[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2013-104638 A [Patent Document 1] JP 2002-267399 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In Patent Document 1, the holding frame is made of cardboard, so if multiple bullets hit it, multiple holes are created and the holding frame breaks, which causes the target paper body to bend and make it unusable as a target. This causes the problem that the useful life of the holding frame is short.

[0006] In Patent Document 2, when multiple bullets penetrate the paper tube support tube, the paper tube support tube breaks, causing the target paper body to bend and become unusable as a target. This causes a problem that the useful life of the holding frame is short.

[0007] The present invention was made in consideration of these problems, and has an objective of providing a target frame having a cylindrical or columnar frame made of a paper-containing material, which is less likely to collapse even if bullets penetrate it in multiple places, thereby extending the period of use. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The target frame according to claim 1 has two vertical frame members, each of which is made of a paper-containing material and has a cylindrical or columnar shape, and is arranged at a distance from the left and right. At the same time The target frame is capable of holding a target paper body made of a paper-containing material, and is characterized by comprising: a first horizontal reinforcement member made of bamboo or a paper-containing material and fixedly connected to the upper end portions of the two vertical frame members, and two diagonal connecting reinforcements made of bamboo or a paper-containing material and shaped like a cylinder, pillar or plate, which are fixedly connected to the upper end portions of the two vertical frame members at predetermined positions near the lower end portions of the left and right vertical frame members, and which are fixedly connected to the first horizontal reinforcement member at predetermined positions between the left and right center and the left and right ends of the first horizontal reinforcement member.

[0009] The target frame according to claim 2 has two vertical frame members made of a paper-containing material and arranged at a distance from each other, and a cylindrical or columnar upper horizontal frame member made of a paper-containing material that connects the upper ends of the vertical frame members together. At the same timeThe target frame is capable of holding a target paper body made of a paper-containing material, and is characterized by comprising: a first horizontal reinforcement member made of bamboo or a paper-containing material in the form of a tube, column or plate attached and fixed to the upper horizontal frame member over its entire length in the longitudinal direction; and two diagonal connecting reinforcements made of bamboo or a paper-containing material in the form of a tube, column or plate fixed and connected at predetermined positions near the lower ends of each of the left and right vertical frame members and at predetermined positions between the left-right center and the left and right ends of the first horizontal reinforcement member.

[0010] The target frame according to claim 3, Claim 2 The present invention is characterized in that it has a two-stage structure in which a cylindrical, columnar or plate-shaped second horizontal reinforcement made of bamboo or a paper-containing material is fixedly connected to the upper end portions of the two vertical frame members at a predetermined distance downward in the vertical direction from the upper horizontal frame member and the first horizontal reinforcement, and approximately parallel to the first horizontal reinforcement.

[0011] The target frame body described in claim 4 is characterized in that, in claim 1, it has a two-stage structure in which a second horizontal reinforcement member having a cylindrical, columnar or plate shape and made of bamboo or a paper-containing material is fixedly connected to the upper end portions of the two vertical frame members at a predetermined distance downward in the vertical direction from the first horizontal reinforcement member and approximately parallel to the first horizontal reinforcement member.

[0012] Claim 5 The target frame described in Claim 3 The present invention is characterized in that a connecting joint having a through hole or receiving portion for supporting each of the reinforcements is provided at the fixed connection portion between each of the first horizontal reinforcement, the second horizontal reinforcement or the diagonal connecting reinforcement and each of the frame members of the upper horizontal frame member or the vertical frame member.

Effect of the Invention

[0014] The target frame described in claim 1 has increased strength due to the tubular, columnar or plate-shaped first horizontal reinforcement and diagonal connecting reinforcement made of a paper-containing material, so that the destructive force of a bullet can be suppressed when hit by it, and even if a tubular or columnar vertical frame member made of a paper-containing material collapses when hit by a bullet, the diagonal connecting reinforcement supports the first horizontal reinforcement fixed and connected to the upper end of the vertical frame member, so that the period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket that holds the target paper is maintained and the period during which the height of the lower insertion bracket is maintained can be extended, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the durability of the target frame.

[0015] The target frame described in claim 2 has increased strength due to the tubular, columnar or plate-shaped first horizontal reinforcement and diagonal connecting reinforcement made of a paper-containing material, so that the destructive force of a bullet can be suppressed when hit by it; even if a tubular or columnar vertical frame member made of a paper-containing material collapses when hit by a bullet, the diagonal connecting reinforcement supports the first horizontal reinforcement fixed and connected to the upper end of the vertical frame member, and even if the upper horizontal frame member made of a paper-containing material is hit by a bullet, it is less likely to break because the first horizontal reinforcement is overlapped, so that the period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket that holds the target paper is maintained and the period during which the height of the lower insertion bracket is maintained can be extended, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the durability of the target frame.

[0016] The target frame described in claim 3 has, in addition to the first horizontal reinforcement attached along the upper horizontal frame member, a second horizontal reinforcement that is spaced apart from the upper horizontal frame member in the vertical direction and fixedly connects the upper ends of the left and right vertical frame members. As a result, double reinforcement is provided by the upper horizontal frame member and the first horizontal reinforcement, and the second horizontal reinforcement, making the upper ends of the vertical frame members less likely to collapse. The period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket that holds the target paper body is maintained and the period during which the height of the lower insertion bracket is maintained can be extended, thereby improving the durability of the target frame.

[0017] The target frame described in claim 4 further includes, in addition to the first horizontal reinforcement, a second horizontal reinforcement that fixedly connects the upper ends of the left and right vertical frame members. As a result, double reinforcement is provided by the first and second horizontal reinforcements, making the upper ends of the vertical frame members less likely to collapse. This makes it possible to extend the period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket that holds the target paper body and the period during which the height of the lower insertion bracket is maintained, thereby improving the durability of the target frame.

[0018] The target frame body described in claim 5 can expand the contact area of each of the first horizontal reinforcement member, the second horizontal reinforcement member or the diagonal connecting reinforcement member with each frame member of the upper horizontal frame member or the vertical frame member, thereby increasing the maintenance and fixing force of each reinforcement member with respect to each frame member, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the durability of the target frame body.

[0019] The target frame body described in claim 6 can expand the contact area of each of the first horizontal reinforcement, the second horizontal reinforcement or the diagonal connecting reinforcement with the vertical frame member, thereby increasing the retention and fixing force of each reinforcement with respect to the frame member, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the durability of the target frame body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0021] As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the target frames 1 and 2 of the present invention hold a target paper body 10 made of a paper-containing material such as cardboard used in shooting training, on which, for example, a six-layered round target 11 is drawn, and can be inserted into a hole in a fixed base 13 installed on the floor surface, or into a hole in a traveling drive base (not shown) that moves along a moving track installed on the floor surface and used upright, for example, as shown in Fig. 4, or can be used by hanging the hanging part 12 from a traveling drive mechanism (not shown) that moves along a moving track installed on the ceiling, as shown in Fig. 1.

[0022] In the case of the conventional target frames 20 and 30, as shown in Fig. 13(a) and (b) or Fig. 14(a) and (b), the target frames 20 and 30 capable of holding the target paper body 10 made of cardboard or the like may be made of a paper tube with a short-side cross section of a circular frame, an elliptical frame, a rectangular frame, or a polygonal frame. The target frames 20 and 30 made of a paper tube include a floor type as shown in Fig. 14 and a hanging type as shown in Fig. 13, and are mainly composed of vertical frame members 17a and 17b and an upper horizontal frame member 15 or a lower horizontal frame member 16. The fixing method at the joints of each may be any method that can fix both of them, for example, by wrapping a cable tie or wire around them, or by wrapping a flexible fastening member multiple times to fix them firmly. This fixing method is also used for the target frames 1 and 2 of the present invention. The fastening member may be an adhesive tape such as packing tape, a paper tape, a cloth tape, a vinyl tape, or a string.

[0023] In target frames 21, 31 in which a target paper body is set using a cardboard target frame 20, 30 as shown in Figure 11(a) or Figure 12(a), the strength of the cardboard tube, which has a short-side cross section of a circular, elliptical, rectangular or polygonal frame as shown in Figure 11(b) or Figure 12(b), decreases when many bullets are shot into the cardboard tube, and as shown in Figures 11(c), (d) and 12(c), for example, the vertical frame member 17a collapses, making it difficult to continue using the target frame. The cardboard target frame 20, 30, which is made of a cardboard material that softens with moisture or a synthetic resin material that is easily broken by bullets, has a longer service life, but the inventor has been working on how to extend the service life even further.

[0024] The target paper body 10 itself has the strength to maintain its flat shape, and although a bullet will create a hole in it when it hits, it is made of a material that will not break apart or bounce off the bullet, such as cardboard. As a means for attaching the target paper body 10 to the target frame 20, 30, for example, as shown in Figure 15(b) or (c), there is an insertion bracket 18a that forms a gap at the left and right upper ends of the target frame 20, 30 through which the target paper body 10 can be inserted in the vertical direction, and an insertion bracket 18b that forms a gap at the left and right lower ends of the target frame 20, 30 through which the target paper body 10 can be inserted in the vertical direction and has a receiving part 19 to prevent the target paper body 10 from descending, and the target paper body 10 is attached to the target frame 20, 30 as shown in Figure 15(a). The insertion brackets 18a, 18b can also be provided on the target frame 1, 2 as a means for attaching the target paper body 10.

[0025] Therefore, in order to make it difficult for the target frames 20, 30 to lose their shape even when a bullet is shot into them and to extend their service life, the inventors made various attempts and came up with the present invention. As a result, in order to keep the vertical state of the target paper body 10 for a longer period even if a bullet penetrates the target frames 20, 30, the height of the insertion brackets 18a and 18b, which are the mounting means of the target paper body 10, must be maintained. Since the insertion bracket 18a is attached to the upper end of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b, the function of maintaining the height of the upper end of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b is strengthened, and since the insertion bracket 18b is attached to the lower end of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b, the function of maintaining the height of the lower end of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b is strengthened.

[0026] Therefore, the target frame body 1 is of a type in which the upper ends of the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b are fixedly connected by an upper horizontal frame member 15, as shown in Figures 1 to 3 (hereinafter referred to as the hanging type), and of a type in which the upper ends of the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b are not fixedly connected by an upper horizontal frame member 15, as shown in Figures 4 to 6 (hereinafter referred to as the floor type). The present invention will be described for each type.

[0027] In the case of the floor-type target frame 2, 30, as shown in FIG. 14(a), the lower horizontal frame member 16 is not provided. form14(b), and has a lower horizontal frame member 16, but they are common in that they do not have an upper horizontal frame member 15 and have left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b. In the case of the conventional floor-type target frame 30, the function of maintaining the height of the upper ends of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b is currently only the vertical frame members 17a, 17b themselves. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 12(c), if one of the vertical frame members 17a has many bullet penetration holes, the vertical frame member 17a will break at the concentrated point of the penetration holes, and the target paper body 10 will also bend due to the influence, hiding part of the target 11 and making it difficult to use. In the case of the floor-type target frame 2, 30, the insertion bracket 18b is attached to the lower end of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b inserted into the hole in the base 13, so that it is hardly affected by bullets and the height of the insertion bracket 18b can be maintained for a long time.

[0028] At this time, as shown in Figure 12 (c), since the strength of the other vertical frame member 17b is often still sufficient, if a first horizontal reinforcement member 4 is additionally reinforced by being wound and fixedly connected to the vertical frame member 17b with a flexible fastening member at approximately right angles, even if the strength of the vertical frame member 17a decreases, the first horizontal reinforcement member 4 can maintain the height of the upper end of the vertical frame member 17a in a cantilever state, thereby maintaining the height of the insertion bracket 18a.

[0029] Furthermore, in order to further strengthen the fixed connection strength between the first horizontal reinforcement 4 and the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b, the vertical frame members 17a, 17b are used at both left and right ends of the first horizontal reinforcement 4 to support the other vertical frame member 17b in a cantilever state when the strength of the vertical frame member 17a is reduced, and additional support means are provided. These additional support means are the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b arranged on the lines connecting the lower sides of the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b and the center of the first horizontal reinforcement 4 to predetermined positions on the left and right sides. The diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixedly connected to each other so as to be supported in a V-shape by wrapping both ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b with a flexible fastening member in multiple layers. This further strengthens the function of maintaining the height of the upper ends of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b, i.e., the height of the insertion bracket 18a.

[0030] Therefore, in the case of the floor type of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the target frame body 2 has two vertically arranged cylindrical or columnar vertical frame members 17a and 17b made of a paper-containing material, which are spaced apart left and right. The target frame body 2 is capable of holding the target paper body 10 made of a paper-containing material, and is fixedly connected to the upper end portions of the two vertical frame members 17a and 17b respectively. A first horizontally arranged reinforcing member 4 made of bamboo or a paper-containing material, which is cylindrical, columnar or plate-shaped, and is fixedly connected at predetermined positions near the lower end portions of the left and right vertical frame members 17a and 17b respectively, and is fixedly connected at predetermined positions between the central portion in the left-right direction and the left and right end portions of the first horizontally arranged reinforcing member 4. Two substantially inverted V-shaped inclined connecting and reinforcing members 6a and 6b made of bamboo or a paper-containing material, which are cylindrical, columnar or plate-shaped, are provided.

[0031] The paper-containing material is a material in which paper is contained in the material. For example, there are paper, pulp made from fibrous raw materials of wood, pulp made from non-wood fibrous raw materials such as hemp, bamboo, and straw, a mixture of synthetic resin and paper material, cardboard material, etc. It means a material containing a paper material without being limited to these.

[0032] The cylindrical shape means that the cross-section in the short side direction of the cylinder is a circular frame shape, an elliptical frame shape, a square frame shape, a polygonal frame shape, etc., and any of these shapes may be used. The columnar shape means that the cross-section in the short side direction of the column is a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a square shape, a polygonal shape, etc., and any of these shapes may be used.

[0033] Next, in the case of the hanging type target frame bodies 1 and 20, as shown in FIG. 13(a), there is a form without the lower horizontal frame member 16 Have and a form with the lower horizontal frame member 16 as shown in FIG. 13(b). However, the upper horizontal frame member 15 and the left and right vertical frame members 17a and 17b are commonly provided.

[0034] In the case of a configuration that does not have a lower horizontal frame member 16 as shown in Fig. 11(a), when a bullet is fired as shown in Fig. 11(b), the vertical frame member 17a breaks in midstream, causing the device to tilt and fall as shown in Fig. 11(c), making it difficult to use. In the case of a configuration that has a lower horizontal frame member 16, one side of the vertical frame member 17a and the upper horizontal frame member 15 will sag downward as shown in Fig. 11(d), making it difficult to use.

[0035] Therefore, in the case of the hanging type target frame body 1, 20, realizing an extension of the period for which the height of the upper insertion bracket 18a is maintained and an extension of the period for which the height of the lower insertion bracket 18b is maintained will lead to the hanging type target frame body 1 being able to be used for a long period of time.

[0036] Therefore, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the target frame 1 of the present invention in the case of the hanging type has two vertically oriented tubular or columnar vertical frame members 17a, 17b made of a paper-containing material arranged at a distance from each other on the left and right, and a tubular or columnar upper horizontal frame member 15 made of a paper-containing material that fixedly connects the upper ends of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b to each other, and is capable of holding a target paper body 10 made of a paper-containing material. The target frame 1 is equipped with a tubular, columnar or plate-shaped first horizontal reinforcing member 4 made of bamboo or a paper-containing material and fixed in an affixed state over the entire length in the longitudinal direction to the upper horizontal frame member 15, and two tubular, columnar or plate-shaped diagonal connecting reinforcing members 6a, 6b made of bamboo or a paper-containing material that are fixedly connected at predetermined positions near the lower ends of the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b, respectively, and are fixedly connected at predetermined positions between the left and right center and the left and right ends of the first horizontal reinforcing member 4.

[0037] 1, a target frame 1A in which the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b in the target frame 1a in FIG. 1 are extended to the hanging portion 12 and the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixed to the hanging portion 12 is one embodiment of the target frame 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 16, a target frame 1A in which the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b in the target frame 1a in FIG. 1 are extended to the hanging portion 12 and the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixed to the hanging portion 12 is one embodiment of the target frame 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 17, a target frame 1B in which the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b in the target frame 1b in FIG. 2 are extended to the hanging portion 12 and the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixed to the hanging portion 12 is one embodiment of the target frame 1 of the present invention. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 18, a target frame 1C in which the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b in the target frame 1c in FIG. 3 are extended to the hanging portion 12 and the upper ends of the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixed to the hanging portion 12 is also one embodiment of the target frame 1 of the present invention.

[0038] Target frame body 1A, target frame body 1B, or target frame body 1C can further extend the period during which the height of first horizontal reinforcement member 4 etc. is maintained, and can increase the strength of the fixation between the hanging portion 12 and the upper horizontal frame member 15.

[0039] The floor type and the hanging type have a common configuration, and the main components of the present invention are the first horizontal reinforcement 4 and the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b as shown in Fig. 7. As examples of target frames 1, 2 using the form of reinforcement 3a shown in Fig. 7, a hanging type target frame 1a is shown in Fig. 1 and a floor type target frame 2a is shown in Fig. 3.

[0040] The first horizontal reinforcement member 4 is made of bamboo or a paper-containing material and is tubular, pillar-like, or plate-like, and in the case of a target frame body 2 of the type having left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b without an upper horizontal frame member 15, it is fixedly connected by wrapping it multiple times with a flexible fastening member in an erected state around the upper ends of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b, as shown in Figures 4 to 6. In the case of a target frame body 1 of the type having left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b and an upper horizontal frame member 15 fixedly connected by wrapping it multiple times with a fastening member in an erected state around the upper ends of the vertical frame members 17a, 17b, as shown in Figures 1 to 3.

[0041] In order to further strengthen the fixed connection between the first horizontal reinforcement 4 and the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b, the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are provided. The diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b are fixed and connected at predetermined positions near the lower ends of the left and right vertical frame members 17a, 17b, respectively, and are fixed and connected at predetermined positions between the left and right center and the left and right ends of the first horizontal reinforcement 4, respectively, and are obliquely installed in an approximately V-shaped manner as two cylindrical, columnar or plate-like members made of bamboo or paper-containing material.

[0042] The diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a, 6b make it easier to maintain the height of the upper horizontal frame member 15 than at least a cantilever structure, even if the vertical frame members 17a, 17b are damaged between the upper end and the center by a bullet, and therefore the height of the insertion bracket 18a can be easily maintained for a longer period of time. This improves the durability of the target frames 1, 2.

[0043] Furthermore, in order to extend the period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket 18a is maintained, a second horizontal reinforcement 5 that can be expected to have substantially the same function as the first horizontal reinforcement 4 is provided as shown in FIG. 8. The second horizontal reinforcement 5 is a cylindrical, columnar, or plate-shaped reinforcement made of bamboo or a paper-containing material, which is spaced apart from the upper horizontal frame member 15 and the first horizontal reinforcement 4 downward in the vertical direction and is fixedly connected to the upper ends of the two vertical frame members 17a and 17b substantially parallel to the first horizontal reinforcement 4, realizing a two-stage structure. The second horizontal reinforcement 5 is fixed by wrapping a flexible fastening member in multiple layers. As examples of target frames 1 and 2 using the reinforcement 3b shown in FIG. 8, a hanging type target frame 1b is shown in FIG. 2 and a floor type target frame 2b is shown in FIG. 5.

[0044] Furthermore, in order to further strengthen the fixed connection between the first horizontal reinforcement 4 and the left and right vertical frame members 17a and 17b, for example, as shown in Fig. 9, a connecting joint 7 having a through hole 41 or a receiving part 42 for supporting each of the reinforcements is provided at the fixed connection part between each of the reinforcements 3 of the first horizontal reinforcement 4, the second horizontal reinforcement 5, or the diagonal connecting reinforcements 6a and 6b and the upper horizontal frame member 15 or each of the vertical frame members 17a and 17b, as shown in Fig. 10(b), and as shown in Fig. 10(c), for example, the first horizontal reinforcement 4 is placed on the receiving part 42 and the second horizontal reinforcement 5 is passed through the through hole 41. From this state, a flexible tightening member is wound multiple times. As examples of target frames 1 and 2 using the form of the reinforcement 3c shown in Fig. 9, a hanging type target frame 1c is shown in Fig. 3 and a floor type target frame 2c is shown in Fig. 6. Furthermore, the contact surface shape of the connecting joint 7 with each of the frame members may be flat and completely flat as shown in FIG. 10(a), or may be circular and linear, and may be any shape that can be wrapped and fixed with the fastening member.

[0045] The connecting joints 7, through which the reinforcing members 3a, 3b, 3c are passed or placed, are brought into contact with the frame members 15, 16, 17a, 17b over a wide area and fixedly connected with a fastening member having flexibility wound in multiple layers, so that the strength of the connecting and fixing parts can be improved more than when the ends of the reinforcing members 3a, 3b, 3c are directly fixedly connected with the frame members 15, 16, 17a, 17b with a fastening member wound in multiple layers. This increases the strength of the target frames 1, 2 and further extends the period during which the height of the upper insertion bracket 18a and the height of the lower insertion bracket 18b are maintained. Therefore, the target frames 1, 2 of the present invention have a significantly improved durability compared to the conventional target frames 20, 30.

[0046] The reinforcing member 3, which is one of the main components of the target frames 1 and 2 of the present invention, is a reinforcing member 3a having the first horizontal reinforcing member 4 and the diagonal connecting reinforcing members 6a and 6b as shown in Fig. 7, a reinforcing member 3b having the first horizontal reinforcing member 4, the second horizontal reinforcing member 5 and the diagonal connecting reinforcing members 6a and 6b as shown in Fig. 8, or a reinforcing member 3c having the first horizontal reinforcing member 4, the second horizontal reinforcing member 5, the diagonal connecting reinforcing members 6a and 6b and the connecting joint 7 as shown in Fig. 9. In either case, the positions of the insertion brackets 18a and 18b that hold the target paper body 10 can be maintained for a longer period of time than in the past, even if a through hole is made in the upper horizontal frame member 15, the lower horizontal frame member 16 or the vertical frame members 17a and 17b by a bullet.
