A means for monitoring whether a first artificial intelligence agent is generating an answer and for activating a second artificial intelligence agent that provides an alternative conversation if a delay is expected, A means for detecting when the first artificial intelligence agent has completed generating an answer and for smoothly switching from the second artificial intelligence agent to the answer generated by the first artificial intelligence agent, A means for selecting a first artificial intelligence agent based on user input and sending the input to that agent, A system that includes this.

2. The system according to claim 1, further comprising means for providing a simple conversation with the user when a second artificial intelligence agent is activated.

3. The system according to claim 1, further comprising means for automatically adjusting the alternative conversation by the second artificial intelligence agent in accordance with the progress of the first artificial intelligence agent's response generation.
