Claims

1. A tablet containing tafamidis as the active ingredient in an amount of 15 to 70% by mass relative to the total mass of the tablet.

2. The tablet according to claim 1, wherein the total mass of the tablet is 500 mg or less.

3. A tablet according to claim 1, containing 50 to 75 mg of tafamidis.

4. The tablet according to claim 1, wherein tafamidis is a type IV crystal having a powder X-ray diffraction pattern with peaks at diffraction angles (2θ) of 15.9±0.2, 16.0±0.2, 18.0±0.2 and 27.3±0.2 degrees.

5. A tablet according to claim 1, comprising tafamidis as granules.

6. The tablet according to claim 1, which is a film-coated tablet.
