Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of seat manufacturing, and more specifically, to a lumbar component and a seat.

Background Art

[0002] With the improvement of living standards, people's functional needs for seats are becoming increasingly diversified. Among them, the interest in the sacrum located at the lower part of the spine has also increased. The support for the sacrum brings many advantages such as maintaining the stability of the body structure, protecting nerves, and dispersing pressure. However, the sacrum is located at the lower end of the spine, and in conventional seats with a sacrum support mechanism, the sacrum support structure occupies the sitting space, resulting in low comfort.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0003] The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art. For this reason, the present invention proposes a lumbar component that can effectively support the sacrum while reducing the occupation of the sitting space.

[0004] The present invention further proposes a seat provided with the above lumbar component.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0005] The lumbar component according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a lumbar frame and a sacrum support module. The sacrum support module includes a contact portion and a fixing portion that are connected to each other. The fixing portion is fixedly attached in front of the lumbar frame, and the contact portion is attached in front of the fixing portion. From top to bottom, the contact portion gradually inclines backward, and the contact portion is used to support the sacrum.

[0006] The lumbar support component according to the embodiment of the present invention has at least the following beneficial effects. The sacrum support module of the embodiment of the present invention is designed with an inclined structure. The upper end is used to support the sacrum, and the lower end approaches the lumbar frame, ensuring the sitting-in space of the cushion, reducing the occupation of the sitting-in space, and the sacrum of the human body has a certain forward inclination angle. The forward-inclined sacrum support module can better conform to the natural physiological curvature of the human body and provide more accurate support. The forward-inclined sacrum support module can better conform to the shape of the sacrum, reduce the pressure and discomfort caused by the gap between the support module and the sacrum, ensure the space for the pelvis and buttocks below the sacrum of the human body, and improve the use experience of the seat.

[0007] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the inclination angle of the contact portion with respect to the vertical plane is α, and 33° ≤ α ≤ 37°. When α is smaller than 33°, the sacrum support module is too close to the vertical direction, cannot fit well with the sacrum, cannot provide sufficient support force, the user feels that the sacrum part is floating, is likely to cause pain and discomfort in the waist, and reduces the sitting comfort. On the contrary, when α is larger than 37°, the sacrum support module is too close to the horizontal direction, the sacrum region of the user protrudes excessively forward, and the upper body above the sacrum tilts backward excessively, resulting in the waist not being able to stretch normally, further affecting the normal sitting posture, and there may be bad pressure on the spine. In this way, the waist is likely to get tired or damaged after a long time, and it causes discomfort in the waist and reduces the usability.

[0008] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the contact portion has elasticity. The contact portion made of an elastic material can be appropriately adjusted according to the body type of the user, and by adhering to the curvature of the sacrum, it can provide a more uniform and personalized support force. Such adhesion not only improves the sitting comfort, but also helps to reduce the pressure on the sacrum and spine caused by the long-term sitting posture and prevent related pain and discomfort.

[0009] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the abutting portion is an airbag. The characteristic that the volume increases after the airbag is filled endows it with a stronger adaptability. That is, for the position adjustment of a normal elastic member, it is necessary to separately install a telescopic mechanism, while the airbag only needs to fill and discharge its own gas. Once a normal elastic member is formed, its shape and supporting force are relatively fixed, and it is difficult to make fine adjustments for individual differences. In contrast, the airbag can flexibly change the form of the support module by adjusting the gas filling amount, and can better meet the needs of the curvature of the sacrum and sitting postures of different users. Next, in terms of shock absorption performance, the airbag is excellent. The compression and expansion of the gas inside it can efficiently absorb and disperse the impact force, and can effectively reduce the influence of long-term sitting postures on the vibration of the sacrum and spine.

[0010] According to some embodiments of the present invention, from top to bottom, the length of the abutting portion gradually decreases.

[0011] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the upper end of the abutting portion is L1, the vertical distance between the upper end and the lower end of the abutting portion is L2, and 180mm ≤ L1 ≤ 280mm, and / or 60mm ≤ L2 ≤ 80mm.

[0012] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar support component further includes a heating module, the heating module is attached in front of the lumbar frame, and the heating module can generate heat to provide warmth to the waist.

[0013] According to some embodiments of the present invention, two heating modules are provided, the lumbar support component further includes an elastic band, the left and right ends of the elastic band are fixedly connected to the lumbar frame, the two heating modules are fixedly attached to the elastic band, the two heating modules are distributed at intervals, and both of the two heating modules are distributed at intervals from the lumbar frame.

[0014] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the heating module includes a heating surface that is a curved surface, and the center of the heating surface protrudes forward with respect to the upper end and the lower end of the heating surface.

[0015] The seat according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the lumbar support component according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect.

Advantages of the Invention

[0016] The seat according to an embodiment of the present invention has at least the following beneficial effects. The sacrum support module according to the embodiment of the present invention is designed with an inclined structure, so that the upper end is used to support the sacrum, the lower end is closer to the lumbar frame, ensuring the sitting-in space of the futon, reducing the occupation of the sitting-in space, and more accurately supporting the sacrum, ensuring the space such as the pelvis and buttocks below the sacrum of the human body, and improving the use experience of the seat.

[0017] Additional aspects and advantages of the present invention will be given in part in the following description, will become apparent in part from the following description, or will be understood through the practice of the present invention. In this specification, exemplary descriptions of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. And the specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any one or more embodiments or examples in a suitable manner.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, the lumbar support component 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a lumbar frame 101 and a sacrum support module 102. The sacrum support module 102 includes a contact portion 402 and a fixing portion 401 that are connected to each other. The fixing portion 401 is fixedly attached in front of the lumbar frame 101, and the contact portion 402 is attached in front of the fixing portion 401. From top to bottom, the contact portion 402 gradually inclines backward, and the contact portion 402 is used to support the sacrum. The sacrum support module 102 of the embodiment of the present invention is designed with an inclined structure, so that the upper end is used to support the sacrum, the lower end approaches the lumbar frame 101, ensuring the sitting-in space of the zabuton, reducing the occupation of the sitting-in space. Referring to FIG. 6, the sacrum of the human body has a certain forward inclination angle, and the forward-inclined sacrum support module 102 can better conform to the natural physiological curvature of the human body, provide more accurate support, better conform to the shape of the sacrum, reduce the sense of compression and discomfort caused by the gap between the sacrum support module 102 and the sacrum, ensure the space of the pelvis and buttocks below the sacrum of the human body, and improve the use experience of the seat.

[0025] Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, the sacrum of the human body is located below the spine, and there is a coccyx structure below it. Externally, the buttocks of the human body also need to sit comfortably on the seat. Referring to the prior art in FIG. 7, the sacrum support structure in the prior art occupies a part of the space of the futon and cannot fit well with the sacrum. The design with the lower end protruding forward also occupies the space of the futon, resulting in a poor user experience. The sacrum support module 102 in the lumbar support component 100 of the embodiment of the present invention is used to support the sacrum part with an upper end inclined outward, accurately conforms to the physiological curvature of the sacrum of the human body, and provides an effective supporting force to the sacrum. In addition, the lower end inclined inward provides a reasonable storage space for the part below the sacrum of the human body, and when the user sits on the seat, the user feels comfortable overall.

[0026] Referring to FIG. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the inclination angle of the abutting portion 402 with respect to the vertical plane is α, and 33° ≤ α ≤ 37°. The inclination design of the sacrum support module 102 in the embodiment of the present invention is not arbitrary but is controlled within an optimal angle range. That is, when the abutting portion 402 inclines as shown in FIG. 4, an optimal user experience can be provided to the user. When α is less than 33°, the sacrum support module 102 is too close to the vertical direction, cannot fit well with the sacrum, cannot provide sufficient supporting force, and the user feels that the sacrum part is floating, which easily causes pain and discomfort in the waist, reduces the sitting comfort. On the contrary, when α is greater than 37°, the sacrum support module 102 is too close to the horizontal direction, the sacrum region of the user protrudes excessively forward, and the body above the sacrum tilts backward excessively, so that the waist cannot stretch normally, further affecting the normal sitting posture, and there may be an adverse pressure on the spine. In this way, the waist is easily fatigued or damaged after a long time, and it causes discomfort in the waist and reduces the usability. Preferably, the optimal angle of α is 35°.

[0027] In some embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the contact portion 402 may be distorted or the outer shape may become irregular. In this case, the above inclination angle is the angle of the line connecting the upper end and the lower end of the contact portion 402 with respect to the vertical plane. For example, when the contact portion 402 is an airbag, the shape of the airbag changes. In this case, the angle α is the angle of the line connecting the upper end and the lower end of the airbag with respect to the vertical plane.

[0028] In some embodiments of the present invention, the contact portion 402 has elasticity. The elastic contact portion 402 can be appropriately adjusted according to the body shape of the user and closely adheres to the curvature of the sacrum, thereby providing a more uniform and personalized supporting force. Such close adhesion not only improves the sitting comfort but also helps to reduce the pressure on the sacrum and the spine caused by long-term sitting postures and prevent related pain and discomfort. Next, the elastic material further has good buffering performance. When the user sits on the seat, it can absorb and disperse the impact force from the seat, reduce the vibration damage to the sacrum and surrounding tissues, and further enhance the sitting safety. In terms of specific material selection, the embodiments of the present invention may select materials with excellent elasticity and supportability, such as memory foam, high-elasticity latex, etc., or may be supported by an airbag as described below. Memory foam can change its shape according to the changes in body temperature and pressure and provide continuous and comfortable support. High-elasticity latex, with its excellent resilience and breathability, ensures a refreshing and comfortable feeling even after sitting for a long time.

[0029] In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing portion 401 may be provided with a telescopic mechanism for moving the contact portion 402 in the front-rear direction. In this way, the contact position between the sacrum support module 102 and the user's back can be adjusted more flexibly to better adapt to users with different body shapes and sitting postures during use.

[0030] In some embodiments of the present invention, the abutting portion 402 is an airbag. Compared with conventional elastic members such as sponges and latex, the use of an airbag in the sacral support module 102 has obvious distinct advantages. First, the characteristic of increasing in volume after filling the airbag has a stronger adaptability. Secondly, in terms of shock absorption performance, the airbag is excellent. The compression and expansion of the gas inside it can efficiently absorb and disperse the impact force, and the long-term sitting posture can effectively reduce the influence of vibration on the sacrum and spine. In contrast, a normal elastic member can provide a certain degree of shock absorption performance, but the force may be insufficient when dealing with complex impact forces. In addition, the supportability of the airbag is more uniform and adjustable. By controlling the gas filling amount, the hardness and supporting force of the airbag can be accurately adjusted to ensure that the sacrum is properly supported. In contrast, it is often difficult to obtain such an accurate supporting effect with a normal elastic member.

[0031] Referring to FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, from top to bottom, the length of the abutting portion 402 gradually decreases. Through the design of gradually decreasing the length, the sacrum support module 102 can be more compactly adapted to the overall structure of the seat, and by reducing the space occupation, the space utilization efficiency of the seat can be improved. Such a design not only helps to provide effective support within a limited space but also can maintain the aesthetics and coordination of the entire seat. Next, in terms of the degree of adhesion to the human body, such a design of length gradation can better adapt to the physiological curvature of the human body. The sacrum is located at the upper part of the seat, but the need for support in the lower region is relatively small. Therefore, through the design of gradually decreasing the length, the upper end can closely adhere to the sacrum and provide accurate support, while the lower end can be naturally continuous, reducing the sense of pressure on the surrounding area and improving the sitting comfort. Considering that the sacrum support module 102 mainly supports the sacrum at the upper end of the abutting portion 402, the effect of the lower end is relatively small. The design of gradually decreasing the length can not only optimize the support effect at the upper end but also avoid unnecessary support force caused by the overly wide width at the lower end, thereby avoiding additional discomfort to the user. As described above, the design of the abutting portion 402 with a gradually decreasing length from top to bottom not only improves the space utilization rate but also enhances the compatibility with the human body, ensures the support effect, and at the same time improves the sitting comfort. Preferably, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, by designing the abutting portion 402 to be centrosymmetric with respect to the central axis of the lumbar frame 101, the aesthetics and the fit between the sacrum support module 102 and the lumbar frame 101 can be further improved.

[0032] Note that the length direction of the abutting portion 402 referred to here is the left-right direction shown in FIG. 2.

[0033] Referring to FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the upper end of the abutting portion 402 is L1, the vertical distance between the upper end and the lower end of the abutting portion 402 is L2, and 180 mm ≤ L1 ≤ 280 mm, and / or 60 mm ≤ L2 ≤ 80 mm. When the length of the upper end of the abutting portion 402 is within an appropriate range, the sacral region can be accurately covered and stable and strong support can be provided. Such an appropriate length can not only ensure the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the support, but also avoid unnecessary interference with other regions of the seat, and maintain the harmony and balance of the overall seat design. If L1 is greater than 280 mm, the length of the upper end of the abutting portion 402 is too long, exceeding the actually required support range, which may compress the adjacent region of the seat. If L1 is less than 180 mm, the length of the upper end of the abutting portion 402 is too short, and the sacral region cannot be fully covered, which may result in insufficient support. In such a case, the user may not feel an effective supporting force, and may easily cause pain and discomfort in the sacrum and surrounding regions when sitting for a long time. When the vertical dimension of the sacral support module 102 is within an appropriate range, an appropriate support height can be provided and can accurately correspond to the position of the user's sacrum. If L2 is greater than 80 mm, the vertical dimension of the abutting portion 402 is too large, the support module is too high, and there is a risk of exceeding the actually required support range. In such a case, it may not only cause unnecessary pressure on the user's waist or back and affect the sitting comfort, but also be too high to cause rattling and instability, reducing the stability of the entire seat. If L2 is less than 60 mm, the vertical dimension of the abutting portion 402 is too small, and a sufficient support height cannot be provided, which may result in insufficient support. Therefore, after the user sits for a long time, pain and discomfort in the sacral region may be felt, which may in turn affect the health of the spinal column. In addition, a support module that is too short cannot meet the needs of users with different heights, and may reduce the applicability of the seat. Preferably, the dimension of L1 is selected as 230 mm, and the dimension of L2 is selected as 70 mm.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar support component 100 further includes a heating module 103. The heating module 103 is attached in front of the lumbar frame 101, and the heating module 103 can generate heat to provide warmth to the lumbar region. The heating module 103 can provide a warm and comfortable experience for the user. The warmth itself has the effect of promoting blood circulation and relieving muscle tension and pain. With the heating module 103 in the lumbar support component 100, the user can feel the warm heat penetrate into the back and sacral region when sitting for a long time, effectively reducing the muscle fatigue and pain caused by sitting for a long time. It should be noted that the heating module 103 shown above is attached in front of the lumbar frame 101, that is, as shown in FIG. 3, in the front-rear direction, the heating module 103 is located in front of the lumbar frame 101 portion in its projection direction and is not necessarily completely exposed from the entire lumbar frame 101.

[0035] Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the heating module 103 is heated using a graphene heating film. When graphene generates heat, it has an infrared physiotherapy effect. When the human body leans against it, the warm current of the graphene heating film flows to the waist, causing the local blood vessels in the waist to dilate, the blood flow rate to increase, and the blood that originally flowed slowly to flow more smoothly. More oxygen and nutrients can be transported to tissues such as the muscles and ligaments of the waist, which helps to maintain their normal physiological functions. At the same time, metabolic waste such as lactic acid can be transported faster, reducing the pain caused by the accumulation of metabolic waste.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, two heating modules 103 are provided. The lumbar support component 100 further includes an elastic band 104. At the left and right ends of the elastic band 104, lumbar frames 101 are fixedly connected. The two heating modules 103 are fixedly attached to the elastic band 104. The two heating modules 103 are distributed at intervals, and both of the two heating modules 103 are distributed at intervals from the lumbar frames 101. By designing like this, after the user leans on it, the elastic band 104 can be deformed and bent under pressure, and by bringing the two heating modules 103 closer to the central axis of the lumbar frame 101, it can better conform to the back, so that a better thermotherapy effect on the back can be obtained. Preferably, by designing the two heating modules 103 symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the lumbar frame 101, the heating on both sides of the back of the heating module 103 can be made more uniform.

[0037] Referring to FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the heating module 103 includes a heating surface 301. The heating surface 301 is a curved surface, and the center of the heating surface 301 protrudes forward with respect to the upper end and the lower end of the heating surface 301. By designing like this, the center of the heating surface 301 can be brought closer to the back of the human body. At the same time, according to the curves at both ends, after the user leans on the lumbar support component 100, the heating surface 301 can well conform to the curvature of the back, and the heating experience can be improved.

[0038] The seat according to the second aspect of the present invention includes the lumbar support component 100 according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect. The sacrum support module 102 of the embodiment of the present invention is designed with an inclined structure. The upper end is used to support the sacrum, and the lower end is closer to the lumbar frame 101, ensuring the sitting-in space of the futon, reducing the occupation of the sitting-in space, and more accurately supporting the sacrum, ensuring the space such as the pelvis and buttocks below the sacrum of the human body, and improving the use experience of the seat.

[0039] Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the seat includes a zabuton and a backrest, and the lumbar support component 100 is provided in front of the backrest and located at the lower end of the backrest. The lower edge of the lumbar support component 100 is close to the support surface of the zabuton. In this way, by bringing the contact portion of the sacrum support module 102 in the lumbar support component 100 closer to the position of the sacrum after the user sits on the zabuton, the sacrum can be better adapted and supported.

[0040] The above has described the embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the scope of knowledge possessed by those skilled in the art. In addition, when there is no conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other.
