for storing a first salary condition and a second salary condition which is better than the first salary condition as salary conditions among the working conditions of the hair salon, and a writing determination means for determining whether skills have been written to the writing unit, and when the server makes a determination with the matching determination means, if the writing determination means determines that the skills have been written, it determines the second salary condition as the salary condition of the hair salon, and if the writing determination means determines that the skills have not been written, it determines the first salary condition as the salary condition of the hair salon.
