Abstract

This invention provides a concrete column crushing device that reduces the difficulty of manufacturing and handling through weight reduction, and can easily accommodate differences in the diameter of the concrete columns to which it is applied. [Solution] The crushing device 1 comprises a pair of left and right crushing blade assemblies 2, a connecting plate 3 that pivotally supports them between their intermediate parts, and a hydraulic actuator 4 interposed between the base ends of the crushing blade assemblies 2. The crushing blade assembly 2 comprises a blade plate 5 at the tip end, a frame plate 6 at the base end connected to the hydraulic actuator 4, and an intermediate member 7 that connects the frame plate 6 and the blade plate 5 and is pivotally attached to the connecting plate 3. The blade plate 5 is detachably fixed to the intermediate member 7 at its base end by two lock pins 8, allowing it to be reversed front to back, and has a first blade portion 51 on one side edge and a second blade portion 52 on the other side edge. By reversing the front and back of the blade plate 5 according to the diameter of the concrete column P to be used, the opposing blade portions 51 and 52 can be changed to accommodate differences in diameter.

Claims

1. It comprises a pair of left and right crushing blade assemblies that sandwich a concrete column inside, a connecting plate that pivotally supports the pair of crushing blade assemblies between their intermediate parts, and a hydraulic actuator interposed between the base ends of the pair of crushing blade assemblies that opens and closes the tip side of the crushing blade assemblies. The crushing blade assembly comprises a blade plate material located at the tip end for crushing the concrete column, a frame plate material located at the base end end and connected to the hydraulic actuator, and an intermediate member that connects the frame plate material and the blade plate material and is pivotally attached to the connecting plate material. The concrete column crushing device is characterized in that the blade plate material is detachably fixed to the intermediate member at its base end with a locking pin so as to be able to be reversed front to back, has a first blade portion on one side edge at the tip and a second blade portion on the other side edge for use on concrete columns with a different radius from the concrete column to which the first blade portion is applied, and is configured so that the blade portion facing inward can be changed by reversing the front to back according to the radius of the concrete column to which it is applied.

The concrete column crushing device according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate member includes two support plates that sandwich the connecting plate, the blade plate, and the frame plate, and is pivotally supported to the connecting plate by a pivot at one end of the support plate, the blade plate is fixed to the intermediate portion by the lock pin and the frame plate is fixed to the intermediate portion by bolts, and both ends of the handle rod are fixed between the ends of the bifurcated branch at the other end.
