Abstract

The present embodiment relates to the field of electronic device technology, and more particularly to loudspeakers and electronic devices. The present embodiment is provided to solve the technical problem of insufficient loudspeaker sensitivity caused by a small electromagnetic driving force that drives a voice coil to vibrate. According to the loudspeaker and electronic device of the present embodiment, a yoke includes a bottom and a sleeve located on one side of the bottom. An annular magnet is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve. A voice coil is sleeved in the sleeve and located between the magnet and the sleeve. A damper is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve. The outer edge of the damper is connected to the voice coil, and the middle part of the damper is connected to the yoke. Because both the magnet and the voice coil are located outside the damper, the volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil are not affected by the damper. Since the volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil can be set to be large, the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil to vibrate is increased, thereby improving the sensitivity of the speaker.

Description

[Technical field]

[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of electronic devices, and in particular to loudspeakers and electronic devices. [Background technology]

[0002] Loudspeakers are commonly placed in terminal devices such as televisions, displays, and tablet computers to play media sounds. In the related art, a speaker includes a basket, a yoke, a magnet, a voice coil, and a damper. The basket surrounds an area to form a groove. The yoke is placed at the bottom of the groove. The yoke is cylindrical, and a mounting groove is provided at the rear end of the yoke. A magnet is placed in the mounting groove. The voice coil is sleeved on the outside of the yoke. The damper is annular. The inner wall of the damper is connected to the voice coil, and the outer wall of the damper is connected to the basket. During use, the voice coil is energized, causing the voice coil to vibrate in the direction of the centerline of the yoke to generate sound.

[0003] However, the damper limits the volume of the yoke and the length of the voice coil, thereby reducing the electromagnetic driving force that vibrates the voice coil and resulting in a loudspeaker with insufficient sensitivity. Summary of the Invention

[0004] In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a speaker and an electronic device to solve the technical problem that the sensitivity of the speaker is insufficient due to the small electromagnetic driving force that vibrates the voice coil.

[0005] One embodiment of the present application provides a loudspeaker including a yoke, a magnet, a voice coil, and a damper. The yoke includes a bottom and a sleeve located on a side of the bottom. The magnet is annular and sleeved on the outside of the sleeve. The voice coil is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve and is located between the sleeve and the magnet. The damper is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve.

[0006] With the above configuration, the damper is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve. The outer edge of the damper is connected to the voice coil, and the middle part of the damper is connected to the yoke. Both the magnet and the voice coil are located outside the damper. The volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil are not affected by the damper. Since the volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil can be set large, the electromagnetic driving force that vibrates the voice coil can be increased, improving the sensitivity of the loudspeaker.

[0007] In some embodiments, which may include the embodiments described above, the yoke further includes a boss, the boss being located within an area surrounded by the sleeve, and the middle portion of the damper is attached to a face of the boss remote from the bottom portion.

[0008] In such a configuration, the inner wall of the damper facing the bottom is connected to a boss, and in such a configuration, the boss is used to connect the damper to the bottom, and the distance between the damper and the bottom can be increased, so that the damper can be disposed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the sleeve.

[0009] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the loudspeaker further comprises a diaphragm, the end surface of the voice coil facing the diaphragm being fixedly connected to a bottom-facing side of the diaphragm.

[0010] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the diaphragm includes a body and an extension. The body is annular and the extension is tubular. The extension extends from an inner edge of the body in a direction toward the base. An outer edge of the damper is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the extension.

[0011] In such a configuration, the outer edge of the damper is connected to the voice coil via an extension that may extend into the sleeve, thereby reducing the height of the boss and reducing the mass of the speaker.

[0012] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the loudspeaker further includes a support tube located between the damper and the voice coil and within the area surrounded by the sleeve, an outer edge of the damper is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the support tube, and the support tube is fixedly connected to the voice coil.

[0013] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, both ends of the support tube and the voice coil remote from the bottom are fixedly connected to the diaphragm, such that the support tube and the voice coil are secured to each other using the diaphragm.

[0014] In some embodiments, which may include the embodiments described above, the loudspeaker further includes a dust cap that covers a top of the sleeve region, and both the support tube and the voice coil are fixedly connected to an inner wall of the dust cap.

[0015] In some embodiments, which may include the embodiments described above, an inner wall of the dust cap comprises a fastening ring to which both the support tube and the voice coil are connected.

[0016] In this configuration, the voice coil and the support tube are connected to the dust cap by using a fastening ring. The uniformity of the force on the dust cap is improved. Furthermore, the connection between the voice coil and the support tube can be realized by using a fastening ring.

[0017] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the loudspeaker further comprises a pole piece, the pole piece being annular, the pole piece covering a face of the magnet remote from the bottom.

[0018] In such a configuration, the pole piece can adjust the magnetic field generated by the magnet so that the magnetic field lines generated by the magnet are concentrated between the inner wall of the pole piece and the sleeve, thus increasing the strength of the magnetic field in which the coil is located, improving the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil, and improving the sensitivity of the loudspeaker.

[0019] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the edge of the pole piece facing the voice coil protrudes beyond the edge of the magnet facing the voice coil, such that the distance between the pole piece and the sleeve is smaller than the distance between the magnet and the sleeve, and the distance between the inner wall of the pole piece and the coil is smaller, further improving the strength of the magnetic field in which the coil is located and further improving the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil.

[0020] In some embodiments, which may include the above embodiments, the loudspeaker further includes a basket, the basket comprising a groove, a groove bottom comprising a mounting hole, and at least a portion of the voice coil extending from the groove bottom through the mounting hole.

[0021] In some embodiments, which may include the above embodiment, the edge of the mounting hole is attached to the end face of the pole piece away from the voice coil. The pole piece extends into the mounting hole to restrict the relative position of the pole piece and the basket by using the mounting hole, thereby improving the positional accuracy of the pole piece and the basket.

[0022] In some embodiments, which may include the above embodiments, there are multiple dampers. The multiple dampers are stacked along the central axis of the sleeve, and every two adjacent dampers are separated from each other. In such a configuration, the multiple dampers can improve the elasticity of the voice coil and further restrict the position of the voice coil in the annular gap.

[0023] In some embodiments, which may include those described above, the boss includes multiple fasteners along the central axis of the sleeve, and each damper is fastened to one fastener, such that each damper can lie in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the sleeve.

[0024] One embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device including a housing and the loudspeaker described above, the loudspeaker being located within the housing.

[0025] According to the electronic device provided in this embodiment of the present application, the yoke of the loudspeaker includes a bottom and a sleeve located on a side of the bottom. An annular magnet is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve. A voice coil is sleeved in the sleeve and located between the magnet and the sleeve. A damper is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve. The volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil are not affected by the damper. Since the volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil can be set large, the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil to vibrate can be increased, improving the sensitivity of the loudspeaker. [0028] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present application. The described embodiments are only a part, rather than all the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without creative efforts shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.

[0029] The loudspeaker includes a basket, a yoke, a magnet, a voice coil, and a damper. The basket has a groove. The yoke is disposed at the groove bottom of the groove. The yoke has a mounting groove. A cylindrical magnet is disposed in the mounting groove. An annular gap is disposed between the magnet and the mounting groove. The voice coil is sleeved on the outside of the magnet and located within the annular gap. The damper is annular. An inner wall of the damper is connected to the voice coil, and an outer wall of the damper is connected to a side wall of the groove. During use, the voice coil is energized, so that the voice coil vibrates in the direction of the centerline of the yoke to generate sound. During the process of voice coil vibration, the damper can provide elasticity to the voice coil, so that the voice coil can perform reciprocating motion.

[0030] The damper is sleeved around the outside of the magnet and voice coil, and the damper limits the volume of the magnet and the coil length of the voice coil, reducing the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil to vibrate, resulting in insufficient sensitivity of the loudspeaker.

[0031] This embodiment provides electronic devices including, but not limited to, televisions, mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, ultra-mobile personal computers (UMPCs), sound boxes, headsets, and the like.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 1, the electronic device provided in this embodiment includes a housing 2 and a loudspeaker 1. The loudspeaker 1 may be disposed inside the housing 2, so that the loudspeaker 1 plays media sounds when the electronic device is in operation. The electronic device may also include a display panel disposed in the housing 2. The display panel may be an organic light-emitting diode display panel (LED), a liquid crystal display panel (LCD), etc. When the display panel displays an image, the loudspeaker 1 may play a corresponding sound. The display panel may be disposed on a first surface of the housing 2. Correspondingly, the loudspeaker 1 may be disposed on the first surface and located on both sides of the display panel. Of course, the loudspeaker 1 may alternatively be disposed on a second surface of the housing 2 opposite to the first surface.

[0033] Scenario 1

[0034] Please refer to Figures 2 and 3. In this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 includes a basket 10 and a diaphragm 60, and the basket 10 surrounds a predetermined area for forming a groove 101. The diaphragm 60 covers the basket 10 and seals the groove 101. The diaphragm 60 can be connected to the basket 10 by using an assembly adhesive. Of course, the diaphragm 60 can alternatively be joined to the basket 10 by bolts or clamps. Also, a ring-shaped elastic enclosure 604 can be disposed on the edge of the diaphragm 60. The elastic enclosure 604 is disposed around the diaphragm 60. The inner edge of the elastic enclosure 604 is connected to the outer edge of the diaphragm 60, and the outer edge of the elastic enclosure 604 is connected to the basket 10. Since the diaphragm 60 is connected to the basket 10 by using the elastic enclosure 604, elasticity is provided to the diaphragm 60 when the diaphragm 60 vibrates, and the resistance preventing the diaphragm 60 from vibrating can also be reduced.

[0035] 2 and 3, in the above implementation, the material of the elastic enclosure 604 can include elastic materials such as sponge or rubber, and the elastic enclosure 604 can be wavy or arc-shaped to further improve the elasticity of the elastic enclosure 604.

[0036] In this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a yoke 20, a magnet 40, and a voice coil 30. The groove bottom of the groove 101 includes a mounting hole 102. The yoke 20 includes a bottom 202 and a sleeve 201 located on the side of the bottom 202. The central axis of the sleeve 201 is perpendicular to the plane on which the groove bottom of the groove 101 is located. A portion of the sleeve 201 extends into the groove 101 through the mounting hole 102. Of course, the sleeve 201 may alternatively be located outside the groove 101. The material of the sleeve 201 may include a ferromagnetic material such as steel or iron. The magnet 40 is annular. The magnet 40 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve 201. The material of the magnet 40 may include iron oxide, neodymium magnet, alnico, etc. An annular gap 204 is formed between the inner wall of the magnet 40 and the outer wall of the sleeve 201. The voice coil 30 is tubular. The voice coil 30 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve 201 such that the voice coil 30 is located within the annular gap 204 such that the voice coil 30 is located within the magnetic field created by the magnet 40 .

[0037] For example, the central axes of the sleeve 201, the magnet 40 and the voice coil 30 may be aligned in the same line.

[0038] Also, the bottom 202 of the yoke 20 may be plate-shaped. The sleeve 201 is disposed on the side of the bottom 202 facing the diaphragm 60. The sleeve 201 and the bottom 202 may be of an integral structure. Of course, the sleeve 201 may be connected to the bottom 202 by, for example, welding or bolts. Correspondingly, one end of the magnet 40 may be attached to the side of the bottom 202 facing the diaphragm 60, and the magnet 40 may be connected to the bottom 202 by using an assembly adhesive.

[0039] The end face of the voice coil 30 facing the diaphragm 60 is fixedly connected to the side of the diaphragm 60 facing the bottom 202, thereby connecting the voice coil 30 to the diaphragm 60. When the voice coil 30 is energized and vibrates, the diaphragm 60 is driven to vibrate, thereby generating sound.

[0040] The voice coil 30 may include a tubular body 302 and a coil 301 wound around the outer wall of the tubular body 302, and the tubular body 302 is correspondingly sleeved in the sleeve 201. The material of the tubular body 302 may include an insulating material such as plastic or insulating paper. Alternatively, the material of the tubular body 302 is a metal material such as copper or aluminum. If the tubular body 302 is made of a metal material, the coil 301 needs to be insulatedly connected to the tubular body 302. The end of the tubular body 302 close to the diaphragm 60 is connected to the diaphragm 60. For example, the tubular body 302 can be connected to the diaphragm 60 by using an assembly adhesive. Of course, the tubular body 302 may alternatively be joined to the diaphragm 60 by a clamp. When the speaker 1 operates, the coil 301 is energized. As the coil 301 is located within the magnetic field created by the magnet 40, a force is exerted on the coil 301, and therefore the diaphragm 60 is driven by the tubular body 302 to vibrate, producing sound.

[0041] Still referring to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 , in this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a damper 50. The damper 50 is located in an area surrounded by a sleeve 201. The sleeve 201 surrounds a tubular cavity. The damper 50 is disposed in the cavity. An outer edge of the damper 50 is connected to the voice coil 30, and a middle part of the damper 50 is connected to the yoke 20. The damper 50 has a certain elasticity so that the voice coil 30 can reciprocate in the annular gap 204 along a direction parallel to the central axis of the sleeve 201 by using its own elastic force during operation. In addition, the damper 50 can further restrict the position of the voice coil 30 in the annular gap 204. For example, the central axis of the damper 50 and the central axis of the sleeve 201 can be arranged parallel to each other. Also, the central axis of the damper 50 and the central axis of the sleeve 201 can be arranged on the same line.

[0042] In the above implementation, the yoke 20 includes a boss 203. The boss 203 is disposed on the bottom 202, and the boss 203 is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve 201. The inner wall of the damper 50 facing the bottom 202 is connected to the boss 203. In this configuration, since the damper 50 is connected to the bottom 202 by using the boss 203, the distance between the damper 50 and the bottom 202 can be increased, and the damper 50 can be located on a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the sleeve 201.

[0043] The damper 50 can be connected to the boss 203 by using an assembly adhesive. For example, a hole is disposed in the middle of the damper 50, and a part of the boss 203 is inserted into the hole. Correspondingly, the inner edge of the damper 50 is connected to the boss 203 by using an assembly adhesive. Of course, the damper 50 may alternatively cover the end of the boss 203 remote from the bottom 202 and connect to the end of the boss 203 remote from the bottom 202 by using an assembly adhesive. Thus, the strength of the connection between the damper 50 and the boss 203 is improved.

[0044] According to the electronic device provided in this embodiment, the yoke 20 of the loudspeaker 1 includes a bottom 202 and a sleeve 201 located on the side of the bottom 202. The annular magnet 40 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve 201. The voice coil 30 is sleeved on the sleeve 201 and located between the magnet 40 and the sleeve 201. The damper 50 is located in the area surrounded by the sleeve 201. The outer edge of the damper 50 is connected to the voice coil 30, and the middle part of the damper 50 is connected to the yoke 20. Both the magnet 40 and the voice coil 30 are located outside the damper 50. The volume of the magnet 40 and the length of the coil 301 of the voice coil 30 are not affected by the damper 50. Since the volume of the magnet 40 and the length of the coil 301 of the voice coil 30 can be set large, the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil 30 to vibrate is increased, and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker 1 is improved.

[0045] In addition, as the requirements for miniaturization of electronic devices are gradually increasing, by locating both the magnet 40 and the voice coil 30 outside the damper 50, the loudspeaker 1 can further have a robust electromagnetic driving force and robust sensitivity as well as a reduced thickness, thus facilitating ultra-thin design.

[0046] Still referring to Figures 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the diaphragm 60 includes a body 601 and an extension 602. The body 601 is annular and the extension 602 is tubular. The extension 602 extends from an inner edge of the body 601 in a direction towards the bottom 202. The outer edge of the damper 50 is fixedly connected to the inside of the extension 602. In such a configuration, the outer edge of the damper 50 is connected to the voice coil 30 by using the extension 602. Since the extension 602 can extend into the sleeve 201, the height of the boss 203 can be reduced, and the mass of the loudspeaker 1 can be reduced.

[0047] For example, the central axis of the extension 602 is arranged parallel to the central axis of the voice coil 30. Also, the central axis of the extension 602 is arranged on the same line as the central axis of the voice coil 30. The damper 50 can be connected to the inner wall of the extension 602 by using an assembly adhesive.

[0048] A dust cap 609 may also be disposed on the body 601 , the dust cap 609 sealing the inner edge of the body 601 .

[0049] Still referring to Figures 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a pole piece 70. The pole piece 70 is annular. The pole piece 70 covers the face of the magnet 40 remote from the bottom 202. The pole piece 70 can adjust the magnetic field generated by the magnet 40, so that the magnetic field lines generated by the magnet 40 are concentrated between the inner edge of the pole piece 70 and the sleeve 201. The strength of the magnetic field in which the coil 301 is located is increased, and the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil 30 to move is increased, and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker 1 is therefore improved. For example, the material of the pole piece 70 can include a ferromagnetic material such as iron or steel.

[0050] The central axis of the pole piece 70 and the central axis of the magnet 40 can be arranged parallel to each other. Also, the central axis of the pole piece 70 and the central axis of the magnet 40 are arranged on the same straight line.

[0051] In the above implementation, the edge of the pole piece 70 facing the voice coil 30 protrudes beyond the edge of the magnet 40 facing the voice coil 30. In such a configuration, the distance between the pole piece 70 and the sleeve 201 is smaller than the distance between the magnet 40 and the sleeve 201, and the distance between the inner edge of the pole piece 70 and the coil 301 is reduced, which further improves the strength of the magnetic field in which the coil 301 is located, and further improves the electromagnetic driving force that drives and moves the voice coil 30. For example, in an implementation in which the pole piece 70 and the magnet 40 are both annular, the central axis of the pole piece 70 and the central axis of the magnet 40 are aligned in a same line, and the inner diameter of the pole piece 70 is smaller than the inner diameter of the magnet 40.

[0052] In some implementations, the basket 10 includes a groove 101. The groove bottom of the groove 101 includes a mounting hole 102. At least a portion of the voice coil 30 extends from the groove bottom of the groove 101 through the mounting hole 102. The size of the mounting hole 102 is appropriately set so that the side wall of the mounting hole 102 is attached to the end face of the pole piece 70 away from the voice coil 30. In other words, by using the mounting hole 102, the pole piece 70 extends into the mounting hole 102 to limit the relative position between the pole piece 70 and the basket 10, improving the positional accuracy between the pole piece 70 and the basket 10.

[0053] In addition, since the pole piece 70 extends into the mounting hole 102, a portion of the basket 10 is attached to the end of the magnet 40 remote from the yoke 20, and the basket 10 and the end of the magnet 40 remote from the yoke 20 can be connected using an assembly adhesive, thereby realizing a connection between the basket 10 and the magnet 40.

[0054] In this embodiment, a registration hole 205 (not shown) may be disposed at the bottom 202 of the yoke 20. The registration hole 205 is located within the area surrounded by the sleeve 201, and the registration hole 205 communicates with the sleeve 201. In the process of assembling the loudspeaker 1, a fastener may be extended into the registration hole 205, and the fastener may be used to further position the diaphragm 60 and the yoke 20, thereby facilitating the assembly of the loudspeaker 1 and improving the assembly accuracy of the loudspeaker 1. There may also be multiple registration holes 205. To facilitate the positioning of the diaphragm 60 and the yoke 20, multiple registration holes 205 are disposed at intervals around the central axis of the positioning sleeve 201.

[0055] Scenario 2

[0056] Please refer to FIG. 4. In this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 includes a basket 10 and a diaphragm 60, and the basket 10 surrounds a predetermined area to form a groove 101.

[0057] In this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a yoke 20, a magnet 40, and a voice coil 30. The groove bottom of the groove 101 includes a mounting hole 102. The yoke 20 includes a bottom 202 and a sleeve 201 located on the side of the bottom 202. The central axis of the sleeve 201 is perpendicular to the plane in which the groove bottom of the groove 101 is located. A part of the sleeve 201 extends into the groove 101 through the mounting hole 102. Of course, the sleeve 201 may alternatively be located outside the groove 101. The magnet 40 is annular. The magnet 40 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve 201. An annular gap 204 is formed between the inner wall of the magnet 40 and the outer wall of the sleeve 201. The voice coil 30 is tubular. The voice coil 30 is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve 201, and the voice coil 30 is located in the annular gap 204, so that the voice coil 30 is located in the magnetic field formed by the magnet 40.

[0058] Also, the bottom 202 of the yoke 20 may be plate-shaped.

[0059] The end face of the voice coil 30 facing the diaphragm 60 is fixedly connected to the side of the diaphragm 60 facing the bottom 202, thereby connecting the voice coil 30 to the diaphragm 60. When the voice coil 30 is energized and vibrates, the diaphragm 60 is driven to vibrate, thereby generating sound.

[0060] The voice coil 30 may include a tubular body 302 and a coil 301 wound around the outer wall of the tubular body 302, and the tubular body 302 is correspondingly sleeved in the sleeve 201.

[0061] Still referring to FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a damper 50.

[0062] In the above implementation, the yoke 20 includes a boss 203.

[0063] The damper 50 can be connected to the boss 203 by using an assembly adhesive.

[0064] According to the electronic device provided in this embodiment, the yoke 20 of the loudspeaker 1 includes a bottom 202 and a sleeve 201 located on the side of the bottom 202.

[0065] In addition, as the requirements for miniaturization of electronic devices are gradually increasing, by locating both the magnet 40 and the voice coil 30 outside the damper 50, the loudspeaker 1 can further have a robust electromagnetic driving force and robust sensitivity as well as a reduced thickness, thus facilitating ultra-thin design.

[0066] Still referring to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a support tube 603. The support tube 603 is located between the damper 50 and the voice coil 30, and is located in the area surrounded by the sleeve 201. The outer edge of the damper 50 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the support tube 603. The support tube 603 is fixedly connected to the voice coil 30.

[0067] The support tube 603 may be directly connected to the voice coil 30, so as to fix the support tube 603 to the voice coil 30. Of course, the support tube 603 may alternatively be connected to the voice coil 30 using a frame that indirectly connects the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30.

[0068] For example, both ends of the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 remote from the bottom 202 are fixedly connected to the diaphragm 60, so that the support tube 603 is fixed to the voice coil 30 by using the diaphragm 60. Note that the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 may be directly connected to the diaphragm 60 so that the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 are fixed to the diaphragm 60. Of course, the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 may alternatively be connected to the diaphragm 60 by using another part so that the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 are indirectly connected to the diaphragm 60.

[0069] In this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a dust cap 609. The dust cap 609 covers the top of the sleeve region, and both the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the dust cap 609. The sleeve region is a cylindrical region surrounded by the outer wall of the sleeve 201, and the top of the sleeve region is the end of the tubular region remote from the bottom 202.

[0070] For example, a through hole facing the sleeve 201 is disposed in the diaphragm 60. A dust cap 609 covers the diaphragm 60 to seal the through hole. The outer edge of the diaphragm 60 is connected to the basket 10. Correspondingly, both the voice coil 30 and the support tube 603 are connected to the diaphragm 601.

[0071] Also, both the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 can be directly connected to the inner wall of the dust cap 609, and the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 can be directly connected to the dust cap 609. Of course, the support tube 603 and the voice coil 30 can alternatively be indirectly connected to the inner wall of the dust cap 609 by using another part, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0072] In the above implementation, a fastening ring 605 is disposed on the inner wall of the dust cap 609 facing the bottom 202, and both the voice coil 30 and the support tube 603 are connected to the fastening ring 605. In such a configuration, the voice coil 30 and the support tube 603 are connected to the dust cap 609 by using the fastening ring 605. The uniformity of the force applied to the dust cap 609 is improved. Furthermore, the connection between the voice coil 30 and the support tube 603 can be realized by using the fastening ring 605.

[0073] The fastening ring 605 may be connected to the dust cap 609 by using an assembly adhesive. Of course, the fastening ring 605 may alternatively be connected to the dust cap 609 by, for example, clamps or bolts, although this embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0074] Still referring to FIG. 4 , in some implementations, the diaphragm 601 may surround a diffusion cavity 608 in the shape of an annular truncated cone. The central axis of the diffusion cavity 608 and the central axis of the sleeve 201 may be aligned in a straight line. The diffusion cavity 608 has openings at both ends in the direction of the central axis, and the openings with smaller areas are through holes. A dust cap 609 is disposed in the diffusion cavity 608. The dust cap 609 is connected to the sidewall of the diffusion cavity 608. Correspondingly, the sidewall of the through hole is connected to the voice coil 30. In such a configuration, the voice coil 30 is connected to the dust cap 609 and further to the diaphragm 601 by using a fastening ring 605. The strength of the connection between the voice coil 30 and the diaphragm 60 is improved, so that the voice coil 30 is prevented from coming off the diaphragm 60.

[0075] In an embodiment in which the voice coil 30 includes a tubular body 302 and a coil 301 wound around the tubular body 302, the end of the tubular body 302 away from the bottom 202 is connected to the fastening ring 605 and the sidewall of the through hole of the diaphragm 601 is connected to the sidewall of the tubular body 302.

[0076] In the above embodiment, the first annular groove 606 and the second annular groove 607 may be arranged at an interval in the fastening ring 605. The diameter of the first annular groove 606 is smaller than the diameter of the second annular groove 607. Correspondingly, the end of the support tube 603 remote from the yoke 20 is inserted into the first annular groove 606, and the end of the tubular body 302 remote from the yoke 20 is inserted into the second annular groove 607. In this way, the strength of the connection between the support tube 603 and the tubular body 302 and the fastening ring 605 can be further improved.

[0077] Also, an assembly adhesive is placed in the first annular groove 606 to achieve a connection between the support tube 603 and the fastening ring 605, and then the support tube 603 is inserted into the first annular groove 606. Similarly, an assembly adhesive is placed in the second annular groove 607 to achieve a connection between the tubular body 302 and the fastening ring 605, and then the tubular body 302 is inserted into the second annular groove 607.

[0078] According to the electronic device provided in this embodiment, the yoke 20 of the loudspeaker 1 includes a bottom 202 and a sleeve 201 located on the side of the bottom 202.

[0079] In addition, as the requirements for miniaturization of electronic devices are gradually increasing, by locating both the magnet 40 and the voice coil 30 outside the damper 50, the loudspeaker 1 can further have a robust electromagnetic driving force and robust sensitivity as well as a reduced thickness, thus facilitating ultra-thin design.

[0080] Still referring to Fig. 4, in this embodiment, the loudspeaker 1 further includes a pole piece 70. The pole piece 70 is annular. The pole piece 70 covers the face of the magnet 40 remote from the bottom 202. The pole piece 70 adjusts the magnetic field generated by the magnet 40, so that the magnetic field lines generated by the magnet 40 are concentrated between the inner wall of the pole piece 70 and the sleeve 201. The strength of the magnetic field in which the coil 301 is located is increased, the electromagnetic driving force that drives the voice coil 30 to move is increased, and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker 1 is therefore improved. For example, the material of the pole piece 70 may include a ferromagnetic material such as iron or steel.

[0081] Also, the central axis of the pole piece 70 and the central axis of the magnet 40 are arranged on the same straight line. Furthermore, the edge of the pole piece 70 facing the voice coil 30 protrudes from the edge of the magnet 40 facing the voice coil. In such an arrangement, the distance between the pole piece 70 and the sleeve 201 is smaller than the distance between the magnet 40 and the sleeve 201, and the distance between the inner wall of the pole piece 70 and the coil 301 is smaller, so that the strength of the magnetic field in which the coil 301 is located is further improved, and the electromagnetic driving force that drives and moves the voice coil 30 is further improved.

[0082] In some implementations, the basket 10 includes a groove 101. A groove bottom of the groove 101 includes a mounting hole 102. At least a portion of the voice coil 30 extends from the groove bottom of the groove 101 through the mounting hole 102. The basket 10 may be connected to a face of the pole piece 70 remote from the bottom 202 by using an assembly adhesive or a rivet. In such a configuration, the connection area between the basket 10 and the pole piece 70 is relatively large, thereby improving the connection strength between the basket 10 and the pole piece 70.

[0083] Still referring to Figures 4, 7 and 8, in this embodiment, a registration hole 205 may be arranged on the bottom 202 of the yoke 20. The registration hole 205 is located in the area surrounded by the sleeve 201, and the registration hole 205 communicates with the sleeve 201. In the process of assembling the loudspeaker 1, a fastener is extended into the registration hole 205, and the diaphragm 60 and the yoke 20 are further positioned by using the fastener, thereby facilitating the assembly of the loudspeaker 1 and improving the assembly accuracy of the loudspeaker 1. There may also be multiple registration holes 205. To facilitate the positioning of the diaphragm 60 and the yoke 20, multiple registration holes 205 are arranged at intervals around the central axis of the positioning sleeve 201.

[0084] Scenario 3

[0085] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6. The difference between this embodiment and Scenario 2 is that there may be multiple dampers 50. The multiple dampers 50 are stacked in the direction of the central axis of the sleeve 201. Every two adjacent dampers 50 are separated from each other. That is, the multiple dampers 50 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart. In such a configuration, the multiple dampers 50 can improve the elasticity of the voice coil 30 and further restrict the position of the voice coil 30 in the annular gap 204.

[0086] Moreover, the boss 203 includes a plurality of fastening portions 206. The fastening portions 206 are arranged sequentially along the direction of the central axis of the sleeve 201. Each damper 50 is fastened to one fastening portion 206. With such a configuration, each damper 50 can be in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the sleeve 201. For example, there can be two, three, four fastening portions 206, etc. Correspondingly, the number of dampers 50 is the same as the number of fastening portions 206.

[0087] In some implementations, the fastening portion 206 closest to the bottom 202 and the bottom 202 of the plurality of fastening portions 206 may be of one-piece construction. Two adjacent fastening portions 206 of the other fastening portions 206 may be connected with an assembly adhesive. Alternatively, the fastening portion 206 closest to the bottom 202 and the bottom 202 of the plurality of fastening portions 206 may be of one-piece construction, and a connecting screw hole may be disposed in the fastening portion 206 closest to the bottom 202. Correspondingly, mounting holes are disposed in each of the other fastening portions 206. A connecting bolt passes through the mounting holes of the fastening portions 206 in sequence and engages with the connecting screw hole to connect the fastening portions 206 to each other.

[0088] Of two adjacent fastening portions 206, the fastening portion 206 farther from the bottom 202 does not completely cover the fastening portion 206 closer to the bottom 202. That is, an attachment position is reserved on the end face farther from the bottom of the fastening portion 206 closer to the bottom 202. The damper 50 may cover the attachment position to facilitate attachment of the damper 50. Of course, the damper 50 may alternatively be sandwiched between two adjacent fastening portions 206 to improve the strength of the connection between the damper 50 and the fastening portion 206.

[0089] In another implementation, the fasteners 206 may be of one piece construction. Correspondingly, the fastener 206 farther from the bottom 202 of two adjacent fasteners 206 does not completely cover the fastener 206 closer to the bottom 202, thus ensuring a mounting location on the end face farther from the bottom of the fastener 206 closer to the bottom 202. The damper 50 covers the mounting location to facilitate mounting of the damper 50.
