A method for manufacturing an interior permanent magnet motor is described herein. The method includes providing a plurality of permanent magnets and fabricating a ferromagnetic rotor core configured to accept the permanent magnets therein such that the ferromagnetic material utilized to retain the permanent magnets within the rotor core operates to concentrate and steer the flux from one or more of the permanent magnets to a stator tooth. The method also includes positioning the rotor core with the permanent magnets therein with respect to a wound, open slot stator core.

A control method for a brushless, three-phase DC motor. A voltage induced by rotation of a rotor may be sampled at a first expected zero crossing value to produce a first sampled voltage value. An average of a plurality of sampled voltage values, including voltage values sampled at a plurality of prior expected zero crossing values and the first sampled voltage value, may be calculated. The first sampled voltage value may be subtracted from the calculated average to produce a delta zero crossing error. A pulse-width modulation duty cycle may be adjusted based on the delta zero crossing error. The pulse-width modulation duty cycle may be used to control a rotational velocity of the rotor.

The present invention provides a motor including a combustion chamber, an oxidizer injector, a vortex generators and a nozzle. A mounting structure for slot paper in a motor stator. The slot paper is embedded in stator slots and includes a paper bottom, a paper side, and a paper front. A lug boss is protruded between two adjacent tooth block segments and protrudes from the inner wall of an outer ring. Two ends of the slot paper extend out of each stator slot. Two ends of the paper bottom are locked between the lug bosses respectively arranged on the upper end insulator and the lower end insulator. One end of each tooth block segment is provided with a clip slot and the paper front near the opening is embedded therein.
