Specifically this invention discloses a few sorting schemes for stem cells, 
whole blood and circulating 
tumor cells and also extracting serum from 
whole blood. Further medical diagnostics technology utilizing high 
throughput single 
cell PCR is described using immiscible 
fluidics couple with single or multi cells 
trapping technology.
