A system and a method for manufacturing a Halbach array rotor are disclosed. A system for manufacturing a Halbach array rotor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a magnet premagnetization device configured to place unmagnetized magnets on holders arranged radially on an index, to premagnetize the individual magnets using automation devices installed for corresponding rotation sections in a lateral direction of rotation, and then to load the magnets into a hub; a clamping device configured to couple the hub with a circular arrangement device and to fix the individual magnets loaded onto an outer circumferential surface of the hub using appropriate magnet clamping units; and a control system configured to magnetize the unmagnetized magnets in accordance with orientations.by jointly controlling the magnet premagnetization device and the clamping device, and then mounting the magnetized magnets on the hub in accordance with a magnetization direction of a Halbach array.

This application relates to the field of relay testing, and more specifically to a relay testing and forming production line, which includes a reed spacing detection device. The reed spacing detection device includes: a first worktable; a first conveying device disposed on the first worktable, on which an external relay is configured to be placed and moved to a predetermined position by the first conveying device, and at least one first positioning component is fixedly mounted on the first conveying device; at least one first picking component; at least one discharging component located below the first picking component; and at least two bending components, which are spaced apart and located on both sides of the discharging component. One bending component is configured to clamp a moving reed, and the other bending component is configured to clamp a stationary reed. This invention achieves the advantages of detecting various relay data, integration, and high testing efficiency by effectively utilizing its own structural configuration.
