Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of relays, and more particularly to relays. [Background technology]

[0002] Relays are widely used in high voltage equipment, and the short circuit resistance of relays is an important index for evaluating their quality. In the conventional technology, when the high voltage equipment connected to the relay is short circuited, the short circuit current flows through the moving contact and the static contact of the relay, so that a large repulsive force is generated between the moving contact and the static contact, and the moving contact and the static contact are separated, and finally, the arc phenomenon becomes severe and the relay is broken, so that the relay in the conventional technology has a problem of poor resistance to short circuit. [0010] Optionally, the relay further includes an elastic member mounted in the interior space, one end of the elastic member connected to an end of the movable yoke opposite the static yoke, and the other end of the elastic member connected to the push rod assembly.

[0011] Optionally, the mounting bracket has a second mounting hole communicating with the internal space, and the push rod assembly includes a push rod and an insulating block attached to the second mounting hole, the push rod being connected to the elastic member by the insulating block.

[0013] Optionally, the relay further includes a case having a storage space, the static contact assembly is attached to the case, the static contact assembly includes a static contact portion extending into the storage space and arranged opposite the movable contact portion, the static yoke is attached to an inner wall of the storage space at a position opposite the magnetic attraction portion, and the movable contact plate and the movable yoke are both provided in the storage space.

[0014] Optionally, the push rod assembly includes a push rod, a movable core, and a static core having a through hole, the static core being fixedly attached to the case, the case further being provided with a sliding space, and the sliding space being connected to the storage space through the through hole, The movable core is slidably mounted in the sliding space, one end of the push rod is connected to the movable yoke, and the other end of the push rod is fixedly connected to the movable core through the through hole.

[0015] Optionally, the case includes a partition plate, an upper housing, and a lower housing, the upper housing is connected to the lower housing via the partition plate, the storage space is surrounded by the upper housing and the partition plate, the sliding space is surrounded by the lower housing and the partition plate, and the static core is fixedly attached to the partition plate.

[0016] In the present disclosure, the static contact assembly and the static yoke are installed on one side of the movable contact plate opposite to the push rod assembly, and the push rod assembly pushes the movable yoke to move it toward the static yoke until the movable contact plate contacts the static contact assembly. The movable yoke and the static yoke are close to each other or are in contact with each other, and a high-voltage line (here, the high-voltage line refers to a high-voltage line of a high-voltage device to which a relay is connected) connected to the static contact assembly realizes electrical continuity with the movable contact plate (i.e., relay conduction) through the static contact assembly in contact with each other in the relay. At this time, if a short circuit occurs in the high-voltage line, the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate and the static contact assembly increases rapidly, and the suddenly increased short-circuit current generates a repulsive force (Holm force) between the movable contact plate and the static contact assembly. However, at the same time, when the short circuit current at the movable contact plate increases, a changing magnetic field is generated in the movable yoke, which generates an attractive force in the static yoke, and this attractive force prevents the separation between the movable contact plate and the static contact assembly due to the existence of the above-mentioned repulsive force, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the arcing phenomenon caused by the separation of the movable contact plate and the static contact assembly and causing the relay to fail, and improving the short circuit resistance of the relay.

[0017] Furthermore, according to the law of electromagnetic induction, the changing magnetic field generated in the movable yoke generates an induced current in the movable yoke, and according to Lenz's law, the direction of the induced current is opposite to the direction of the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate. In the present disclosure, since an isolation space is provided between the movable contact plate and the movable yoke, the isolation space minimizes the cancellation of the induced current in the movable yoke by the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate (if the movable contact plate and the movable yoke come into direct contact with each other without the isolation space, the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate cancels out a part of the induced current in the movable yoke, thereby weakening the magnetic field strength in the movable yoke and further reducing the attractive force between the static yoke and the movable yoke). At this time, the effect of the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate on the induced current in the movable yoke is reduced or eliminated, thereby maintaining the magnetic field strength in the movable yoke and further improving the short-circuit resistance of the relay. In addition, the structure of the relay is simple and easy to install. [Brief description of the drawings]

FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] In order to make the technical problems solved by the present disclosure, technical problems and beneficial effects clearer, the present disclosure will be described in more detail below in conjunction with drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific examples described herein are only used to explain the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the present disclosure.

[0020] It will be understood that terms indicating directions and positions, such as "top," "bottom," "left," "right," "front," "rear," "middle," etc., are based on the directions or positions shown in the drawings and are intended merely to facilitate and simplify the description of the present disclosure, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, configuration, or operation in a particular orientation, and cannot be considered as limiting the present disclosure.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, a relay according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a static contact assembly 1, a movable contact plate 2, a static yoke 3, a movable yoke 4, and a push rod assembly 5, and the static yoke 3 and the movable yoke 4 are disposed opposite each other. The movable contact plate 2 is attached to the movable yoke 4 at a position opposite the static contact assembly 1, and an isolation space 41 is provided between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4. As can be understood, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the static yoke 3 is disposed above the movable yoke 4 and disposed opposite the movable yoke 4, the static contact assembly 1 is disposed above the movable contact plate 2 and disposed opposite the movable contact plate 2, and the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 are isolated by air or an insulating member, thereby preventing the induced current in the movable yoke 4 from being offset by the short-circuit current of the movable contact plate 2.

[0022] The static contact assembly 1 and the static yoke 3 are installed on one side of the movable contact plate 2 opposite to the push rod assembly 5, and the push rod assembly 5 is used to push the movable yoke 4 to move to the static yoke 3, thereby contacting the movable contact plate 2 with the static contact assembly 1. In one alternative embodiment, a first distance between the static yoke 3 and the movable yoke 4 is greater than a second distance between the static contact assembly 1 and the movable contact plate 2. It can be understood that the first distance is the distance between the lower end surface of the static yoke 3 and the upper end surface of the movable yoke 4, and the second distance is the distance between the lower end surface of the static contact assembly 1 and the upper end surface of the movable contact plate 2. The first distance is greater than the second distance. Thus, after the push rod assembly 5 moves the movable yoke 4 to the static yoke 3 in conjunction with each other, when the movable contact plate 2 contacts the static contact assembly 1, the static yoke 3 may or may not contact the movable yoke 4. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the movable contact plate 2 has already contacted the static contact assembly 1 at the same time or before the movable yoke 4 contacts the static yoke 3, and further avoid the risk that the movable contact plate 2 does not contact the static contact assembly 1 when the movable yoke 4 contacts the static yoke 3 (i.e., when the movable yoke 4 contacts the static yoke 3, the movable contact plate 2 does not contact the static contact assembly 1, in which case the relay cannot realize the conduction of the two high-voltage lines of the static contact assembly 1, and the relay does not have the basic function of a switch), thereby improving the practicality of the relay.

[0023] Specifically, in one embodiment, the static contact assembly 1 includes a first static contact and a second static contact, and the first static contact and the second static contact are respectively connected to two high-voltage lines of the positive and negative poles of a high-voltage device. The working principle of the relay is as follows: When the push rod assembly 5 starts to move upward under the control of low-voltage electricity, the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 move upward by the push of the push rod assembly 5 until the movable contact plate 2 contacts the first static contact and the second static contact simultaneously. Thus, the two high-voltage lines are conducted by the conductive path of the first static contact, the movable contact plate 2, and the second static contact. Similarly, when the push rod assembly 5 starts to move downward under the control of low-voltage electricity, the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 move downward in conjunction with the push rod assembly 5 until the movable contact plate 2 separates from the first static contact and the second static contact, thereby cutting off the conductive path of the two high voltage lines, and further realizing the conductive state between the two high voltage lines by the relay.

[0024] In the present disclosure, the static contact assembly 1 and the static yoke 3 are installed on one side of the movable contact plate 2 opposite to the push rod assembly 5, and the push rod assembly 5 pushes the movable yoke 4 to move it toward the static yoke 3 until the movable contact plate 2 contacts the static contact assembly 1. The movable yoke 4 and the static yoke 3 are close to each other or are in contact with each other, and the high-voltage line (here, the high-voltage line refers to the high-voltage line of the high-voltage device to which the relay is connected) connected to the static contact assembly 1 realizes conduction with the movable contact plate 2 (i.e., relay conduction) through the static contact assembly 1 that is in contact with each other in the relay. At this time, if a short circuit occurs in the high-voltage line, the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate 2 and the static contact assembly 1 increases rapidly, and the rapidly increased short-circuit current generates a repulsive force (Holm force) between the movable contact plate 2 and the static contact assembly 1. However, at the same time, when the short circuit current at the movable contact plate 2 increases, a changing magnetic field is generated in the movable yoke 4, which generates an attractive force in the static yoke 3, and this attractive force prevents separation between the movable contact plate 2 and the static contact assembly 1 due to the existence of the above-mentioned repulsive force, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the arc phenomenon caused by the separation of the movable contact plate 2 and the static contact assembly 1 and causing the relay to fail, and improving the short circuit resistance of the relay.

[0025] 5 and 6, according to the law of electromagnetic induction, the changing magnetic field generated in the movable yoke 4 generates an induced current in the movable yoke 4, and according to Lenz's law, the direction of the induced current is opposite to the direction of the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate 2. In the present disclosure, since an isolation space 41 is provided between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4, the isolation space 41 minimizes the induced current in the movable yoke 4 being offset by the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate 2 (if the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 come into direct contact with each other without the isolation space 41, the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate 2 offsets a part of the induced current in the movable yoke 4, thereby weakening the magnetic field strength in the movable yoke 4 and further reducing the attraction force between the static yoke 3 and the movable yoke 4). At this time, the effect of the short-circuit current in the movable contact plate 2 on the induced current in the movable yoke 4 is reduced or eliminated, thereby maintaining the magnetic field strength in the movable yoke 4 and further improving the short-circuit resistance of the relay. Moreover, the relay has a simple structure and is easy to install.

[0026] 2 and 4, the movable yoke 4 is provided with a U-shaped groove 44, the movable contact plate 2 is attached to the U-shaped groove 44, and the isolation space 41 includes a side isolation space 411 and / or a bottom isolation space 412, the side isolation space 411 is located between the outer surface of the movable contact plate 2 and the inner wall of the U-shaped groove 44, and the bottom isolation space 412 is located between the bottom end of the movable contact plate 2 and the groove bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 44. It can be understood that the opening of the U-shaped groove 44 faces the static contact assembly 1 (i.e., the opening of the U-shaped groove 44 faces upward). The side isolation space 411 includes a left isolation space formed between the left inner wall of the U-shaped groove 44 and the left side of the movable contact plate 2, and a right isolation space formed between the right inner wall of the U-shaped groove 44 and the right side of the movable contact plate 2, and a bottom isolation space 412 is formed between the groove bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 44 and the bottom end surface of the movable contact plate 2. At this time, the side isolation space 411 and the bottom isolation space 412 are both isolated by air. In this embodiment, the isolation space 41 may be formed by the side isolation space 411, the bottom isolation space 412, or both the bottom isolation space 412 and the side isolation space 411. The movable yoke 4 has a simple structure and improves the ease of installation of the relay.

[0027] In a specific embodiment, a groove is provided on the outer surface of the movable contact plate 2, and the groove is recessed toward the center of the movable contact plate 2, so that the side isolation space 411 can be formed between the outer surface of the movable contact plate 2 and the inner wall of the U-shaped groove 44, and a protruding post 22 is provided on the bottom of the movable contact plate 2, and the movable contact plate 2 is attached to the U-shaped groove 44 by the protruding post, and due to the existence of the protruding post, the bottom end of the movable contact plate 2 does not contact the groove bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 44. Thus, the bottom isolation space 412 is formed between the bottom end of the movable contact plate 2 and the groove bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 44.

[0028] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the movable yoke 4 is further provided with a first mounting hole 43, the movable contact plate 2 is provided with a protruding post 22 that is aligned with the first mounting hole 43, and the movable contact plate 2 is attached to the movable yoke 4 by the protruding post 22 inserted into the first mounting hole 43. In one alternative embodiment, the movable contact plate 2 is entirely made of a metal material, and the remaining part between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 is the isolation space 41, except for the contact part between the protruding post 22 and the first mounting hole 43 that is not isolated between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4. In this embodiment, the protruding post 22 can serve to attach the movable contact plate 2 to the movable yoke 4, and the movable contact plate 2 has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost. In another alternative embodiment, the protruding post 22 may be made of an insulating material. At this time, the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 are completely isolated, that is, the contact portion between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 is isolated (i.e., the area between the protruding post 22 and the first mounting hole 43 is isolated), and the contact portion between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 is also isolated (i.e., isolated by the isolation space 41). In this embodiment, the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 are completely isolated, which minimizes the possibility that the induced current in the movable yoke 4 is offset by the short-circuit current of the movable contact plate 2, and further improves the short-circuit resistance of the relay.

[0029] In one embodiment, the relay further includes an insulating sleeve (not shown) fitted on the protruding post 22, and the protruding post 22 is inserted into the first mounting hole 43 through the insulating sleeve. It can be understood that the insulating sleeve is located between the protruding post 22 and the inner wall of the first mounting hole 43, thereby realizing isolation of the contact portion between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4, and achieving the technical effect of completely isolating the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4, which can maximally prevent the induced current in the movable yoke 4 from being offset by the short-circuit current of the movable contact plate 2, and further improving the short-circuit resistance of the relay.

[0030] In one embodiment, the relay further includes an insulating member (not shown) mounted in the isolation space 41, and the insulating member is connected between the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4. As can be understood, the insulating member is made of an insulating material, and the insulating member is made of, but not limited to, insulating rubber, insulating ceramics, etc.

[0031] 1, 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the relay further includes a mounting bracket 6 having an internal space 61, the push rod assembly 5 is connected to the movable yoke 4 by the mounting bracket 6, and the movable yoke 4 and the movable contact plate 2 are mounted in the internal space 61. Specifically, a storage groove is formed between the movable yoke 4 and an upper inner wall of the internal space 61, and the movable contact plate 2 is located in the storage groove.

[0032] The mounting bracket 6 is further provided with a first opening 62 and a second opening 63 communicating with the internal space 61. The movable yoke 4 includes a magnetically attracted portion 42 extending from the first opening 62 and facing the static yoke 3, and the movable contact plate 2 includes a movable contact portion 21 extending from the second opening 63 and facing the static contact assembly 1. As can be understood, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the top of the mounting bracket 6 is provided with two first openings 62, and the left and right sides of the mounting bracket 6 are both provided with the second openings 63, the movable yoke 4 is a U-shaped structural member having two magnetically attracted portions 42, the two magnetically attracted portions 42 are located on the upper surface of the U-shaped movable yoke 4, and the static yoke 3 is located above the magnetically attracted portions 42. The movable contact plate 2 is in the form of a long plate, and one of the movable contact parts 21 is provided at each of the opposing ends in the length direction of the long plate-shaped movable contact plate 2, and both of the two movable contact parts 21 are located on the upper surface of the movable contact plate 2, and the movable contact part 21 of the movable contact plate 2 extends from the second opening 63, and the static contact assembly 1 is located above the movable contact part 21. In this embodiment, the push rod assembly 5 moves the movable yoke 4 upward in conjunction with each other, and when the movable contact part 21 contacts the static contact assembly 1, the magnetic attraction part 42 is close to or contacts the static yoke 3, and an attractive force is generated between the magnetic attraction part 42 and the static yoke 3. In this embodiment, the design of the mounting bracket 6 improves the compactness of the relay.

[0033] In addition, the push rod assembly 5 is connected to the mounting bracket 6, the movable yoke 4 is attached to the mounting bracket 6, and the push rod assembly 5 is connected to the movable yoke 4 by the mounting bracket 6, simplifying the installation process of the relay.

[0034] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the relay further includes an elastic member 7 mounted in the internal space 61, one end of the elastic member 7 is connected to one end of the movable yoke 4 opposite to the static yoke 3, and the other end of the elastic member 7 is connected to the push rod assembly 5. It is understood that the elastic member 7 may include, but is not limited to, a spring. Specifically, when the push rod assembly 5 moves the movable contact plate 2 to contact the static contact assembly 1, the static contact assembly 1 compresses the elastic member 7 downward, and thus the elastic force of the elastic member 7 keeps the movable contact plate 2 in contact with the static contact assembly 1 all the time, thereby improving the stability of the relay. In addition, the elastic member 7 also plays a role in buffering the contact force between the movable contact plate 2 and the static contact assembly 1, thereby extending the service life of the relay.

[0035] 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the mounting bracket 6 is provided with a second mounting hole 64 communicating with the internal space 61, the push rod assembly 5 includes a push rod 51 and an insulating block 52 mounted in the second mounting hole 64, and the push rod 51 is connected to the elastic member 7 by the insulating block 52. It can be understood that the second mounting hole 64 is located at the bottom of the mounting bracket 6, the insulating block 52 is mounted in the second mounting hole 64, and the elastic member 7 and the push rod 51 are respectively connected to the upper and lower ends of the insulating block 52, and the push rod 51 is insulated and connected to the mounting bracket 6 and the elastic member 7 by the insulating block 52, so that the current in the movable contact plate 2 is prevented from flowing through the elastic member 7 and / or the mounting bracket 6 to be transmitted to the push rod 51, and thus damaging the low voltage circuit of the relay.

[0036] Furthermore, the insulating block 52 is attached to the bottom of the mounting bracket 6, and the movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 are attached to the top of the mounting bracket 6, thereby increasing the distance between the movable contact plate 2 and the insulating block 52, further reducing the temperature rise when the movable contact plate 2 is short-circuited, reducing the damage of the insulating block 52 due to excessive temperature, and further improving the short-circuit resistance of the relay.

[0037] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3, the mounting bracket 6 includes an upper bracket 65 and a lower bracket 66, the upper bracket 65 is provided with a first locking connection portion 651, the lower bracket 66 is provided with a second locking connection portion 661, the upper bracket 65 is connected to the lower bracket 66 via the second locking connection portion 661 and the first locking connection portion 651, the first opening 62 is provided in the upper bracket 65, and the second opening 63 is provided in the upper bracket 65 and / or the lower bracket 66. It can be understood that the second opening 63 can be provided in the upper bracket 65, the lower bracket 66, or both the upper bracket 65 and the lower bracket 66. The second mounting hole 64 is provided in the lower bracket 66, and both the upper bracket 65 and the lower bracket 66 are U-shaped structures. In one alternative embodiment, the first locking connection part 651 is a locking connection arm, the second locking connection part 661 is a locking connection groove, and the upper bracket 65 is connected to the lower bracket 66 by a locking connection arm that is lockingly connected to the locking connection groove. In another alternative embodiment, the first locking connection part 651 is a locking connection groove, the second locking connection part 661 is a locking connection arm, and the upper bracket 65 is connected to the lower bracket 66 by a locking connection arm that is lockingly connected to the locking connection groove (or the upper bracket 65 and the lower bracket 66 may be connected in other connection manners, such as by a fixed rod). In this embodiment, the upper bracket 65 is connected to the lower bracket 66 by the second locking connection part 661 and the first locking connection part 651, which improves the ease of attachment and detachment of the mounting bracket 6 and reduces the manufacturing cost of the relay.

[0038] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the relay further includes a case 8 having a storage space 81, the static contact assembly 1 is attached to the case 8, the static contact assembly 1 includes a static contact portion 11 that is extended into the storage space 81 and is disposed opposite the movable contact portion 21, and the static yoke 3 is attached to a position opposite the magnetic attraction portion 42 on the inner wall of the storage space 81. The movable contact plate 2 and the movable yoke 4 are both located in the storage space 81. It can be understood that one end of the static contact assembly 1 extends from the storage space 81, and the other end of the static contact assembly 1 (i.e., the static contact portion 11) is located in the storage space 81. The static yoke 3 is attached to the upper inner wall of the storage space 81. The mounting bracket 6 is also located in the storage space 81. In this embodiment, by installing the case 8, the movable contact plate 2, the movable yoke 4 and the static yoke 3 are all located in the storage space 81, thereby preventing interference of the external environment with the movable contact plate 2, the movable yoke 4 and the static yoke 3, and extending the service life of the relay.

[0039] 1, the push rod assembly 5 includes a push rod 51, a movable core 53, and a static core 54 having a through hole. The static core 54 is fixedly attached to the case 8 (fixedly attached by screwing, gluing, welding, interference fit connection, etc.), and the case 8 further includes a sliding space 82, which is connected to the storage space 81 through the through hole and is located below the storage space 81.

[0040] The movable core 53 is slidably mounted in the sliding space 82, one end of the push rod 51 is connected to the movable yoke 4, and the other end of the push rod 51 is fixedly connected to the movable core 53 through the through hole. It can be understood that when the movable core 53 and the static core 54 are both energized (the movable core 53 and the static core 54 are both connected to low-voltage electricity), a magnetic force is generated between the movable core 53 and the static core 54 (the magnetic force may be a repulsive force or an attractive force, and the attractive force pushes the push rod 51 to move upward, or the repulsive force moves the push rod 51 downward in conjunction with the movable core 53). Since the static iron core 54 is fixed to the case 8, a magnetic force moves the movable iron core 53 in an associated manner, the moving movable iron core 53 moves the push rod 51 up or down in an associated manner, and the push rod assembly 5 achieves the technical effect of moving the movable yoke 4 closer to or farther away from the static yoke 3 in an associated manner. In this embodiment, the push rod assembly 5 has a simple structure, is convenient to control, and has high safety.

[0041] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the case 8 includes a partition plate 83, an upper housing 84, and a lower housing 85, the upper housing 84 is connected to the lower housing 85 via the partition plate 83, the storage space 81 is surrounded by the upper housing 84 and the partition plate 83, the sliding space 82 is surrounded by the lower housing 85 and the partition plate 83, and the static core 54 is fixedly attached to the partition plate 83. It can be understood that the storage space 81 is provided at the upper end of the case 8, the sliding space 82 is provided at the lower end of the case 8, the movable iron core 53 and the movable iron core 53 are all mounted in the sliding space 82, the static contact assembly 1, the movable contact plate 2, the static yoke 3, the movable yoke 4 and the elastic member 7 are all located in the storage space 81, and the partition plate 83 and the static iron core 54 partition the storage space 81 from the storage space 81, thereby preventing each assembly in the storage space 81 from interfering with each assembly in the sliding space 82, so that the operating process of the relay is more stable and the service life of the relay is extended.

[0042] The above are merely examples of the relay of the present disclosure, and do not limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
