Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This application claims priority from a Chinese patent application bearing application number 202310115559.8 and entitled "Cleaning Component" filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China on February 14, 2023, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference into this application.

[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of self-cleaning nozzles, and in particular to cleaning components for toilet bowls. [Background technology]

[0003] Currently, smart toilets and toilet seat covers have become important considerations in toilet renovations. However, there are huge differences in water quality across different regions of China, and in hard water areas in particular, scale buildup caused by water quality issues is frequent. This ultimately leads to the problem that the drainage pipes inside the smart toilet seat cover cannot function properly, posing a major challenge to the use of smart toilets.

[0004] Therefore, sanitary equipment developers have positioned self-cleaning as one of the core functions of smart toilet seat covers. Water flows into the waterway system within the smart toilet seat cover, where it is heated and sprayed through the cleaning holes at the front end, achieving the self-cleaning function of the nozzle. However, water in hard water areas contains large amounts of calcium and magnesium ions, which makes it easy for scale to form after heating. Continuous accumulation of scale during use of the smart toilet can easily cause the cleaning holes to become clogged, resulting in the loss of the self-cleaning function of the smart toilet seat cover. For this reason, how to clean the cleaning holes effectively and quickly has become a common challenge in the industry.

[0005] Chinese patent application CN201921610541.0 discloses a self-cleaning body washing device, in which a self-cleaning water channel sprays water onto a nozzle during extension and retraction, and the nozzle is washed by friction between the cleaning member and the nozzle. However, this patent can only clean the outer surface of the nozzle, and cannot remove scale deep inside the nozzle. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0020] The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:

[0021] 1. In the cleaning component proposed by this invention, a self-cleaning unit is attached to the front end of the injection rod and moves back and forth in conjunction with the extension and retraction of the injection rod. A position limiting member is provided on the extension and retraction path of the self-cleaning unit. During movement, an actuator provided on the push plate can abut against the position limiting member, causing the push plate to swing around an end pivoted to the upper cover. The scale removal member on the push plate is inserted into the cleaning hole. When the actuator of the push plate disengages from the position limiting member, a reset device is used to completely withdraw the scale removal member from the cleaning hole. The actuator of the push plate abuts against the position limiting member during extension and retraction, causing the position limiting member to swing the push plate toward the upper cover during extension and retraction, thereby inserting the scale removal member into the cleaning hole during extension and retraction. Therefore, the scale removal member can clean the cleaning hole twice during one extension and retraction cycle of the injection rod, effectively preventing scale buildup in the cleaning hole.

[0022] 2. In the cleaning component proposed by this invention, an operating part is provided at the bottom of the front end of the push plate, and a driving surface is provided on both the front and rear sides of the operating part in the extension and retraction direction of the push plate, and the height of the driving surface is higher than that of the position limiting part, so that the position limiting part pushes up to oscillate the push plate using the driving surface. The driving surface is provided on both the front and rear sides of the operating part in the extension and retraction direction, and the position limiting part pushes up the push plate during extension and retraction of the injection rod part, inserting the scale removal member into the cleaning hole, so that the cleaning hole is cleaned before and after use of the injection rod part.

[0023] 3. In the cleaning component proposed by the present invention, the drive surface includes a first drive surface and a second drive surface, and a transition portion is connected between the first drive surface and the second drive surface. When the injection rod is extended, the position limiting portion is pushed up by the first drive surface to swing the push plate upward, and when the injection rod is retracted, the position limiting portion is pushed up by the second drive surface to swing the push plate upward. When the transition portion abuts the position limiting portion, the push plate swings upward to its highest point.

[0024] 4. In the cleaning component proposed by the present invention, a reset device is provided between the push plate and the lower cover. The reset device is used to ensure that the descaling element can return to its initial position after being inserted into the cleaning hole for cleaning. The second mounting position of the push plate and the receiving groove of the lower cover fix the lower end and upper end of the reset device, respectively, to prevent the reset device from shifting position during operation.

[0025] 5. In the cleaning component proposed by the present invention, the descaling element is attached to the outside of a sealing element attached to the push plate. The sealing element slides into the through-hole of the lower cover to seal the through-hole. The portion of the sealing element positioned within the through-hole is Y-shaped, which reduces frictional resistance between the sealing element and the inner wall of the through-hole during sliding while maintaining the sealing performance of the sealing element.

[0026] 6. In the cleaning component proposed by this invention, the push plate has a first locking portion at one end and a second locking portion at the other end, and the first locking portion is pivotally mounted in a slot, allowing the push plate to swing around the slot. The lower end of the lower cover has a fixing portion that contacts the second locking portion and is used to limit the initial position of the push plate. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0028] The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to Figures 1-13.

[0029] The cleaning component includes a support frame 10 and an injection rod section 20 that is extendable and retractable on the support frame 10. A self-cleaning unit 30 that is linked to the extension and retraction movement of the injection rod section 20 is attached to the front end of the injection rod section 20. The self-cleaning unit 30 includes an upper cover 301 and a push plate 40. The upper cover 301 has a cleaning hole 3011 and a slot 3015. One end of the push plate 40 is pivotally mounted in the slot 3015 and is located outside the upper cover 301. The other end of the push plate 40 has an operating section 401. A reset device 60 is provided between the push plate 40 and the upper cover 301. At least one scale removal member 50 is provided on the push plate 40. The support frame 10 has a position limiting section 1013 that can abut against the operating section 401. The position limiting section 1013 is located on the extension and retraction path of the self-cleaning unit 30 that is linked to the injection rod section 20. When the self-cleaning unit 30 extends and retracts in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, the operating portion 401 of the push plate 40 abuts against the position limiting portion 1013, causing the push plate 40 to swing around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301, and the scale removal member 50 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011.When the operating portion 401 disengages from the position limiting portion 1013 during extension and retraction of the self-cleaning unit 30, the reset device 60 completely pulls the scale removal member 50 out of the cleaning hole 3011.

[0030] Therefore, when the operating portion 401 of the push plate 40 abuts against the position limiting portion 1013 during extension and retraction, the position limiting portion 1013 pushes up to swing the push plate 40 toward the upper cover 301 during extension and retraction of the push plate 40, and the scale removal member 50 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 during extension and retraction. Therefore, during one extension and retraction cycle of the injection rod portion 20, the scale removal member 50 can clean the cleaning hole 3011 twice, effectively preventing scale adhesion to the cleaning hole 3011.

[0031] In this embodiment, the push plate 40 is pivotally mounted to the bottom of the upper cover 301 through the slot 3015, and the actuating part 401 is provided on the lower end surface of the push plate 40, so that when the push plate 40 expands and contracts in conjunction with the injection rod part 20, it can abut against the position limiting part 1013, and by pushing up the push plate 40, the other end of the push plate 40 can swing upward around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301. In another embodiment, the push plate 40 is pivotally mounted to the top of the upper cover 301 through the slot 3015, and the actuating part 401 is provided on the upper end surface of the push plate 40, so that when the push plate 40 expands and contracts in conjunction with the injection rod part 20, it can abut against the position limiting part 1013, and by pushing up the push plate 40, the other end of the push plate 40 can swing downward around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301.

[0032] In this embodiment, the operating portion 401 has a drive surface on each of the front and rear sides along the extension and retraction direction of the push plate 40, and the height of the drive surface is higher than the position limiting portion 1013. Furthermore, the drive surface includes a first drive surface 4011 and a second drive surface 4012, and a transition portion 4013 is connected between the first drive surface 4011 and the second drive surface 4012. During extension of the injection rod portion 20, the position limiting portion 1013 abuts against the first drive surface 4011 in a thrusting manner, thereby causing the push plate 40 to swing upward. During retraction of the injection rod portion 20, the position limiting portion 1013 abuts against the second drive surface 4012 in a thrusting manner, thereby causing the push plate 40 to swing upward. When the transition portion 4013 abuts against the position limiting portion 1013, the push plate 40 swings upward to its highest point.

[0033] In this embodiment, a guide portion 101 is provided at the front end of the support frame 10, and a guide hole 1011 is provided in the guide portion 101 for the injection rod portion 20 to extend and retract, and at least a portion of the inner wall surface at the bottom of the guide hole 1011 forms a position limiting portion 1013.

[0034] In this embodiment, a transmission part 201 that is rotatably connected to a driving motor 901 is provided at the bottom of the injection rod part 20, a recess 1012 for accommodating the transmission part 201 is provided at the bottom of the guide hole 1011, position limiters 1013 are provided on both sides of the recess 1012, and driving parts are provided corresponding to both sides of the bottom of the front end of the push plate 40, of which the transmission part 201 is a rack. Specifically, a driving motor 901 is provided on the support frame 10, one end of a conveyor 902 is attached to the output end of the driving motor 901, and the other end of the conveyor 902 is attached to an intermediate gear 903 that meshes with the transmission part 201, so that the injection rod part 20 can be extended or retracted by the forward or reverse rotation of the driving motor 901.

[0035] In this embodiment, the push plate 40 is provided with a first mounting position 402 and a second mounting position 403, the first mounting position 402 being for mounting the scale removal member 50 and being away from the end of the push plate 40 that pivots to the slot 3015, and the second mounting position 403 being for mounting the reset device 60 and being close to the end of the push plate 40 that pivots to the slot 3015. Furthermore, the seal member 70 is engaged with the first mounting position 402 and is placed on the lower part of the scale removal member 50.

[0036] In this embodiment, the scale removal member 50 is a descaling needle, one end of which is curved and the other end of which is straight. The first mounting position 402 includes an engaging hole 4021 and a fixing hole 4022, and a protrusion is provided on the side wall of the engaging hole 4021. The scale removal member 50 is positioned within the engaging hole 4021, with one end of the curved shape inserted into the fixing hole 4022. The seal member 70 is engaged within the engaging hole 4021 via the protrusion and is attached to the exterior of the scale removal member 50. Specifically, the number of first mounting positions 402 is two, but may be increased or decreased according to actual requirements. A scale removal member 50 is provided at each first mounting position 402, and a seal member 70 is attached to the exterior of each scale removal member 50, and the seal member 70 is attached to the corresponding first mounting position 402. The second mounting position 403 has a groove shape and is used to fix the lower end of the reset device 60, which is a spring, to ensure that the scale removal member 50 can return to its initial position after being inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 for cleaning.

[0037] In this embodiment, a lower cover 302 is connected to the lower end of the upper cover 301, and the lower cover 302 is provided with a through-hole 3021 and an accommodating groove. The sealing member 70 slides and fits into the through-hole 3021 to seal the through-hole 3021. The accommodating groove fits into the second mounting position 403 to fix the upper and lower ends of the reset device 60 and prevent the reset device 60 from shifting during operation. Furthermore, the portion of the sealing member 70 positioned within the through-hole 3021 is Y-shaped, which ensures the sealing performance of the sealing member 70 while reducing frictional resistance between the sealing member 70 and the inner wall of the through-hole 3021 during sliding.

[0038] In this embodiment, a fixing portion 3022 is provided at the front end of the lower cover 302, and a first locking portion 404 and a second locking portion 405 are provided on the push plate 40 along its longitudinal direction. The first locking portion 404 is connected to the lower end of the upper cover 301, and causes the push plate 40 to swing around the first locking portion 404 when the drive unit is pushed up against the position limiting portion 1013. The second locking portion 405 contacts the fixing portion 3022 to limit the initial position of the push plate 40. Furthermore, the fixing portion 3022 includes two locking portions on which hooks are installed opposite each other, and the second locking portion 405 is provided with a fixing surface 4051 that contacts the hooks.

[0039] In this embodiment, a third mounting position 3012 for mounting the nozzle cover 80 is provided at the upper end of the upper cover 301, and the nozzle cover 80 is provided with a nozzle 801 that communicates with a cleaning hole 3011. Specifically, the nozzle cover 80 is provided with a nozzle 801 and a water passage 802 that communicate with each other, and a boss 3013 is provided on the bottom wall of the third mounting position 3012, and the cleaning hole 3011 is provided in the boss 3013, and the water passage 802 is installed outside the boss 3013. Grooves 3014 are provided on the front and rear side walls of the third mounting position 3012, and ribs 803 that can be engaged with the grooves 3014 are provided on the front and rear side walls of the nozzle cover 80.

[0040] The working mechanism of the proposed cleaning component is as follows.

[0041] 12A, when the drive motor 901 rotates forward and starts, the injection rod 20 extends forward, and the self-cleaning unit 30 moves forward in conjunction with the injection rod 20, and the first drive surface 4011 of the drive unit abuts against the position limiting portion 1013. As shown in Figure 12B, the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further forward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, and the position limiting portion 1013 pushes the push plate 40 upward around the slot 3015 using the first driving surface 4011 until the transition portion 4013 abuts against the position limiting portion 1013, causing the push plate 40 to swing upward. As a result, the sealing member 70 attached to the push plate 40 slides upward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 moves upward and is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011. At this time, the push plate 40 swings upward to the highest point, cleaning the cleaning hole 3011. 12C, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further forward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, the drive portion disengages from the position limiting portion 1013, and the push plate 40 is swung downward by the reset device 60 until the second locking portion 405 abuts against the hook portion of the lower cover 302, causing the sealing member 70 to slide downward within the through hole 3021 and pulling the scale removal member 50 out of the cleaning hole 3011. At this point, one cleaning of the cleaning hole 3011 is completed.

[0042] 13A, when the drive motor 901 operates in reverse, the injection rod portion 20 retracts rearward, the self-cleaning unit 30 retracts rearward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, and the second drive surface 4012 of the drive portion abuts against the position limiting portion 1013. As shown in FIG. 13B, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further rearward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, the position limiting portion 1013 is pushed up by the second drive surface 4012 to swing the push plate 40 upward around the slot 3015 until the transition portion 4013 abuts against the position limiting portion 1013. As a result, the seal member 70 attached to the push plate 40 slides upward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 moves upward and is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011. At this time, the push plate 40 swings upward to its highest point, cleaning the cleaning hole 3011. 13C, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further rearward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, the drive portion disengages from the position limiting portion 1013, and the push plate 40 is swung downward by the reset device 60 until the second locking portion 405 abuts against the hook portion of the lower cover 302, causing the sealing member 70 to slide downward within the through hole 3021 and pulling the scale removal member 50 out of the cleaning hole 3011. At this point, two cleanings of the cleaning hole 3011 are completed.

[0043] Therefore, every time the user uses the injection rod portion 20, the self-cleaning unit 30 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 to perform cleaning while the injection rod portion 20 is being extended and retracted. In other words, every time the user uses the injection rod portion 20 once, the cleaning hole 3011 is cleaned twice, keeping the cleaning hole 3011 continuously open and ensuring the normal operation of the self-cleaning function of the nozzle 801.

[0044] The above-described embodiments are merely for the purpose of illustrating the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand and practice the contents of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention. Any equivalent changes or modifications based on the idea of the present invention are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0045] The cleaning component includes a support frame and an injection rod portion that is extendable and retractable on the support frame. A self-cleaning unit is provided at the front end of the injection rod portion. The self-cleaning unit includes an upper cover and a push plate.
