coating for night shooting training. The reflecting near-
infrared light target ring
coating comprises a base layer, a reflecting
composite coating and a surface hydrophobic layer. The base material is
polymer resin with high durability; the reflective
composite coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15% of a reflective microbead
composite material, 10% of a filtering material, 15% of a
flame-retardant material and 60% of a binder. The reflective micro-bead
composite material comprises micro-beads prepared from a high-refractive-index and high-transparency material and a
metal coating coated outside the micro-beads. The target ring coating disclosed by the invention shows an excellent reflective effect under
night vision equipment through reasonable component combination and a preparation method, especially at the
wavelength of 800nm. Clear target ring images can be provided in cooperation with shooting training equipment, and the effectiveness and safety of night training are greatly improved. In addition, the coating shows good
flame retardant property in a high-temperature shooting environment, and long-term stability and durability of the coating are ensured.
