The present invention relates to novel humanized antibodies that bind to B cell maturation antigens (BCMAs), and immunostimulatory antigen-binding molecules containing these BCMA antibodies, and more particularly to 4-1BBL trimer-containing antigen-binding molecules that target BCMAs, methods for producing them, and their use in the treatment of cancer.
