Abstract

To provide improved T-cell regulatory therapy drugs. [Solution] This specification provides polypeptides comprising modified IL-2, wherein the modified IL-2 has a reduced affinity for the IL-2 receptor compared to wild-type IL-2. In some embodiments, polypeptides comprising modified IL-2 that bind to and act on activated T cells are provided. Uses of polypeptides comprising modified IL-2 are also provided.
