Abstract
Claims
1. A nucleic acid comprising a polynucleotide encoding a mutant of the RSV F protein containing F1 polypeptide and F2 polypeptide, wherein, compared to the wild-type RSV F protein, the mutant includes one or more of the following mutations: disulfide bond mutations, cavity-filling mutations, and electrostatic mutations.
2.
