Abstract

This reagent kit for detecting the risk of renal function deterioration in early-stage middle-aged and elderly patients solves the problem of difficulty in meeting the needs for simplicity and integrated operation in detection methods for DKD risk assessment, where the operating procedures are dispersed and data integration is not immediate. [Solution] The reagent kit comprises a base 1, a detection card cartridge 2, a sample dispenser 3, and a determination scale 5. Three detection channels are provided in the detection card cartridge. The sample dispenser has a sample inlet, a flow division chamber, and three flow guide tubes, the flow guide tubes extending to the entrance of each detection channel. A color reaction area 4 is provided at the end of each detection channel. The determination scale has three sets of colorimetric scale lines. A single blood sample is simultaneously dispensed into the three detection channels to detect fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, and C-reactive protein in an integrated manner, and the values ​​are read directly using the determination scale.
