Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a slope protection method capable of preventing surface collapse on steep slopes and for disaster recovery. [Background technology]

[0002] A conventional slope protection method, as shown in Patent Document 1, is a slope protection method in which a reinforcing net made of synthetic resin fibers such as polyester or polypropylene woven in a mesh pattern is layered on top of a vegetation net made of a nonwoven fabric containing seeds, in order to prevent erosion of the earth and soil on the slope due to rainwater and runoff of the topsoil, and this reinforcing net is fixed to the slope with numerous anchors.Hooks are provided on the anchors and these are used to engage the pressing steel bars along the length of the slope to stably hold the slope in place, and plants are grown on the slope with the vegetation net, allowing the runoff of the topsoil on the slope to be prevented by the vegetation net, the reinforcing net, and the plants planted thereon.

[0003] This conventional slope protection method uses reinforcing nets, vegetation nets, and plants to prevent soil erosion from the slope and protect the slope. However, when heavy rain or a large amount of running water occurs on the slope for a long period of time, it is difficult to sufficiently prevent the collapse of the slope and the erosion of soil and sand with only the vegetation nets and plants. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-169020 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a slope protection method which can prevent the soil on a slope from being washed away or collapsing due to rainwater, has a high slope protection capacity, reduces the construction period and labor, and further provides a slope protection body which is strong and can be firmly fixed to the slope. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The configuration of the present invention that solves such problems is as follows: 1) A slope protection method in which a wide-area fabric formwork is laid to cover a slope, which has a bag-shaped space between the front and back materials and has the rigidity and strength to seal the space so that the gap between the front and back materials does not expand more than a predetermined amount due to the injection pressure or pressure generated during the hardening process when a hardening material such as mortar or concrete is injected into the space, and the upper end of the fabric formwork is fixed to the top of the slope so that it does not slide, and then mortar or concrete hardening material is injected from an injection port at the top of the fabric formwork, and the fabric formwork in which the hardening material filled in the formwork has hardened is fixed with anchor members to construct a slope protection body, This slope protection method is characterized by the fact that, by carrying out the steps listed below, the horizontal reinforcing bars and vertical holding bars in the formwork, and the blocking pipes and anchor members installed at the lattice positions, can stabilize and reinforce the slope, reduce the amount of soil on the surface of the slope, and reduce the amount of work required. Step A: A preparation step in which openings are provided in the front and back materials of the fabric formwork at a plurality of lattice positions spaced apart at a predetermined interval in the vertical and horizontal directions of the fabric formwork, and short cylindrical front and back sleeves are provided in the openings in the front and back materials, respectively, extending from the opening edges. Step B: A preparation work for preparing a plurality of horizontal reinforcing bars with a circular spacer attached at a predetermined pitch in the middle of the reinforcing bars having the length of the interval between the adjacent back sleeves on the left or right side of the lattice position and with annular loops integrally attached to both ends of the reinforcing bars. Step C: After installing the fabric formwork prepared in step A on the slope, insert the horizontal reinforcing bars prepared in step B into the fabric formwork through the openings of the front sleeves provided at the lattice positions, and place the loops at both ends of the horizontal reinforcing bars in the formwork so that they are positioned opposite the opening positions of the lattice positions where they were inserted and the opening positions of the adjacent sleeves. Step 2: After step 3, the back sleeve is passed through the inside of the loop of the horizontal reinforcing bar placed in the fabric formwork, and the back sleeve is then pulled out from the inside of the front sleeve of the surface material to the outside of the fabric formwork. Step E: After step D, insert a short length of tubular rigid inner tube into the inside of the back sleeve that has been pulled out to the outside of the fabric formwork through the inside of the horizontal rebar loop, and insert the inner tube so that it is inside the back sleeve, the horizontal rebar loop, and the front sleeve at the lattice position, and install it at the lattice position inside the fabric formwork. Step F: After step E, the upper parts of the back sleeve, which is pulled out of the formwork and is on the outside of the inner tube, and the front sleeve, which is on the outside of the back sleeve, are folded and pushed into the inner side of the inner tube installed at the lattice position in the formwork. Step T: After step F, the back sleeve and the top of the front sleeve are folded inside the inner tube, and a rigid, short, cylindrical blocking tube is inserted inside the front sleeve, which has been pushed in. The back sleeve, the front sleeve, the inner tube, and the loop of the horizontal reinforcing bar are tightened at the lattice position by the insertion of the blocking tube, and these are fixed. Step H: After the blocking pipe is inserted and fixed at the specified grid position of the form in step H, the upper end of the fabric form is fixed to the slope, and the mortar or concrete hardening material is gradually poured in from the injection port provided at the top of the fabric form on the slope, so that the mortar or concrete hardening material flows down inside the fabric form, gradually filling and hardening from the bottom to the top, and the mortar or concrete is uniformly filled and hardened throughout the fabric form. Process 3: After the mortar or concrete hardener in the fabric formwork has hardened, anchor members are driven into the slope from within each of the blocking pipes at the lattice position, and a part of the hook member that holds the long vertical holding bar of the slope installed on the top surface of the fabric formwork at this lattice position is inserted into the blocking pipe, and then mortar is injected into the blocking pipe to fix the anchor member and hook member to the blocking pipe in a waterproof state, and the hook member of the blocking pipe in the same vertical row is used to embrace and fix the holding bar that is installed vertically on the top surface of the fabric formwork. Step J: After step R, when the mortar or concrete injected into the fabric formwork hardens, the solidified slope protection body is fixed to the slope by the anchor members at the lattice position, and the horizontal rebar spacers ensure the space between the horizontal rebars and the front and back materials of the fabric formwork, maintaining an appropriate covering thickness and enhancing the fluidity of the mortar or concrete. Furthermore, within the solidified body, multiple rows of horizontal rebars are embedded horizontally along the slope to act as reinforcing bars, and the vertical holding bars on the slope are used to restrict the holding of the solidified fabric formwork, so that the constructed slope protection body provides strong protection both vertically and horizontally, and rainwater and water flow onto the slope protection body and protects the slope by not coming into direct contact with the soil and sand on the slope. 2) The slope protection method according to 1) above, in which the fabric formwork is arranged to cover a watershed portion of the slope so that rainwater does not flow on the underside of the slope protection body covering the slope. 3) The slope protection method according to 1) or 2), in which the spacer attached to the horizontal reinforcing bar is composed of a ring-shaped body of the same diameter with the horizontal reinforcing bar as its radial center, and a plurality of ribs extending radially from the radial center connecting the ring-shaped body and the horizontal reinforcing bar. is located. Effect of the Invention

[0007] In the present invention, a solid slope protection body consisting of a solidified body and the fabric formwork is constructed to cover the slope by filling a mortar or concrete solidifying material into a fabric formwork that is fixed to cover the upper surface of the slope. Therefore, rainwater and runoff hit this slope protection body and flow along its top surface, preventing rainwater from directly hitting the slope and preventing runoff from flowing, thereby effectively protecting the slope from the erosion of earth and soil and its collapse.

[0008] Moreover, horizontal rebars are embedded inside the solidified body of the slope protection body, connecting them horizontally, providing high strength as reinforcing bars, and by attaching spacers, the gap between the horizontal rebars and the front and back materials of the fabric formwork can be secured to a specified level, allowing the mortar and concrete poured in with an appropriate covering thickness to have good fluidity and to fill and harden evenly. Moreover, the loops at the ends of the horizontal rebars are wound around the inner and closing pipes and firmly fixed to the slope with anchor members at each grid position, preventing the slope protection body from sliding off and allowing it to be firmly installed on the slope.

[0009] Furthermore, the horizontal reinforcing bars can be easily placed inside the fabric formwork at the site, where the fabric formwork is placed on the slope, using the back sleeve and front sleeve attached to the fabric formwork, and can be assembled on site easily and in a short time, reducing construction time and labor. [0011] The fabric form of the present invention is preferably a woven fabric of Fabriform® or Belle Terre®. The fabric form of the present invention is a high-strength synthetic woven fabric that can fully withstand the injection pressure of the hardening agent of mortar or concrete, has good fluidity of the hardening agent of mortar and concrete, and has a dehydration effect that can only discharge the mixing water, which is preferable because it provides the appropriate strength of mortar and concrete.

[0012] In the present invention, the order of pouring mortar and concrete into the fabric formwork is preferably the overhang (root), slope, and top end. Injection sequence: overhang (root) → slope → top edge Overhang: Once the mat required for overhang has been laid evenly in both the vertical and horizontal directions, injection begins at the injection ports near the corners of the left and right support frames, and work progresses toward the center. Slope: Mark the mat length required for the slope length on the mat in advance (it may be written at the sewing stage), start pouring from the injection port close to the slope end (low part) and finish to the top end. At this time, adjust the Lever Block (registered trademark) so that the required mat length is used evenly. Top end: When the slope has been injected up to the shoulder, wait for the mortar (concrete) to dehydrate (about 15 minutes), spread the mat evenly across the top width, and gradually press the mortar (concrete) in. When the mat is roughly shaped, stop pouring and degas and dehydrate, then press in the mortar (concrete) again to complete the process. Note: When installing in contact with a structure, install from the structure side to avoid gaps.

[0013] Also, on-site measures for the top and bottom of the slope include extending fabric formwork horizontally at the top, or installing fabric formwork so that it covers the watershed (to prevent rainwater from flowing under the formwork), or embedding it horizontally halfway into the slope, and at the bottom of the slope there are methods such as forming cast-in-place concrete, extending it as a horizontal foundation, abutting it against the foot-reinforcing concrete, or submerging it under the cast-in-place concrete.Furthermore, fabric formwork can be laid over the entire slope, or the slope can be divided into several sections and laid over only some of them. EXAMPLES

[0014] A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings shown in Figs. 1 to 16. In this Example 1, Fabriform (registered trademark), a woven fabric made of polyester and polyamide high-strength synthetic fibers, was used as the fabric formwork K. As shown in Fig. 1, the fabric formwork K is an example in which a steel pipe K1 attached to the upper end of the fabric formwork K is anchored to an anchor pin AP driven into the upper part of the slope N by a rope or chain RC via a lever block (registered trademark) RB.

[0015] (Explanation of terms and symbols in Example 1) N is the slope to be protected, K is a fabric formwork made using Fabriform (registered trademark), K1 is a steel pipe attached to the top end of the fabric formwork, RC is a rope or chain used to hoist the steel pipe, AP is an anchor pin driven into the top of slope N, and RB is a lever block (registered trademark) installed midway along the rope or chain RC. K2 is the mortar / concrete injection port provided at the top of the fabric formwork K, KH is the surface material of the fabric formwork K, KB is the back material of the fabric formwork K, KHO is the opening for the sleeve in the surface material KH of the fabric formwork K, KBO is the opening for the sleeve in the back material KB, KSH is the front sleeve attached to the opening KHO, KSB is the back sleeve attached to the opening KBO of the back material KB, YT is a horizontal bar, YT1 is an annular spacer attached to the horizontal bar, YT2 are annular loops at both ends of the horizontal bar YT, UK is an inner tube inserted at the lattice position where the openings KHO and KBO are located, HK is a closing tube fitted into the inner tube, AB is an anchor member driven in from the closing tube HK, FB is a hook member that holds the holding bar HB at the lattice position, HB is a holding bar that holds the top surface of the fabric formwork K vertically, and MS is mortar filled into the closing tube HK to fix the anchor member AB and the upper part of the hook member FB.

[0016] In this Example 1, Fabriform (registered trademark) was used, which is suitable as a formwork material for mortar and concrete because it is high strength, easy to inject mortar and concrete into, and the surface material KH and backing material KB do not swell significantly due to the injection pressure and hardening of mortar and concrete, and are dewaterable.

[0017] This fabric formwork K is then installed along the slope N. A steel pipe K1 attached to the top end of the fabric formwork K is anchored to an anchor pin AP driven into the top of the slope using a rope or chain RC with a lever block (registered trademark) RB in the middle, and mortar and concrete are poured into the fabric formwork K to prevent the entire fabric formwork K from sliding downward along the slope N due to its weight. On-site steps A to N of this embodiment are shown in Figures 1 to 16. Preparation steps A and B are carried out in the factory. After installing the fabric formwork K along the slope N as shown in Figures 1 and 2, horizontal reinforcing bars YT are inserted through the front sleeve KSH and back sleeve KSB of the openings KHO and KBO provided at the lattice intersection positions in the fabric formwork K (Step H: see Figures 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11).

[0018] The inserted horizontal reinforcing bar YT is positioned within the fabric formwork K so that the loops YT2 at both ends are positioned at the openings KHO and KBO (see Figures 10, 11 and 12).

[0019] Then, the back sleeve KSB is inserted into the inside of the loop YT2, and further, it is pulled out from the inside of the front sleeve KSH to the outside of the surface material KH (step 2: see FIG. 12). Thereafter, the inner tube UK is inserted into the inside of the back sleeve KSB, the front sleeve KSH and the loop YT2 which have been pulled out (step E: see FIG. 13).

[0020] Furthermore, the upper parts of the back sleeve KSB and the front sleeve KSH that have been pulled out are folded back and pressed into the inside of the inner tube UK (step F: see Fig. 14). After that, a tubular blocking tube HK is fitted inside the upper part of the sleeve that has been pressed into the inner tube UK, and the blocking tube HK, the front sleeve KSH pressed inside, the upper part of the back sleeve KSB, the inner tube UK, the back sleeve KSB and the loop YT2 are integrated by fitting pressure (step G: see Figs. 13, 14 and 15). As a result, the blocking pipes HK are fixed to the fabric formwork K at the lattice positions. Moreover, the left and right blocking pipes HK are connected to each other by the horizontal reinforcing bars YT via the loops YT2, and the horizontal reinforcing bars YT are held within the fabric formwork K (step T: see Figures 14 and 15).

[0021] Then, mortar or concrete is gradually injected into the fabric formwork K through the injection port K2 at the top. Because the spacers keep the horizontal rebars and the front and back materials of the fabric formwork spaced apart, the injected mortar and concrete smoothly moves downward inside the fabric formwork K, filling the fabric formwork K from the bottom and then moving upward. Because there are circular spacers YT1 for the horizontal rebars inside the fabric formwork K, the mortar and concrete smoothly fills in, and once filling is complete, hardening progresses from below (process H:).

[0022] In this way, the mortar and concrete are pressed into the fabric formwork K, causing the formwork to expand and solidify without unevenness. Moreover, the bottom surface of the fabric formwork K is shaped to match the shape of the slope N (step H:).

[0023] The fabric formwork K solidifies, forming a slope protection body. After solidification, the anchor members AB are driven deep into the slope from the blocking pipes HK located at the lattice positions. The hook members FB are also inserted so that part of them is inside the blocking pipes HK. Mortar MS is then injected into the blocking pipes HK at the heads of the anchor members AB and hook members FB, and the anchor members AB and hook members FB are fixed to the blocking pipes HK (step R: see Figures 6 and 7). As a result, the slope protection body that has solidified on the slope N is firmly fixed to the slope by the numerous anchor members AB, and the hook members FB hold the holding bar in the vertical direction of the slope protection body, firmly fixing it while covering it with the slope. After the mortar and concrete have solidified, the blocking pipe may be pulled out (steps R and N:).

[0024] In this way, the slope protection body is firmly attached to the slope, so that rainwater hits the slope protection body and flows away, reducing the flow of water to the underside of the slope protection body, thereby effectively protecting the slope from rainwater and water flow and reducing the collapse of the slope and surface layer.

[0025] In particular, if the watershed of the slope is widely covered as shown in Figure 17, the formation of a water current flowing on the underside of the slope protection body can be effectively prevented. Therefore, this slope protection device is able to protect the slope well and prevent it from collapsing due to the presence of horizontal reinforcing bars and fixation by anchor members. [Industrial Applicability]

[0026] The present invention is for protecting slopes, but is also useful for protecting the slopes of embankments. [Explanation of symbols]
