[0016] The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions of the present invention, including figures based on the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and do not cover all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments that can be obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without requiring creative labor also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
[0017] Please refer to Example 1. Shown in Figure 1-11 is a quick removal device. This device includes a device body 1 and a rotating tray 2 provided at the bottom of the device body 1. The rotating tray 2 is used to connect to a terminal holder. In addition, inside the device body 1, a rotating latch 12 is provided which extends to the bottom and is fixedly connected to the rotating tray 2. The device body 1 can rotate 360 degrees relative to the rotating latch 12 and the rotating tray 2.
[0018] Inside the device body 1, there are two lock buckle bars 13 arranged symmetrically, and two pivot levers 14 are commonly arranged inside the two lock buckle bars 13. A lock buckle 1 1301 is provided on the opposing surfaces of the two lock buckle bars 13, and a lock buckle 2 1302 is provided on the upper part of the lock buckle bar 13. A lock spring 1401 arranged between the two lock buckle bars 13 is attached to the pivot lever 14.
[0019] Inside the device body 1, there are provided a lever 1 15 extending to a side of one of the lock buckle bars 13, and a lever 2 16 extending to a side of the other of the lock buckle bars 13. Lever 2 16 extends on lever 1 15 to an end remote from the lock buckle bar 13, and lever 1 15 extends outside the device body 1 to an end remote from the lock buckle bar 13.
[0020] Inside the device body 1, a reset switch 17 is installed between the two lock buckle bars 13. The upper part of the reset switch 17 is provided with a button 1701 extending to the outside of the device body 1 and position slots 1702 arranged on both sides of the button 1701. The two lock buckles 1 1301 are respectively fitted into the two position slots 1702. In actual use, a magnet can also be attached to the upper part of the device body 1 to be magnetically adsorbed with the external case of the product, making the process of triggering the button 1701 more flexible.
[0021] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, the lever 1 15 is composed of an operating lever 1501, a driving lever 1502 arranged at one end of the operating lever 1501, and a lever body 1 1503. The lever body 1 1503 is rotatably installed inside the device body 1 via a rotating shaft 1 1504. The lever 2 16 is composed of a lever body 2 1601 and a transmission lever 1602 arranged at one end of the lever body 2 1601. The lever body 2 1601 is rotatably installed inside the device body 1 via a rotating shaft 2 1603. One end of the lever body 1 1503 and the lever body 2 1601 respectively extend to the opposite side of the two lock buckle bars 13. See FIG. 7-9. When the user operates the operating lever 1501, the operating lever 1501 rotates the lever body 1 1503, and the end of the lever body 1 1503 contacts the lock buckle bar 13. At the same time, the driving lever 1502 moves together with the operating lever 1501 and contacts the transmission lever 1602. The transmission lever 1602 rotates the second lever body 1601, and the end of the second lever body 1601 contacts the other lock buckle bar 13. Therefore, when the operating lever 1501 is operated, the first lever body 1503 and the second lever body 1601 can simultaneously move the two lock buckle bars 13 relatively. This structure is simple and ingenious, and the operation is flexible.
[0022] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, the driving lever 1502 has an end portion remote from the operating lever 1501 extending to one side of one of the shaft levers 14, and the transmission lever 1602 has an end portion remote from the lever body 2 1601 extending to one side of the driving lever 1502. A reset spring 1605 is installed on one side of the transmission lever 1602 via a spring post 1604. The operation lever 1501 has an end portion remote from the driving lever 1502 extending to the outside of the device body 1. The transmission lever 1602 is compressed by the operation of the driving lever 1502 and is pushed by the reset spring 1605. Due to the installation of the reset spring 1605, when the transmission lever 1602 is no longer affected by the operating force of the driving lever 1502, the reset spring 1605 rebounds and the transmission lever 1602 is quickly reset. When the transmission lever 1602 is reset, the lever body 1 1503 and the lever body 2 1601 release the contact with the two lock buckle bars 13, and the two lock buckle bars 13 move relatively and slide on the shaft lever 14. At the same time, the two lock buckle bars 13 compress the lock spring 1401. Due to the installation of the lock spring 1401, when the lock buckle 1 1301 releases the engagement with the position slot 1702, the lock spring 1401 rebounds and the two lock buckle bars 13 are reset.
[0023] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, a fixed deadbolt 201 and a fixing hole 202 arranged inside the fixed deadbolt 201 are provided at the bottom of the rotating tray 2. A ball groove 203 formed by combining a plurality of rings is provided at the top of the rotating tray 2. A spring ball 11 with one end extending inside the ball groove 203 is fitted at the bottom of the device body 1. The number of the spring balls 11 is one or more, and a lock body 1201 formed by combining a plurality of rings is provided at the bottom of the rotating latch 12. The lock body 1201 engages with the bottom of the bottom cover 101. A tap nut 1202 arranged coaxially with the fixing hole 202 is provided at the bottom of the rotating latch 12. The rotating latch 12 is circular, and a plurality of trays 1203 are arranged around it. The bottom of the tray 1203 is slidably connected to the top of the bottom cover 101. The fixed deadbolt 201 is used to connect with a terminal holder. The terminal holder may be a bicycle holder, a car holder, a camera holder, or a holder for other sports and electronic devices. When in use, a bolt is passed through the fixing hole 202 and turned into the tap nut 1202 to fix the rotating tray 2 and the rotating latch 12. Then, the fixed deadbolt 201 is used to connect the rotating tray 2 and the terminal holder. When the device body 1 is rotated, the spring ball 11 contacts the ball groove 203, the ball groove is compressed, and as the device body 1 rotates, it contacts a different ball groove 203. This realizes 360-degree rotation and positioning of the device body 1. See FIG. 4. There are four spring balls 11, which ensures the stability of the relative position between the device body 1 and the rotating tray 2. It is not affected by external forces and prevents the device body 1 from rotating unlimitedly.
[0024] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, the upper ends of the reset switch 17 are provided with symmetrically arranged guide slopes 1703. The two guide slopes 1703 are respectively arranged on one side of the two position slots 1702. The bottom of the reset switch 17 is fitted with a switch spring 1704 that contacts the upper part of the rotary latch 12. Please refer to Figures 8 and 9. Due to the installation of the guide slopes 1703, when the lock buckle 1 1301 is not engaged with the position slot 1702, moving the operating lever 1501 will cause the lever body 1 1503 and the lever body 2 1601 to move relative to the two lock buckle bars 13. When the two lock buckle bars 13 move relative to each other, the lock buckle bar 13 compresses the lock spring 1401, and at the same time, the lock buckle 1 1301 contacts the guide slope 1703. Due to the inclined design of the guide slope 1703, the contact between the lock buckle 1 1301 and the guide slope 1703 is smooth and no jamming occurs. When the guide slope 1703 comes into contact, it descends and compresses the switch spring 1704. At the same time, the button 1701 retracts from the bottom of the device body 1 to the inside. When the lock buckle 1 1301 moves further and faces the position slot 1702, the switch spring 1704 rebounds and the reset switch 17 rises, the position slot 1702 engages with the lock buckle 1 1301, and the lock buckle 1 1301 is fixed. When the user releases the operating lever 1501, the reset spring 1605 resets the operating lever 1501, and the lock buckle 1 1301 is fixed by the reset switch 17, so that the lock buckle bar 13 does not rotate and maintains its position due to the rebound of the lock spring 1401. However, the lock spring 1401 continues to repel the lock buckle bar 13, connecting the protruding rest 18 and the lock buckle 2 1302 with the outer case of the product. The outer case of the product is a mobile phone case, a tablet case, etc. with a slot, which matches the lock buckle 2 1302 and the protruding rest 18. Since the lock buckle 1 1301 is fixed by the reset switch 17, the lock buckle 2 1302 is hidden inside the storage groove 1801.When the protruding rest 18 is attached to the external case of the product, the protruding rest 18 fits into the inside of the product, and at the same time, the button 1701 touches the external case of the product to lower the reset switch 17. When the reset switch 17 is lowered, the position slot 1702 disengages from the lock buckle 1 1301, and the lock spring 1401 hits the two lock buckle bars 13 to separate from each other. At the same time that the lock buckle bar 13 is reset, the lock buckle 2 1302 fits into the external case of the product from the inside of the storage groove 1801, and the device body 1 and the external case of the product are connected. In addition, the button 1701 is used to trigger the lock buckle 2 1302, making the process of connecting to the external case of the product easier and faster.
[0025] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, the device body 1 is circular and is composed of a bottom cover 101 and an upper case 102 arranged on the top of the bottom cover 101. A lever groove 1021 that fits with the operating lever 1501 is provided on the outer periphery of the upper case 102. A push button 1011, one end of which fits inside the lever groove 1021, is provided on the outer periphery of the bottom cover 101. A card slot 1022, one end of which engages with the reset spring 1605, is provided on the inner periphery of the upper case 102. An anti-slip pad 1023 is fitted on the top of the upper case 102. One or more positioning pins 1024 are arranged inside the upper case 102, one end of which extends into the inside of the reset switch 17. A screw pin 1025 is provided inside the upper case 102, and a screw hole 1012 arranged coaxially inside the bottom cover 101. The number of the screw pins 1025 and the screw holes 1012 is one or more. Please refer to FIG. 1. The device body 1 is circular and has a beautiful appearance, and the lever groove 1021 is waist-shaped and fits the operating range of the operating lever 1501. The push button 1011 fits into the lever groove 1021. The positioning pin 1024 ensures stability when the reset switch 17 is raised and lowered. When attaching the upper case 102 to the bottom cover 101, the upper case 102 and the bottom cover 101 can be fixed by passing a bolt through the screw hole 1012 and attaching it to the screw pin 1025.
[0026] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, a protruding rest 18 is provided on the upper part of the upper case 102, and two storage grooves 1801 are symmetrically arranged on both ends of the protruding rest 18. The end of the locking buckle 2 1302, which is far from the locking buckle bar 13, extends into the storage groove 1801. A locking buckle indication mark 19 is engraved on the upper part of the upper case 102, which is located on one side of the protruding rest 18. The user can observe the locking buckle indication mark 19 and move the operating lever 1501 to complete the locking and unlocking operation of the locking buckle 2 1302 and the outer case of the product. In addition, the operating lever 1501 only needs to be operated with one hand, which makes the operation process smoother.
[0027] As a specific technical solution of this embodiment, a reinforcing bar 1303 is provided on the upper part of the lock buckle 1 1301 and is fixedly connected to one side of the lock buckle 2 1302. A bearing 1026 is disposed inside the upper case 102 and fitted to the end of the pivot lever 14. Circlips 1402 are attached to both ends of the pivot lever 14. The provision of the reinforcing bar 1303 ensures the structural strength of the lock buckle 1 1301 and the lock buckle 2 1302, and the bearing 1026 supports the end of the pivot lever 14, ensuring the stability of the pivot lever 14.
[0028] In the second embodiment, please refer to Fig. 12-13. It includes a launch end positioning neodymium magnet 3, a product external case tray 4, and a receiving end positioning neodymium magnet 41 (corresponding to wireless charging function). The launch end positioning neodymium magnet 3 is installed inside the upper case 102, and the product external case tray 4 is installed on the product external case. The product external case tray 4 is provided with a slot corresponding to the lock buckle 2 1302. The receiving end positioning neodymium magnet 41 is installed inside the product external case tray 4. The launch end positioning neodymium magnet 3 and the receiving end positioning neodymium magnet 41 are respectively provided with four neodymium magnet protrusions 5. The four neodymium magnet protrusions 5 of the launch end positioning neodymium magnet 3 are arranged to match the polarity of the four neodymium magnet protrusions 5 of the receiving end positioning neodymium magnet 41, and when the upper case 102 and the product external case tray 4 are assembled, the launch end positioning neodymium magnet 3 automatically rotates the upper case 102 to adjust the coupling position of the protrusion rest 18 and the product external case tray 4. This speeds up the assembly process.
[0029] In use, the upper case 102 and the bottom cover 101 are fixed by passing a bolt through the screw hole 1012 and attaching it to the screw pin 1025. Next, the rotating tray 2 and the rotating latch 12 are fixed by passing a bolt through the fixing hole 202 and attaching it inside the tap nut 1202. Finally, the fixing deadbolt 201 is used to connect the rotating tray 2 and the terminal holder. When the device body 1 is rotated, the spring ball 11 contacts the ball groove 203, the ball groove is compressed, and as the device body 1 rotates, it contacts a different ball groove 203. This realizes 360-degree rotation and positioning of the device body 1. At this time, the lock buckle 1 1301 is engaged with the reset switch 17. In this state, the external case of the product can be connected. When the protrusion rest 18 and the lock buckle 2 1302 are connected to the external case of the product, the protrusion rest 18 fits into the internal case of the product, and at the same time, the button 1701 touches the external case of the product to lower the reset switch 17. When the reset switch 17 is lowered, the position slot 1702 releases the engagement with the lock buckle 1 1301, and the lock spring 1401 hits the two lock buckle bars 13 to separate them from each other. At the same time that the lock buckle bars 13 are reset, the lock buckle 2 1302 fits into the outer case of the product from inside the storage groove 1801, and the device main body 1 and the outer case of the product are connected.
[0030] When removing the outer case of the product, the user holds the outer case of the product with one hand and moves the operating lever 1501 with his / her finger while referring to the lock buckle indication mark 19, so that the lever body 1 1503 rotates and the end of the lever body 1 1503 comes into contact with the lock buckle bar 13. At the same time, the driving lever 1502 moves together with the operating lever 1501 and comes into contact with the transmission lever 1602. The transmission lever 1602 rotates the lever body 2 1601 and the end of the lever body 2 1601 comes into contact with the other lock buckle bar 13. As a result, when the operating lever 1501 is moved, the lever body 1 1503 and the lever body 2 1601 can simultaneously move the two lock buckle bars 13 relatively. The transmission lever 1602 is compressed by the movement of the driving lever 1502, and when the two lock buckle bars 13 move relatively, the lock spring 1401 is compressed. At the same time, the lock buckle bar 13 separates the lock buckle 2 1302 from the outer case of the product, thereby separating the outer case of the product from the device main body 1.
[0031] When the outer case of the product is separated from the device body 1, the button 1701 loses contact with the outer case of the product, the switch spring 1704 rebounds and the reset switch 17 rises, and the rising of the reset switch 17 causes the position slot 1702 to engage with the lock buckle 1 1301, positioning the lock buckle 1 1301. This allows the lock buckle 2 1302 to maintain its connection with the outer case of the product, which is convenient for the next use.
[0032] In view of the above, the quick removal device can rotate and position the device body 1 360 degrees through the spring ball 11, which meets the needs of users. In addition, when removing the outer case of the product, it can be easily performed by simply holding the outer case of the product with one hand and moving the operating lever 1501. The operation is simple, which improves the convenience of outdoor sports activities. In addition, the automatic trigger button 1701 is used to control the lock buckle 2 1302 and the outer case of the product, which further simplifies the assembly process of the outer case of the product. The lock spring 1401 is continuously pressed against the lock buckle bar 13, which ensures the stability of the connection between the lock buckle 2 1302 and the outer case of the product, and improves the stability during the use of the product.
