Abstract

This invention relates to an anti-CXCR2 antibody and its uses. The anti-CXCR2 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment of the present invention can specifically bind to cancer cells expressing CXCR2 and exhibits an antitumor effect by suppressing the CXCL8 / CXCR2 signaling pathway, which plays an important role in tumor formation and growth. Therefore, it can be usefully used for the treatment of cancer patients with CXCR2 overexpression. Furthermore, by specifically binding to CXCR2, the anti-CXCR2 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment of the present invention can enable the diagnosis of CXCR2 overexpression cancer.
