Abstract

We provide a system that centrally manages environmental data and material inventory information, and automates environmental control and material management using AI technology. [Solution] A system comprising: means for collecting environmental data and storing it in a database; means for analyzing the collected environmental data and generating a warning when a set threshold is exceeded; means for controlling air conditioning and ventilation systems based on the environmental data; means for acquiring inventory information of materials and updating it in a database; means for analyzing the inventory information and automatically generating replenishment orders when there are shortages of materials; means for acquiring infrastructure information from external sources and storing that information in a database; means for analyzing the infrastructure information and optimizing material delivery plans; and means for receiving requests from users and predicting material demand based on those requests.
