Abstract

This grater improves stability and ease of use by holding the grating tool at an angle, and also allows the angle of the grating tool to be adjusted according to the amount and type of food being grated. [Solution] The grater 1 comprises a grating tool 20 for grating ingredients and a storage container 10 for storing the grated small pieces of ingredients. The grating tool 20 is characterized by having locking protrusions 27 and 29 that engage with the edges 14 and 15 of the storage container 10. Furthermore, a protrusion 16 is formed on the bottom surface 11 of the storage container 10 to hold the grating tool 10 in an inclined position. In addition, multiple openings 17 are formed on the bottom of the protrusion 16.
