Claims
1. Ingredient (A): Acrylamide polymer, Component (B): Hydrophobized fine particle metal oxide, Ingredient (C): An oil that is liquid at 25°C, containing ester oil (C1), and Ingredient (D): Organic UV absorber that is solid at 25°C. A water-oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic that contains an ultraviolet absorber and is liquid at 25°C, The content of the ester oil (C1) in the component (C) is 50% by mass or more. The content of component (D) in the cosmetic composition is 0.5% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less. An oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic having a surfactant content of 0.2% by mass or less in the cosmetic composition.
