[0010] In order to make the characteristics and technical contents of the present invention more comprehensible, the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings, which are only used for reference and explanation, and are not intended to limit the present invention. EXAMPLES

[0011] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the assembly of the screwless glasses according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the screwless glasses 1 according to the present invention are worn on the head of a user. The screwless glasses 1 include a lens frame body 10 and a pair of temple members 20. The lens frame body 10 is disposed approximately on the eye of the user. One end of the pair of temple members 20 is respectively hung on the ear of the user. The temple members 20 are installed on both sides of the lens frame body 10 by utilizing their special structure, so that they can replace the traditional fixing method of locking by using screws, and there is no need to use solder for welding, so that the purpose of being environmentally friendly and easy to assemble can be achieved.

[0012] 2 is a diagram showing the partial combination of the screwless glasses according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, one end of the temple member 20 is rotatably connected to both sides of the lens frame body 10, so that the screwless glasses 1 can have a storage state and a use state. The storage state refers to the lens frame body 10 and the temple member 20 being folded together so as to reduce the storage space of the screwless glasses 1 and reduce the probability that the user will accidentally press the temple member 20. The use state refers to the lens frame body 10 and the temple member 20 being positioned at the position of the user's eye and auricle, respectively.

[0013] The lens frame body 10 includes a rim 11 and a pair of end pieces 12. The pair of end pieces 12 extend from either side of the rim 11 and are approximately perpendicular to the rim 11. The rim 11 may have a lens (not shown) attached thereto, or may not have a lens attached thereto so that the screwless eyeglasses 1 according to the present invention can be used as jewelry.

[0014] 3 is an exploded view of a part of the screwless eyeglasses according to the present invention. The endpiece 12 is provided with a drilled hole 121, a shaft 122, and a pair of convex parts 123 located at the free end. The shaft 122 is located at one end of the endpiece 12 near the temple member 20 and is formed by forming the drilled hole 121. In other words, the shaft 122 is provided near the position of the drilled hole 121 and is located between the drilled hole 121 and the pair of convex parts 123. The pair of convex parts 123 extend from both ends of the shaft 122 toward the temple member 20.

[0015] The temple member 20 includes a first connecting member 21 and a second connecting member 22. The first connecting member 21 is located between the user's cheek and the second connecting member 22. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22 are both made by pressing elastic metal pieces into a single piece, and the plate-like direction of the first connecting member 21 is approximately perpendicular to the user's cheek, and the plate-like direction of the second connecting member 22 is approximately parallel to the user's cheek.

[0016] The first connecting member 21 includes a lever portion 211 and a locking portion 212. The locking portion 212 is formed extending from the lever portion 211 in a direction away from the lens frame main body 10. One end of the lever portion 211 closer to the lens frame main body 10 is curved and formed extending as a hook 2111. This hook 2111 is curved toward the second connecting member 22. The width of the locking portion 212 is greater than the width of the lever portion 211. A first locking portion 2121 is provided at one end of the locking portion 212 away from the lever portion 211, and a second locking portion 2122 is provided at one end of the locking portion 212 closer to the lever portion 211.

[0017] In this embodiment, the first locking portion 2121 includes an abutment protrusion 2123 extending in a direction away from the lens frame body 10 and an accommodating groove 2124. The abutment protrusion 2123 is located on one side of the locking portion 212, and the width of the abutment protrusion 2123 is smaller than the overall width of the locking portion 212. The accommodating groove 2124 is formed by forming the abutment protrusion 2123, and the width of the accommodating groove 2124 is approximately equal to the thickness of the second connecting member 22.

[0018] The second locking portion 2122 includes an extending portion 2125, a fixing protrusion 2126, and a position limiting groove 2127. The extending portion 2125 is a portion that connects to the lever portion 211 of the locking portion 212. Therefore, the width of the extending portion 2125 is approximately equal to the width of the lever portion 211, and the extending portion 2125 is located on the same side as the abutting protrusion 2123. The fixing protrusion 2126 is located on the side opposite to the extending portion 2125, and extends toward the lever portion 211. The position limiting groove 2127 is located between the extending portion 2125 and the fixing protrusion 2126. Since the sum of the widths of the extending portion 2125 and the fixing protrusion 2126 is still smaller than the overall width of the locking portion 212, the position limiting groove 2127 is formed between the extending portion 2125 and the fixing protrusion 2126. The width of the position limiting groove 2127 is approximately equal to the thickness of the second connecting member 22. The position limiting groove 2127 in this embodiment faces the endpiece 12 of the lens frame body 10.

[0019] The second connecting member 22 includes an elastic portion 221 and an engaging portion 222. The engaging portion 222 is formed by extending from the elastic portion 221 in a direction away from the lens frame main body 10. The elastic portion 221 is provided with an assembly slot 2211. The length of the assembly slot 2211 is approximately equal to the length of the lever portion 211, and the width of the assembly slot 2211 is approximately equal to the thickness of the first connecting member 21. The engaging portion 222 is provided with an engagement slot 2221. The width of the engagement slot 2221 is approximately equal to the thickness of the first connecting member 21. An engagement tenon 2222 is formed between the wall surface of the engagement slot 2221 and the wall surface of the assembly slot 2211. In this embodiment, the second connecting member 22 further includes an end piece 223. The end piece 223 is formed by extending from the engagement portion 222 in a direction away from the lens frame main body 10.

[0020] 4 is a partial exploded view of the screwless eyeglasses 1 according to the present invention. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting member 21 further includes an end piece 213. The end piece 213 is formed to extend from the locking portion 212 in a direction away from the lens frame body 10.

[0021] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing how to handle the screwless eyeglasses 1 according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the longitudinal direction of the temple member 20 in the unfolded state is defined as the X-axis, and the direction perpendicular to the X-axis and parallel to the rim 11 is defined as the Y-axis. The locking portion 212 penetrates the locking slot 2221, and the first locking portion 2121 and the second locking portion 2122 respectively lock onto both ends of the locking portion 222. The edge of the locking portion 222 that is away from the lens frame body 10 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 2124 of the first connecting member 21. That is, the abutting protrusion 2123 abuts against the edge of the locking portion 222 that is away from the lens frame body 10, thereby restricting the movement along the Y-axis direction between the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22. The slot wall at one end of the engagement slot 2221 away from the lens frame body 10 and the groove wall at one end of the accommodation groove 2124 closer to the lens frame body 10 come into contact with each other, thereby restricting the movement between the first connection member 21 and the second connection member 22 along the X-axis direction. The edge of the engagement portion 222 closer to the lens frame body 10 (i.e., the engagement tenon 2222) is accommodated in the position limiting groove 2127, and the extension portion 2125 and the fixing convex portion 2126 are provided on both sides of the edge of the engagement portion 222 closer to the lens frame body 10. As a result, the slot wall at one end of the engagement slot 2221 closer to the lens frame body 10 and the groove wall at one end of the position limiting groove 2127 closer to the lens frame body 10 come into contact with each other. That is, the engagement tenon 2222 is accommodated in the position limiting groove 2127, thereby restricting the movement between the first connection member 21 and the second connection member 22 along the X-axis direction. The extension portion 2125 and the fixing protrusion 2126 limit the movement between the first connection member 21 and the second connection member 22 along the Y-axis direction.

[0022] In this embodiment, the length of the locking portion 212 is greater than the length of the engagement slot 2221, and when the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22 are attached, the lever portion 211 first penetrates the assembly slot 2211, whereby the edge of the engagement portion 222 closer to the lens frame body 10 is smoothly accommodated in the position limiting groove 2127, and the abutment protrusion 2123 abuts against the other edge of the engagement portion 222.

[0023] 2, 3 and 5, hook 2111 of lever portion 211 passes through drilled hole 121 and is attached to shaft portion 122, and shaft portion 122 is provided between hook 2111 and elastic portion 221. That is, convex apex portions 123 are provided on both sides of lever portion 211 and abut against elastic portion 221. When shaft portion 122 is locked in hook 2111, shaft portion 122 pushes lever portion 211 and elastic portion 221 open, whereby engaging portion 222 abuts against fixed convex portion 2126, and elastic portion 221 moves away from lever portion 211 with engaging portion 222 as a fulcrum, and lever portion 211 moves away from elastic portion 221 with engaging portion 212 as a fulcrum. Since the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22 are both made of an elastic material, when the shaft portion 122 is engaged in the hook 2111, a force is generated in the lever portion 211 and the elastic portion 221 to lean against each other, thereby firmly holding the shaft portion 122 therebetween. With this structural arrangement, the temple member 20 has a force to move, so that the screwless eyeglasses 1 according to the present invention do not limit the size of the user's head shape.

[0024] FIG. 6 is a partial exploded view of another embodiment of the screwless glasses according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing how to handle another embodiment of the screwless glasses according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, an abutment slat 2112 is formed by extending from one end of the lever part 211 near the lens frame body 10, and the abutment slat 2112 and the hook 2111 are parallel to each other. When the shaft part 122 is engaged in the hook 2111, the abutment slat 2112 penetrates the assembly slot 2211 and abuts on the shaft part 122 at a part thereof, thereby restricting the displacement between the first connecting member 21 and the endpiece 12. The shaft part 122 may be a circular shaft (not shown) so that the hook 2111 can rotate more smoothly when rotating around the shaft part 122.

[0025] 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, a second locking portion 2122 is provided with a notch 2128. The edge of the engagement portion 222 close to the lens frame body 10 is received in the notch 2128. That is, the engagement pivot 2222 is received in the notch 2128.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, when the screwless eyeglasses 1 are in use, the endpiece 12 is attached to the second connecting member 22. That is, the angle between the endpiece 12 and the second connecting member 22 is 0 degrees. As described above, the shaft portion 122 pushes the lever portion 211 and the elastic portion 221 apart by a certain distance, and in this use state, the above-mentioned distance is approximately equal to the thickness of the endpiece 12. When the screwless eyeglasses 1 are in a stored state, the endpiece 12 and the second connecting member 22 sandwich a certain angle therebetween, and this certain angle is greater than 90 degrees. In addition, the convex apex portion 123 presses the second connecting member 22, so that the distance between the lever portion 211 and the elastic portion 221 becomes even greater. When the screwless eyeglasses 1 are folded from the use state to the storage state, the angle between the endpiece 12 and the second connecting member 22 becomes the above-mentioned predetermined angle from 0 degrees, the contact area and the frictional force between the convex apex 123 and the second connecting member 22 are different, and the force applied to the endpiece 12 from the lever part 211 and the elastic part 221 becomes large. As a result, the convex apex 123 is kept in a non-sliding state when the screwless eyeglasses 1 are in the use state and the storage state described above. If the screwless eyeglasses 1 are not in the use state and the storage state described above, the convex apex 123 slides between the second connecting member 22, and the screwless eyeglasses 1 change to the storage state or the use state. This structural arrangement can replace the elastic function of the conventional spring, reduce the feeling of pressure on the wearer, and allow the user to store the screwless eyeglasses 1 more easily, and prevent the temple member 20 from being crushed due to not being completely folded.

[0027] Fig. 8 is a diagram showing the combination of another embodiment of the screwless glasses according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, when the screwless glasses 1 are in use, the abutment slat 2112 abuts against one end of the elastic part 221 near the lens frame body 10, and the notch 2128 accommodates the engagement tenon 2222 of the engagement part 222. Therefore, the notch 2128 limits the movement in the X-axis direction between the first connection member 21 and the second connection member 22. On the other hand, the abutment slat 2112 limits the movement in the Y-axis direction between the first connection member 21 and the endpiece 12.

[0028] 9A and 10A are front views of another embodiment of the rim 11. Fig. 9B and 10B are side views of another embodiment of the rim 11. As shown in Fig. 10A, the screwless eyeglasses 1 according to the present invention further includes a fixing member 30. Both ends of the fixing member 30 are abutment parts 31, and between the two abutment parts 31 is a fixing body 32. In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing body 32 is a spring, but may also be an elastic body.

[0029] As shown in Figures 9A and 9B, the first rim 111 and the second rim 112 of the rim 11 are provided with slots 1112, 1122, respectively. The slots 1112, 1122 are both oblique, slanting from the inside to the outside of the rim 11 toward the connection point of the first rim 111 and the second rim 112. That is, the slots 1112, 1122 are closer to each other as they go from the inside to the outside.

[0030] As shown in Fig. 10A and Fig. 10B, the fixing member 30 penetrates the slots 1112 and 1122, respectively, and the abutting portions 31 at both ends of the fixing member 30 abut against the first rim 111 and the second rim 112, respectively, so that the fixing body 32 is stretched and elastic force is generated, and the first rim 111 and the second rim 112 are fixed by using the elastic force of the fixing body 32, and the first rim 111 and the second rim 112 are elastically connected to each other. Furthermore, the oblique arrangement of the slots 1112 and 1122 makes it difficult for the fixing member 30 to slip out of the slots 1112 and 1122. When the lens is attached to the rim 11, the lens is fixed in the rim 11 by the elastic force generated by the fixing body 32 being stretched. This mounting method reduces the pressure force applied to the lens when fixed, and thus increases the service life of the lens. By utilizing such a structural arrangement, a lens (not shown) can be securely mounted within the rim 11 and the use of screws to lock the lens to the rim 11 can be avoided.

[0031] Thus, the present invention has at least the following advantages: 1. Limiting movement between the first and second connecting members by utilizing a first locking portion and second locking portion arrangement. 2. By utilizing the hook and shaft installation, the temple member and the lens frame body are connected, and the first connecting member and the second connecting member are more tightly engaged with each other. 3. By utilizing the convex apex installation, the screwless eyeglasses can be easily put into use or stored state, the temple members are less likely to be crushed, and the feeling of pressure on the wearer is reduced. 4. By utilizing the fastener and groove arrangement, it is possible to securely attach the lens to the rim without the need for screws.

[0032] The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and does not limit the scope of the present application. Therefore, any equivalent modifications made by operating the contents of the specification and drawings of the present application are included in the scope of protection of the present application for the same reasons.
