Abstract

The present invention relates to a powder scattering melting furnace with two regenerators, which is used for glass production, smelting of wrought iron and non-ferrous metals, vaporization of solid fuels, etc. [Solution] Conventional melting furnaces have two regenerative chambers, which are used to preheat the oxygen-containing gas and cool the high-temperature gas product, respectively, and therefore require the raw materials to be fed into two melting furnaces separately. In this case, the molten material may solidify and adhere to the inner walls of the raw material feed inlets of the two melting furnaces, causing the inlets to become clogged, affecting the feed of raw materials and significantly affecting the operation of the melting furnace. The powder-spattering melting furnace with two regenerative chambers of the present invention has a blowing gas inlet on a shared raw material feed pipe or raw material feed pipe, a forced raw material feed device installed on the raw material feed inlet, and a movable raw material feed pipe, which effectively prevents the molten material from solidifying and adhering to the inner walls of the raw material feed inlet of the melting furnace.

Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, and specifically to a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators in which powdered raw materials (or ash containing powdered solid fuel) are melted at high temperatures in a scattering state. The powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators can be used for glass production, smelting of wrought iron and nonferrous metals, gasification of solid fuel, etc. [Background technology]

[0002] When manufacturing glass, smelting wrought iron and non-ferrous metals, vaporizing solid fuel, etc., powdered raw materials (or powdered solid fuel) need to be fed into a high-temperature melting furnace for reaction. By scattering powdered raw materials (or powdered solid fuel) into high-temperature gas for high-temperature reaction, the efficiency of heat and mass transfer can be improved, and the amount of raw materials used and production costs can be reduced.

[0003] US Patent No. US8,747,524B2 discloses a melting furnace. The melting furnace reacts powdered raw materials such as glass raw materials, wrought iron raw materials, raw materials for non-ferrous metal manufacturing, and solid fuels at high temperatures in a scattering state, and recovers the exhaust heat generated by the high-temperature reaction. The melting furnace is provided with two regenerators, which are used to preheat the oxygen-containing gas and cool the high-temperature gas product, respectively. However, when the raw materials are fed into the two melting furnaces, the molten material may solidify and adhere to the inner walls of the raw material supply inlets of the two melting furnaces, causing the raw material supply inlets to become clogged, which may affect the supply of raw materials. If the raw materials cannot be supplied smoothly, the supply amount of raw materials may decrease, the production amount may decrease, and the stable operation of the melting furnace may be affected. If the raw materials cannot be supplied due to the complete clogging of the raw material supply inlet, the operation of the melting furnace must be stopped to solve the problem, which may result in a large economic loss. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In order to solve the above technical problem, the inventor has repeatedly researched and proposed a method of changing the direction of the regenerator once every predetermined time. By changing the direction once, the air flow direction in the melting furnace and the regenerator is changed to the direction before the direction change, and the two regenerators respectively perform pre-heating of the oxygen-containing gas and cooling of the high-temperature gas product, and feed the raw material to the two melting furnaces respectively. The melting furnace connected to the regenerator for pre-heating the oxygen-containing gas is in a raw material supply state, and the fuel (when performing gasification of solid fuel, the fuel is the fuel input into the furnace cavity from the raw material supply inlet. In the following content, the content in parentheses all refer to the case of performing gasification of solid fuel) in the furnace cavity of the melting furnace and the pre-heated oxygen-containing gas are quickly mixed and burned, so that the temperature can be raised to the melting temperature of the powdered raw material (or powdered solid fuel-containing ash). The temperature must be raised to 1450°C or higher for glass production, wrought iron production, and solid fuel vaporization, and 1350°C or higher for rapid smelting of copper concentrate. The powdered raw materials (or powdered solid fuel) are mixed with the high-temperature gas and dispersed, so that the efficiency of heat and mass transfer is very high, and the powdered raw materials (or ash containing powdered solid fuel) is rapidly melted and turned into liquid molten dust. The liquid molten dust in the furnace cavity flows along the furnace wall due to the flow of the high-temperature gas, and most of the liquid molten dust adheres to the furnace wall. The liquid molten dust adhering to the furnace wall flows to the bottom of the furnace cavity due to gravity and is discharged from the liquid outlet near the bottom. The high-temperature gas discharged from the gas outlet of the melting furnace contains a small amount of molten dust, but when the high-temperature gas enters the second melting furnace, the second melting furnace is in a state where the supply of raw material is stopped, and the small amount of molten dust contained in the high-temperature gas is purified by the furnace body wall of the second melting furnace, and the purified high-temperature gas is input into a heat regenerator that cools the high-temperature gas product, thereby recovering heat. When powdered raw material (or powdered solid fuel) is fed into a melting furnace connected to a heat regenerator that preheats an oxygen-containing gas, a small amount of powdered raw material (or powdered solid fuel) adheres to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace. When the direction is changed, the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace is put into a state where raw material supply is stopped, and the high-temperature gas sent from the other melting furnace to the melting furnace heats the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace, so that the powdered raw material (or ash containing powdered solid fuel) adhering to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet is heated so as to melt and can adhere to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet. When the direction is changed again, the raw material supply inlet is put into a raw material supply state again, and the newly sent powdered raw material (or powdered solid fuel) adheres to the molten material adhering to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet and can lower the temperature of the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet. As a result, the molten material adhering to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet can be cooled and solidified. When the direction is changed multiple times, the molten material adheres and solidifies multiple times, and the adhesion accumulates, which may cause clogging. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] In order to solve the above problem, the inventor has proposed a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerative chambers according to the first embodiment of the present invention through repeated research and experiments. The powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerative chambers includes two melting furnaces, a raw material supply device and an oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system. The oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system includes two regenerative chambers, two input gas flow directional control valves, two exhaust gas flow directional control valves, an oxygen-containing gas input device and a gas exhaust device. In the two regenerative chambers, one regenerative chamber is used to pre-heat the oxygen-containing gas, and the other regenerative chamber is used to cool the high-temperature gas product. The regenerative chamber for pre-heating the oxygen-containing gas includes a gas inlet and a pre-heated gas outlet, and the regenerative chamber for cooling the high-temperature gas product includes a high-temperature gas inlet and a cooling gas outlet.

[0006] Preferably, in the method for connecting the components of the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system, the oxygen-containing gas input device is fluidly connected to the gas inlet by one input gas flow directional control valve being in an open state and to the cooling gas outlet by another input gas flow directional control valve being in an off state, and the gas exhaust device is fluidly connected to the cooling gas outlet by one exhaust gas flow directional control valve being in an open state and to the gas inlet by another exhaust gas flow directional control valve being in an off state.

[0007] Preferably, the melting furnace includes a raw material supply directional control valve, a raw material supply pipe, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, and a raw material supply inlet. The raw material supply pipe of the melting furnace includes an outlet end and an inlet end, the outlet end is connected to the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace in a communicating state, and the inlet end is connected to the raw material supply directional control valve of the melting furnace. The raw material supply directional control valves of the two melting furnaces are respectively connected to a raw material supply device by a common raw material supply pipe. The pre-heated gas outlet is connected to the gas inlet of one melting furnace in a communicating state, the raw material supply directional control valve of the melting furnace is in an open state, the gas outlet of the melting furnace is connected to the gas inlet of another melting furnace in a communicating state through a gas flow passage, the raw material supply directional control valve of the other melting furnace is in an off state, and the gas outlet of the other melting furnace is connected to the high temperature gas inlet in a communicating state. A blowing gas inlet is formed on the common raw material supply pipe.

[0008] Compared with the prior art, the present invention can prevent the powdered raw material from adhering to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet by blowing the blowing gas onto the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet, and can avoid the accumulation of molten material and the clogging of the raw material supply inlet.

[0009] According to the inventor's research, under ideal conditions, the molten dust contained in the high-temperature gas is purified by the cavity in the two melting furnaces, and the high-temperature gas is made into a very clean high-temperature gas and is input into a heat regenerator for cooling the high-temperature gas product, so that the heat can be recovered. Under ideal conditions, the above method can effectively solve the problem of the raw material supply inlet being clogged. However, under non-ideal conditions, the molten dust cannot be purified 100%, and the high-temperature gas contains molten dust that is not completely purified. In that case, the molten dust will jump into the raw material supply inlet of the second melting furnace, which is in a state where the raw material supply is stopped, and will adhere to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet, and after a long time, the raw material supply inlet may be clogged.

[0010] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have proposed a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the second embodiment of the present invention through repeated research and experiments. The powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators includes two melting furnaces and an oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system, and the components and the connection method of the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system are similar to those of the first embodiment, but the differences are as follows: The melting furnace includes a raw material supply device, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a raw material supply inlet and a raw material supply pipe. The raw material supply pipe of the melting furnace includes an outlet end and an inlet end, the outlet end is connected in communication with the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace, and the inlet end is connected in communication with the raw material supply device of the melting furnace. The pre-heated gas outlet is connected in communication with the gas inlet of one melting furnace, the raw material supply device of the melting furnace is in a raw material supply start state, the gas outlet of the melting furnace is connected in communication with the gas inlet of another melting furnace through a gas flow passage, the raw material supply device of the other melting furnace is in a raw material supply stop state, and the gas outlet of the other melting furnace is connected in communication with the high temperature gas inlet. A blowing gas inlet is formed on the raw material supply pipe.

[0011] The raw material supply pipes of the two melting furnaces are each formed with a blowing gas inlet, so that when the raw material supply device of one melting furnace is in a raw material supply stop state, the blowing gas can be fed into the furnace cavity from the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace, which can prevent high-temperature molten dust that is not completely purified by the furnace cavity from flying into the raw material supply inlet and can avoid clogging caused by the high-temperature molten dust adhering to the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet. In addition, by cooling the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the inner wall of the raw material supply inlet from rising above the melting temperature of the powdered raw material (or ash containing powdered solid fuel).

[0012] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have proposed a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the third embodiment of the present invention through repeated research and experiments. A forced raw material supply device is installed on the raw material supply inlet. The forced raw material supply device forcibly feeds the powdered raw material in the raw material supply pipe into the raw material supply inlet by the driving force of a mechanical device.

[0013] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have proposed a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention through repeated research and experiments. The powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators includes two melting furnaces and an oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system, and the components and the connection method of the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system are similar to those of the first embodiment, but the differences are as follows: The melting furnace includes a raw material supply device, a raw material supply pipe, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, and a raw material supply inlet. The raw material supply pipe of the melting furnace is a mobile raw material supply pipe, and the outlet end of the mobile raw material supply pipe is movably connected to the raw material supply inlet. The pre-heated gas outlet is connected in communication with the gas inlet of one melting furnace, the raw material supply inlet of the melting furnace is connected in communication with the raw material supply device by the mobile raw material supply pipe, the gas outlet of the melting furnace is connected in communication with the gas inlet of another melting furnace by a gas flow passage, and the gas outlet of the other melting furnace is connected in communication with the high temperature gas inlet. The raw material supply inlet of the other melting furnace is connected in a non-communicative state to the outlet end of the mobile raw material supply pipe. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] First embodiment 1 to 3, the powder scattering type fusion furnace with two regenerators of the present invention includes two melting furnaces, a raw material supply device 1, and an oxygen-containing gas preheating system. The oxygen-containing gas preheating system includes two regenerators 3, two input gas flow directional control valves 4, two exhaust gas flow directional control valves 5, an oxygen-containing gas input device 6, and a gas exhaust device 7. Of the two regenerators 3, one regenerator 3 is used for preheating the oxygen-containing gas, and the other regenerator 3 is used for cooling the high-temperature gas product. The regenerator 3 for preheating the oxygen-containing gas includes a gas inlet 18 and a preheated gas outlet 19, and the regenerator 3 for cooling the high-temperature gas product includes a high-temperature gas inlet 20 and a cooled gas outlet 21.

[0016] The method of connecting the components of the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system has the following characteristics: The oxygen-containing gas input device 6 is connected in communication with the gas inlet 18 by one input gas flow directional control valve 4 (the input gas flow directional control valve 4 shown on the right side of FIG. 1) in an open state, and connected to the cooling gas outlet 21 by another input gas flow directional control valve 4 (the input gas flow directional control valve 4 shown on the left side of FIG. 1) in an off state. The gas discharge device 7 is connected in communication with the cooling gas outlet 21 by one discharge gas flow directional control valve 5 (the discharge gas flow directional control valve 5 shown on the left side of FIG. 1) in an open state, and connected to the gas inlet 18 by another discharge gas flow directional control valve 5 (the discharge gas flow directional control valve 5 shown on the right side of FIG. 1) in an off state.

[0017] 2 and 3, the melting furnace includes a raw material supply directional control valve 8, a raw material supply pipe 9, a gas inlet 10, a gas outlet 12, and a raw material supply inlet 13. The raw material supply pipe 9 of the melting furnace includes an outlet end 15 and an inlet end 16, the outlet end 15 being connected in communication with the raw material supply inlet 13 of the melting furnace, and the inlet end 16 being connected to the raw material supply directional control valve 8 of the melting furnace. The raw material supply directional control valves 8 of the two melting furnaces are each connected to the raw material supply device 1 by a shared raw material supply pipe 17. The preheated gas outlet 19 is connected in communication with the gas inlet 10 of one of the melting furnaces, the raw material supply directional control valve 8 of the melting furnace (the raw material supply directional control valve 8 shown on the right side of FIG. 2) is opened, the gas outlet 12 of the melting furnace is connected in communication with the gas inlet 10 of another of the melting furnaces by a gas flow passage 22, the raw material supply directional control valve 8 of the other of the melting furnaces (the raw material supply directional control valve 8 shown on the left side of FIG. 2) is opened, and the gas outlet 12 of the other of the melting furnaces is connected in communication with the high temperature gas inlet 20. A blowing gas inlet 23 is formed on the common raw material supply pipe 17.

[0018] The input gas flow direction control valve 4 and the exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 are used to switch the gas flow direction. When one input gas flow direction control valve 4 and one exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 are opened, the other input gas flow direction control valve 4 and the other exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 are turned off. After a predetermined time has elapsed, the input gas flow direction control valve 4 and the exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 switch the gas flow direction. That is, the input gas flow direction control valve 4 and the exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 that are opened before switching the gas flow direction are turned off by switching the gas flow direction, and the input gas flow direction control valve 4 and the exhaust gas flow direction control valve 5 that are turned off before switching the gas flow direction are turned open by switching the gas flow direction. The raw material supply direction control valve 8 that was in an open state before the gas flow direction was switched is turned off by switching the gas flow direction, and the raw material supply direction control valve 8 that was in an off state before the gas flow direction was switched is turned open by switching the gas flow direction. The gas flow direction can be switched once every 10 to 60 minutes.

[0019] Compared with the prior art, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the blowing gas inlet 23 is formed on the common raw material supply pipe 17, so that the blowing gas and the powdered raw material input by the raw material supply device 1 can be mixed and fed into the furnace cavity 11 through the raw material supply direction control valve 8 in an open state, the raw material supply pipe 9 connected in communication with the raw material supply direction control valve 8, and the raw material supply inlet 13. The blowing gas is injected into the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13, so that the powdered raw material can be prevented from adhering to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13. When the raw material supply direction control valve 8 connected in communication with the raw material supply pipe 9 is turned off, the raw material to be fed into the furnace cavity 11 and the blowing gas do not exist in the raw material supply pipe 9 (as shown in FIG. 3). The high-temperature gas in the furnace cavity 11 can heat the temperature of the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the powdered raw material (or ash containing powdered solid fuel). By injecting the blowing gas, it is possible to prevent the powdered raw material from adhering to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13, and to prevent clogging of the molten material due to the adhesion of the molten material.

[0020] Second embodiment 1 and 4, in the second embodiment of the present invention, a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators is constructed by using the area defined by the dotted circle 26 in Fig. 4 instead of the area defined by the dotted circle 24 in Fig. 1. The structure of the second embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment, and the difference is that a blowing gas transport pipe 27 is connected to the blowing gas inlet 23 formed on the common raw material supply pipe 17 in the second embodiment, and a valve 28 is attached on the blowing gas transport pipe 27.

[0021] Third embodiment Referring to Figures 5 and 6, the powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes two melting furnaces and the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system described in the first embodiment. Compared with the first embodiment, the third embodiment has the following differences:

[0022] The melting furnace according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a raw material supply device 1, a gas inlet 10, a gas outlet 12, a raw material supply inlet 13 and a raw material supply pipe 9. The raw material supply pipe 9 of the melting furnace includes an outlet end 15 and an inlet end 16, the outlet end 15 is connected to the raw material supply inlet 13 of the melting furnace, and the inlet end 16 is connected in communication with the raw material supply device 1 of the melting furnace. The pre-heated gas outlet 19 is connected in communication with the gas inlet 10 of one melting furnace, the raw material supply device 1 of the melting furnace is in a raw material supply start state, the gas outlet 12 of the melting furnace is connected in communication with the gas inlet 10 of another melting furnace by a gas flow passage 22, the raw material supply device 1 of the other melting furnace is in a raw material supply stop state, and the gas outlet 12 of the other melting furnace is connected in communication with the high temperature gas inlet 20. A blowing gas inlet 23 is formed on the raw material supply pipe 9.

[0023] Fourth embodiment 5 and 7, in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators is constructed by using the area defined by the dotted circle 31 in Fig. 7 instead of the area defined by the dotted circle 30 in Fig. 5. The structure of the fourth embodiment is similar to that of the third embodiment, and the difference is that a blowing gas transport pipe 27 is connected to the blowing gas inlet 23 formed on the raw material supply pipe 9 in the fourth embodiment, and a valve 28 is attached on the blowing gas transport pipe 27.

[0024] The valve 28 installed on the blowing gas transport pipe 27 can adjust the opening and closing of the blowing gas injection and the amount of the blowing gas injected. By adjusting the amount of the blowing gas injected appropriately, it is possible to avoid the inability to thoroughly remove the raw materials on the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 when the amount of the blowing gas injected is too small, and to avoid the waste of the blowing gas when the amount of the blowing gas injected is too large. When the blowing gas is not preheated and the temperature of the blowing gas is low, if the amount of the blowing gas injected is too large, the temperature in the furnace cavity 11 may be excessively reduced.

[0025] By injecting a small amount of blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet 13 in which the raw material supply is stopped, it is possible to prevent molten dust from entering. In this case, the amount of blowing gas injected by the valve 28 can be reduced. There is no need to continue injecting blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet 13 during raw material supply, and the powder raw material adhering to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 can be blown off by opening the valve 28 before changing the direction. When this operation is performed for about 3 to 5 seconds, the valve 28 can be turned off. In the second embodiment, it is necessary to turn off the valve 28 after changing the direction. By injecting blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet 13 where the raw material supply has started, the temperature of the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 is cooled to below the melting temperature of the powder raw material (or ash containing powdered solid fuel), and when the raw material supply device 1 starts the raw material supply operation again, it is possible to prevent the newly fed powder raw material from melting and adhering to the inner wall 29 in a high temperature state. After the operation is performed for about 5 to 10 seconds, the valve 28 can be turned off. When the above method is used in glass production, in order to reduce the amount of blowing gas used, the worker usually adopts a work method in which the blowing gas is not constantly injected into the raw material supply inlet 13 during raw material supply. However, if the valve 28 cannot be turned off due to a malfunction, the blowing gas can be continuously injected into the raw material supply inlet 13 during raw material supply. After the glass production is continued for two days under such circumstances, the quality of the glass is recorded in a production statistics table. According to the production statistics table, it is found that the pass rate of the glass is improved by 2.7% in the two-day production operation. According to a two-month experiment, it is found that the pass rate of the glass is improved by 3.6% by the method of continuously injecting the blowing gas into the raw material supply pipe 9 during raw material supply.

[0026] Experiments have shown that when performing iron smelting, copper smelting (hereinafter, abbreviated as copper smelting) or solid fuel gasification using the powder scattering type melting furnace with regenerator of the embodiment, the amount of raw material used can be reduced by injecting blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet 13, in comparison with the above-mentioned operating method. Specifically, When making wrought iron, the amount of raw materials used to produce 1 ton of iron can be reduced by 3.2%, When smelting copper, the amount of raw materials used to produce 1 ton of copper can be reduced by 2.7%, When solid fuel gasification is implemented, the amount of solid fuel used to produce one cubic meter of gaseous fuel can be reduced by 2.6%.

[0027] According to research, powdered raw materials have viscosity. If no blowing gas is injected into the raw material supply inlet 13, agglomerates may be formed in the powdered raw materials inputted into the furnace chamber cavity 11 through the raw material supply inlet 13. If the agglomerates of the powdered raw materials inputted into the furnace chamber cavity 11 are not blown away by the high-temperature air current in the furnace, the surface of the powdered agglomerates may melt quickly, and powdered agglomerates surrounded by molten liquid may be formed. Since the powdered agglomerates surrounded by molten liquid are difficult to blow away by the high-temperature air current in the furnace chamber cavity, the speed of the thermal reaction between the powdered raw materials inside the powdered agglomerates and the substances of the high-temperature gas outside them is slowed down, and the following problems may occur.

[0028] When glass is produced, the powdered raw material is a powdered glass raw material. The powdered raw material inside the powder agglomerates of the glass raw material surrounded by the molten liquid cannot be melted sufficiently, and the particles of the powdered raw material that are not melted sufficiently are discharged outside the melting furnace. This may cause foreign matter to enter the molded glass product such as a flat glass or a glass bottle, making it a non-conforming product.

[0029] When making wrought iron, the powdered raw material includes ironstone powder and powdered fluxing ore. The powdered fluxing ore is usually limestone. The high-temperature gas in the furnace cavity 11 is a high-temperature reducing gas containing CO and H2. Since the powdered raw material is sufficiently dispersed in the high-temperature reducing gas, the efficiency of heat transfer and mass transfer of the powdered raw material is very high, so that the powdered raw material can be melted into liquid quickly, and the liquid iron can be quickly extracted, and the molten cinder can be discharged from the liquid outlet 2. Since the efficiency of heat transfer and mass transfer between the iron ore powder inside the powder agglomerates surrounded by the molten liquid and the high-temperature reducing gas outside is very slow, the iron contained in the iron ore powder cannot be sufficiently reduced and extracted, and the iron ore powder that is not completely extracted is turned into cinder and discharged outside the melting furnace.

[0030] When copper smelting, the powdered raw materials include copper sulfide concentrate powder and powdered solvent. As the powdered raw materials are sufficiently dispersed in the high-temperature reducing gas in the furnace chamber, after 2 to 3 seconds, oxidation desulfurization, melting, slag-making, etc. are performed to form copper matte and cinder. The formed copper matte and cinder are discharged from the liquid outlet 2. As the efficiency of heat and mass transfer between the copper sulfide concentrate inside the powder agglomerates surrounded by the molten liquid and the external high-temperature gas is very slow, the copper sulfide concentrate inside the powder agglomerates surrounded by the molten liquid and the external high-temperature gas cannot react sufficiently, and copper matte cannot be formed sufficiently. They are turned into cinder, and the formed cinder is discharged from the liquid outlet 2.

[0031] When gasifying solid fuel, the powdered raw material (or powdered solid fuel) usually includes pulverized coal and powdered biomass fuel. Ash contained on the surface of the powder agglomerates of the solid fuel that is not blown away melts quickly in the high-temperature furnace chamber, forming powder agglomerates surrounded by molten liquid, and the solid fuel inside the powder agglomerates is turned into high-temperature gas fuel because it cannot be sufficiently vaporized, and the gas fuel is discharged outside the melting furnace together with the molten ash.

[0032] The blowing gas can be continuously injected into the raw material supply inlet 13 during the raw material supply, so that the blowing gas can be fed into the raw material supply pipe 9. The blowing gas fed into the raw material supply pipe 9 can collide with the powder agglomerates to disperse them, and can also thoroughly disperse the powdered raw materials in the high-temperature air current in the furnace cavity. In this case, the fine particles of the powdered raw materials can be in sufficient contact with the high-temperature air current, improving the heat transfer and material speed, and ensuring sufficient reactions when manufacturing glass, wrought iron, wrought copper, or vaporizing solid fuel.

[0033] During glass production, the fine powder particles of glass raw material are in sufficient contact with high-temperature gas to sufficiently carry out the melting reaction and form an acceptable glass liquid, preventing the intrusion of foreign matter due to agglomerates of the powder raw material, and improving the pass rate of the product.

[0034] When wrought iron is produced, the fine particles of the smelting raw material are in sufficient contact with the high-temperature gas, which increases the reaction rate and thoroughly reduces and extracts the iron in the raw material, thereby avoiding the waste of raw material caused by agglomerates of the powder raw material.

[0035] During copper smelting, the fine particles of the smelting raw material are in sufficient contact with the high-temperature gas, which increases the reaction rate and allows the copper sulfide concentrate to be fully converted into copper matte through oxidation desulfurization, melting, slag-making, etc., thereby preventing the copper in the copper sulfide concentrate from becoming cinder and wasting raw materials.

[0036] When solid fuel is gasified, the fine powdered solid fuel particles are in sufficient contact with the high-temperature oxygen-containing gas, thereby improving the reaction rate, sufficiently gasifying the high-temperature gas fuel containing CO and H2, and avoiding fuel waste caused by agglomerations of the powdered solid fuel.

[0037] By continuously injecting blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet 13 while the raw materials are being supplied, the powdered raw materials can be sufficiently dispersed in the high-temperature air current in the furnace cavity, the reaction can be sufficiently promoted, and an unexpected technical effect can be obtained. Therefore, the present invention adopts the method of continuously injecting blowing gas into the raw material supply inlet.

[0038] In the above embodiment, a blowing gas can be input to the blowing gas inlet 23 by a blowing gas input device connected to the blowing gas inlet 23. An oxygen-containing gas or nitrogen can be used as the blowing gas. The oxygen-containing gas can be air or oxygen-enriched air.

[0039] When air is used as the blowing gas, the blowing gas can be easily obtained. In this case, the blowing gas can be input by connecting a blower to the blowing gas inlet 23. The blowing gas can also be input by a compressed gas input device. The blowing gas input device is configured by adjusting the pressure in the furnace cavity 11 to a predetermined negative pressure (the pressure in the furnace cavity 11 is adjusted to a predetermined negative pressure so that the pressure in the furnace cavity 11 is smaller than the external pressure) and forming an opening in the raw material supply pipe 9 or the common raw material supply pipe 17, and the external air can be sucked in and the gas can be blown to a predetermined location, which has the advantage of being convenient to use.

[0040] When iron is smelted by the two powder scattering type melting furnaces with regenerators according to the third and fourth embodiments of the present invention, the oxygen-containing gas can be used as blowing gas, or the high-temperature reducing waste gas can be mixed with the blowing gas and combusted before being input into the regenerator 3 for cooling the high-temperature gaseous product. In the fourth embodiment, the input amount of oxygen-containing gas can be appropriately adjusted by adjusting the valve 28 on the blowing gas transport pipe 27, so that the high-temperature reducing waste gas can be fully combusted and the chemical properties of the high-temperature reducing waste gas can be fully utilized.

[0041] Fifth embodiment 8 to 10, the powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention includes two melting furnaces and the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system described in the first embodiment. Compared with the first embodiment, the fifth embodiment has the following differences.

[0042] The melting furnace according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention includes a raw material supply device 1, a gas inlet 10, a gas outlet 12, a raw material supply inlet 13 and a raw material supply pipe 9. A forced raw material supply device is installed on the raw material supply inlet 13.

[0043] The forced raw material supply device includes a push rod 35, a cylinder 36, a piston 37, and a driving mechanism 38 for driving the piston 37 to reciprocate. The cylinder 36 is connected to the inlet end 16 of the raw material supply pipe 9, and the outer diameter of the push rod 35 corresponds to the inner diameter of the raw material supply pipe 9. The push rod 35 includes an end 39 and an upper end 40, and the end 39 of the push rod 35 is connected to the piston 37. When the upper end 40 of the push rod 35 moves to the top dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 37, the upper end 40 of the push rod 35 is located inside the cylinder 36 (as shown in FIG. 10), and when the upper end 40 of the push rod 35 moves to the bottom dead center of the reciprocating motion, the upper end 40 of the push rod 35 is located at the raw material supply inlet 13 (as shown in FIG. 9). When the end 39 of the push rod 35 moves to the bottom dead center of the reciprocating motion due to the thrust of the piston 37, the end 39 of the push rod 35 is located within the cylinder 36.

[0044] The forced raw material supply device is a device that uses the driving force of a mechanical device to force the powdered raw material in the raw material supply pipe 9 into the raw material supply inlet 13. The push rod 35 reciprocates, thereby forcibly sending the powdered raw material fed into the raw material supply pipe 9 from the inlet end 16 into the raw material supply inlet 13.

[0045] The molten material on the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 may solidify and adhere to the inner wall 29. Since the solidified and adhered molten material has a strong adhesive force, the molten material cannot be easily removed, and the molten material may overlap and cause clogging of the raw material feed passage. The push rod 35 forcibly feeds the powdered raw material and the molten material from the raw material supply inlet 13 into the furnace cavity 11, thereby removing the small amount of molten material adhering to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 and preventing clogging of the raw material feed passage due to the molten material solidifying and adhering.

[0046] Sixth embodiment 5 and 11, in the sixth embodiment of the present invention, a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators is constructed by using an area defined by a dotted circle 70 in Fig. 11 instead of the area defined by the dotted circle 30 in Fig. 5. The sixth embodiment is similar to the fifth embodiment, and the difference is that the forced raw material feed device of the sixth embodiment is different from that of the fifth embodiment, and the forced raw material feed device of the sixth embodiment includes a helical blade 67 and a shaft 68 that rotates by driving a driving device. The helical blade 67 is installed in the raw material feed pipe 9, the shaft 68 is located on the center line of the helical blade 67, and the shaft 68 and the helical blade 67 are connected together.

[0047] The machine that drives the shaft 68 to rotate is an electric motor 69 , and the shaft 68 is connected to the electric motor 69 .

[0048] The forced raw material supply device is a device that forcibly feeds the powdered raw material in the raw material supply pipe 9 into the raw material supply inlet 13 by mechanical driving force. The shaft 68 drives the helical blade 67 to rotate, and the rotating helical blade 67 can feed the powdered raw material into the raw material supply inlet 13. Even if the molten material adheres to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13, the helical blade 67 can forcibly feed the powdered raw material and the molten material into the furnace cavity 11, thereby preventing clogging of the raw material supply passage.

[0049] Seventh embodiment 8, 12 and 13, in the seventh embodiment of the present invention, a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators is constructed by using the areas defined by the dotted circles 53 and 54 in Figs. 12 and 13 instead of the areas defined by the dotted circles 41 and 42 in Fig. 8. The powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators according to the seventh embodiment includes two melting furnaces and the oxygen-containing gas pre-heating system described in the first embodiment, and compared with the first embodiment, the seventh embodiment has the following differences.

[0050] The melting furnace according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention includes a raw material supply device 1, a raw material supply pipe, a gas inlet 10, a gas outlet 12 and a raw material supply inlet 13. The raw material supply pipe of the melting furnace is a mobile raw material supply pipe 43, and the outlet end 44 of the mobile raw material supply pipe 43 is movably connected to the raw material supply inlet 13. The pre-heated gas outlet 19 is connected to the gas inlet 10 of one melting furnace, the raw material supply inlet 13 of the melting furnace is connected to the raw material supply device 1 by the mobile raw material supply pipe 43, the gas outlet 12 of the melting furnace is connected to the gas inlet 10 of another melting furnace by the gas flow passage 22, and the gas outlet 12 of the other melting furnace is connected to the high temperature gas inlet 20. The raw material supply inlet 13 of the other melting furnace is connected to the outlet end 44 of the mobile raw material supply pipe 43 in a non-communicative state.

[0051] The movable raw material supply pipe 43 includes a fixed pipe 47, a movable pipe 46, a flashboard 48, a piston 49, and a driving structure 50 for driving the piston 49 to reciprocate. The fixed pipe 47 includes an inlet end 45 and an outlet 52, the inlet end 45 is connected to the raw material supply device 1 in a communicating state, and the movable pipe 46 includes an inlet 51 and an outlet end 44. The flashboard 48 is attached to the end of the inlet 51 of the movable pipe 46, and the piston 49 is connected to the movable pipe 46. When the movable pipe 46 moves to the bottom dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 49, the outlet end 44 is connected to the raw material supply inlet 13 in a communicating state (as shown in FIG. 13), and the inlet 51 and the outlet 52 are connected to each other in a communicating state. When the moving pipe 46 moves to the top dead center of the reciprocating motion due to the thrust of the piston 49, the outlet end 44 and the raw material supply inlet 13 are connected in a discontinuous state (as shown in FIG. 12), the inlet 51 and the outlet 52 are connected in a discontinuous state, and the flash board 48 blocks the outlet 52.

[0052] Unless the connection between the raw material supply inlet 13 and the raw material supply pipe 9 is removed, the degree of clogging inside cannot be ascertained. In this embodiment, an operator can ascertain whether molten material is attached to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13 by removing the raw material supply inlet 13, which is in a state of stopping raw material supply, from the movable raw material supply pipe 43. If molten material is attached, the molten material on the inner wall 29 can be removed with a tool such as an electric drill, an iron brush, or a grinding wheel to prevent clogging of the raw material supply inlet due to the volume of the molten material. However, when the raw material supply inlet 13 is removed from the movable raw material supply pipe 43, the raw material supply inlet 13 is connected to the outside, so that the heat in the cavity 11 inside the furnace is dissipated to the outside. In addition, when the pressure inside the furnace is higher than the pressure outside, there is a risk of high-temperature gas leaking out of the furnace. Therefore, in order to remove the raw material supply inlet 13 from the movable raw material supply pipe 43, it is necessary to make the pressure inside the furnace lower than the pressure outside.

[0053] Eighth embodiment 14 and 15 show an outline of a moving raw material supply pipe and a sluice gate according to an embodiment of the present invention. By using the areas defined by the dotted circles 65 and 66 in Fig. 14 and 15 instead of the areas defined by the dotted circles 41 and 42 in Fig. 8, a powder scattering type melting furnace with two regenerators is constructed. The structure of the eighth embodiment is similar to that of the seventh embodiment, and the difference is that the raw material supply inlet 13 of the eighth embodiment is equipped with a sluice gate 32 and includes a moving raw material supply pipe 43 that is different from the moving raw material supply pipe 43 of the seventh embodiment.

[0054] 14 and 15, the movable raw material supply pipe 43 includes an inner pipe 55, an outer pipe 56, an outlet end 44, an inlet end 45, a crossbar 57, a piston 58, and a drive structure 59 for driving the piston 58 to reciprocate. The inlet end 45 is connected to the raw material supply device 1 in a communicating state, one end of the crossbar 57 is connected to the outer pipe 56, and the other end is connected to the piston 58. The outer pipe 56 is mounted on the inner pipe 55, and an oil seal 60 is mounted between the outer pipe 56 and the inner pipe 55. When the outer pipe 56 moves to the bottom dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 58 and the crossbar 57, the outlet end 44 and the raw material supply inlet 13 are connected in a discontinuous state, and the outlet end 44 moves in a direction away from the raw material supply inlet 13 (as shown in FIG. 14). When the external pipe 56 moves to the top dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 58 and the crossbar 57, the outlet end 44 and the raw material supply inlet 13 are connected in a communicating state (as shown in FIG. 15). The sluice gate 32 includes a flashboard 61, a crossbar 62, a piston 63, and a drive structure 64 for driving the piston 63 to reciprocate. One end of the crossbar 62 is connected to the flashboard 61, and the other end is connected to the piston 63. When the flashboard 61 moves to the bottom dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 63 and the crossbar 62, the flashboard 61 covers the raw material supply inlet 13. When the flashboard 61 moves to the top dead center of the reciprocating motion by the thrust of the piston 63 and the crossbar 62, the flashboard 61 moves in a direction away from the raw material supply inlet 13.

[0055] The sluice gate 32 on the raw material supply inlet 13, which is connected in communication with the movable raw material supply pipe 43, is opened (as shown in FIG. 15), so that the raw material can be fed into the furnace. The sluice gate 32 on the raw material supply inlet 13, which is connected in communication with the outlet end 44 of the movable raw material supply pipe 43, is turned off (as shown in FIG. 14), so that the leakage of high-temperature gas from the furnace is prevented, and the operator can open the sluice gate 32 to inspect or remove any deposits adhering to the inner wall 29 of the raw material supply inlet 13, and then close the sluice gate 32.

[0056] In the above embodiment, the adhesive separator described in US Patent No. US8747524B2 can be used instead of the gas flow passage 22. The adhesive separator includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and the hot gas containing molten dust can be injected through the gas inlet and the purified hot gas can be discharged through the gas outlet. The adhesive separator is the gas flow passage 22 that allows the passage of the hot gas, and is one gas flow passage. The adhesive separator is convenient to use, and the method of use thereof can be referred to the ninth embodiment.

[0057] Ninth embodiment 16 and 6 (the expanded area defined by the dotted circle 30 in FIG. 5 is similar to the expanded area defined by the dotted circle 30 in FIG. 6, both as shown in FIG. 6), the structure of the powder scattering type melting furnace with a regenerator according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention is similar to the structure of the powder scattering type melting furnace with a regenerator according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and the difference of the ninth embodiment is that an attachment type separator defined by a dotted frame 71 is used instead of the gas flow passage 22 of the third embodiment. The attachment type separator 71 in FIG. 16 includes a gas inlet 72 and a gas outlet 73, the gas inlet 72 is connected in communication with the gas outlet 12 of one melting furnace, and the gas outlet 73 is connected in communication with the gas inlet 10 of another melting furnace.

[0058] In Fig. 16, the deposition type separator 71 and the two melting furnaces are configured in series connection, so that the molten dust in the high temperature gas can be thoroughly purified and the molten dust can be prevented from entering the raw material supply inlet 13 where the raw material supply is stopped, thereby preventing or reducing clogging of the raw material supply inlet 13.

[0059] In the above embodiment, an induced draft fan or a chimney (a chimney cannot be used when solid fuel is vaporized) can be used as the gas discharge device 7, and a blower can be used as the oxygen-containing gas input device 6. The pressure inside the furnace can be controlled to negative or positive pressure by adjusting the difference between the suction force of the gas discharge device 7 and the input pressure of the oxygen-containing gas input device 6. When the gas discharge device 7 is an induced draft fan or a chimney, one air inlet is formed to configure the oxygen-containing gas input device 6, and external air can be input through the oxygen-containing gas input device 6. When a blower is used as the oxygen-containing gas input device 6, one gas outlet (a gas outlet pipe can be used instead of the gas outlet in the case of solid fuel vaporization) is formed to configure the gas discharge device 7, and gas can be discharged through the gas discharge device 7 (in the case of fuel vaporization, what is discharged is gas fuel, and the gas fuel can be transported to a predetermined location through the gas outlet pipe).

[0060] The melting furnace further includes an inner cavity 11 and a furnace wall 14, and the raw material supply inlet 13, the gas inlet 10, and the gas outlet 12 are formed on the furnace wall 14. The raw material supply device 1 feeds powdered raw materials into the inner cavity 11 through the raw material supply inlet 13. The raw material supply device 1 may be an impeller feeder, a screw feeder, or other device that feeds powdered raw materials. Any raw material supply device may be used as long as it can feed powdered raw materials into the common raw material supply pipe 17 or the inlet end 16 of the raw material supply pipe 9. The two powder scattering melting furnaces with regenerators further include a liquid outlet 2. The liquid outlet 2 is formed at or near the bottom of the inner cavity 11, and molten dust adhering to the furnace wall 14 can be discharged from the liquid outlet 2 by gravity. The shape of the inner cavity 11 is mostly cylindrical. The gas inlet 10 and the gas outlet 12 are formed near both ends of the cylindrical furnace cavity 11 and are formed so as to contact both ends of the furnace cavity 11. The raw material supply inlet 13 is usually formed in the center of the upper end of the cylindrical furnace cavity 11.

[0061] When the above embodiment is applied to the manufacture of glass, wrought iron, or wrought copper, the oxygen-containing gas may be air or oxygen-enriched air, and the fuel may be powdered solid fuel, gaseous fuel, or liquid fuel. When powdered solid fuel or gaseous fuel is applied, the powdered solid fuel may be mixed with the powdered raw material, and the mixture may be input into the furnace cavity through the raw material supply pipe. The raw material supply pipe may be provided with one gaseous fuel input port, which is convenient for use since the gaseous fuel may be input. When the above embodiment is applied to wrought iron, the powdered solid fuel is usually powdered coal.

[0062] When the above embodiment is used to gasify a solid fuel, since the oxygen-containing gas always contains water vapor, a mixture of oxygen and water vapor can be employed to improve the calorific value of the gas fuel.

[0063] The present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. Those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention based on the embodiments described above, and can make design changes, improvements, etc. within the scope of the present invention, and these changes, of course, are included in the present invention. In this specification, specific terms have been used to explain the matters of the present invention in detail, but there is no intention to limit the present invention by them.
