The cuttage propagation adopting the method has high survival ratio and fast propagation speed. The invention is suitable for the climatic environments in most parts of Yangtze River Delta in China and has the survival ratio up to 80-90 percent, and the obtained nursery plantlets of the Virginia oaks have sound quality.
