Abstract

To provide a method that enables reliable cutting even in the presence of obstacles, allows for multiple uses of the expansion member (plate jack), and improves work efficiency. [Solution] The method for removing a floor slab includes the steps of: forming a first gap portion that extends inclined upward from two surfaces on both sides of the girder of a floor slab joined to a girder on which a shearing member is provided, and that extends in the longitudinal direction of the girder, using a disc-shaped first cutting means; forming a second gap portion that connects the first gap portions formed on both sides of the floor slab portion on a reinforcing member that extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the girder, using a long plate-shaped second cutting means on one side; inserting an expansion member into each of the two gaps formed by the first gap portion and the second gap portion; and pressurizing the inside of the expansion member inserted into each of the two gaps to expand the expansion member.

Claims

1. A method for cutting a deck slab, A first forming step involves forming a first gap portion in a reinforced concrete floor slab, which is joined to a girder member on which a shear-preventing member is provided. This gap portion extends from two surfaces on either side of the joint surface with the girder member, inclined toward the upper part of the joint surface and in the longitudinal direction of the girder member, using a disc-shaped first cutting means movably mounted on a support member installed along the longitudinal direction of the girder member. A second forming step involves forming a second gap portion connecting the first gap portion formed on both sides of the girder in the longitudinal direction, sandwiching the floor slab portion on the reinforcing member that extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the girder, which cannot be cut by the first cutting means, using a second cutting means that is movably attached to the support member and has one long plate-shaped portion on one side. The process involves inserting an expansion member, which expands by applying pressure to the inside, into each of the two gaps extending in the longitudinal direction of the girder member, each of which is formed by two or more of the first gap portions and one or more of the second gap portions, The process involves pressurizing the inside of the expansion member inserted into each of the two gaps, thereby expanding the expansion member. A method for cutting a floor slab, including [the specified method].

2. The method for cutting a floor slab according to claim 1, wherein in the second forming step, the second gap portion is formed by inserting the second cutting means into the floor slab portion through each of the first gap portions formed on both sides of the girder in the longitudinal direction with the reinforcing material in between, with the longitudinal direction of the girder inclined toward the position of the reinforcing material.

3. The method for cutting a floor slab according to claim 2, wherein the insertion angle when the second cutting means is inserted at an angle is 45° to 65°.

4. The method for cutting a floor slab according to claim 2 or 3, wherein in the second forming step, when inserting the second cutting means into the floor slab portion through each of the first gap portions formed on both sides of the girder in the longitudinal direction with the reinforcing material in between, the second cutting means is inserted multiple times while shifting the position of the second cutting means in the longitudinal direction of the girder through the first gap portion formed on one side.

5. The method for cutting a floor slab according to claim 4, wherein the number of times the second cutting means is inserted through the first gap formed on one side is two to three times.

6. The second cutting means includes a mounting frame that can be attached to the support member and a chainsaw that is attached to the mounting frame. The method for cutting a floor slab according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the second forming step includes the steps of: adjusting the insertion angle when inserting the chainsaw with respect to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing material by using the angle adjustment means provided in the mounting frame; and inserting the chainsaw into the floor slab portion while maintaining the insertion angle adjusted in the adjustment step by using the insertion means provided in the mounting frame.
